inator. She got to know us and what we wanted out of our wedding day. She made sure to follow up with us periodically and to organize with all of our vendors.
She drove out to our venue the day before the wedding to do a walk-through with our wedding party and stayed overnight in the area. To say we would have been lost without her is an understatement. She made sure everyone knew where to be and answered all of our stupid questions.
Sydney got to our venue three hours before the ceremony on the day of our wedding to be there before the vendors arrived. She took care of absolutely everything. All I had to do was get my hair and makeup done and get to the venue.
The ceremony went off without a hitch thanks to her guiding us. Every moment was on-time or ahead of schedule, she kept us on track! After all the big to-do's were said and done and it was just dancing, Sydney started to clean up areas we were no longer using to make packing things up the next day a breeze.
I truly don't understand how we would have executed our plans day of without Sydney. She is an absolute must if you want a stress free day.

Sydney was working behind the scenes making sure everything was running smoothly, coordinating all the little details, and handling anything that came up before we even had a chance to know about it. Because of her, my husband and I were able to be completely present and enjoy every single moment of our wedding day with each other and our family.
She was professional, kind, calm, incredibly organized, and just such a wonderful person to have by our side. She somehow made everything feel effortless while doing SO much behind the scenes.

On my wedding day, I was able to fully relax, knowing she had everything under control—from table décor and venue decorations to coordinating with vendors and even ensuring all my belongings were gathered and taken care of at the end of the night. I later found out that my bridal bouquets had gone missing before my ceremony, but Sydney took care of everything without me even knowing, making sure I never had to stress about it.
