Gary awoke one morning in 2008 to discover that the restaurant he had spent years creating had burned down overnight. He had a list of upcoming private events he was supposed to be catering for and he knew that he could not disappoint his clients. With the help of his friends and his wife Peggy, he started a new kitchen with the sole purpose of providing catering services. Since then, Gary and his team have turned a crisis into an opportunity and have built a reputation for providing exceptional dishes and above-and-beyond service. With your vision in mind, they are ready to craft an incredible feast prepared using the freshest ingredients and the highest quality smoker meats.
