Rob made our ring shopping experience delightful. I picked out both of my rings. Even though i didn't think i wanted a certain style, he suggested i try it on and i LOVED it. They have great customer service. there was a slight issue with the ring (wrong size!) but they were all over fixing it in no time!! they even delivered the ring to Ocean City.

We went to Smyth for our wedding and engagement rings. The engagement ring that I got was amazing and so unique. When I went back to get the wedding band, I worked with Carla who was fantastic, she helped us find what we wanted and stay in our price range. She made the experience all the much more enjoyable and we even had champagne, that never hurts!

I love love love both my engagement ring and wedding band but very frustrated with Smyth. 7 days after I received my engagement ring I lost a diamond. Then 1 day AFTER my wedding I lost a diamond. They will replace them for free but I am frustrated that my husband still has to pay a ring payment because they had ordered the wrong matching wedding band. When they ordered the correct one it was $1,000 more and since he started paying the ring payments I have lost a stone. My entire extended family have been going to Smyth foreverrrrr and they have always made right and I felt like they should have done something but didnt do anything about the fact that I have lost 2 diamonds and still have a stupid ring payment bc they ordered the wrong ring.

We went to several jewelers. None had what we wanted in store, all said they would look in to it and none called us back aside from Smyth. We found them at a vendor show and they lady said they were still open that day so we went straight there (on a Sunday night). The lady helped us by actually explaining each metal and the pros and cons to each one. I knew what I wanted by my husband wasn't sure because he has never worn jewelry before. If she hadn't educated us we probably would have bought the wrong one. They are extremely professional and helpful. We love our rings which were made exactly for us. We also have unlimited cleaning and resizing for the rest of our lives without paying extra for that service. Save yourself the stress and wasted time and just go to Smyth's. We went to the one in Annapolis Towne center and it is very nice.

I have been using Smyth Jewlers for over 10 years as my primary jeweler. They have invaluable costumer service and limitess product selection. If you can't find exactly the piece you are dreaming of or looking for, the staff will help you design the piece with the assistance of their buyers and in-house/contracted designers. My husband and I had Smyth Jewelers recreate a wedding band that matched my engagement ring and his grandmother's original wedding band. It turned out perfectly! If you didn't know we had it made custom designed, you would have thought my wedding band was the original. We are both very happy with the wedding band. Smyth Jewelers be our family jeweler for years to come!

My husband ordered my engagement ring from Smyth and we loved the service and quality so much we returned to order our wedding bands. Smyth was extremely accommodating to the special order he made for my engagement ring and then to my numerous visits after our engagement to get the ring sized just right. We really like our wedding and engagement rings, which all came from Smyth. The only thing that we found a bit frustrating was that our saleslady for the wedding rings seemed to lose interest in us when we said we wanted simple bands without stones for our wedding rings. The service for resizing and jewelry repairs is fabulous and we love the warm cookies they have out for customers. I've recommended Smyth to other friends considering engagements and marriage and will keep them in mind for our jewelry needs in the future.

Our rings turned out to be perfect. I took the rings to be engraved a few weeks before and they found my wedding band had a chipped diamond. They ordered me a new one and had it engraved and ready on time.

My rings are gorgeous, but the way my husband was treated by Smyth was awful. The first setting he liked he put a deposit on and the sales person would not return any of my husband's phone calls or emails about when the few customizations would be done and when the ring would be ready. After a few weeks we went back to Smyth and asked for a refund. Rather than making the situation right, the new sales person just went on and on about why Smyth was so great. We went searching for another set and when finding it at another jeweler, my husband went back to Smyth because they had the lowest price. Again, the sales person would not return calls or emails and my husband had to speak to a manager to get results. The manager stated, "Seeing how much money you are spending, there is no reason why this sales person is not communicating with you." We have only returned to Smyth for cleanings.

Got my husband's wedding band here. Their service was abysmal. Their doorman has terrible attitude and was rude. We ordered ring and came back to pick it up in a few weeks. The front desk clerk was inconsiderate of our spot in line and was curt in her behavior. I will absolutely never give them my business again.

My husband purchased my engagemnt ring at Smyth as it has been his families jeweler for a long time. We decided to purchase our wedding rings here as well. The sales associates were so helpful as I ended up choosing an estate piece that they needed to make bigger. I was a little apprehensive, but it turned out beautiful and better than I expected. The selection in their store is outstanding and the patience and the knowledge of their staff is wonderful. They do an impeccable job if you need any jewelery fixed, resized, or cleaned! We plan to keep Smyth in the family as our jeweler for a long time!

The folks at Smyth are simply awesome! We worked with Brian McCullough at the Timonium store, and we can't say enough great things about him or everyone else associated with the store. First, Brian worked with me through about 2 hours of trying on different wedding rings, and even went and solicited other jewelers in the store for their opinion when I was down to 2 rings that I had a hard time choosing from. Second, he did an awesome job of sizing both of our rings, as my husband has a giant knuckle that he had trouble fitting a ring on to, and I had a weird-sized ring finger (somewhere between 5 and 5.5 ring finger) that required the store to shave down the inside of the ring (which they did, no problem!). They also had some of the best prices around the Baltimore area (we went to about 10 different places, and it isn't even close in terms of price comparison, and the quality was virtually the same). Finally, the finished product was awesome, and the rings are of high quality and fit great. This place was simply fantastic (you can't beat their prices or their service), and make sure to ask for Brian if you go in! He's the best!

Smyth Jewelers is the best in the business. Once you walk in, you know you are completely taken care of. We were even those annoying people that needed to have our rings specially ordered, fast-tracked, and engraved in a short period of time and Smyth didn't even bat an eyelash! They were happy to serve, incredibly helpful, and our rings look FANTASTIC! I recommend them to everyone!

During our first visit/look, we had quite a salesman. I am a salesperson’s dream come true and was hooked by what he said. Although my husband (who never buys anything on the first visit) wanted to take more time to mull it over, the offer we were given was great and we were told that the deposit was fully refundable within (I believe it was) 30 days so we took it. When we came back about a month later to pick up the rings and pay the final balance, we were advised that that salesperson no longer worked there because he was making unauthorized deals with customers and had received complaints about being too high-pressure in his sales. Smyth honored the deal that we were given and the representatives were apologetic for our hassle (having to explain the situation and get other people involved to resolve the situation). Although a bit of a hassle, the representatives who assisted us were very pleasant and helpful and in the end we got our beautiful rings for a great price. I would definitely still recommend them and would shop there again myself.

I found the perfect wedding bands for both myself and husband at Smyth, and my engagement ring is from there also. The staff are always ready to help, and they offer what is called "spa treatments" for your rings where they clean it extensively as well as check for loose diamonds, all for free if you purchase it from them.

I was very picky when it came to the jewelry that I wanted to wear for our wedding. Smyth's service, as always was impeccable, and they were able to help me create a necklace to wear, fix up estate pieces that were in my family, and clean all jewelry before the wedding. I can't say enough great things about them!
