Marni and her team are the absolute best, and they brought the wedding of my dreams to life! I cannot recommend Marni more. She was able to take every weird idea I had and to make them into a reality, and she made it happen all within the budget I wanted to keep to. After my wedding, everyone has asked me about the caterer, who made the signs, who was the florist (etc!), and Marni is responsible for connecting me with all of those amazing vendors. I personally am not a planner at all (and planning things usually stresses me out), but Marni made the entire process easy and fun. I've already given her number to several guests who attended my wedding that loved the evening so much that they want to work with her on their own weddings!

There really is no better wedding coordinator in the business than Marni and her entire team at So Smitten. From day one their focus on making our wedding as seamless, polished, and dream-like as possible was the best. I knew we were in good hands when she told us over the phone that her number one goal was to make sure we were actually looking forward to the big day, not begging for it be over and done with. Her tenure in the industry also brought us vendor options that we never would have had the opportunity to meet because she works with the best florists, DJs, photographers, venues, and cake makers in Southern California. You seriously won't regret hiring So Smitten; if your wedding is 20 people or 200, you will get the same attention to detail, guaranteed.

Working with Marni and the So Smitten team was the best decision we could have made. My career has me planning, scheduling, coordinating etc., and I knew I didn't want to take on the task of doing the same for our special day. It was easy for us to choose So Smitten not only because we have a relationship with Marni, but we knew from multiple reviews and sources that they were the best in the business. Every positive review you read isn't an exaggeration, they really know how to plan and throw a party! From the very beginning, Marni was super helpful, organized, and communicative. Even with our established relationship, she operated every meeting as the true professional that she is. We were able to tell her our vision and budget (which we knew was going to be tight) and she effortlessly gave us recommendations and direction for our venue and vendors. When it came to selecting our venue, it was a bit out of our budget, but Marni helped us find ways to keep our overall budget on track, without having to stray away from our overall vision and dream. Her guidance made it easy to select our vendors without hesitation. It was reassuring to know all the vendors would work well together the day of because So Smitten had worked with most of them in the past. Marni is also so creative, anytime we had an idea but had difficulties describing it or fitting it into our timeline, she always found a solution. Ex: from day one, I knew I wanted to cut off my hair the day of the wedding, which I knew would take time away from the day. Marni not only was cool, calm and collected, she was also so supportive and excited to help me accomplish this dream. Once the big day finally came, we had no worry in the world. Everything came together flawlessly and looked even better than we imagined. The timeline ran smoothly and even if there was a hiccup, she never let it show to us or our guests. It truly was a stress-free experience during both the planning and the wedding day. I have so much love for Marni, and the team, my heart is so full from the day we had. I am forever grateful for everything they did for us! If we had an endless amount of money, and could get married a hundred times over, we would ALWAYS choose to work with So Smitten Special Events.

My wife and I worked with So Smitten and Marni to plan our wedding for May 2024, and it was a beyond exceptional experience! We were originally drawn to So Smitten because of their "fun and funky" tagline, and hoped to capture that feeling for our own wedding. Not only did we manage to do that with Marni, but we had an event far better than we ever imagined! Starting a year before the wedding, we worked with Marni via the Gold Package (we already had our venue and one or two vendors lined up before hiring So Smitten). The entire process was excellent. Marni really gets into every single detail you could imagine, and there were quite a few important details my wife and I never would have realized to think of without her. Her extreme organization was crucial in the planning process, and really helped us wrap our heads around every step. You should see the So Smitten spreadsheet. It's impressive. If you mention a preference or idea even casually or in passing months before the wedding, Marni will make a note and remember for the big weekend! Plus she has lists and lists of fun and unique suggestions for every aspect of the wedding (her lists included a frozen chocolate-covered banana cart which we saw and decided we needed for our dessert spread). As for the wedding itself, it was perfectly executed and exactly what we hoped it would be. It was funky and personal and a huge celebration with our friends and family, which is what we set out to do. Afterwards, countless friends and guests repeatedly commented that the wedding felt uniquely like us and like they could party and dance with us carefree. Marni and So Smitten were the ones responsible for making our vision for the day a reality, and they did so very successfully. The team members working with Marni on the day of were so kind and pleasant, and every vendor Marni recommended or brought into the mix along with So Smitten was excellent. Now a little over a month after the wedding, my wife and I can't stop talking about how happy we were with everything, and how it all went off without any issue! That is all thanks to So Smitten and Marni, who I cannot recommend enough! If you are looking for a planner to help you create the perfect wedding day, go with So Smitten!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Marni and her incredible team for our 3-day Indian wedding, and we couldn't be more grateful for their dedication and expertise. Our overall experience with Marni was fantastic. Despite the complexities and a few hiccups along the way, she managed to pull together a truly magical and unforgettable weekend that we will treasure forever. From the very beginning, Marni and her team were prompt in their communication and always approachable, helping us seamlessly integrate a lot of spontaneous ideas and requests from our parents into a cohesive, bright, bold, and fun weekend. A BIG SHOUTOUT to that wedding planning spreadsheet - it was fabulous! It covered all the bases and ensured that everyone (including us!) knew exactly what to do and where to be. Marni's attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and creativity were evident in every aspect of the planning, from the little touches to the overall design vision of multiple events - she took care of it all! There were a few minor mishaps, but anything that did come up got resolved quickly and without question. When the stress of the weekend started to get to us, Marni was there as a genuine friend and supporter, even suggesting a mobile IV vitamin drip, which I really wish I had taken her up on! Some things you just cannot plan for, but the team were always on top of everything. Everything was handled with such grace, pulling all the strings together to make everything work out. Marni definitely prevented us from getting lost among all the ideas, vendors, and plans for multiple events! Our wedding weekend was beautiful, filled with love and laughter. Friends and family from across the globe joined us to celebrate our marriage, and Marni and her team made that possible. We know it was hard work, and we are incredibly grateful beyond words. It may sound clichéd, but it's so true - none of it would have been possible without Marni and her team. She was our fairy godmother throughout the whole process from start to finish. We had chosen to go with So Smitten for day of wedding planning and were fortunate to work with Angelica who was amazing. She helped guide us from the start with some great tools that we worked on throughout the whole planning process. Angelica also gave us solid advice whenever we had a check-in and made the whole process feel very manageable. Also she was able to provide us with assistance on the walkthrough which helped prepare our party for the big day. The day of the wedding Angelica brought 3 assistants to help coordinate our wedding at Calamigos Ranch and everyone was spectacular. Getting ready for the ceremony procession I was honestly still fairly nervous about everything running smoothly, but as soon as I saw Angelica coming over and helping get everyone ready I knew I didn't have to worry anymore because the day would go without a hitch. She also checked up on us throughout the night if we needed anything and how we were doing which we really appreciated. Looking back on the pictures from the wedding, everything the team set up was done with a lot of attention to detail as well. There's also a lot of smaller things they did for us which really makes a huge difference after the wedding like the list of cards/gifts and even just collecting everything after the wedding and getting it to the designated person to bring back with them. Highly recommend So Smitten's services, I'd give a 6 out of 5 if I could. Thank you Angelica!

We hired So Smitten for month-of-coordination of our wedding in April 2024. Angelica was our amazing lead coordinator. She was always available for questions and help leading up to the event. This was super helpful, especially when you hit decision fatigue near the end of planning. The timeline Angelica created was a masterpiece, extremely detailed and perfect for making sure you've thought of everything. We really enjoyed the helpful planning documents they provided us as well. For the day of, we had two additional assistants to help with the flow of our 150 person event. It flowed flawlessly. We didn't have to think about anything but being present on the day. I loved that they did a good job of checking in on us and making sure we did all the little things like remembering to take photos at our photo booth. You can't go wrong with So Smitten. We found the whole experience very professional and personal. We were so happy with Angelica and her whole team and would hire them again in a heart beat.

What an amazing and professional team, from beginning to end. It's clear they know exactly what they're doing, asked the right questions, and got us through this without any problems. Crissy was our coorindator who made sure the day of wedding ran incredibly smoothy. She understood our venue, our other vendors, and was incredibly efficient and amazing to both the us and our wedding guests. We didn't even do a proper wedding rehearsal (it was our choice) and yet the day went without any problems. Melanie was our kick ass designer who gave us exactly what we wanted and more: a sunset, LA themed wedding. The color palette and the flowers went above and beyond. She both listened and gave so much great ideas (from flowers, to back lights, to table settings) that we got much more than we asked for. And Marnie helped with design and signage printing, all of which was coherent, themed, and super detailed. Nothing felt "standard" or boiler plate, everything felt customized and made just for our occasion. I rarely leave reviews but even during our wedding I kept telling myself how much praise this team deserved. They're hard working, run an efficient machine, and were always in good spirits, understanding, and kind. You can't go wrong with this amazing team!

Before we ever hired Marni Farmer of So Smitten Special Events, we had been to two events that she had planned - both an engagement party, and a wedding, for two of our best friends. Both were very different affairs; one was a country club bash for hundreds, and the other was a very intimate, cliff-top gathering. What both had in common was that they were exquisitely well done. Prepared with that knowledge and experience, when we set out to hire So Smitten, we had some idea what to expect. (And so, in effect, it is almost like we're reviewing three events, not just one!) We also had challenges of our own to overcome - including some skeptics within the family who did not inherently understand why a "wedding planner" was even needed. Marni not only excelled in putting together the logistics of the event, but also winning over the skeptics and uniting the family - something neither of us could do, ourselves. There are a number of things that we especially like about Marni and So Smitten. First, their flexibility. They helped us tailor our wedding to our tastes, and needs; there was no upselling. They offer multiple tiers of pricing, which we found to be very competitive - but without sacrificing quality. Also, we had some unplanned logistical hiccups, but Marni rolled with the punches, and kept us on track. In the end, all of our guests, family, and friends had a wonderful time. And so did we. We were not just performers, we truly got to have a good time, ourselves, and interact with our guests while everything flowed smoothly around us. None of that would have been possible without Marni and So Smitten.

I don't even know where to begin with our experience with So Smitten. I supposed we can begin with the person whom we worked with that truly made our wedding night such a success and that person was Gris Garcia. We hired Gris as a day of coordinator but we started working together right away after signing the contract many months prior to our wedding day. Gris was honestly a blessing in the skies and was the best decision my wife and I made for our wedding. I've attended hundreds of weddings myself throughout my life performing with my band and have witnessed chaos unfold right in front of my eyes working with other vendors but that was not the case for our wedding even though I was expecting it. To this day I am still in awe on how Gris was able to manage and direct all 13 vendors we hired for our wedding day. Gris and her team really knocked it out the park with impeccable coordination and elite professionalism. Most of the time I feel like wedding guests rave about the entertainment, the food, late night snacks, and etc but this was the first time I heard a lot of positive feedback about how smooth and organized our wedding day was. SoSmitten made planning our wedding so much easier! We had Angelica as our coordinator and every time we spoke, I felt so much better about the planning of our wedding. She had advice and reminded me of things that I just didn’t even think of for a wedding reception. We truly cannot thank the SoSmitten team enough for all of their help throughout the wedding process. During the day Shaunte checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and did all sorts of thoughtful things like playing defense on wedding guests so we could eat dinner, saving a box of our desserts so that we could enjoy them, and fixing my dress for pictures. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and got to focus on having a great time with our friends and family. SoSmitten made wedding planning almost completely stress-free and we could not recommend them more highly.

Marni and Megan and the team at So Smitten Events are incredible! They helped us plan our Wedding and a Sangeet the night before. The team was organized and respectful and made the whole wedding planning process easier and Marni and Megan’s suggestions were thoughtful and never pushy, and we were very comfortable letting them make decisions on our behalf when we felt we didn’t know enough. Marni and her team respected our budget and worked tirelessly to maximize it. We had a pretty unique wedding, combining multiple cultures, and Marni and Megan worked with us to create a weekend that joyfully honored the traditions of both cultures. The So Smitten team is so organized with their google sheets and timelines, keeping us on track throughout the months of planning. They were invaluable when coordinating with vendors (and getting discounts!), asking relevant questions on venue tours, and coordinating every minute of the wedding weekend to ensure it all went smoothly. Beyond the months of planning, the coordination of the weekend itself was also incredible. Plenty of little details were so impactful, from the personalized day-of instructions and timelines for vendors, family members, and us, to bringing us food and drinks, and handling a couple of unforeseen events. Even our guests commented on how kind, organized, and helpful the planning team was throughout the weekend. Having talked to our friends and hearing about their experiences, we’ve learned how rare it is to have a team like So Smitten and we feel lucky to have worked with them. Throughout the year, we looked forward to the meetings, which were energetic and fun while still being super productive! Everything from iterating many times on designs and vendors, to navigating last minute changes was met with respect and a “we will make it happen” attitude. It was obvious that Marni and Megan genuinely wanted to give us our dream weekend, and they succeeded. We cannot recommend them enough!

So Smitten was recommended to us by the hotel we had our wedding at. Megan was our lead coordinator, and she was absolutely amazing. We had a fairly big wedding with 240 people attending, and I am someone who likes to plan everything, but with having to work full time, there were a lot of things I would have missed if Megan hadn't been helping me. Even though I only went with the day-of package, she still met with me online and went through countless details with me. She also helped me fix last minute issues with the hotel the week of the wedding. On our wedding day, she and her team made sure everything was set up, and were very good about directing guests from the ceremony, to cocktail to reception. Our guests were impressed with how organized the whole event was. She was also very attentive to my husband and me. She brought us food and drinks between the cocktail and reception, and also had the hotel bring me a new plate of food, because the waiters had taken my plate away before I was done. She and her team stayed an hour past the end of our event and were so helpful with tearing down at the end of the night. I would definitely recommend So Smitten to anyone who is getting married:)

As a 2023 bride hiring So Smitten was the BEST decision ever and I would recommend them to any other bride planning their dream wedding. I was in contact with a few other wedding planners but So Smitten was the first to set up a meeting with me and was upfront about packages and pricing which I appreciated so much. Marni and her team made my dream wedding come true. Since I was an out of state bride I was worried about making my vision into reality but So Smitten went above and beyond. Marni was very involved in the planning and always emailed me back answering my questions. I am so happy I went with So Smitten because Marni has so much experience that came in handy. She knew so many vendors and was able to get my preferred vendor discounts and she was familiar with my venue which made decor planning and set up a breeze. My wedding day went perfect thanks to the So Smitten team. I didn't have to deal with vendors or answering a thousand questions. I was actually able to enjoy by wedding day, be stress free, and celebrate! I would 100% hire So Smitten again.

Marni and the So Smitten team were everything and more. We did two parties with them: engagement party and our wedding and both went off without a hitch. Marni made sure every single detail was taken care of and totally understood and executed our visions for both events flawlessly. So Smitten, and more specifically Megan really brought everything we wanted out of our wedding to life. She and her team were so diligent and worked so hard with all of our DIY decorations to make our wedding feel really special. She was excellent with the planning of the event and it was also extremely delightful to have her there making everything we requested come true. The best part was hearing all the fun everyone had at the wedding due in large part because of So Smitten's involvement. So much so that we wish that we could have attended our wedding as guests while also as the bride and groom. Would 1000% recommend them for your wedding needs.

Marni and the SoSmitten team are incredible. Best decision we made in our wedding planning. Weeks later we are still discuss how they helped plan and execute our perfect wedding. She was patient when we were probing and stressed about all the details. She was decisive when we asked for her opinion on things we couldn't differentiate between. She had great recommendations for all the vendors (including helping us find our dream venue in the first place) and came with new lists of them if we decided that we had newfound specific interests. She kept us on task planning every detail of both a welcome reception (the first to happen at Santa Monica Brew Works) and wedding (at the Bel-Air Bay Club of which she knows very well) during over a two year engagement period. We had debated a lot between enlisting her full planning versus partial and very happy we went with full planning. Both my wife and I work full time jobs in different coastal cities neither of which are Los Angeles where the wedding would ultimately be. She stuck with us through countless google hangouts at varying times that fit our schedule. We would not have made it through this process without her and can not more highly recommend her and the So Smitten team!

Sabrina and her team was amazing! We paid for the day-of coordination and they were very organized to help get all the vendor in line leading up to our wedding. While it almost never rains in Joshua Tree, we ended up with a thunder storm in the middle of our ceremony. What could have been a disaster was smoothly transitioned into a unique experience for everyone! Sabrina made the transition so smooth and flawless that our big day was saved! We even fit everyone in the space without getting anyone wet. Highly recommend if you want someone who can organize and partner with you so you can enjoy your wedding day stress free!

We paid for a 6-month planner. Our planner's name was Sabrina and she was a pleasure to work with. Because our guest count was 150, we had 2 more coordinators on day of. They handled everything perfectly and everything went perfectly on day of. She handled last minute changes and kept on time with everything. Communication was great. We met in person twice and had about 3 video calls to go over details. We ended up renting wedding items from them as well as it just made things easier. Sabrina and her team were a pleasure to work with and I fully recommend them.

I highly, highly recommend working with Marni at So Smitten Events if you are planning your wedding in the Long Beach area! Marni was extremely organized and not only kept everything on track, but kept us calm through all of the planning and truly let us feel secure in how everything was going to be executed. Marni also has great contacts for floral, DJ/Lighting, rentals and more and she truly helped us create the wedding of our dreams. She was easy to communicate with, and so fun to be around. On the So Smitten website, someone wrote, "Aside from marrying my husband, hiring Marni was the best decision I ever made." I couldn't agree more. My husband and I loathe any kind of event planning, but wanted to have a big wedding after so much isolation during the pandemic. We hired Marni and her team, platinum plan (the "we-need-all-the-help-we-can-get!" plan) and she walked us through from beginning to end! After the wedding, a friend of the family said this: "In my 40 years of professional photography I had never seen a better wedding coordinator. Marni and her staff are the ideal mix of friendly, efficient, and unobtrusive. Congratulations to the people you hired to produce a perfect event." Our venue had told us there was no need for us to get a wedding planner because the venue day-of coordinator would handle things - I'm so glad we didn't listen to them! After the wedding my brother marveled at how not -one thing - went wrong - not one! Throughout the planning process, Marni presented us with options, kept our budget in mind, recommended best practices and followed up with the myriad vendors to keep everyone on track. Wedding planning was still work, but with her on our team, we knew we were doing everything we needed to and couldn't mess up that badly! Watching her work is a sight to behold - I have no idea how she does it, or with so much warmth, poise, and flair! Shoutout to Michael Farmer from f8 Studios, who did our photography and videography - he and Marni are married, and seeing them work together during the wedding weekend was also #marriagegoals. Michael also fixed the little prop wagon we got to pull our baby daughter down the aisle - an essential moment in the ceremony, which wouldn't have happened without Michael stepping into a role completely outside what we'd hired him for!

My husband and I went with the Bronze Day of Coordinator and worked with Crissy as our lead wedding coordinator. Everyone tells you to anticipate things going wrong, so I mentally prepared myself to accept whatever wrenches were thrown our way the day of. BUT because of So Smitten/Crissy (wedding coordinator), literally nothing went wrong and the wedding was PERFECT. If there were hiccups, myself , my husband and our guest were unaware. We had several guests comment on how on top of everything Crissy and team were. I DIYed a lot of the wedding and had extensive keynotes and spreadsheet explicitly describing how everything should be set up. Crissy and team made it all look beautiful and better than I imagined, they even helped set up decor beyond their typically purview which I am so appreciative of! The day was perfectly schedule - with multiple guest telling us it was the most well paced wedding they had attended and never felt rushed or like there as a lull. And as people who have attended many many weddings, the timeline and the order of events is something my husband and I were meticulous about getting right and Crissy gave some great suggestions on the flow of events which were great. In the weeks and days prior we also had lots of little changes here which meant lots of updated documents and emails flying. We probably changed the layout and seating chart what felt like at least 6x within 3 days. I was positive something would be missed, and nothing was. I was genuinely really surprised and pleased. I really can't express how thankful I am to So Smitten/Crissy and her team for helping us execute and coordinator the perfect day. Seeing everything go so smoothly as each minute and hour of the day of our wedding passed, kept us at a constant calm which allowed me and my husband to soak up and enjoy every second of our wedding.

She always kept us in the loop and there was never a time when we did not know what was going on. Looking back on our wedding day, everything just turned out beautiful. From the ceremony venue, decorations, transportation, desserts, vendor interactions, and reception venue, it all seemed to effortlessly and magically come together. We have no doubts that all that could not have been done without Marni and her team. Finally, everyone at So Smitten Special Events are just amazing people!! While we worked with them on a professional level, everyone was very personal. You can tell that they really care about providing the best experience for our wedding day and they did not disappoint. Marni and her team are incredible - seriously, book them now! We had the best experience planning our belated wedding reception this past June. Marni knows everything and stays on top of every detail. She was able to recommend the most amazing vendors who all of our guests were raving about. I met with Marni a couple weeks after I got engaged in June 2021. I so excited to plan our wedding but felt a bit discouraged after speaking with several planners in the LA area. Once I spoke with Marni, I knew she was the perfect partner to help our vision come to life. She and her team worked with us for a solid year. Marni was/is an incredible wedding planner and made our whole wedding journey the most amazing experience, especially given the circumstances. Jason and I originally hired So Smitten Special Events (SSSE), specifically Marni, in 2019, right before covid hit. Our wedding was originally supposed to be 05/17/2020, so lockdown happened right before we were all set to go (literally 2 days after my bridal shower is when the world shut down!). Understandably, we were very stressed out and uncertain of how to move forward. Fortunately, because of Marni, we did not have to deal with any of the financial set backs many other covid wedding couples had to face. I know of people who got completely screwed over by vendors and lost all their deposits, depsite covid not being their fault. However, because of Marni's great relationship with a wide network of amazing contacts/vendors, we were barely inconvenienced by covid. The only main inconvenience we faced was not being able to have our wedding until way later (and we actually could've had it sooner than we did, but we wanted to ensure everyone's health wasn't at risk). Because we pushed our wedding back 1.5 years, we ended up working with Marni for almost 3 years total! Throughout that entire time she never once complained or acted inconvenienced by us. She remained enthusiastic, supportive, and extremely reliable. She took care of everything down to the finest detail and truly knows her craft. The best of the best. From the get-go, Marni and Sabrina (our main contact and planner), were thoughtful, kind, and consummate professionals. Since my husband and I had already selected our venue and caterer prior to working with So Smitten, we opted for the more hands-off Bronze package; however, we still benefitted from organizational tools and helpful reminders that kept us on track. And throughout the planning process, Sabrina was always in our corner, telling us what we needed (and didn't need) to bring our ideas to fruition. On our wedding day, Sabrina made the event come together flawlessly while also prioritizing our well-being. For example, upon noticing that I was overheating at one point during the evening, Sabrina pulled me away from a group conversation so that we could quickly "talk outside." Once we walked out the front door of the venue, she fanned me with a poster and gave me water. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator/planner!

We got the silver package and worked with Sabrina and her team. Sabrina is very sweet and easy to work with. I have to say that the most amazing thing about working with Sabrina and So Smitten is that they have the ability to transform your ideas into an absolute dream. Our wedding literally looked like one of those pinterest weddings you look to for ideas. She will execute your vision with perfection. On the day of the wedding, we did not have to worry about a thing. She and her team maneuvered all the obstacles with finesse. If there were any small disasters, nobody was aware and it was the party of our lives!

We had the lovely Sabrina as our day of coordinator and she made everything go by so smoothly on our wedding day. A month before the wedding, I was so nervous that I thought I forgot to hire a vendor or that I was missing important details for the wedding. But, after we had our final consultation with Sabrina and her team, I had peace of mind that everything would fall into place. We reviewed our final timeline step by step and I knew that we had a lot of support and guidance the day of our wedding. The little details that she took care of made such a big difference. For example, she made sure that we were well fed and we had our signature drinks once the reception started and all we had to do was enjoy it. She even made our week before the wedding as peaceful as possible, she took care of all the other vendor's questions so we would have time to just relax before the big day. From organizing the list of who gave us wedding cards and gifts, making sure the cake was well decorated, providing a last minute toss bouquet, making sure all the vendors were all on the same page, everything came out so perfect. We are very thankful we hired So Smitten. Without them, we would have been very lost and confused. There are so many good things that my spouse and I have to say about So Smitten, it's hard to know where to begin. They have many packages available that make it easy to scale up or down how much involvement you want from them. However, we want to in particular speak to the remarkable work that our wedding coordinator Shaunte did. Throughout the planning process, Shaunte was our rock, a great sounding board when it comes to logistics, aesthetics, and the practicality of how we wanted our wedding to be. She always reassured us in our decisions and she always came with thoughtful suggestions when we were stumped. She never steered us wrong in any part of the process. On our wedding day, Shaunte was incredibly organized and calm in the face of some unexpected delays and surprises caused by our guests. She was always on top of things and quick on her feet to make sure our day went smoothly. After our wedding, we faced some difficulties with our venue with unexpected billing that we were not prepared for. Even though their duties were over, Shaunte and So Smitten stuck with us to help us communicate with the venue about resolving the issue. My spouse and I were truly in awe about their integrity, kindness, and their absolute desire to help their clients. I honestly have no idea how we would have handled our wedding day without them.

So Smitten Events and Shaunte as the coordinator are terrific. My daughter and her husband had a wedding on the beach in October, 2020 but because of Covid it had to be scaled down to 10 of us (including Shaunte as the Officiant of the ceremony). Fast Forward to October 23, 2021 and the reenactment of the vows and reception was held at Madera Kitchen in Los Angeles with 100 of their family and friends. So Smitten Events and Shaunte took care of EVERYTHING from setup to teardown and kept us on schedule. As Mother of the Bride, the few times I would tell Shaunte about something she would take care of it right away and tell me to go enjoy the party, which I did!! It was such a magical, special evening and it was all thanks to So Smitten's team!!
