Synder Events made the wedding of my dreams a reality. They didn’t just provide rentals—they went above and beyond, even building a custom bar I had envisioned and naming it after my groom! Their dedication, creativity, and attention to detail are unmatched. If they didn’t already have what I wanted, they made it happen—truly next-level service. Snyder rentals provided our ceremony chairs, cocktail tables, linens, and dinnerware for our wedding. Everything went as planned without issue. It was nice to go in person to their viewing room to see the items in person before renting.
The linens, plates and other furniture we ordered was so beautiful and tied our theme together perfectly. They were very responsive and easy to work with

We absolutely loved working with the Snyder Events team for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Their rental selection is beautiful and we were able to select the furniture + dinnerware that reflected our wedding design perfectly. The delivery and set up crew was so efficient and careful with everything & completed breakdown for us to at the end of the night. We strongly recommend working with Snyder for rentals - the best in Charleston!
Brad and his team were not accountable for throwing away memorabilia that they were explicitly asked not to do. When addressed with the company they acknowledged the wrong doing but did not make amends of any kind. Horrible accountability and we do not recommend using their service.

The team at Snyder was responsive and helpful in our linen rental process. We had several changes throughout the nine months of our wedding planning process as attendee counts shifted for us to add/remove/edit our needs. From quoting to pick up to return, the Snyder team was perfection. The linens were in perfect quality when picked up Friday morning and still flawless when setup for a Sunday afternoon/evening event. They are experts in what they do and perfect for your linen needs!
The team at Snyder was awesome! We loved our tent, tables, chairs, and lighting so much. Really elevated the look of our wedding, and they were extremely helpful in planning as we were out of state. Highly recommend for anyone in South Carolina!!

Desiree was amazing to work with when planning the rentals for my wedding reception. Even in the midst of COVID with constantly changing my order numbers, she was very responsive and helpful. Jennifer with Snyder was amazing to work with! She took so much time to help perfect our vision for rentals, and even allowed me to spend time in the warehouse arranging items. Our wedding required that we rent all tables, chairs, linen, china, and barware. In addition, we rented a tent and heaters from them too. We were so happy with Snyder's products and the timelines of their delivery and pickup. They are flexible up until the last minute with changes and really excel in customer service.
I used Snyder to rent tables and chairs for my wedding. Eden Ellis was wonderful to work with! She made multiple modifications to my order during the planning process based on my guest count. She was very responsive and organized. I provided her with diagrams for the ceremony and reception areas and they were both set up exactly as I had envisioned. We used Snyder for our gorgeous farm tables, chairs, linens and glassware at our wedding! Snyder carries a wide variety and large stock of inventory which made our wedding on a holiday weekend not a problem at all. Snyder’s show room was warm and welcoming to visit when selecting vendors and an overall great experience. I knew that I was in good hands for my big day with Snyder rentals!
What do you do when your daughter’s wedding day almost gets ruined, thanks to mother nature? You are thankful you hired the right vendors. On Friday, May 31, 2019 my daughter was to be married at Lowndes Grove Plantation @ 5:30 P.M. At 5:15 everything was ready and more beautiful than we ever imagined. Loluma had outdone themselves. In comes mother nature, not just rain and wind, but a microburst or a squall. The ceremony area was destroyed, one tent ripped away and wrapped in a tree, the main tent partially collapsed. There was broken glass, toppled furniture and ruined linens. I was stunned, and for a few moments unsure of what we were going to do and where. But with our wedding planner, Michael Winship at the helm, the vendors I hired, ever the band Charleston Groove Factory, joined forces and went into action and in an hour turned the nightmare back into a dream. Great Food, Great Music, and the guests all enjoyed themselves. I will be forever grateful. These are the guys you want to hire for your big day. I am blessed and thankful that we did. I knew aspects of planning a destination wedding would be stressful, but working with Snyder events easily took that stress away by allowing us to rent all essentials for our big day. During one of our visits to Charleston in the months leading up to the wedding, we had a great meeting to pick out all the specifics. During that meeting we came to know Jennifer who was beyond helpful in keeping our vision and budget in mind. Like so many of our vendors, Jennifer was a warm supportive sounding board for our many questions. We truly wouldn't have had the beautiful wedding we did without Snyder and Jennifer. Don't look any further, go with Snyder!
Our caterer handled all of the rentals, but Snyder had everything we needed! Tables, linens, dishes, silverware, glassware, tents, lights, etc. The crews were all super friendly and helped set up for our weather contingency plan.
The rentals were the last thing that we booked, but Snyder made the process extremely easy. We loved all of the options that they had and it made the entire wedding come together.
Rented chairs and some high boys. They were easy to work with and had a fair price. We had quite a few people cancel so they were able to work with us to get the rentals pared down to the correct amount.
We had a wonderful experience working with Snyder Events for our wedding day rentals! Snyder provided us with the most beautiful tent and dance floor for our reception. In addition, we had an unexpected rain storm on the day of the wedding. With one day advance notice, they were able to pull together additional tents to cover each of our outdoor areas - providing tents and pole covers - which kept our guests dry and the venue still as stunning as ever. Their quick response with rain cover helped ensure our big day was a big success!!
Everything was of great quality and Snyder was easy to work with even a day before the wedding. Everything looked like the pictures and was sturdy. We rented almost everything- a huge 50x90' tent, tables and chairs, loungers, silverware, etc. they came on time, set everything up and took it down without any problems. The price was steep, but competitive with everyone else that we worked with to get a quote and ended up being the cheapest with our wedding planners discount.
Reasonable price- no hidden fees! When comparing, I originally was going to go with a "cheaper" rental company, but they had a ton of hidden fees tagged on with their final quote. I used Snyder and never again will I recommend looking for a cheaper option in this department. They were super efficient, communicative, and friendly.
All of the rentals were beautiful and there was a wide variety of items to choose from. The silverware, linens and chairs were beautiful.
We used Snyder event rentals for our backyard wedding this past October. We had about 75 guests and originally rented tables and chairs. As the date drew closer we decided to add a tent as well. We’re so lucky we did as it started pouring rain about half way through the reception. The tent kept all our guests and vendors dry so it was well worth it! The rental delivery and pickup was timely and quick. Overall, we are very happy with the service Snyder Events provided for our wedding.
Snyder was extremely helpful to us with creating a layout for our wedding reception in the carriage house at magnolia plantation. They’re also excellent about working with you while staying within budget as long as you’re upfront with them about what you can afford. All of their rentals looked great, and we would’ve given them 5 stars but we received 2 broken chairs (one of which was used for me to sit in causing me to fall to the ground when first sitting in it). Other than that though, everything was perfect!
Loved our experience working with Snyder Rentals! We primarily worked with Eden Ellis, who allowed us to change our rentals as many times as we wanted up to 2 weeks prior to the day. She was so prompt in responding and they were on time with their delivery and set everything up as per the floorplan! Absolutely no complaints.
Only disappointing part of the day!
They showed up 2 hours late to deliver tables, left the doors to the venue open on a hot, humid Charleston day. Not enough time for the building to cool before guest arrived so it was HOT for the entirety of the reception. Tried to call to check on delivery when thy didn't arrive on time and got a person who was unable to help but said someone would call me back. No one did. Would NEVER use again.
They were helpful when booking the chairs and tables for the day of. They added extra chairs and changed my order for me. On the day of, they were five hours late. They said the chairs would be delivered between 10-12. They called at 12 saying they would be there by 1, but they weren't delivered until 4:15-4:30 when the event was suppose to start at 5:00. They ended up helping bring the chairs down to the beach when they weren't originally going to, which was nice of them, however I do not think that I will rent from them again.
Snyder Events helped us with both our Rehearsal Dinner + Wedding Reception. Their staff is always so helpful and professional. My sales rep, Connie, was also on site to help make sure my vision came to life! I highly recommend using Snyder for all your events!
I had the pleasure of working with Eden Ellis and the Snyder Rental Company for my wedding on May 20, 2017. From the beginning of planning to the day of our event we have been impressed with the communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and hard work displayed by Eden. We had a rather large order but she was about to keep everything organized. Snyder has a large selection of rental items compared to the other companies I had researched and they had everything we needed. Everything we ordered was an described. We were very happy with the set up of our tents (tent liners are a must), bars, linens, china, and glassware (our guests loved the champagne coups and wine glasses) which was done the day of by a Snyder crew. We wouldn’t have changed anything. Thank you Eden and Snyder!

I called Snyder almost a month before our wedding to order chairs. I was nervous because I had waited until the last minute. I spoke with William, who was extremely helpful. Thankfully, they still had the chairs I wanted available. William made the process very easy to book. About a week before the wedding, I decided to add some table linens and they were able to add them without any problems. Everything was delivered on time and set up as requested. Thank you Snyder and thank you William for making the day less stressful!
We used Snyder for our bar and man were they great! Easy to communicate with in the planning and reasonable prices comparatively. Smooth setup and AMAZING service without a glitch. They kept our glasses full and people on the dance floor and that's all we wanted. Thank you Snyder!!
Overall Snyder was great for my wedding rentals. The chairs, tables, tent, etc. all turned out great for my wedding. The only down side is the cost. It very quickly added up with all of the small details they added onto the base cost. For example, when I rented my tent for the reception, I had to pay extra for things like fire extinguishers (even though in my mind that should have been included for free since it is a safety concern).
A tip for any bride who is looking to save some money- look at purchasing your own table linens! I found this to be a huge expense for me through Snyder since they were charging me $15 per tablecloth I rented (and I needed a lot). I decided to purchase all of my table cloths myself through www.linentablecloth.com and I saved SO much money!! If you are willing to transport and manage using your personal tablecloths it is definitely worth it.
Snyder Rentals was wonderful to work with! We worked mainly with Kelly and she was extremely responsive and very professional. Come wedding day, the set up went smoothly and looked absolutely beautiful! I give a lot of that credit to our wedding coordinator, Beth - elisaBella Weddings, because she communicated perfectly with Snyder (and all of the other vendors) but over all 5+ stars!!! They have a great variety of items to rent and priced reasonably! If needed, we would definitely use them again!

Snyder Choosing an event rental company in Charleston is no easy task. With so many vendors to choose from, we ultimately decided on Synder Events and couldn’t have made a better decision. Snyder offers competitive pricing, excellent service and high quality rental equipment. We needed chairs, tables and linens for our Welcome Dinner and Eden was beyond helpful walking us through the selection process. Snyder delivered the equipment timely, set-up perfectly according to the layout we provided, and broke-down the tables and chairs for pick-up promptly at the end of the event. If you are in need to event rentals in Charleston, I highly recommend Snyder Events and their fantastic staff!
Connie Simmons is such a pleasure to work with! She is very professional, friendly, and accommodating. I constantly was changing my order, and she never minded making the changes for me. Everything was delivered, setup, and picked up in a timely manner. The delivery staff went above and beyond to assist my event coordinator with setting up the items they delivered.
We rented tables and chairs from Snyder and also used their bar service. They were prepared, friendly and everything was perfect from our point of view!
I cannot say enough good things about Snyder Event Rentals. Every piece of correspondence was swift and professional. They always reply to emails promptly and answer all questions thoroughly. We put the big ticket items (tent and stage) on reserve ahead of time along with the usuals (hardware, glassware, flatware, etc). As the planning progressed, we needed to add things/remove things off of the list and Kelly was so kind and patient with us and adjusted the order several times to fit our needs. The contract was very straightforward and easy to understand. The delivery guys arrived right on time and got right to work! You have nothing to worry about if you rent with Snyder!

They were able to work with us through email, since we did not live near the wedding location, which was extremely helpful for us. They were also willing to go through many revisions to our original rental quote and were happy to oblige us. The rentals were all in great condition. I would recommend them to anyone planning an event in the service area.
Staff if friendly and easy to communicate with, they're very professional. Rentals showed up on time and as ordered. Price was comparable to other companies in the area however, we decided on Snyder because we also used their Bar Service. Equipment was picked up on time and without a problem. Definitely recommend to other brides.
I just started planning my wedding for next year. I contacted Snyder and immediately got a response from Jennifer Cunningham. She gave me a super inclusive quote and was willing to change anything I needed. She was also able to help me figure out how much of everything I would need since I had no idea how to calculate that. She made the process so much fun and super easy. I'd work with Snyder again in a heartbeat!
I used Snyder for outdoor chairs and some table cloths. They delivered the chair the day before which was so great to not have to worry about day of. They also came shortly after the ceremony to pick them up so we didn't have to worry about it at the end of the night. They had very friendly staff and comparable prices
Snyder is the real deal when it comes to rentals and staffing. We used Snyder for all our rentals, including our giant clear tent so we could still see the stars (which I just HAD to have). It is a good thing we did have that tent, too, with 80% chance of precipitation all day! We also hired Spike for our bar and the staff was so accommodating to our guests’ needs. The staff is very professional and they provide high-quality rentals and service. They are worth every penny!
On my way to the reception I received a phone call from the individual setting up my venue stating there was no floor plan. I emailed 2 copies of the setup of the venue. When I arrived I had to show them where to setup everything. I had to put a table together for they did not put it together. They left me with table linens to put on the tables myself in which they neglected to pack the table tie for one of the cocktail tables and I received 2 table linens of the incorrect size. The cocktail tie was brought later on.
I reached out to Snyder Event Rentals to discuss renting items such as tables, linens and other furniture pieces. Kelly with Snyder's was very helpful and met with my father and I prior to the event to walk through my choices, pricing, quantities, etc. She worked with me through the various changes and such and when I arrived at our ceremony everything looked exactly as I had pictured it.
We did a lot of comparison when it came to rental companies. Snyder Events seemed to be the best bet. Reservations and contract signing was all easy (and mostly online). I did not work with them the day-off (for drop-off and pick-up) but our coordinator didn't note any issues. They were flexible during the planning period and able to process any changes. Overall, Synder Events was easy to work with and their pricing was in line with other local suppliers.
Snyder event rentals was professional and very straight forward. I told them what I wanted and when, and I they did exactly that with very little direction. The quality of their rentals is exceptional as well. The only con is that they drove a truck in to disassemble the tent right when our reception was over. It would have been nice if they had waited just a few more minutes for all the guests to depart. Overall though, I would highly recommend this vendor!
Everyone at Snyder was wonderful! Our wedding would not have been complete without them! They really had everything we wanted! It was so nice to know we wouldn't need to worry about a thing with them involved, and we didn't! They more than delivered!
We didn't need many rentals - just ceremony chairs and linens - but we were very glad we chose Snyder to provide this service. When we realized that a couple of the linens were left behind at the venue at the end of the night (we didn't leave them out with the rest, our fault)we were worried we'd be charged late return fees. But when I called Snyder they were very understanding and even offered to pick them up from our house so we wouldn't have to worry about driving to their office! Wonderful people to work with.
Snyder is a seasoned rental company. We use them for both our ceremony and reception venues. They setup and broke down the equipment with fast service. They had already removed most of everything from the ceremony venue before my groom and I had left to go to the reception venue. They also work with many of the wedding planners in the area and offer a discount!
As an out of town bride searching for a historic venue, I needed the event rentals contact to work with to fill the space. I was very fortunate when my venue worked with Snyder. Snyder helped me to understand exactly what I needed to fill each space and set up mock tables for each location within the venue. They worked hard to ensure that I had everything I needed for the day. Throughout the planning process, they created multiple quotes as our plans evolved. We did price shop throughout the process. I would recommend Snyder to a friend.
Snyder Event Rentals is one of the BEST rental companies in the Lowcountry, so we were expected out-of-this world service and delivery... Not the case. Although they delivered on-time (somewhat early, even) -- they didn't deliver everything properly and/or the items were broken, uneven or the wrong item altogether. Thankfully, Keith Snyder (owner of Snyder Event Rentals) is a close friend of my Maid of Honor, so they were able to communicate and fix the problem the morning of the wedding. Still -- we expected more, much more -- especially for the price we paid!
I wish I could have budgeted all that they had to offer at Snyder. I went to their office and they set up mock tables for me with my colors which I was really impressed with. I was treated very well when I clearly was clueless about what I needed. The tent and linens were delivered on time my wedding tables looked amazing thanks to the guidance of the staff at Snyder. Well done!
