If I could give Brooke 100 stars I would. Working with Brooke was one of the best parts of our wedding experience. She knows what you need before you even ask her and will solve any problem that comes up without you even knowing something is wrong. Our wedding day was perfect and went by without a flaw and it was all thanks to her. Hiring brooke will be the best wedding decision you make!
Snap chic was hands down the best planning and photography we found! Planning during a pandemic? Then you need snap chic planning! Planning under normal conditions? You still very much need snap chic! What’s not to love about these ladies- Anna & Kate could not have been more positive, helpful, & on it for our wedding (and moral support through all the craziness) Absolutely hands down the best investment we made- kept us on schedule, on time, and looking amazing ♥️ Having to plan a wedding is stressful enough without having to do it twice (thanks Covid) but these ladies helped us every step of the way!! Y’all rock!
Talk about amazing wedding coordinator! Katy made every attempt to make our wedding planning process as seamless as possible and that was very much appreciated by my husband and I, We both have full time jobs that left us with little time to really devote to the planning. Enter Katy with her impressive organizational skills, friendly nature and professionalism. She was awesome at reminding me of important things to ask while meeting with potential vendors which is a huge plus. Our wedding day was a huge success from start to finish because of her. And if that isn't enough to persuade you to go with Snap Chic, she even packed up everything up at the end of the night so my mother wouldn't have to worry about it. Now that is a top notch wedding coordinator! Thanks Katy!

I used Snap Chic Planning to help run my wedding day and was in contact with them during the month leading up to the wedding day. I worked with Katy and she also brought her assist Lauren for the day of. Katy was so helpful in the month leading up to the wedding and was perfect on the day of. Her and Lauren set up all the decorations, dealt with all the vendors, checked in with me consistently during the wedding day to make sure I was perfect, and then packed everything up at the end! I could not have done this day without them! I highly recommend hiring Snap Chic Planning for your wedding day! When the day is over, you will not regret it!
What can I say? Snap Chic did am amazing job from start to finish in making our wedding day and every day leading up to it amazing. We interviewed several other planners before deciding that Katy was the best for the job. She was flexible, creative and had a plethora of contacts and resources. She helped us stay on budget and made sure that the day of went smoothly. We signed up with Katy to help us a year out and all the way up to the big day. She made sure to identify services we did not need to create a package just for us, most people would not do that for you. Whenever we had a concern or question, she as quick to respond had solutions for every scenario. Towards the end she added Lauren to the team and she was great addition! She made sure on the day of I had a few moments to myself and even brought me a drink when I was missing cocktail hour to take pictures. The whole team was a creative, fun and professional group. We were so happy we went with snap chic!! My only regret was not using them to plan my bachelorette as well.
The BEST person you could have by your side on your wedding day! We planned our Texas wedding all the way from Wisconsin and had the pleasure to with Katy and she was literally a dream to work with! She answered every questions, email and call and was always very informative and reassuring in such a very stressful time! The day of she was SO helpful and made everything flow so perfect! Our day was truly magically and HUGE thanks for that goes to Katy! I can’t recommend her enough!
Working with Snap Chic Planning and Katy was amazing! I was hesitant about investing in a wedding planner but I didn't want to be stressed out doing all the planning on my own. I'm so unbelievably glad I decided to work with Snap Chic. They seriously made planning a breeze and my actual wedding day was a DREAM, so easy and enjoyable, with no worries at all because I knew every little thing was taken care of. Katy was absolutely amazing!!! She is so sweet and fun to work with. She has wonderful suggestions. We met several times before the wedding to discuss the planning process. On the day of she is a dream come true! She is doing everything- from setting up decor, directing other vendors, and at the end of the night she helped pack up everything. I worked with Katy at a recent wedding and it was running so smoothly from a vendors standpoint that I forgot we were ever at a wedding! She was so sweet and kind and reached out a few months before the wedding to make sure we were familiar with each other as I was coming from the Dallas area! I loved that she kept me in the loop with my bride and groom throughout the full day! You will not be disappointed if you hire her and her team!
Snap Chic was provided to me through the vendor contract, as a day-of coordinator, and I am SO glad. The owner, Katy is wonderful to work with and handled all the vendor details ahead of time. She had great recommendations. The actual day of coordinator was Taylor. She was amazing. You don't realize how much you need a coordinator, until the day of. For me personally, it helped tremendously because I literally did not have enough time or energy to take care of everything myself. Taylor got all the vendors set up perfectly to seamlessly provide services all night, she coordinated all the decorating, and she HANDLED all the details and crazy family drama I was unable to attend to. Definitely recommend this company!
Wow, all I can say is money. well. spent. Katy & her team did so much to take the stress of the wedding off of my plate. They made every step of the journey so easy. From meeting at the Starbucks on my (traffic-heavy) side of town, to communicating with all of the vendors - they are incredible at all they do. They are also so sweet, professional & incredibly knowledgable. I can honestly say I don't know what I would have done without them! If you are debating whether or not to get a planner, it is so. worth it. Book them now, you will not regret it!!
Snap Chic Planning was the absolute BEST money I spent on my entire wedding! At first we weren’t going to hire a planner, but as the wedding got closer we realized it would be overwhelming to have our family and wedding party in charge of the small details on the day of. From the moment we started to meet with Katy, organizing and planning became so much easier. She would check in often to see how planning on my end was going and offer any advice/ suggestions I needed. On the day of, she & her assistant were by far our favorite people there!! They took care of every single detail and made the day such a breeze for us! They coordinated with each other & the other vendors all day long to make everything flow smoothly. They always made sure we knew when an event (cake cutting, garter toss, etc) was coming up and that we had water/ wine/ anything we needed. They even went out of their way to make sure our guests were comfortable. Snap Chic went above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely perfect, and I whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone else planning their own wedding!!
First off, in the "Pinterest wedding" era, I am terrible at pulling off Pinterest in general. So, when I got recommendations from my friends and family to hire a wedding planner, it was appealing.
What was even more appealing was allowing my wonderful family to enjoy the wedding with us.
Having, at minimum, a day-of coordinator took so much pressure off of my mom and others who had a big hand in the wedding. Finding a coordinator we trusted was key to being in the moment, instead of running around trying to queue music and chase family members.
When we hired Katy Padilla as our coordinator, we chose the day-of package. After the initial meeting, she met with us several weeks out to start getting to know each other, pull together the wedding day pieces and collect information on the vendors we were responsible for booking. From that point on, any time we received a contract or made a decision, we sent it off to Katy and she handled it from there.
She created timelines, inventory lists (which was perfect, because I always forget something) and touched base regularly with each of our vendors. My favorite thing about her was that all of our vendors had the same information we had. It felt so good knowing everyone was on the same page.
Katy really has the experience to make ideas and details come to life. She knows the local vendors in the San Antonio area, has seen a lot of what works and doesn't work, and has a lot of sensible advice to help make all of the little and big decisions.
Her trustworthy, patient and kind qualities made her a a joy to work with! I highly recommend her and her team for your wedding planning!
I cant explain how much they helped me!! Sierra was there to help and make sure things were going great and helped me with our timeline. I honestly would've been lost with them!! Highly recommend
We were so glad we finally decided to hire a wedding coordinator. There were so many little details that we didn’t think of before we met with Katy at Snap Chic Planning. She also didn’t pressure us into adding anything to the wedding that wasn’t us. She made sure our wedding day went on as we planned. We had a hiccup with the table rentals and Katy made several calls to resolve the issue and even offered to help with getting us a refund with the furniture rentals after the wedding. I was able to relax and enjoy the different moments getting ready and the rest of the day. At the end of the night, she gathered everything and we were done in 30 mins and were ready to leave the venue. Overall, I was so happy I didn’t have my family handle the details of the day. My family were able to just enjoy the day and have fun.
Everyone was so wonderful during the many phases of the planning session. Katy went above and beyond what I believe a wedding coordinator should have to do. When nobody could come with me to my dress fitting she showed up. She was even willing to watch my now wife and I practice our first kiss. Highly recommend her and all the great vendors she has access to.
I absolutely LOVED working with Snap Chic Planning! Planning a wedding is hard work and can be very stressful...especially when you have no idea what you are doing. Hiring Snap Chic Planning for our partial planning was the best decision we could have made. I wish we would have met with Snap Chic Planning in the beginning, because I would have opted for full planning services.
Katy with Snap Chic not only kept me on track, but also helped ease the stress by breaking down the wedding tasks into a doable timeline (I tend to think EVERYTHING needs to be done NOW lol). She was always so responsive when I had questions or needed something, and she has a wealth of knowledge as well as vendors to consider.
The day of the wedding, I was so calm and stress free. I had nothing to do, except enjoy my day. She handled everything, and I knew I could trust her to do that, because she really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted out of our special day.
I have recommended Snap Chic Planning to several other brides since my wedding 9 months ago, and Snap Chic is now helping a friend of mine plan her wedding!
