Hi, I’m Sydney Hoerner, and I’ve been bringing events to life since 2022! My journey into event planning started after I graduated with my bachelor’s degree—I fell in love with the magic of creating unforgettable moments and knew this was my calling. Over the years, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to plan everything from corporate events and public concerts to intimate baby showers, bridal showers, and weddings. Each event has strengthened my passion for designing seamless, stress-free, and beautifully curated experiences. Now, as I pursue my master’s degree, I’m also taking a leap into something I’ve always dreamed of—launching my own Event Management business. I truly believe that events are more than just gatherings; they’re experiences that bring people together in meaningful ways. I would highly recommend Sydney as an event planner! She worked closely with me leading up to my wedding and managed all the day-of coordination seamlessly. Sydney’s attention to detail was impeccable—she left nothing untouched. She was incredibly thorough, presenting me with a variety of options and taking the time to ensure every aspect was perfect and in line with my wishes.
On my wedding day, I was able to fully relax, knowing she had everything under control—from table décor and venue decorations to coordinating with vendors and even ensuring all my belongings were gathered and taken care of at the end of the night. I later found out that my bridal bouquets had gone missing before my ceremony, but Sydney took care of everything without me even knowing, making sure I never had to stress about it. That level of professionalism and quick thinking is exactly why she is amazing at what she does. I couldn’t have asked for a better planner to bring my dream wedding to life!
