Ceremonies are most often held at our Arbor in the Cove, a wooded ceremony site surrounded by towering trees and a peaceful stream that wraps around the entire four-acre property. Smithview Pavilion features a spacious open-air pavilion for receptions, providing protection from unpredictable Tennessee weather while maintaining the charm of an outdoor celebration. String lights, wooden chandeliers, and greenery are elegantly hung from the ceiling, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere. A real wood-burning fireplace serves as the focal point of the pavilion and adds a cozy touch for evening receptions.
Our brick patio offers additional flexibility and is perfect for cocktail hour, outdoor dancing, or an intimate ceremony. Smithview Pavilion also includes private bridal and groomsmen suites, allowing both parties to get ready comfortably onsite without accidental run-ins.

The features of this venue were everything i could have asked for and more! The bridal suite was beautiful and very relaxing for getting ready for the big day! My family also loved the venue :)
Taylor even contacted me for a rain plan in case it rained on our wedding, and i’m so glad she did because it did rain but our wedding was still so beautiful it didn’t matter! :)

Lisa and her team are so AMAZING! Everyone was very helpful and super nice. I really feel that they went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was special. Also, the bridal suite is goregous! verything exactly to timeline, but my husband and I never felt one bit of stress or worry- we knew Lara had it under control.
We initially chose this venue because of the scenery and many options for photographs and ceremony locations, but in the end, we got so much more out of it. I could not ask for a better venue to get married at!

There are several places on the property to get married, it is an outdoor facility but it rained the day of the wedding and they set it up under the pavillion. It is most definately worth the price and it was absolutely beautiful.

e Bronze Package (the shortest length of time offered) we still received chairs, tables, linens, lanterns to decorate with, floral centerpieces, and one person from the venue to help out on the day of the wedding.
I was SO GLAD to have her (I think her name was Brandy?). As we were setting up that morning we realized I had not made enough decorations and we were running late...but I had extra materials and she offered to help so that I could get ready. She also helped out in the kitchen, and when we changed our mind about the setup of the chairs and tables she helped with that too.
This was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I am truly grateful to everyone at Smithview for making this experience as smooth as planning a wedding could possibly be.

When we found a church in Maryville to get married, we began our search for a venue that was reasonably priced, and allowed us "free reign" as to the caterer, DJ, etc. we wanted. ...
So many places had long lists of restrictions! And then we found Smithview. This is no ordinary Pavilion - It's absolutely gorgeous! High ceilings, stone fireplace, full kitchen, extremely spacious, and sitting on a beautiful piece of land. The packages were extremely reasonable, and even had tables and chairs (and more) included! Great people to work with - they even helped set up equipment the day of!

etter is that they dont offer you a time to do a rehearsal. Also, they give you the choice to have the ceremony out my the creek but if you do that you have to rent extra chairs they are not provided with the package.
