WOW, is all I can say!! From the moment we booked to the day of our wedding everything was simply amazing! Nick was with us every step of the way and made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it the night of our wedding. I never had to worry about a thing! The amount of things you get included in the wedding packages from open bar, to the wedding cake, made the DoubleTree an obvious choice! And of course the added convenience of having out of town guests be able to stay right on site after the party! All of our guests couldn't stop raving about how great of a time they had and how it was one of the best weddings they had ever gone to! The phrase "Best wedding food EVER" also got thrown around a lot, and the food was outstanding!! Thank you for making our wedding day the absolute day of our dreams!!

Many thanks to Nick Magliato and his team at DoubleTree by Hilton in Tarrytown. Our wedding party was everything we had hoped for. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the event came off without a hitch. Corinn was especially helpful in the weeks prior to the party – giving advice and taking care of all the small details we would not have thought of. Norma shepherded the event from start to finish, and Jessie and Jessica were very helpful with hotel reservations, etc. Also, the cake from Homestyle Desserts Bakery was beautiful and delicious! We recommend DoubleTree by Hilton in Tarrytown highly as this was a fabulous venue and party!

Nick and his team are amazing at what they do. They pulled everything off flawlessly even when I had made an error. Nick was so gracious and understanding and took care of everything. Having a room block was also very convenient to our guests traveling from all over. I would absolutely recommend the DoubleTree Tarrytown to anyone looking to be taken care of by experts.

What a wonderful venue- the experience from beginning to end exceeded our expectations. Everyone we worked with was an expert in the field and was able to make great suggestions and recommendations- from our menu selection to a local band, to a local florist, to a bus company to take our guests to the ceremony and back. Not only is the DoubleTree Hilton Tarrytown a great venue, but they have all the best connections. Our guests had a wonderful time, and that was most important! The catering staff was phenomenal- the food was delicious from appetizers through dinner and dessert, the bartenders were fast and friendly. During the reception, the staff was incredibly attentive to the bride and groom, they made sure we were able to enjoy the entire evening. Not only did the venue provide the reception hall and hotel rooms for our guests, it also had a bar conveniently located off the lobby. That was a great place for our guests to hang out after the reception ended. As a bonus, the hotel’s beautifully landscaped courtyard provided us with the perfect backdrop for our wedding photos. Ask for Nick and Jessie!!

The team at double tree was fantastic to work with. The easily accommodated a huge group and they made it seamless to coordinate transportation to my wedding venue for the bridal party and guests. The groom got ready in a suite with all the groomsmen and fathers and the room was great and fit 12 men and a photographer.

My husband and I got married on July 13th at the Doubletree and it could not have been better. Nick was super professional and helped us have a perfect day. When we changed the order of things (literally at the end of the cocktail hour), Nick talked to the band and made sure it was exactly how we wanted it. Norma and Leo were with us during the ceremony and made sure that we were well taken care of, coming up to us several times to see if there was anything we needed. When it came time to cut the cake and we decided we’d rather keep the dance floor crowded than create a lull, I told Norma we didn’t want to and she said “ok!” No one ever pressured us to do what they thought we should, but rather let us have our vision of a perfect wedding. Everyone was raving about the food and cake (from Homestyle Bakery-we did vanilla cake with strawberry and cannoli filling and recommend). They were also very easy to work with. I don’t understand how the Doubletree manages to have such quality food and drinks at such an affordable price, but we are not complaining! You will not regret having your wedding here.

My husband and I recently had our reception at the DoubleTree in Tarrytown. It was wonderful! Nick was great and was so helpful throughout the whole process. He always answered our questions promptly and worked with our guest count as well. He also threw in chocolate covered strawberries for our summer wedding :) The venue itself is beautiful. Everyone was so pleased with the convenience of the hotel. We had our wedding in the grand ballroom which I loved because it also gave us access to the outside terrace. There was another wedding going on later in the night, which admittedly worried me at first. However, they did such a good job keeping things separate that it did not distract from our festivities. I have to also commend the waitstaff! You always hear about brides not getting to eat or enjoy the cocktail hour. One of the severs made sure to bring hors d’oeuvres to me as I was taking formal portraits outside. Norma, our maitre’d helped us out to make sure the wedding and events ran smoothly that night. Another really nice thing about this venue is location. It was just down the street from patriots park and the Lyndhurst Mansion, which some of our guests checked out the following day. I would absolutely recommend this venue.

The highest honors to Nick, wedding/catering manager and all the Doubletree staff. Nick was was calm, friendly, professional; no question, no detail, no matter how small was responded to in record time. Now for the food. It was fabulous....My guests were delighted with the cocktail hour as well as the dinner. Service was excellent. Our guests who stayed in the hotel were also very pleased. Once again, no one better than Nick to respond as if you were the only person he had to deal with. Bravo... We had a beautiful wedding ... Thank you

Working with the DoubleTree team for my wedding was a great experience. Nick the Catering Sales Manager knew the space very well and the menu choices that we and our guests would enjoy. Also during the day of the event Leo the Banquet Manager never left our side in making sure our wedding went smoothly and that all of our needs were met. Of course the best part was the food! I would highly recommend having your wedding at this venue. Why work with an average hotel when you can work with the best?

We can't speak highly enough of the DoubleTree in Tarrytown. Nick Magliato was incredibly prompt in his responses and super accommodating - both my husband and I have worked in restaurants and hotels before so we are VERY particular, and Nick made sure it all happened exactly as hoped. I like to micromanage and they didn't need me to specify anything - they anticipated every detail and executed to a T. Our guests were blown away by the quality of the food and the overall venue, while my husband and I were blown away by the service. Take note: the bar makes for a great after-party scene and the cake vendor they partner with is PHENOMENAL - Homestyle Bakery in Peekskill was equally accommodating and their cake was perfection. I won't lie, there were a few slight missteps the day of - but they are so inconsequential that I'm still giving this 5 stars. For what we paid and the amazing experience we had, this was absolutely worth every penny.

My husband and I were married at the DoubleTree Tarrytown on June 8th, 2019. When we were first looking into venue options, I had my heart set on a non-traditional venue. However we quickly realized that those venues would not be within our budget. Little did I know that this was quite the happy accident and one of the best decisions in our wedding planning. Our wedding day was just about as stress-free as a wedding day can be. I had forgotten to drop off some decorations with Nick so on the day of the wedding he coordinated for a member of the staff to pick up the items from the get-ready room and she insisted on bringing some bridesmaids with her to make sure we were happy with how they were set up. Our maitre'd was Shopon, he helped us coordinate our ceremony and everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. Our guests raved about the food. We chose the Asian and Italian stations for the cocktail hour. We had a blast at our wedding, we are so happy we chose the DoubleTree!

We just had our wedding at the DoubleTree in early May. The event went on without a hitch. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible. It was clear that they know what their doing and have everything down so things go smoothly. We really wanted to have our ceremony at the gazebo but the weather had other plans. The staff worked with us to create a back up option (the covered terrace) that was just as beautiful and ended up being perfect. The space is beautiful and the food is delicious. We were really impressed and loved everything.

The Double Tree was an incredible venue !! Nick and his team of Jessie and Jessica were wonderful!! They made our special day perfect ! They made every single detail flawless! Their attentiveness, helpfulness, and kindness exceeded all our expectations. The day of Norma and Leo were so extremely helpful and exceptional. My guests were blown away by the elegance and beauty of the venue!! It was truly all we could have hoped for and more ! Nick was quick to respond to every single phone call and email I placed ! His dedication and professionalism were unparalleled. I will definitely recommend this venue to all my family and friends. Also, we would definitely use this venue in the future! From the minute we first toured the DoubleTree by Hilton Tarrytown we knew that we had found our wedding venue! The grounds, ballroom and cocktail space are absolutely beautiful. The gorgeous stone fireplaces add a cozy ambiance and make a perfect backdrop for photos. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests raved about everything from the taco bar during cocktail hour to the filet mignon at dinner. We loved that the package we picked included the cake (which was delicious from Homestyle Bakery) to the champagne toast. The day of our wedding went so smoothly, in large part due to Nick and Norma. Nick is amazing event manger and made the last year of wedding planning such an easy process. He responded to emails so quickly and guided us throughout the process. On the day of the wedding, when last minute things came up, Nick made sure it was taken care of immediately. Norma made sure we were taken care of during our reception and kept the night running smoothly. We cannot thank the DoubleTree enough for making our wedding day truly magical!

My husband and I could not be more happy with the staff at the Doubletree Terry town. Nick, Jesse, and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. You could tell they genuinely cared that everything went off without a hitch on our big day.

Nick and his entire event team are spectacular!!! They made everything a breeze and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had an amazing day. Nick allowed us to customize a perfect menu. Jessie, in Sales, managed our room blocks effortlessly, and Shopon was the perfect maitre'd for the day of. My guests are still raving about the mashed potato bar!!

Our wedding was last week and we had the best experience ever. Nick was always available when we needed and answered all of our questions and emailed right away. The food was delicious. All of our guests were pleased with the variety of options and of course the taste. From the cocktail hour to the main courses - all the way to the best part, the desserts. The reception area setup was beautiful and my husband and I highly recommend you to go to Double Tree in Tarrytown. You won’t regret it. We just had our wedding there this past weekend and it was better than either of us expected. Nick, who was in charge of our wedding at double tree was fantastic. He was very calm, he called me to remind me of things that needed to get done and was always reachable. He made sure that we had someone there the day of our wedding to help run things smoothly. My husband (wow that's fun to say) and I were just married at the DoubleTree on Friday, and it was just magical! I was one of those brides that knew exactly what I wanted, but I had no idea of how much really went into a making a wedding happen. Through all the times I became overwhelmed, Nick came to the rescue! He was fabulous to work with throughout the whole process. He saw to it that my vision came to life and my wedding was perfect as a result. All staff present the day of our event were great, too! Waiters made sure I had a fresh drink on my table the whole night, which I thought was such a nice touch when I came back from a dance session. Now if only we could relive that night over and over again!!!

I just had my wedding at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tarrytown and everything was amazing. Nick was super easy to work with on the reception end, and Jessica was super accommodating on the hotel end. Everything went super smooth and Nick made sure to make the process super easy and run smoothly. They also had a bar that was opened for late night hangout which kept the party going. Nick made the wedding planning experience so effortless from the moment I called him to make an appointment to tour the venue! The wedding itself went so smoothly and the hotel staff made sure that my guests had everything they needed. They also sent someone out to get glue for my eyelashes since my makeup artist screwed up a bit. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and we had a blast! A huge portion of that is attributed to how easy the Doubletree made everything!!! The other wonderful thing was that while my parents were helping with a lot of the financial piece of the wedding, Nick made sure that my voice as the bride was always heard, which I greatly appreciated! Nick was wonderful to work with! We don't live in the area and had to plan everything from very far away and he was always available to contact for any questions we had or anything we needed. We could not have asked for things to be run more smoothly! He worked with us to keep things within our budget and helped to keep everyone happy. Amazing venue, would not change a thing if we had to do it all over again.

The beams, the lobby and the greeting you get when you walk thru the front door was top notch. Our Catering Director Nick was always one step ahead, he is a true professional with a lot of patience. The Double Tree went above and beyond what I could have imagined for our wedding day and truly made it the wedding of my dreams. I can honestly not say enough amazing things about Nick and his team on how accommodating, friendly, and professional they are to a picky bride like myself. They are complete "Yes" people. If you wanted it done they will do everything in their power to get it done no questions asked. I had a 300 guest wedding at the double tree and I brought in a lot of rentals and was very particular about how I wanted everything set up. While most venues in the area that I considered had several rules and stipulations about this The Double Tree was more then happy to accommodate us and help with the set up and break down of all items. The venue looked absolutely stunning when I walked in the night of the wedding and the courtyard area for cocktail hour was such a great feature that all our guests enjoyed on a beautiful fall day. Again special thank you to Nick for accommodating my Father-in-laws special request to have lamb shanks at cocktail hour. Our guest LOVED the food and said it was some of the best food that they have had at a wedding venue! Another very special thank you to Maria the reservation manager for helping coordinate the large room block that we had for our big day as well! Everyone at check in was so hospitable and friendly and they even offered me and my bridal party one of the conference rooms to do all our hair and makeup in the morning of the wedding which worked out perfectly! Nick is not only a very personable friendly person but throughout the entire planning process he was always very quick to answer any questions I had and is very thorough to ensure that everything goes smoothly for your big day. This is a huge plus for any bride planning a big wedding. The Double Tree went above and beyond what I could have imagined for our wedding and I highly recommend this venue to anyone.

Nick was very prompt with any response needed throughout the process, which helped ease any anxiety about the process. Nick made sure that me and my bridesmaids had a private room to get ready in, as I had just planned on getting ready in the suite my husband and I had booked. Our maitre'd the day of was Norma, and she helped make sure everything ran well, including finding the bag of fabric we used to go down the aisle as she was about to leave since my mother-in-law wanted it. I can not think of one thing I would have done differently thanks to everyone at the DoubleTree! They were amazing, accommodating, and over and beyond! Let me first start with Nick Magliato, the event catering manager. He made my wedding experience one I'll never forget! He went so above and beyond and helped us with every step of the way. He helped with things I would have never known we needed. He truly is amazing! And Norma, our maitre' d..... she was fantastic!!! She helped keep everything on track and so sweet and accommodating. The hotel was gorgeous, the rooms they gave us were amazing, and the service from the rehearsal dinner to the morning after brunch, was impeccable! My wife and I got married at the DoubleTree about a month ago and the service was excellent! Nick Magliato, the banquet manager, and his assistants were very accommodating toward fulfilling our needs. My wife and I not only have big families, but we also come from different ethnic backgrounds. Under those circumstances, we encountered several cultural conflicts, which were quickly resolved by Nick and his team. One of the many important takeaways I learned from planning this wedding was that timing is everything. Due to the flexibility and timeliness of Nick's team, we successfully fit over five hours of partying into a five-hour time period (including the cocktail hour). I would also like to mention that the food served at the DoubleTree was delicious. I received a lot of positive feedback from our guests on how savory the food stations, especially the potato bar, were during the cocktail hour. With that being said, I would strongly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Tarrytown for weddings and other festivities.

Originally, we had only planned on arranging hotel rooms for our guest at the DoubleTree in Tarrytown, but once we took a look at the grounds, we knew we wanted to get married there. We were extremely happy that we chose the DoubleTree for our wedding reception. Nick was extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. Nick responded to emails and phone calls almost immediately and was very flexible in scheduling meetings and tastings. The staff during the reception were amazing and made the night very special. The ballroom was set up perfectly, and our guests continue to rave about how good the food was, from cocktail hour to wedding cake. The space was gorgeous and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. I had very few complaints and what I wasn't happy with was outshined with everything else. The staff was extremely helpful and polite overall. The day of assistant could have been a little more polite but she knew her job and did it well. I found that the venue was fantastically set up answered all questions and very accommodating.

I had such an amazing wedding at the Doubletree. From the very first time I walked in I knew that was where I wanted to get married. I met with Nick who greeted me with a hug and a smile and he made every choice and decision super easy for me. He was there for me through every email, phone call and meeting and to say he was helpful is a huge understatement. Up until the day of the wedding he was amazing every step of the way. The actual wedding day was beyond perfect. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience. My wife and I had our wedding ceremony and reception here and I must say they are as advertised. There are a few things in particular that made this venue a superb location to hold any event. First, the facility itself is at and easily accessible location right off the I-87/I-287. It possesses a wonderful view particularly of the sunset and the Hudson river in the back. Second, the amenities and available attractions and historic areas near by are great selling points for adventurous guests or for those who just want to be near a major city area. And of course, there is the service of the staff. By far, this is the reason why I would recommend this location. To say you are treated with the utmost care and consideration is an understatement. Nick, our wedding coordinator is the best. He took really great care of us and ensured all details were managed with precision and professionalism. His team of staff were truly great at there duties. We have never had such wonderful service in any hotel or event venue. From the bride's concierge, to the porters, to the wedding attendants, to the receptionist; everyone one showed great care and a high level of professionalism. We received numerous raves from our attending guests of how wonderful the staff were in making them feel satisfied. We can see why the are rated as one of the best wedding locations in Westchester County, NY by the Knot. Our wedding on 10/22/16 was everything we could have dreamed. Nick Magliato is amazing and gave us more than the personal attention that we expected. From the organization and the attention to detail of those in charge of the wedding and catering service. The food was delicious and the banquet service was excellent. From top to bottom everyone was great! Nick did a great job of walking us through every detail of the planning and Norma made sure that everything went smooth and seamless on our big day. The Doubletree is a beautiful place and was also great for accommodating our out of town guests.

I knew the doubletree was my venue the moment i walked in. The cocktail hour space is beautiful and the staff including Nick Magliato, the catering manager was extremely helpful. The doubletree offers a lot of bang for your buck and also the convience of having the reception in the hotel where you are staying! Nick, Maria, Shopon and the rest of the Doubletree staff were wonderful. I can honestly say that I did not have a worry about how my wedding was being handled thanks to Nick. He made sure every detail was taken care of and between him and Shopon, they made sure my stress levels were low. The food was absolutely fantastic. Everyone agreed the chicken was succulent and the salmon was delectable. The risotto was delicious and the coconut purple mash potatoes was the wedding guest ultimate favorite. We held our daughter and son in law belated wedding reception at the Doubletree by Hilton in Tarrytown NY. The original reception was set for Oct.2015 and had to be postponed to June 2016,due to the fact our new son in law was involved in a very serious car accident and was not able to travel to NY from CA.To complicate matters my husband had to undergo emergency surgery three weeks before the reception which created tremendous stress in the final preparations for the reception. The planning had to be done long distance because we lived in FL by phone , text and email with Nick. Nick Magliato Associate Director of Catering made the planning process and final preparation seamless and took care of the many details to make our children a beautiful reception to remember. The venue was beautiful with the flowers in bloom in the garden, and the reception room was very elegant.The food for the cocktail hour and reception was absolutely delicious , and the staff was very professional,courteous and very attentive to our guests. I can't say enough about Nick and thank him again for all his help. If you're looking for your dream wedding reception with a personal touch I highly recommend the DoubleTree you won't be disappointed!

I had my wedding at the DoubleTree in Tarrytown on 5.28.16, and everything was amazing. Among the great choices in Westchester, we chose the DoubleTree for its location (20 min from our church ceremony and easy to access for my NJ-based family), the ability to accomodate my large guest list, and the ability for guests to come and go from the ballroom when they needed a break/smoke/etc. The staff at the DoubleTree was more than fantastic from the second I started inquiring about my date through the last moments of the event, and beyond. Nick thought of things and had solutions to them before I even thought of them. They accomodated every request we had, and steered us in the right direction when we were unsure about decisions. I honestly cannot say enough about the staff, the venue, and the amazing event they put on for us!

Nick & Norma were AMAZING to work with! Anything we needed/wanted was done no questions asked. Nick was always available through email (which was nice not having to set up meetings every few months). The wait staff and bartenders went above and beyond for not only myself and husband, but all the guests- during cocktail hour my husband and I were given our own plate of appetizers and a few drinks before walking in to greet our guests! The food was outstanding throughout the night. Everything was organized and happened in a timely manor. I would recommend this place over and over again for a wedding! They did an OUTSTANDING job and made it truly the best night of our lives.

The venue was a perfect fit for us (120 guests), the food was delicious, and Nick helped me create the wedding of my dreams. As a Type-A personality, Nick made sure that every detail was met. I can honestly say that my wedding was exactly how I wanted it to be!

My husband and I had our wedding at Doubletree and had an excellent experience. Nick Magliato was the director of catering and he was walked us through everything. He was always available to answer questions and give recommendations during the year leading up to our wedding day. His entire staff was great about returning emails quickly and helping me stay organized. Everyone was warm, friendly and professional. All of my guests who booked a room for the night said they had a great experience and they really appreciated the discounted rates for wedding guests. A few even mentioned how comfortable the beds were. The cocktail room was the perfect space for guests (we had about 180 people) and they have a nice patio connecting to it. Unfortunately, it rained off and on that day so most of the guests stayed inside. But the guys enjoyed their cigar table outside on the patio which is covered and has a nice view of the hotel grounds. The grand ballroom was beautiful and I was completely happy with how everything looked! The pictures turned out beautiful. I loved the food and several people commented on how good it was. The service was great too. Everything came out in a timely manner. When the party was over at midnight, several guests (including me and my husband) went down to the hotel bar and continued our night until the bar closed around 2:30am. It was nice to have the option to stay up and keep the party going :) The hotel provided my husband and I with with a suite for the night and the following morning we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant with family and friends. It was great to be able to roll out of bed and meet everyone down the hall for coffee and breakfast after a long night! The location was another selling point for us. We had a lot of out of town guests, so having a wedding where people can stay the night was a huge bonus! The hotel also provides a shuttle service to and from the metro north train station so it was super easy for people to use public transportation. I left gift bags for my guests who stayed at the hotel and the hotel staff made sure they were all waiting in the room before guests arrived. Plus, they added fresh cookies which was a nice touch. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have changed anything. I highly recommend Doubletree by Hilton Tarrytown for any couple looking for their wedding venue!

Our wedding at the DoubleTree was AMAZING! We worked with Nick to plan the event. He was extremely responsive during the entire process and I never worried about how the event would turn out. The entire staff was accommodating to food allergies in my family...they even got gluten free crackers and chips for those at our wedding who couldn't eat many of the appetizers. The room was stunning and everything went so smoothly. The food was also delicious!!! It was so nice to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place. Book with the DoubleTree and you will not be disappointed! You will be so happy you did!!!

The day was perfect. Nick was amazing on making sire every detail was perfect and right! The service was impeccable and i couldnt be any happier
