Our wedding was the best day of our entire lives and we owe so much of that to our wedding planner and friend, Grace Rice. Somehow, Grace is the most organized person we have ever met while also being calm, cool, and collected at all times. We enjoyed and looked forward to every meeting with her. Grace took our vision, our ideas, our personalities, and helped create a beautiful day that truly felt seamless. We were both able to fully enjoy our day and we are so grateful for that. The details, the timeline, the vibes!!!! Grace is the gal that you want running the show :)

There wasn't a single moment where we felt stressed and this was due to Taylor and Meghan. This also includes the day of the wedding - they made sure the day was fun, relaxing, and eliminated any worries / last minute stresses that can come along with a wedding.
Highly knowledgeable with vendor recommendations (Taylor's expertise about local vendors helped us save a lot of $$$), unique requirements of our venue (Montage), and got ahead of needs we didn't know we even had (like parasols for our guests to stay cool!).
We could not be more grateful for Taylor and Meghan - outside of the value they brought to our wedding, they're both awesome humans with a contagious, positive energy.

We worked with Taylor for our wedding in October of 2022 in Wine Country, CA.
Taylor was an amazing resource to use during our venue search, vendor search and design. She provided us with excellent advice throughout the planning stage and brought our visions to reality - we were blown away by the final product on our wedding day.
Taylor was easy to work with and ensured everything ran to plan on our day.
We worked with Jessi P. for our wedding at Tre Posti, in St. Helena (09/15/22). Words cannot describe how amazing Jessi was, but we will try our best in this review. First and foremost, the communication leading up to the wedding was amazing. She was very descriptive and detailed on the exact things she needed from us. Her organization skills were on point. There was never a doubt as to whether we were on track leading up to the big day. Now, when we say she exceeded expectations on wedding day, that is NOT an exaggeration. We knew having a wedding planner would be helpful (day of) but we had no idea it would mean we did not have to worry about A SINGLE DETAIL during the ENTIRE day. That was amazing. She was seemingly everywhere at once. The wedding ran buttery smooth. We cannot recommend Jessi enough!
I have been working with the team at So Eventful for years and I love them! I've worked with many of the coordinators associated with So Eventful and have always had a fantastic experience! As a wedding photographer working with professionals who are organized and are aware of what the day of team requires, along with the couple, is vital. I always feel fully prepared with all of the necessary information day of and they always include me in the process of creating/finalizing the timeline. We LOVE working with SO Eventful. Their entire planning team is top quality. This fall our band, The Class had the pleasure of team up with Kim Carfi for two different weddings in Napa and Sonoma County and I have to say, she is really on top if it. On both occasions, the weddings went off without a hitch. She has a great balance of keeping the wedding moving forward and doing it with a fantastic attitude and keeping everyone smiling. I highly recommend So Eventful - in my mind they are one of the best planning companies around!
Taylor was amazing! Despite a super busy wedding season, we always felt like her only client. We had complete faith that she would make all our wedding dreams come true, and she did! Taylor Pacurar at So Eventful was so wonderful to work with. So Eventful came recommended by our venue and they were very reasonable and so easy to work with. We were initially assigned a different planner and Taylor picked up right where we left off! She was so proactive and was always solutions-oriented, and made the planning process so easy. On the day-of the wedding, she made it so seamless for us and got all the vendors where they needed to be on time. Our wedding went so smoothly - many of our guests complemented us on how well planned it was and how much fun they had. I would definitely recommend So Eventful and Taylor for your wedding or event!
Our experience with So Eventful was wonderful! The wedding planner who assisted us, Jessi, was extremely helpful in terms of planning the wedding and staying in contact with vendors, while also being a joy to work with. Jessi was also extremely helpful on our wedding day, ensuring that it went off without any issue. She played a large role in ensuring that the day was a special one . We truly felt that we had someone in our corner when it came to wedding planning, and it made the experience much more relaxing and enjoyable. We cannot recommend So eventful or Jessi highly enough!
Taylor Pacurar at So Eventful made all our wedding dreams come true. We are not an easy family, with a mix of film producers, writers, fashion editors, lawyers and global travelers with strong opinions it would take a stellar event planner to handle our group. And she nailed it. Her patience, flexibility, resourcefulness, creativity and warmth made every day and every step of the process truly enjoyable. And there were many twists and turns along the way. Due to Covid, the wedding was postponed a few times, allowing for many chances to re-think, change, re-do, re-asses! Taylor never blinked. In the end, our wedding was flawless, there isn’t a thing we would do differently and we were truly sad to say goodbye to our daily conversations and emails with Taylor. If there is ever another occasion for an event planner in our family, she’s the first one we will call.
So Eventful was fantastic to work with in planning and executing our wedding and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Our wedding was delayed due to Covid so we worked with two planners, Sam Carl and eventually Taylor Pacurar, and they were both excellent. Sam helped us select and manage our vendors, and shared many helpful tools that made planning more organized. When we transitioned to Taylor, she did a great job getting to know us and taking over management of our vendors; it was a very smooth process.
So Eventful is very professional and knowledgeable about the vendors, venues, and any regulations in the Napa area where we got married. Taylor helped us stay on top of deadlines and provided guidance for all our questions, from “does this contract change seem reasonable?” to “do we really need flowers in the bathroom?”. On the day of our wedding, Taylor managed all the logistics from set up to strike and left us free to truly be in the moment. We had no concerns throughout the day as she skillfully ensured things were set up properly and event staff and vendors knew what to do. Our family and friends even commented on how well she managed things and how seamless it all felt.
If you think you need any help or guidance in preparation for your wedding day, or for the day-of, we highly recommend So Eventful!
Jessi was wonderful to work with and really brought our vision to life. She had a terrific list of reference vendors to get us started, expertly shepherded us through the planning process, and then on the day of, executed flawlessly.

We worked with Kristen Miller from So Eventful as our
Wedding Planner. She was outstanding and helped us with our wedding from hand-selecting vendors, giving advice on our timeline and design, to day-of coordination. She was an active and graceful problem-solver, which was incredibly handy as we had a last-minute downpour two weeks before our outdoor wedding. She managed to find a tent last minute, redesigned the lighting to be inside the tent, and helped coordinate floral decor making the whole installation a wow factor at our wedding. Our guests couldn't stop talking about it!
Our guests had so much fun, and because Kristen helped shoulder the stress of it all, she helped us have so much fun too.
Had the pleasure of working with Kristen Miller with So Eventful for almost two years before our wedding in July, and we have nothing but great things to say. Exceptionally professional, organized, timely, FUN, and overall just a really down to earth great person who genuinely wants to make sure your wedding is everything you want it to be. It's more than just a job for her. She actually cares and takes the time to get to know you and your partner. She helped provide structure and guidance where we needed it with vendors, but also was always there for support when things got a bit stressful. Kristen basically planned our wedding twice since we pushed our original date back a year due to COVID. She made planning a wedding a second time smooth, seamless, and as low-stress as possible. Could not imagine having to plan a wedding without her help. And we were one of those couples who initially did not want a wedding planner. So, so, so worth it! 100% would recommend her to anyone considering working with Kristen in the future!

I could not have done it without Taylor. I mean, I had the absolutely insane idea of planning a wedding in 6 weeks and Taylor held my hand through it all, constantly making me feel like everything was going to be okay. And it was more than okay, it was the perfect vineyard wedding! Taylor is not only incredibly talented but she gets things done, she is creative, organized, friendly and a great communicator. It wasn't easy to plan a wedding, let alone postponing for Covid and then having a change in wedding planner. But it doesn't matter if Meghan Magnasco is your wedding planner. You are in VERY good hands. We cannot say enough good things about Meghan. She was so on point, very helpful and efficient throughout the planning process. I pride myself on my attention to details and organizational skill but Meghan is the real master. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything so seamlessly and I was 100% stress-free, knowing that she has it all under control. The comfort we had working with someone so experienced and chill was irreplaceable. We have her to thank for making sure the big day went so flawlessly! Literally everything was executed perfectly and on schedule with zero hiccup and we were not stressed for a second. Highly recommend Meghan for any and all events!
I can’t believe I ever thought I could handle the day-of-planning all on my own. Hiring So Eventful was the best thing I did all year (except marrying my husband of course!). Meghan was amazing from start to finish. She kept me on track. She was like my pacer that got me to finish line of a marathon. Organized, effective communicator, no BS, let’s-find-solutions attitude is what I got from Meghan and I’m forever grateful! It was the best day ever!
Hiring So Eventful for our wedding was hands down the best decision we made. Marisa and her team at So Eventful were amazing and made the wedding of my dreams come to life. Planning a wedding during Covid was not ideal, but Marisa and Bryna gave us so many alternative options and helped us through every step of the way. There is no way I could have done any of it without them and I am still in awe of how beautiful and perfect every little detail was. The wedding day went off without a hitch! Jennifer (JJ) made sure that our event was still amazing despite the many changes we needed to make due to COVID. Her attention to detail and genuine caring nature ensured us that our special day would be stress-free and perfect! Jennifer thinks of everything you thought you needed and more! She is creative, flexible, and meticulous in the best way! I cannot recommend her enough. She is truly gifted in her trade!
When our son and fiancee asked if they might have their wedding at our home, my husband and I were thrilled. Having organized a few large gatherings I thought “ no problem”. Well, someone whispered in my ear “wedding planner.” I looked into it and found “So Eventful” in Healdsburg and we met Briana.
What can I say? Briana planned the wedding perfectly. She was always accessible and we came to depend on her. Philip and Jackie were so very pleased with all that she did for them, and us. Her tireless attention to the many details was impressive and so very much appreciated. - Always anticipating the next step and making sure nothing was overlooked, she worked with the florist, caterers, furniture rentals, Fancy Flush, and other vendors so they slipped in seamlessly the day before and the day of the wedding. She organized the shuttles from the hotels, and the shuttles from the drop off point at the bottom of the hill to the house.
Briana was there for the rehearsal telling us what to do and what not to do. On the wedding day she was unflappable as we watched the overcast sky. The sun came out as the wedding party prepared to walk from the house to the ceremony site. (Probably not Briana’s doing) She made sure that the 135 guests moved from the ceremony site to the terrace for appetisers and then to the petanque court for dinner, without a hitch. She made sure nobody missed a cue. Then finally back to the terrace for cake, dessert and dancing.
There was nothing she did not know about planning a wedding. Thanks to Briana the bride and groom, I and everybody included in the wedding, had a perfectly wonderful day.
First of all, Briana was constantly upbeat and positive about every aspect of the wedding. She had her awesome attitude, quick wit, and handy fanny-pack equipped to solve any issue that could have possibly arisen. Second, we felt very comfortable asking her for a favor because she was so approachable and knowledgeable about the whole process of a wedding. Thirdly, our wedding went off without a single hiccup. Not one person didn't know where to stand, the DJ knew when to give his cues, the best man and maid of honor knew when to give their speeches, the food rolled out perfectly, the cake was served on time, and most importantly of all our guests and us couldn’t stop saying how perfect the night was. And we believe that the majority of this was because of Briana and her professionalism and charismatic demeanor.

She always has a smile on her face, always was there to help, and even helped our team at Feast Catering breakdown at the end of the night. We will definitely be referring our wedding clients to her!
AMAZING! Jennifer Maudru planned our wedding on the Sonoma Coast this weekend - was absolutely couldn't have done it without her. She was there for every step of the planning process, meticulously thinking through all of the details. At first we thought that So Eventful was a little expensive, but having Jennifer on our team was worth every single penny. I wish I had another event to plan, so I could work with her again :).
Our wedding venue in wine country recommended So Eventful, we ended up working with Briana and she was amazing! She was so easy to work with and talk to. She kept us on track despite our busy life schedules and helped put together a perfect day! Briana was especially good at helping us work through seemingly small but important details, and alerting us to things we never would of thought of. On the big day she was there for everything we needed and kept everything running smoothly as can be. I'd highly recommend her and the so eventful staff!

I am beyond grateful for Jennifer Maudru with So Eventful. Jennifer was very professional, and went over and beyond expectations. Jennifer was helpful in providing guidance and recommendations for vendors time frames and was an ideal partner in helping my vision come to life. Jennifer created an epic time line and event schedule for my wedding and all of the fun events and parties that we offered to my bridal party and guests. Being from out of state, and planning from afar Jennifer was my trusted eyes in ears. She was always prompt in responding to questions and needs.
Jennifer traveled to our venue before hand, and provided us with pictures and recommendations for décor, banquet event orders and floor plans for our events. Jennifer was always friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. She helped to house our decorations that where shipped before hand and was there to assist with our needs throughout the course of our events. I love how she engaged with my bridesmaids and was there point of contact for needs and questions.
I can not sing Jennifer's praises enough. It has been a month since my wedding now... Jennifer has reached out on a few items that she has helped with after our event. I am so excited to see her communication come through. I wish I had a reason to continue planning and communicating with Jennifer. I hope our paths will cross again. She is absolutely wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better person to share my special day with!
I went to college with Marissa who created So Eventful so it was a no brainer that I would use her event planning company for my wine country wedding. She paired me up with Briana Gonzalez which was a perfect fit! She is laid back just like me and created my vision to a T. Everything about my wedding was absolutely perfect. I'm so sad it's all over and I won't be working with her anymore. My Dad even loved her so much he's thinking about using her services for my Nuna's 90th birthday next year!
Brianna went above and beyond making our big day amazing. Both sets of parents were able to be guests at our wedding, which is the biggest gold star I can think of for a wedding planner. She handled the timeline and more, and all the WEEKEND BEFORE HER OWN WEDDING.
If I could give six stars I would. An amazing, stress-free day all around.
Jennifer Maudru is an angel!! She was so helpful and easy to work with, super responsive and organized, and was a soothing presence to be around - our families loved her! Our ceremony and reception was perfectly smooth and flawless, I didn't have to worry about anything the entire day. I couldn't have wished for anything better and am so grateful we found Jennifer!
My experience with So Eventful and Meghan was all positive! Meghan was our planner and we liked her right off the bat! Not only is she great at what she does, she was a good personality fit for us, too! She's direct, efficient, to the point, and has a great sense of humor! All the planning leading up to our wedding day was productive and helpful. Meghan sent us lists of questions that I could just go through and respond to when I was able to. I was really busy with work leading up to our wedding, but Meghan patiently reminded me of all that still needed to be done via emails. This process worked well for us. Meghan was available and helpful for all our silly questions like "how should I address these invitations?". It seems like So Eventful has a lot of documents already written up for these items, so it was nice to have those available to us to reference. I booked most, if not all, of our vendors myself, but Meghan was great about communicating with them from that point on. I also felt comfort knowing that if I wasn't able to find the perfect vendor, I could lean on Meghan for some great recommendations. She kept track of vendor payments, schedule, set up, and meals! I didn't even think about vendor meals! The day of the wedding was a complete breeze. Meghan popped in every once in a while to check on me as I was getting ready and to make sure I was good or if I needed anything. I even had a last minute change to our seating that she handled with no issues. I simply told her "this is changing" and I didn't need to think or worry about it again - everything was taken care of. My wedding went perfectly. If there were any issues, I wasn't aware (which is exactly what I wanted)! We were happy, our guests were happy, and I believe all the vendors were happy too! If I were to critique anything, it'd be that I don't think I got as much design assistance as I was hoping for (this was an extra service we requested). Meghan did put a nice document together with images from my Pinterest board for inspiration and direction of the "look" I wanted - which was useful when discussing the overall design. However, when it came to actually putting the design together, she wasn't available to meet with the florist or the rental company (I don't hold this against her - she has weddings to do!). I ended up giving the floral direction and picking all the rentals myself. Everything ended up beautifully and I didn't mind doing the design myself (I'm a designer), but I did request more design assistance from So Eventful because I don't design weddings and wasn't sure if I'd have the time to pull a design together for my own wedding. I know that Meghan made sure the whole venue was put together beautifully and exactly how I wanted. All my guests, my husband, and myself are very impressed with Meghan's work and how perfect the day was- all thanks to her! I'd highly recommend So Eventful, and specifically Meghan for month and day of coordination :)
We used Briana from So Eventful to help plan our wedding held on 12/30/18 in Healdsburg, CA. I was worried that our small, 28-person, back-yard wedding would be something too small for them to be interested in. Quite the contrary, as Briana said she loved putting together intimate events so of course we were thrilled. We live in Minneapolis, so Briana literally had to be our eyes and ears on the ground. We didn't even meet each other until the day before our wedding, yet I felt like I had known her forever. We had talked on the phone and communicated through email, and Briana was able to handle everything with minimal guidance and was incredibly responsive. In addition to helping plan every detail, her biggest value-add was being there during any and all vendor set up and being there very early on the wedding day to take care of everything, which was a HUGE stress relief for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day because of the attention to detail and great work by Briana. Thank you!!
If you’re looking for someone to keep you sane and get things done — I cannot speak more highly of Samantha Paull! Here’s a mini rant that doesn’t even cover all of the reasons we loved working with Samantha:
Last June we were putting together a 300+ Indian wedding and decided to go with a venue that was like a blank slate. It was a barn and vineyard combination and we chose to bring our own catering, stock our own bar and figure out lighting and decoration on our own. On top of that we wanted to make sure we had a fusion ceremony that was Indian as well as “American” so we wrote our own ceremony.
Samantha was unbelievably helpful. I’m a designer, so I had a lot of elaborate visions — but I also had no experience in event planning. Samantha was able to keep up with all of my racing thoughts while still keeping me grounded and relatively on budget. She was able to recommend vendors that best suited what we needed. We even had to coordinate shuttles from the parking lot to the venue and she was able to help us find the best rate as well as keep things smooth on the day of the wedding.
Though we hired her to be our ‘day of planner’ — Samantha was much more than that. I honestly don’t think we could have had such an amazing day without her. We felt so at ease and prepared before the wedding that when the day actually came around we were able to completely detach from logistics and enjoy the day. She was able to make sure all of the pieces of the Indian ceremony ran smoothly and that the mandap structure was beautiful and ready to go. She gracefully handled logistics between the rentals, lighting, draping, caterer, live music and most importantly family. Everyone was so relaxed and we all were able to just ENJOY.
The day of all the tiny details of things I had DIY made were magically in place without needing me at all— from hanging lights, to programs, to balloon garlands to even cupcake stands I had made. On top of that, there were so many wonderful personal touches she just did— like she had our favorite cocktail and some appetizers brought to us while we were changing between the ceremony and reception. And during the reception she made sure we had time to eat and enjoy some time to ourselves… and she stayed until late in the night to make sure everyone was safely on shuttles.
On top of ALL of that she was just such a joy to work with. I honestly miss chatting with her and bouncing ideas off of her!
To say that our wedding wouldn't have happened without Sam Paull and So Eventful is to not do them justice. She was amazing throughout the entire process. We both live in the UK so a wedding in California was always going to be difficult to organise. Or so we thought.
Sam was always available to talk or Facetime with us and made us feel assured and comfortable from moment one. She was on top of all the information and always had answers to all our questions. She was friendly and warm which is exactly what you want.
Our wedding was difficult because we lost our first venue in the fires in 2017 so things had to change, including the date. She coordinated all the changes perfectly and meant our stress was kept to a minimum. On the day she was perfection. Everything was where it was meant to be, when it was meant to be there and in exactly the place we planned. You saw Sam occasionally and she made sure everyone was where they were meant to be at the right time but it was like all the best service, she was there when you needed her but was entirely unobtrusive.
There was one moment that sums Sam up. During the meal Aly and I were going around the tables saying thank you. After a while she quietly came up to us and said 'guys you should go and eat now. Everyone is fine and if you don't have some food now you won't get a chance.' The fact she knew to do that then shows her professionalism as well as the rapport she had built with us over the months.
So if you are thinking of using Sam and So Eventful we can thoroughly recommend them. It was easily the best money we spent during our entire wedding. We can't thank them enough.
As a couple with demanding jobs, we knew we needed help planning our wedding so we could have someone really handle the back and forth coordination, make sure we were selecting the right vendors, and someone who matched our personality and style. We didn't have any trouble getting started - but wrangling the details and making sure we made the right decisions was where I needed the most help. Kristen was a great person to have around for this. She offers so much to a couple with updates, constant check ins, checklists and vendor management. A key part of this is great relationships up near our wedding (Healdsburg) and that goes a long way as well. As we got closer to the date, several adjustments had to be made for rain and Kristen jumped right in with recommendations, made connections and helped us make sure everything was perfect. In addition, she created a full day-of itinerary for both of us, handled all of the vendors, coordinated with the venue, gave suggestions and the day off executed flawlessly despite rain and power outages! She's just that good. :) I am hard to please given I have such high standards so I was constantly pushing. However, day off, she showed me what she truly could do. Everything looked amazing, went great and despite many other venues close by having to cancel their events due to the power outage, she and my venue were prepared. In fact, our venue owners said "I don't think many other people could of done this other than Kristen" given the complexity of the band/food, guest count, rain and outages happening. Also, she comes with an amazing sense of humor and help me make this fun. It truly was a magical day - and we were able to focus on the experience of it instead of worrying about anything. I am so happy to have had Kristen to help make our wedding plans a reality and thankful to have met someone so amazing along the way. Thank you to so eventful and Kristen.
Our wedding was this July - so one of the busiest times of the year and it all happened so quickly when we decided to hire a planner just a couple months before the wedding. We're so glad we went with So Eventful and feel so lucky to have had Briana working with us to make it all happen. We had a destination wedding in Sonoma - I was overseas and my husband was working out of state but the planning process was made easier thanks to the lovely So Eventful team.
Briana helped organize and pull it all off in so little time! She had great ideas, offered so much help and support, and thanks to her our wedding went smoothly! I went through a lot of obstacles leading up to the big day and she managed to make what I thought was impossible actually happen. So happy that I went with Meghan M. at So Eventful- I can confidently say that there is no way my wedding would have been as seamless, stress free, and beautiful if it weren't for Meghan. My wedding was at a private residence, which comes with lots of challenges and things to think about that regular venues wouldn't require. Meghan knew exactly what to do and guided me through each step so that we were on the same page throughout the whole process. On the morning of my wedding, rain unexpectedly popped up, and Meghan calmly guided me through my options for moving my outdoor ceremony & cocktail hour 4 hours before we were supposed to start. I trusted her completely and she turned my wedding into more than I could have ever imagined. Thank you SO much Meghan, I already miss working with you!
We worked with Jennifer Maudru for our wedding at the UC Berkeley Botanical Gardens and cannot say enough good things about her. If you have the chance to bring her on for your event, don't miss it. Weddings are about a million little details as well as the big picture, and whatever it was Jennifer kept us on track and on target, was always kind, thoughtful and responsive, and acted as our champion while interacting with our vendors.
The wedding passed off smashingly, in large part thanks to Jennifer, and I'll always remember that somewhere around 8 or 9pm she came to check on us, saw that our glasses were empty, and personally went to fetch some wine for us. Just lovely.
We had the absolute pleasure of working with wedding coordinator Jennifer Maudru for our son's wedding on 8/18/18. Our son became engaged in July of 2017, set a wedding date in August of 2018 and in October of 2017, we lost everything in the Tubbs Fire in Sonoma County. We were going through so much, I knew I needed help with wedding planning. When I reached out to Jennifer, she was the kindest, calmest, most reassuring person I have ever met. She put me at ease and let me know that she would help us make this special day everything we envisioned it to be. When she said the words, "I want you to be a guest at your own event," I cried. Jennifer made herself available to us at all times. The fact that she was so responsive to all of our calls and emails made our confidence grow. She reached out and offered to do whatever she could to take things off of our plate. Jennifer is extremely detail oriented and professional. She is well respected in the event-planning business, so it made working with different vendors very easy because they had worked together before. She kept our budget in mind and helped us keep on track in all ways. She has so much knowledge and wonderful ideas. She listened to everything we said and took the ball and ran with it. We had 160 guests. The day of the wedding was the BEST DAY EVER! Jennifer had prepared a timeline and kept to it. Everything flowed perfectly. If there were any "hiccups," Jennifer took care of it all. I would not have changed one thing! If you are planning an important event, call Jennifer. We will never forget all of the hard work she did for us and got us through this process will very low stress. Thank you, Jennifer. I had the pleasure of working with SoEventful the past year for our wedding day on 8/18/18.
Where to start- the ownership. SoEventful is a small, family owned business that started organically. They are very professional from the start. The tag line “be a guest at your own event” is exactly how we felt. They make the wedding planning process a breeze. When I heard other brides stressing and freaking out, I could never relate because everything was handled for us. I had trust and faith every step of the way that Marisa and her team was planning our wedding with OUR vision in mind.
They take ideas you randomly find, put their twist on it, and make your dreams become reality. They assisted in selecting the best fit vendors for US. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience was, I wasn’t very excited for this part of the process.
Now, the day of. Our day of planner was running around doing a million things, yet had a calm demeanor the entire time. This was important for me because I am naturally an anxious person (so you can imagine me about to walk down an aisle with 100+ people staring at me).
And guess what? WE STARTED ON TIME! I was told during cocktail hour we were actually ahead of schedule. NO JOKE, I thought this was impossible?! Not with SoEventful. And this meant more party time at the end of the night!

Kristen at So Eventful was an absolute dream to work with. She was organized, responsive, and thought about things we would never have ourselves. She helped plan our whirlwind of an Indian wedding, and managed to stay calm despite things (out of her control) going awry. It was a perfect weekend and I'd recommend Kristen to anyone. She is the best value you could add to your wedding planning process. (And don't let anyone tell you you don't need a planner, particularly if you've got busy jobs!)
Our experience with wedding planner Jessica Kerns at So Eventful was absolutely fantastic!! She is extremely experienced, has a wonderful preferred vendor list full of very talented professionals, and is an excellent problem solver and people manager. Jessica helped us deal with a hard-to-communicate-with wedding venue, (that we picked before we hired Jessica), and was also instrumental in securing a venue for our welcome dinner that clearly wouldn't have happened without her connections. She is well known and highly respected within her industry which is extremely helpful during the planning process when working with vendors and end results. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be- so beautiful and well-orchestrated, all of our guests had a lovely time! I work with So Eventful very closely on a day to day basis at work, so when it was my turn to get married I knew that I absolutely needed to hire them. And wow, was this the best decision I have ever made. First and foremost the owner, Marisa, is overly amazing and sweet. She knows how to pair you with the planner that fits you just perfectly. Our planner was Samantha Paull and I do not even know where to begin with her. She was the absolute best planner we could have ever imagined, she made sure to be there for us throughout every second and every minute of the process and the day. All the details that I really needed either help with or advice on, she made sure to be there with no questions asked. My now husband and I feel as though our wedding would not have went so perfectly without her. Because of her, our dreams really did come true with the best wedding of the year!! Kristen is literally the best. We got married in September 2017 at my husband’s parent’s estate in Sonoma and we could not have pulled it off without her. We are based in Brooklyn and my in-laws house was being built as we planned (and I may be a little type A) so I was nervous about planning the wedding from afar. But, from the moment we spoke with her on the phone 2 years before the big day until the minute we left our wedding, we knew that everything was going to happen (and happen beautifully) because she was in charge. All the times that could have ended up in fights between my (now) husband and I ended up being a non-issue because “Kristen’s on it.” Not only did she juggle some crazy logistics (e.g., no buses would come up the road to the house), she had immaculate taste in decor and food, and an eye for space like nothing I’ve ever seen. While we were planning the wedding, my in-laws home was being built, so every site visit was complemented by blueprints and lots of imagination, yet Kristen was able to map out the event and ensure everything fit seamlessly. As if that wasn’t enough, the wedding went off without a hitch and she even hit the dance floor with us at the end of the night. Kristen - we <3 you!
Kristen was our planner for our Napa Wedding and our Friday event. She blew away our expectations on all fronts and was fun and easy to communicate with. She put in more time and effort than we expected and helped so much with the design and brought us fantastic vendors to work with. She did a great job incorporating the Indian cultural elements and made everything feel like us.

We worked with Kristen Miller for our wedding and she was amazing! Even though we live in New York she was our eyes and ears on the ground. She kept us on track for everything with extreme attention to detail and handled all vendor communication. Kristen has a great personality and is easy to work with. Additionally she has a huge network with connections to all the vendors we worked with in the CA area and is familiar with many venues in Sonoma / Napa.
On the wedding day she was extremely organized and went above and beyond positioning my wife's dress to make sure everything looked perfect when she walked out. Kristen also handled many of the small decorations on the day of the wedding. After the wedding she stepped in to handle all the post wedding services and even shipped our rental clothing back.
Kristen really took the burden off our shoulders for the wedding planning process and helped us through what could have been a really stressful time. She made it fun and easy with her great organizational skills and patience with us when we ran behind. We will definitely recommend her to any friends or family who are having a wedding in the area.

We used Jennifer Maudru from So Eventful as our day-of wedding coordinator. Jennifer delivered the perfect wedding for us. She was friendly, thoughtful, professional, and capable. She understood perfectly what we wanted and made it happen, from the wedding rehearsal to the wedding itself, from arranging table decorations, to herding guests, to managing the vendors. We were able to focus 100% on the event and enjoy ourselves while she took care of things behind the scenes. We couldn't have asked for better. We can't emphasize enough how impressed we were with Jennifer, and how grateful we were to have her as our wedding coordinator. Two months before my wedding, my coordinator had to back out. Near meltdown, I asked some friends for recs and found Monica Stickley with So Eventful. Luckily, she was available. I'd basically planned my entire wedding myself for a year-and-a-half, and so much of the pressure was lifted immediately once I hired her (my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!) While she normally would have a lot more time to work with her brides, she jumped in and helped me pull it all together in the short window we had, communicating with my vendors, keeping me on track with the dozens of tasks, and bringing my attention to things I never would have thought about myself! I felt great putting everything in her hands on the day, knowing my now-husband and I wouldn't have to worry about a thing and could enjoy every minute of it. Everything truly went off without a hitch and the styling/design turned out so much more beautiful than I imagined thanks to Monica.
