Everyone wants Sarah's team on their wedding day (and the months before). I generally found the idea of planning a wedding to be quite stressful, but Sarah made it easy. She gives you a ton of resources to limit decision fatigue, gives you a schedule so you know what to focus on when, has endless expertise if you run into a last minute snag or question, and is a vendor-whisperer. She also communicates *incredibly* quickly. I don't think I ever went more than 24 hours before she answered a question - even when she disclosed she was working a wedding weekend or may be less available. On the day of the wedding, I didn't have a single concern and was simply happy (which is unusual...I'm normally anxious about something, even if I'm making something up to be anxious about). I knew anything that needed to get done was getting done, and that Sarah knew what I wanted even if we needed to pivot. We were very nervous about the rain, but her team gave us clear directions about when we had to go with plan B and we hardly had to think about it day of. We ultimately still went with our outside plan despite the drizzle, and her team was more than happy to get a little damp for our dream day. If I was having trouble communicating with a vendor or figuring out something I was working with them on, Sarah was quick to step in to help figure out the solution and make sure everyone was happy with the result. When we first met Sarah and told her we were getting married at a petting farm, you could tell just how game she was to work at a slightly unconventional venue and lean in to choices that truly represented us as a couple. Her team fell in love with the baby animals as much as we did. Her team's professionalism, kindness, and goofy nature is the perfect recipe for a partial planner and day of coordinator.

Book Sleeping Bees Designs now. Sarah and her team were unbelievable. From day one Sarah was prompt, organized, and the type A organizer we needed. We booked Sleeping Bees for a "Event Coordinator" along with a few extra monthly sessions the six moths leading up to the wedding and she went above and beyond what we would have expected. During each monthly call Sarah walked through our checklist together, helping us tackle various issues and giving vendor or idea recommendations where needed. She always had someone or something on hand for every situation that arose! And after each phone call she'd send a follow-up email with all the information and links we needed for next steps based off those calls. She was always a quick email away and when we got close to the wedding date, a text away (which was always answers WAY faster than I ever expected). I left each interaction feeling respected, listened to, and less anxious than we began. She listened to everything we had to say, gave great advice and recommendations, and shared in the excitement along the way.
By the time our wedding weekend rolled around it was a little sad we wouldn't be having our monthly calls anymore! All that time preparing with Sarah really payed off! The entire wedding was executed flawlessly and if any issues did arise, I never heard about it (thank goodness). Sleeping Bees made it so on our wedding day all we had to focus on was not falling on our faces down the aisle and saying I do. The décor was laid out beautifully, better than I could have imagined and everything went off without a hitch and on time! And when one of my buttons for my train broke off, she was ready to fix it on a moments notice.
You couldn't ask for a better coordinator than Sleeping Bees for your wedding! I recommend booking out as early as possible. Thank you Sarah and Team for being a part of our day and making the entire experience magical. <3

Sarah was incredibly organized, managing the timeline flawlessly. Every detail was executed perfectly, from the setup of the ceremony to the flow of the reception. It was evident that she had a great rapport with all the vendors, which made communication seamless. Beyond the logistics, Sarah was extremely friendly and made everyone feel comfortable.

If I could give this company more stars, I would! Sarah was my planner for my October 2024 wedding. From the beginning, she was organized, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Leading up to the wedding, our monthly meetings helped me stay on the right track and made sure there was nothing I forgot about. She helped me with anything I needed- from booking vendors to finalizing tiny details. She encouraged me to follow all of my crazy ideas for my day, from last minute changes to a first look prank for my husband. Day of, she kept our bridal party organized, and if anything went wrong on my wedding day, I sure didn’t know about it. She checked in on us multiple times throughout the day and made sure we ate, drank (water), and that we were having a good time - and if there was anything else we needed. I have heard horror stories about timelines and things going wrong on wedding days, I’ve witnessed some extremely stressed out brides, and that wasn’t me- Sarah as my planner gave me complete peace of mind day of.

Sarah and the SBD team were so great to work with!! From the beginning, Sarah established clear communication and really went above and beyond to help us make sure our wedding day was great and help us feel at ease that she would be there with us on the day. We had a unique and clear vision for how our day would go that mixed elements from different cultures and Sarah really helped us shape our ideas into an amazing experience. She asked insightful questions that helped us consider new ideas and REALLY paid attention to all details. We can't say this enough -- Sarah made sure that no detail was forgotten. She was a blast to work with and we would hire her again in a heartbeat! Sarah and Christine were incredible throughout the entire wedding planning process! We hired SBB has a day of coordinator but they went above and beyond throughout the whole year leading up to our event to answer our questions and help us feel taken care of.
We highly recommend booking with SBB! They gave us ease of mind and helped our day run smoothly! Choosing them was the best wedding decision we made. Sarah is so organized, fun, and a joy to work with!

If you are planning a wedding, you must have Sarah and her team included in on the planning and coordinating! From the very start, Sarah has been a sense of calm in the business that planning brings. We instantly clicked with her! It wasn’t easy for us in planning since we had some setbacks come up within the year but she kept us together with communicating with other vendors and on track for the actual date to run smoothly. You can really tell that she has great connections with a lot of vendors in the area! She was responsive to any questions and made herself available if anything popped up. On the day, my mom wasn’t able to help me get into my dress due to health setbacks and Sarah stepped in without any hesitations. A moment that I’m truly thankful for! We didn’t have to worry about the small stuff because we knew Sarah could handle the good and the bad! Many and many thanks to Sarah for playing such a crucial role and being part of our wedding!

Sarah, Emily and the SBD team are absolutely incredible. If you are getting married in Maryland and especially in the Frederick area this is your team. Sarah is professional, communicative, personable, and most importantly she knows her stuff. She has such strong relationships with many vendors in Frederick. This really sets her apart from the rest, all vendors speak so highly of her and she was worth her weight in gold for our June wedding at Union Mills. I highly, highly recommend Sarah and her team for any wedding coordination needs. We lived out of town (but I am from Frederick) and she worked around all of our schedules to make sure we could do an early venue walkthrough. You may think it unnecessary but it really helped to see it all pulled together and Sarah had all the goodies to show us and it really helped to choose how we wanted our tablescape to look. Overall Sarah is a gem and I'll miss planning my wedding with her!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! GUESTS COMPLAINED ABOUT SARAH’S ATTITUDE!
Overall just unprepared and rude.
Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience with Sarah in planning our wedding. Throughout the year leading up to our big day, Sarah seemed very organized, sent checklists, reminder emails etc. on top of our monthly meetings. However, things started to go downhill at our walkthrough 5 weeks before our wedding.
Firstly, she FAILED TO INFORM US that we needed to acquire event insurance and a liquor license. My MIL didn't know she needed her own liquor license to transport and give the alcohol to the caterer. Instead, we were informed by the coordinator at the venue. These were both time sensitive tasks that would’ve been detrimental to our day. When they were brought up by our venue coordinator, Sarah didn’t apologize for not informing us, she simply brushed past the information and moved on.
During our walkthrough, I mentioned wanting to have a photo wall by the bar, but Sarah was insistent that my idea would not work. She failed to offer a suitable alternative and left me feeling belittled and unheard. What’s ironic and frustrating is that my MIL introduced the idea AGAIN the week of the wedding, and Sarah said her idea was terrific.
Two days before our wedding, Sarah informed us that the back up ceremony space (in case of rain) would not be able to accommodate all our guests seated, and that some would have to stand. This was something that should’ve been relayed to us WEEKS before. We often talked about a rain plan, and never ONCE did she mention that there would not be enough space for all guests to be seated.
Our rehearsal the day before was inadequate and my wedding party was left CONFUSED AND FRUSTRATED with where to go and what to do the day of. She did provide a timeline, but it was honestly full of nothing. Even one of the vendors asked why my groomsmen were ready so early…
She also bombarded my husband with questions about the seating arrangement the day of, when that should have been figured out and finalized beforehand, not when he was in his suit. Also, she FORGOT SIGNS for reserved seats during the ceremony, even though she told us she would bring them. So guests were seated where our family was supposed to be.
Unfortunately, after our wedding, we have received multiple COMPLAINTS FROM GUESTS about Sarah’s attitude and demeanor. We were told that she rolled her eyes at guests and was very abrasive and quite rude. During our reception, one of our guests asked a server if they could provide water for the elderly. When told no, that guest went up to Sarah and expressed their concern that the elderly were not being properly accommodated. Sarah’s response was to rudely say that she was not in charge of the caterer and there was nothing she could do. All we wanted was for her to grab someone from the catering team to get water for the elderly. Instead, when asked why she did not accommodate, she said that if we were not happy with her services, she would just pack up and leave.
I hate to leave a bad review, but honestly Sarah’s attitude has sadly cast a dreary shadow over our wedding day. We’re still receiving comments and complaints from our guests.
I would not recommend Sleeping Bee Designs for your wedding or event planning.

Hi Chloe – Firstly, I want to apologize for the mistakes that I made while helping you and your partner plan and coordinate your wedding day. This feedback is truly taken to heart and hard to hear but I must admit I am completely blindsided by ...
this information and wish you would have come to me prior to posting this review to get some crucial information missing from the accounts you’ve already heard.
We had worked together for over a year, and I am heartbroken that you had issues weeks before your wedding and never brought them to my attention. Not bringing these issues to me ahead of time or as they are happening, makes it very difficult for me to solve them or even know they exist.
There are several things that I admit were my mistakes and that I could have done better. For example, I know I forgot the reserved signs and that created an issue and a level of confusion between family members during ceremony seating.
There are however, an overwhelming number of things in your review that are factually untrue so I’d like to address each one by one.
It is true that I did not inform you about the event insurance or liquor license, however, I was not withholding this information like you portray. At the tasting with your caterer back in January we discussed who would be providing alcohol and that a liquor license would need to be procured. Additionally, the caterer gave some options for companies to purchase alcohol from. After some inquiries, you and your family chose an option that could not deliver the alcohol physically to the venue. Furthermore, regarding the liquor license, these are requirements held by the venue and the state of Virginia. I am not an expert in Virginia liquor laws, nor do I work for the venue, so it is unreasonable to expect that I know the exact requirements for your alcohol choices. This is why the venue has a representative, to help make sure you meet the obligations of your contract with them. I am sorry if I put forward the impression that I would know these rules.
To the point of the picture display, I take responsibility for not asking more clarifying questions. I found myself struggling with the different explanations of it from separate family members, and I did not understand your vision at the walkthrough. When your MIL readdressed it at our final detail meeting, I understood it more clearly and saw how important it was to everyone, and therefore wanted to make sure it was included. It did turn out beautifully and I am sorry if the communication issues that we experienced in the process were my creation. I never would want anyone to feel belittled and I am sorry I made you feel that way.
Regarding the rain plan for your ceremony. I was hired to help you after you booked the venue. I was not there for the tour when you originally visited the property and cannot confirm if a rain plan was or was not discussed during your visit, or in emails with the venue which I wasn’t included on. I cannot control the size, looks, or layout of rain plan(s) at the venue. When you choose a venue with a primary outdoor ceremony location, rain is always a possibility. It’s a part of my role to help finalize the rain plan and manage the logistics and events should a rain plan need to be executed. I did not discuss the specifics of the rain plan until closer to the wedding date because the venue only had one included option, which we also discussed at your walkthrough. Unfortunately, weeks later, we did discover rain was a possibility and I spent hours getting quotes for tents and the use of the new, larger space. You turned down both options because they were too expensive.
I apologize if your wedding party was left confused after the rehearsal even though I asked if they wanted to run through it again or if they had any questions. I am always more than happy to run the ceremony multiple times and make sure everyone feels confident, but your wedding party said they didn’t need to run through it again, were too hot, and wanted to go inside. Unfortunately, if people do not ask questions, I cannot solve a problem I don’t know exists.
Now the comment about the timeline is quite disappointing as well. The timeline was approved by you in order for me to send it to your vendors, and then approved once again after our final meeting the week of your wedding. You had the opportunity to ask for additions, clarification, and push back if there was something that you did not like or were confused about. I didn’t think that having people potentially dressed early would cause a problem. Typically, being ahead of schedule on a wedding day is a good thing. The timeline is the playbook for the entire wedding day. Without it, the events, activities, and vendor duties of the day may not have happened as smoothly as they did. The other vendors who got excellent reviews from you for this event were using this timeline and referred to it throughout the day. Calling the timeline “full of nothing,” is an insult to the work we did together and the work that your vendors put into your wedding day.
Regarding “bombarding” your husband about the seating arrangement – I was only disseminating the concerns that were brought to my attention by the caterer. He walked into a room with a team of people discussing solutions. The caterer encountered an issue with the layout that they didn’t catch prior to its approval because the provided digital mockup was missing a crucial wall. When they asked me to decide, I didn’t want to make it without consulting you and your partner. When I proposed a solution to the groom and asked if he was comfortable making the call, he asked that I go to you, and you needed to make the final decision.
And finally, I need to address the paragraph about guests and my attitude. Firstly, I am very sorry that there were guests that felt that I had a bad attitude that day. I would never intentionally come off that way. I started the day as I do all events, with a positive and collaborative attitude but unfortunately, after an interaction I had with a rude guest, I was not feeling the best I could have felt.
There was an incident by the bar between this guest, one of the bar staff, and later, the catering manager. I could tell by body language that the bartender was scared, and the guest appeared to be very upset. When I approached to see if I could help in any way, the guest turned to me and asked if I worked for the caterer. When I said I did not, and that I was the planner she said, “Well you’re a horrible planner!” Which I took as an insult to me, my team, and to you, who hired me. As you can imagine, it did not feel good.
She expressed that the caterer was not, “taking drink orders from people on the dance floor.” I was confused, so I tried to ask more clarifying questions with no success because they maintained a rude and berating tone of voice. She also stated that I needed to take responsibility for the mistakes of the caterer, and I tried to explain that I had no say in the agreement you made with the caterer nor am I in charge of the catering staff, and all I could do was ask them to do what she was requesting. She continued to repeat that I was a, “horrible planner,” and everything that happened was, “all your fault.” She finally mentioned water for the elderly, and I told her that yes, I will tell the caterer to come around with water because a guest should never be without it. Other vendors witnessed this encounter. After an encounter like this, it can be hard to refocus, but I tried.
Hoping that was the end but now physically shaken, I tried to go to your father and ask if there was anything I could do, or if there were any issues he was experiencing. I told him that the guest was verbally aggressive and threatening and began to tell him about my respect policy in the contract that you signed. I explained that I have the contractual authority to leave if this guest continued to harass me. I didn’t want to go because I was there for you, and I had no intention of leaving if we could find a solution. I was just looking for help. I NEVER said that I would just, “pack up and leave” if you weren’t happy with my services, nor did I leave the event.
To reiterate the respect policy to which I’m referring to in our contract, “At no time and under no circumstances whatsoever shall Sleeping Bee Designs tolerate abusive, violent, destructive, menacing, or harassing behavior from the client or any party acting on behalf of the client. If such behavior does occur, Sleeping Bee Designs will courteously inform the client and/or members to handle the situation. However, if this sort of behavior continues, Sleeping Bee Designs will consider it a breach of contract, and remove the coordinator(s) from the premises immediately without providing any further services.”
I have never needed to exercise this clause in my contract.
Before I could ask him how to rectify the situation, the guest and your mother approached, and it became 3 against 1. Because I respect your parents and you, I apologized and walked away.
Throughout the night the guest continued to speak to me in a berating tone, but I stayed to complete the event, clean up, finish the remaining activities, and support vendors. I tried to keep a smile on my face, but admittedly it was difficult, and I did not feel like I was welcome. This is by far the hardest guest encounter I have ever had.
I know that providing these facts and details may mean nothing to you, and certainly doesn’t rectify what happened but it’s important for me to express these details. Again, I am truly sorry that there were issues overshadowing all of the work we did together this past year.
I could write a book about Sarah, truly. We hired her because we could tell right off the bat that she knew her stuff, and for her experience working with our venue, Union Mills Public House. Sarah was instrumental throughout the wedding planning process in helping our vision come together and answering any and all questions we had pop up. Whether it was helping me choose the right rugs that matched the venue, to helping us create a ceremony layout that fit our vision, to helping me understand exactly how much of everything we needed. Leading up to the wedding, Sarah was extremely communicative with both us and our vendors, ensuring that everything was absolutely in line. I can't event count the amount of times that my husband and I looked at each other and went "we literally could not have done this without Sarah." We had a lofty vision with a ton of details, and every single one of them was taken into account by Sarah and her team the day of. She kept the timeline moving incredibly well - working in step with the caterers, our photographer, videographer, DJ, and even our family members and wedding party.
You can just tell that there is so much passion in the way that Sarah works. It was so easy to develop the level of trust in her and her team to bring together the best day of our lives, and hiring her as our coordinator was by far the best decision we made in our planning process.

Working with Sleeping Bee Designs was a dream! From the moment we booked with SBD, we knew we made the right decision. Sarah did not hesitate to answer our questions and offer advice for many aspects of our planning process! The materials Sarah provided to us to fill out the event details helped us stay organized and have a clear understanding of what needed to be planned. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, we were able to breathe easily knowing our event was in good hands. Sarah and Emily executed our decor vision even better than we had imagined. Our family, friends, AND other vendors commented on how organized and efficient the SBD team was. Not to mention coming prepared with everything including supplies to secure my dress after I tore a hole in it! Hiring Sarah was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is organized, a great communicator, and a true team player with everything involved. The monthly meetings we had kept us in check and she made sure she was there to help if we ran into any roadblocks. She created a perfect timeline for us, adjusted it as we made changes, looped in other vendors, and everything went SO smoothly. The day of the wedding, Sarah made sure we ate food 😂 had some time alone as a couple, and he even acted as a part time florist for us by arranging our bud vases the day of the wedding! Working with Sarah was a dream come true. Right from the beginning I knew I had made the right decision. I knew I was going to need help throughout the planning process and Sarah immediately reassured me that she would be right there with me throughout. Sarah provided us with an amazing welcome package as well as a planning checklist, and budget sheet to keep us on track. She was always available with suggestions for vendors we still needed and to read over all the contracts. Sarah met with us every month and kept us so on track that planning was a breeze. As we got closer, Sarah made sure we had everything we needed and that all the vendors were on the same page. On our wedding day Sarah coordinated with the help of two of her SBD teammates and everything went smoothly. I honestly can’t recommend Sarah and her team enough. They truly are spectacular!

Sarah and the SBD team were absolutely wonderful. Professional, organized, on top of every detail. My husband is a program manager and very detail oriented. No pressure for the SBD team. We didn't have to lift a finger. Every detail was accounted for, even ones I hadn't considered. I HIGHLY recommend the SBD team for your event.

In the evening, after my rehearsal dinner, my dad said to me, “Wow, she really knows what she’s doing and how to get things done.” I agree entirely. Sarah is confident and capable and that’s evident in all that she does. Her work is thorough, and she touches on things that some people might not have considered when wedding planning without the help of a coordinator.
I met Sarah a year and a half before my wedding at an expo in Frederick, MD, and she was one of the first vendors I booked, if not the very first. I was drawn to speak with her first due to her business name (I love Bees) but it was clear that she could be a great help within our first conversation.
Sarah is sassy and funny, as well as matter-of-fact and to the point. She knows how to help and how to problem solve (case in point: the bustle loops on my dress just… disappeared). She makes sure things and people are on time and where they should be. There is no saying that Sarah doesn’t get things done — she was certain and sure in all her motions on our wedding day.
During the time before my wedding, and before the real nitty gritty of it’s-go-time-wow-double-digit-countdown-time, she was only an email away with guidance on questions I had for things I was doing myself, as well as a resource for vendor suggestions for those I hadn’t found by myself. Seeing the weddings she coordinated, as well as watching her team grow, really assured me that hiring her was a great move. In the month before my wedding, this was confirmed over and over again.
I have nothing to say except that Sarah is a superhero, and that her team is just as wonderful. On the day of, they made sure that my husband and I had the day of our dreams. They handled our vendors’ who, what, when, and where, and not having the weight of logistics on us was really a great gift. We were told where to go and when, we were given drinks in our downtime, and we were able to find moments to ourselves all because of Sarah and her team.
Genuinely, I will be forever grateful for Sarah and her team’s part in making our wedding day both beautiful and unforgettable, and taking the stress and worry of planning off of our shoulders.

Incredible. Sarah and her entire team, just absolutely incredible. From day 1 speaking to Sarah, to the wedding day; she has been amazing; quickly responding to emails, assisting with random needs or questions; solving any questions or concerns. Sarah was so on top of every detail that I had no stress the few days leading up to the wedding because of the constant communication and feeling so confident that Sarah had everything figured out perfectly. She was an absolute delight and I would recommend her over and over again to anyone needing coordination in the Frederick area. An absolute gem.

Sarah & her Sleeping Bee Designs crew were everything I could have ever asked for. I'm a very DIY person, so I thought "hmm, maybe I don't need a coordinator." Spoiler- yes you do, everyone does, don't do it yourself. I promise it's worth every penny.
We first met Sarah at a wedding expo in Downtown Frederick, and immediately loved her personality. We emailed several months later, and were so relieved she was available on our date. The second you book her, she'll give you things to start thinking about. Like, things that never even crossed your mind, but duh!
Organized doesn't even begin to explain SBD. Our wedding timeline was planned perfectly, down to the minute. Sarah was on top of rallying the other vendors, and even joined me for a couple calls with them, leading up to the wedding. All our vendors said the similar things- "Wow, she's on top of it." Or "Holy bananas, she's the most organized coordinator I've ever worked with."
The day of the wedding, we felt so taken care of. You need a drink? Don't worry- Sarah or Christine already know, and it's probably on the way. We blinked and the decorations were all packed up and in our car. Vendor tips? Handed out. Card box? Very, very secure. Something not matching up with a different vendor contract you signed? Not on SBD's watch. As we were leaving the venue the night of our wedding, Sarah gave us the best piece of advice: "Eat your wedding cake for breakfast, open all your cards in the morning, and just take it all in." We did exactly that, and it's one of my favorite wedding moments.
I don't think our wedding would have been half as successful as it was, if we hadn't hired Sleeping Bee Designs. It's been 8 months since we've been married and Sarah is still helping us with things- can you say newspaper feature? Looking back at our whole experience, I'd honestly pay double what we did. 💕

Sarah and Christine were the absolute best! Cory and I had a vision of a low-key, informal, beer-fest vibe reception and these ladies made it happen! They kept us on track with timelines and to-do lists, but for the most part-they did a lot of the heavy lifting and made our day stress free. Sleeping Bee handled all the logistics with our food trucks and other vendors and made everything so easy. Our family and friends kept asking if Cory and I were stressed, and we surprisingly (and honestly) admitted we weren't at all because Sarah and Christine did so much for us. We definitely got the fun, low-key vibe we were going for and all of our guests and family had a blast, but we know Sarah and Christine did all the hard work behind the scenes to make sure everything *looked* effortless. They were super easy to work with and we feel so blessed to have had them as part of our special day!

Sarah was a total life saver as the coordinator for my wedding! She is organized, communicative, thoughtful, and obviously very experienced in what needs to happen the month of the wedding. When I was overwhelmed taking care of last-minute needs, she was talking to vendors, setting up detailed schedules, making sure everything went smoothly. I didn’t have to make any decisions day of, she took care of everything for me. She even set up all the decorations and made everything beautiful with just my materials and a picture of my vision. It took so much stress off me so I could enjoy this beautiful day I was anticipating for months and worked so hard for. Could not recommend her enough!

Hiring Sleeping Be Designs to be my Day of Coordinator was the best decision for my wedding. Sarah was prepared for every situation that day threw at her. To cutting my leg free from the hole I put in my dress to my husbands grandma needing oxygen. Sarah was able to decorate, manage, keep everyone on schedule all night long. We would HIGHLY recommend hiring Sarah Rosier to help plan your wedding. We hired Sarah as a day-of coordinator for our recent wedding at Turf Valley Resort, and it was one of the best decisions that we made for many reasons.
While we already consider ourselves “planners” (we worked on our wedding 10 months in advance with organized milestones, trackers, etc. in spreadsheets), we still benefited TREMENDOUSLY from all of the work that Sarah did leading up to the wedding and so much more on the actual wedding day.
She helped us with creating an organized timeline, coordinating with all of our vendors, leading venue setup and takedown, and keeping us on schedule throughout the day. She also provided so much ad-hoc support when unexpected things happened (we lost a groomsman due to COVID and had to change the procession, we needed to fix some boutonnieres at the last minute, etc.).
Sarah also helped us navigate tricky topics like what to tell our vendors and when (headcount, booster seats, tip envelopes, etc); she helped us manage carpools and transportation of personal items (centerpieces, flowers, etc.); and so much more. There was such a reduction in stress from having Sarah present to handle all of the various things that can and WILL happen on your wedding day. Sarah clearly has a lot of experience in this field and is ready for any outcome.
We couldn’t be more happy to have worked with Sarah, and we’d highly recommend her services to anyone about to host a wedding.

When I started wedding planning, I did not plan on hiring a coordinator. I quickly realized that would be a mistake, and hired Sarah! Hiring Sarah at Sleeping Bee Designs was easily the best decision that my husband and I made for our wedding. Sarah independently scheduled meetings and communicated with all of my vendors, and was very patient while I got organized. She pushed me in all the right ways to make decisions & plans, and proved her merit when she fixed a problem in less than an hour that I'd been stuck on for weeks. Sarah (and her assistant, Amanda) made our wedding day go so smoothly and efficiently, even when a last minute illness from a major vendor threatened the ease of the day. They handled an entirely DIY setup and take down, kept all of my decorations organized, and made sure the entire day was perfect from start to finish. We had our DREAM wedding, and I cannot thank Sarah enough for all the work she did. Hiring her team is ABSOLUTELY worth the money. If you are on the fence about it, HIRE HER!!!
