am a bit of a control freak -- but eventually decided it would be best to have an expert on board. It was probably the best decision we made. Angelica was communicative, organized and enthusiastic. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best, least stressful day. She helped us make sure we had everything and did everything we needed ahead of time. There are so many things to remember, which can be very stressful, but So Smitten's process will ensure you don't forget anything. Angelica also helped create our timeline and then made sure the timeline was followed to a tee. She also did a great job communicating with our many vendors and making sure they were on schedule and doing their jobs. She even did things that I would not have expected to be her responsibility. For example, a few hours before the wedding began, Angelica and her assistant, Leslie, set up all of our linens and dishware at the reception tables, because for some reason our caterer did not do that. During the wedding, she was available at any moment for anything we needed. At one point, I was a bit displeased at some of the music being played (the DJ was taking a lot of requests) and Angelica quickly spoke with the DJ and made sure they got back to playing songs from our playlist. Those are just a couple examples of the many ways Angelica helped make sure we had the perfect wedding. If you are thinking about hiring a coordinator, I would definitely recommend going with So Smitten. Your wedding day will be much less stressful if you hire them.

Even though planning ourselves was difficult, we felt great with the guidance and resources that Megan provided. On the day of, everything went seamlessly and Megan (and her assistants) were extremely organized with running the show. We didn’t have any issues, so we weren’t stressed about logistics at all and our wedding parties mentioned how great she was during the process. There were a few minor mishaps, but anything that did come up got resolved quickly and without question. When the stress of the weekend started to get to us, Marni was there as a genuine friend and supporter, even suggesting a mobile IV vitamin drip, which I really wish I had taken her up on! hat we worked on throughout the whole planning process. Angelica also gave us solid advice whenever we had a check-in and made the whole process feel very manageable. Also she was able to provide us with assistance on the walkthrough which helped prepare our party for the big day. The day of the wedding Angelica brought 3 assistants to help coordinate our wedding at Calamigos Ranch and everyone was spectacular. Getting ready for the ceremony procession I was honestly still fairly nervous about everything running smoothly, but as soon as I saw Angelica coming over and helping get everyone ready I knew I didn't have to worry anymore because the day would go without a hitch. She also checked up on us throughout the night if we needed anything and how we were doing which we really appreciated. Looking back on the pictures from the wedding, everything the team set up was done with a lot of attention to detail as well. There's also a lot of smaller things they did for us which really makes a huge difference after the wedding like the list of cards/gifts and even just collecting everything after the wedding and getting it to the designated person to bring back with them. The timeline Angelica created was a masterpiece, extremely detailed and perfect for making sure you've thought of everything. We really enjoyed the helpful planning documents they provided us as well. For the day of, we had two additional assistants to help with the flow of our 150 person event. It flowed flawlessly. We didn't have to think about anything but being present on the day. I loved that they did a good job of checking in on us and making sure we did all the little things like remembering to take photos at our photo booth. You can't go wrong with So Smitten. We found the whole experience very professional and personal. We were so happy with Angelica and her whole team and would hire them again in a heart beat.
