At Snap Chic Wedding Painting, we create custom acrylic paintings on canvas, crafted in real time during your ceremony and reception. We will consult with you prior to your wedding at your venue to ensure our visions align perfectly. We will plan the location and scene you would like painted and if you cannot decide, we can even collage several of the best areas of your venue into one canvas. Upon deciding on a plan, Snap Chic Wedding Painting will send you pen and ink mock-ups of what you can expect your final painting to resemble, which will allow you to approve the end design. When the big day arrives, we will set up an hour before ceremony time, and paint the night away! Your artist will stay onsite for 6-7 hours depending upon the size of your canvas, and the final painting will be completed in studio after your event with additional detailing added.

Our live watercolorist, Jacqueline, was such a great addition to our wedding reception! We had so many guests comment on how sweet and creative this was. We loved how quick and efficient she worked, and everyone loved taking the watercolors home as a fun favor!
My husband and I utilized Snap Chic for our wedding in Dallas in May of 2023. All of our guests absolutely loved seeing the portrait of us come to life! The one investment that I am so grateful that I decided to pull the trigger on for our wedding day was having Laura come out to spend the day with us and capture our family uniting as one. My family, much like many others, was the victim of the global pandemic and we lost my husband’s father last January. My husband was devastated and wasn’t sure how he was going to get through our wedding without him. As a wedding gift to him I invested in a painting of our ceremony with his father incorporated. Laura and I spoke several times and she shared in the emotional connection that we have to this painting. She was able to bring my father in law back to life by adding him into our family portrait as we rang the church bell signifying our union and bringing our families together. To say my husband cherishes this painting is an understatement. She gave us back something we thought we would never have. If I have to give advice to any bride looking at an investment in their wedding and considering snap chic wedding painting, I say do it. You won’t ever regret it!

We hired Laura Herndon for our wedding and it was the best decision ever!! She stayed in contact with us and met all of our requests for the painting. She even added our dog! She was so nice and sweet. Guests at the wedding were also so impressed by her work! They kept coming back to see her progress throughout the night. Completely in awe with how beautiful my wedding painting came out to be. Natalie made sure to touch on every detail, and made sure to ask us about our loved ones we wanted to be with us in the painting. She even was able to add our precious dog that is is our baby. Natalie was also able to combine our Cathedral from the ceremony to the reception and it just flowed so nicely. A beautiful keepsake that I know I will cherish forever. Every time I catch a glimpse of the painting it’s a moment caught in time, and brings us back to our most favorite day. If you’re contemplating adding this in your wedding, DO IT! This is worth every penny! My husband thought I was nuts hiring a wedding painter, but Laura did a fantastic job. She included all of our wedding party in the painting, our parents, even our 14-year-old dog (I had no idea she even knew we had a dog!). Laura paid so much attention to the detail of the night, it really is a piece of art we'll treasure forever, and my husband is now bragging to everyone we had a wedding painter. The guests also loved watching her work through the reception. If you want to splurge on something for your wedding day, I highly recommend hiring Snap Chic Wedding Painting.

Natalie did an AMAZING job at our wedding. She really captured the rustic beauty of our special day. Communicating with her before the wedding was a breeze, and she worked with us on a preliminary sketch to make sure it would turn out perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

Probably the best wedding idea I had. Well worth the money spent to get this service! The end product looked absolutely beautiful and all of the guests were interested in seeing the painting progress through the night
