At Sixty Acres, A Gathering Place, you and your partner can host up to 250 guests for your milestone occasion. When celebrating there, your day will begin at the brand new, two-story barn situated at the heart of the property. Inside, it features a full get-ready suite with a private bathroom where you and your wedding party can relax before the event. This space even has a professional salon chair, making on-site hairstyling and makeup seamless. Across from the barn is a separate get-ready cabin with an array of modern amenities, where your partner can prepare with your loved ones. Primped and ready, you can exchange heartfelt vows by the pond or in the quaint barn, depending on your vision. Celebratory drinks, dining, and dancing can then be held in the barn. We have owned a catering business for 15 years and have catered many weddings. After purchasing our 60 acre farm it became our dream to build our own Venue and do what we love without leaving the farm. We own several other businesses and are looking forward to slowing down after raising 5 children and now having 8 grandchildren. I can't think of a better way to slow down and enjoy our farm and still have time to enjoy our family than to own and operate our venue.

Our wedding at Sixty Acres was absolutely perfect, and we owe so much of that to Connie, Cowboy, Brittany, and the entire staff. From the very beginning, Connie and Cowboy were incredibly responsive and helpful, answering every question we had and making the entire planning process seamless. Their dedication and passion for what they do truly show, and it made all the difference in creating a stress-free experience. On the wedding day, Cowboy and his team were consistently available, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes, handling every detail with such care and professionalism—it was clear they were fully invested in making sure our day was flawless. Our coordinator, Brittany, was phenomenal. She kept everything and everyone organized, making sure the timeline flowed perfectly. She also made sure all our decor was beautifully set up, bringing our vision to life in the most stunning way. Having her there was invaluable, and I can’t thank her enough for making the day so effortless and enjoyable. What truly sets Sixty Acres apart is the family feel—from start to finish, we felt completely taken care of, like we were part of something special. This was the dream venue to get married at. Everyone was so perfect, especially Connie and Cowboy! Connie was very responsive and assisted with anything needed as well as Cowboy on the day of my wedding for anything and everything. I also HIGHLY recommend Brittany for coordinating. She was absolutely AMAZING and couldn't have asked for a better day!!

We had an outstanding company holiday celebration at Sixty Acres. Connie, Cowboy & Brittany were so easy to work with and were very helpful with all aspects of the party. From recommending vendors such as caterers, bar tenders and DJ's to coordinating with those vendors to ensure a seamless event. Brittany did the decorations and they were beautiful. I would highly recommend this venue for any corporate event or wedding. They work very hard to make sure everything is perfect!

Pros: The venue is absolutely beautiful! The lights inside give it an inviting and warm feeling. The scenery was great for photos and the ceremony spot outside was great! I also felt like the price was a good deal for the space you get. Cons: The dance floor is SMALL! I didn’t have a lot of guests dancing but it was very tight. They said we could dance outside but the speakers they have aren’t very loud at all. It was hard to hear the music in my opinion. Definitely get a DJ with their own speakers. My biggest con was that the venue owner specifically recommended me a Day of Coordinator and raved about her. I booked her. I guess they had a falling out but it made things pretty awkward when myself, the coordinator, and venue owner got together. It felt tense and weird between them. I also was very upset when the venue owner decided to bash my chosen caterer and talk poorly about them to me (not in a hey you should know this, but in a complaining/unkind way). I felt that the venue owner was very friendly and helpful before we booked and then checked out/wasn’t the most helpful after we had paid the deposit. Again, it was a beautiful venue. We got many compliments! It fit our needs for that rustic feel. But the cons were a little bit frustrating to experience and I was bummed that it was so tight on the dance floor.

mis-understanding that I would like the opportunity to explain as one of the owners. The Day of Coordinator submitted a final table set-up that the two of you decided and our staff followed exactly what we received. We were told you wanted all guests to sit downstairs. Had we known you wanted more inside dance space, we could have simply and easily took down 4-6 guest tables downstairs and set these guests upstairs and you would have had half of the downstairs as a dance floor. Plus, we have the outside 12 x 20 dancefloor. We highly recommend a DJ because they provide cordless mics at the pond as well as in-door and out-door speakers. When we did your tour and you were un-certain about a DJ, I did offer the use of our Personal Speaker for the Reception only so that you could have a play list of background music during your meal. Our blue tooth speaker was never meant to take the place of a full DJ duties. I did raise the Red Flag about the caterer since we had several issues and complaints from other guests and we had removed them from our vendor list. I Apologize if you took this warning as anything other than what it was meant which was to make your reception meal go as expected and be the best experience for your guests. I stayed connected with your coordinator and she updated me many times. The Day of Coordinator is trained and is the expert in providing suggestions for you to make your final choices and decisions. Our entire staff is very aware of everything that takes place at all events. The staff at Sixty Acres, A Gathering Place commits on making all weddings magical. We love what we do and enjoy interacting with all of our guests. Your feed back is appreciated and I apologize that there were a few mis-understandings that could have simply and easily been addressed and fixed before you ever had a chance to feel frustrated had we known and made aware of. I do not know where to begin with this review. From the moment my daughter and son-in-law met Connie and Cowboy, they fell in love. They are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet and working with them was amazing with all of our craziness. Everything went more smoothly than we thought that it would because it was extremely hot outside. The venue is absolutely beautiful! The scenery is gorgeous. We couldn't ask for a more memorable evening. The venue has some beautiful decorations for the tables if you are in need and it will save you a great deal of money. They have a list of vendors that they recommend if you need help with planning. There is a cabin located on the property for the men to get ready and a cute pond for them to fish while they hang around. There is a cute bridal suite for the ladies but with the extreme heat and the girls constantly leaving the door open it got a little humid and the air escaped but that was our own fault so that was the only bad thing. There are mirrors and chairs down the side for all to have a space and one revolving chair for either a stylist or makeup artist to be set up. The kitchen has an oversized fridge and a larger-than-life ice chest! So wonderful. My husband and I cannot say enough about everyone that they had to help; respectful, funny, sweet, amazing. Absolutely love this place and the people. Thank you again for making this the most memorable evening for our daughter and new son-in-law. Love you guys!

Sixty Acres, A Gathering Place is a beautiful venue that I was very fortunate to work with. They hosted my cousin’s wedding this past weekend and as her maid of honor I was amazed with how her wedding turned out. Connie and Cowboy truly welcome in their couples with open arms and provide a friendly and hospitable environment for all. They did everything in their power to ensure that my cousin had the wedding of her dreams and that the day ran smoothly. If there was any questions or concerns throughout the day Cowboy was always there to provide assistance when need be, which made my job as being a maid of honor much easier. They have both a groom suite and a beautiful bridal suite for everyone to get ready in equipped with AC which is amazing on hot days! I could not recommend Sixty Acres more as it was overall a 10/10 experience and a beautiful venue.

The experience that Connie and Cowboy gave my wife and I for our wedding is far above the 5 stars I can give here! They were extremely personal and friendly to everyone we brought by to see the venue before our big day. The venue itself is beautiful and the atmosphere they create to go along with it was amazing. We had over 140 guests and they made each and everyone feel like family. They also get bonus points for naming a duck after me! Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and if I didn’t love my wife so much I’d do it again!!

This was the first venue my husband and I looked at and we absolutely loved it. We are so happy with how everything turned out. Connie and Cowboy made our family and friends feel so welcome. I am a local wedding planner and we had the privilege of working at Sixty Acres recently. Connie and Cowboy (and the whole staff) were so welcoming, accommodating, and on-top of everything. Throughout both the planning process and on the day of the wedding, they were very attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond. Their venue is beautiful, clean, unique and comes with a lot of necessities AND added character pieces. From a vendor standpoint, we truly enjoyed working there and will definitely be recommending future brides there.

Let me tell you just how amazing Connie and Cowboy are over at Sixty Acres. From the moment we pulled up to view the venue, we knew thats where we wanted to have our wedding! Connie is so sweet, and super organized. Cowboy is down to earth, and ready to get things done! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. If you're looking for a spot where alllllll of your pictures will look stunning, this is the place! The wood in the barn, the greenery around the ceremony arch, the cute pond in the background, this place has it all. If we were to plan our wedding all over, I would choose Sixty Acres Farm again and again. I cannot say enough good things about the farm, Connie, and Cowboy!

Upon finding this venue, I immediately fell in love. The venue was gorgeous online but I was in complete awe when I saw it in person. The venue owners, Cowboy & Connie, were nothing but helpful the entire time since the day I signed my contract from answering any and all questions/phone calls, helping with vendors, setting up anything needed on wedding day, cleaning up after the wedding was over, and so so much more. They made the day way less stressful by helping me with anything I needed and were always asking how they could be of assistance. The farm scenery was so welcoming and made for beautiful pictures all day long. My guest loved that no matter where they went, it made for fantastic pictures. Unfortunately, my wedding day came with some rain, however this was no issue at all, we just moved everything inside the barn and it was just as beautiful. My guest had nothing but compliments the entire day and loved that the barn offered a special comfort and warmth. I couldn’t be more happy with my decision to have my wedding here and I hope others that choose the venue are just as satisfied!

What a gorgeous venue! if you're looking for a perfect setting for your wedding, search no further. We had our wedding here last weekend and could not be more ecstatic. Connie and Cowboy (owners) have thought of everything! This venue (and owners) are true perfection! Highly recommend! Details that might help you make the same decision: -Beautiful bridal suite to get ready in (mirrors at every station that have perfect lighting and Bluetooth capability and a private bathroom) -Grooms cabin for the guys to get ready in - Gorgeous pond - Large catering area with sinks, commercial size fridge and ice maker (Our caterers even commented on how nice this area was) -Outdoor dance floor perfect for pictures -Plenty of warm lighting (Creates photography protection) - Amazing owners that are incredible every step of the way! This list could go on forever... But these were huge selling points for us!

The owners of Sixty Acres were a breeze to work with. They exceeded my expectations. All of my requests were met, even if I decided to change my mind the day of! Very accommodating. The venue is beautiful, at night the barn and arch way to the water is lit up, a wonderful place for pictures. The owner kept in touch with me throughout the 10 months of planning. Answered all my questions and even gave suggestions. In the incident of rain, she helped my stress and aided me with a backup plan (thankfully we didn't need it!) The facility has everything you may need from, decorations, bridal and groomsman suites, outdoor and indoor seating as well as dance floor. A bar, food warmer & ice machine. I was able to go to the barn when needed to see the venue as well as for bridal photos.

Sixty Acres-A Gathering Place is an amazing wedding venue with amazing people the own it. Our daughter got married in January and it was chilly but Shawn had the heaters going and was ready for us early that morning. All in all The people are genuine, willing to help and can’t beat the atmosphere, the cute pond and everything about it!! ❤️❤️

I can't even begin to explain how amazing and beautiful Sixty Acres, A Gathering Place is. I had a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend this past weekend here and Connie, Cowboy and their team were absolutely amazing they went above and beyond to help set up and make this event the best it could of been. It is breath taking here between the barn, landscaping pond and when the sun is starting to set and you look out from the top of the barn it is the ultimate picture you want to have for the rest of your life. 10/10 recommend this venue.

I can't recommend Sixty Acres enough! These folks went above and beyond to ensure that EVERYTHING was perfect for our sons's wedding! Connie, Cowboy and their team are top-notch professionals; but more than that, they truly have a heart to see every couples' wedding dreams come true. They were always nearby and met every single need, while thinking of all the extra little things we may have forgotten. We couldn't have been more pleased! A shout out to Robin, too- thank you for your hands on dedication to making every detail perfect!
