The coordinator was very responsive and communicated professionally, but that all really didn’t matter when it came down to making our lives less stressful. The sticking point was ...
our floor plan and the lack of spatial awareness. It was very challenging and took many emails and calls to get to the floor plan we wanted, when we were upfront about it to start. Even after all of the back and forth, it was still incorrect when we showed up for rehearsal and my now husband and his groomsman showed up at the venue at 9am on our wedding day to make it right. Even still, the tables (set up after they left) were so far off from where they were supposed to be that I had bridesmaids helping me move them during the reception. They were supposed to line the dance floor, but instead they were very about 40 ft apart. The coordinator didn’t seem to know the correct size dance floor for a wedding our size (135 people). Instead it was a dance floor for a 300 person wedding. She also wore blue jeans to our black tie event. Our coordinator was very nice and it’s likely her strength is in organization and communicating with vendors. I imagine that if I had gotten married in a smaller space, we wouldn’t have faced these challenges. I believe Snap Event Co was sold to new people in the last year or so, so disregard any reviews you see from before this year.

t parts of my wedding. She is VERY very good at what she does. Extremely kind, beyond professional, has everything handled so well that you don't have to worry about a single thing the day of. d valuable feedback based on her experience planning weddings. Snap was easy to work with and reasonably priced...and when I needed a Red Bull halfway through the reception I don't know how but somehow they found one for me :)

d known her for years! She went above and beyond and definitely exceeded our expectations for our wedding vision. As our wedding date got closer and I got more anxious about all the details, she was always there to assure me she was on top of it! My husband and I are so grateful she was a part of our wedding team. Don't think twice about hiring her if you need a coordinator 😊
