We were very pleased with our experience purchasing an engagement ring/wedding band at Snyder’s. My then-fiance and I looked at rings together and our consultant, Lisa, was extreme...
ly patient and helpful through multiple visits. We received a lovely wedding gift from the staff-you truly get great customer service from a family-owned business! Also, the 15% military discount was much appreciated.
Mark, Lisa and Sue are absolutely incredible. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Snyder's. He choose Snyder's because of their personal touch. They didn't push him to mak...
e a purchase, they simply guided him and left the decision up to him. We also purchased our wedding bands from the Snyder Team and had an incredible experience doing so. My husband was pretty set on what he wanted but I was super indecisive. They were beyond patient with me as I visited them a handful of times before making my final decision and then changing my mind back to my original choice. They were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process and never made me feel bad about my indecisiveness. We absolutely love our rings and the experience making the purchase was truly wonderful.
During our engagement, I was gifted some jewelry from my late grandmother and brought the jewelry in to get it appraised. I trusted Mark's guidance with how I should keep the jewelry safe. He was so kind and helpful. Also, my husband purchased pearl earrings as a birthday gift for me and I absolutely love them. He somehow made this purchase in secret when we went to look at wedding bands. The Snyder Team handled the secret expertly! We highly recommend the Mark, Lisa, and Sue to our friends and family! Thank you Mark, Lisa, and Sue for your guidance and kindness! We feel lucky to be a part of the Snyder family!
Mark and Sue helped us not only with my engagement ring but with our bands as well. My band was custom fit to 'go around' the bottom of my pear shaped diamond. Always a personal ex...

sending them to me. Despite me being on the other side of the country they chatted with me on the phone, completing my purchase, and shipping it to me. The ring was even more beautiful in person!

nt ring. He got several smokes for us to try until we decided on the custom ring. I absolutely love my wedding rings! Also, we showed a picture of a specific wedding band for my husband and they were able to customize one similar to what we requested. Very very happy with both the quality and service. Highly recommend!
Snyder Jewelers is a wonderful business, and I would recommend anyone to work with them! We decided to save money and forego an engagement ring, so all we purchased were our weddin...
g bands, but the service is spectacular, the prices reasonable, and the rings come with free cleaning, refurbishing, resizing, and engraving for life. Mark and Tiffany were wonderful to work with, and they're iconic in the South Shore jewelry scene. Work with them - you will not be disappointed!
They could not have made it any easier! Absolutely loved my experience at Snyder Jewelers. They were knowledgeable as well as friendly. Mark is great - professional yet personal. ...
They went above and beyond. I was nervous and uncertain about the whole process but they made me feel comfortable and confident the moment I walked in. My fiance absolutely loves her ring and so does all of her family and friends. I owe it all to Snyder Jewelers - they certainly have a customer for life.

r engagement Mark sent us a beautiful butcher clock from Martha's Vineyard as a gift. We went back here to clean my ring and also to purchase our wedding bands. The selection, and customer service here is unparalleled. I am beyond happy with our rings and I highly recommend Snyder's jewelry. Hopefully my husband will be back here to work with them again for anniversary gifts! :)
I cannot recommend Snyder Jewelers highly enough. Mark, Tiffany, Suzanne, and his entire team are conscientious, caring, and professional.
We worked with Mark to find both my en...
gagement ring and our wedding rings. For my engagement ring, I wanted to find a ring that I had seen in another store but that was no longer available there. Mark was tenacious in finding my ring! While other jewelers were a bit sleazy, for lack of a better word, Mark was completely transparent.
For our wedding rings, Mark worked with us to custom-make my (the bride's) ring to match the engagement ring. I felt completely in control of the situation and sure I would be happy with the results. For my husband's ring, Mark was very honest in giving us his opinion of what would be the best value.
I plan to use Snyder Jewelers for all my future jewelry needs!
