Alaina was so easy to work with, and she was very accommodating of our busy work schedules, often taking Zoom calls later into the evening. While we know that Alaina and her team plan many events each year, we always felt like our wedding was a top priority for them. Because Shayne and her team were so on top of everything, we, as the bride and groom, along with our parents, could simply relax and soak in every precious moment without a single worry. That peace of mind was priceless. Multi-day, multi-event weddings inevitably have their share of curveballs, but Shayne handles them like a true pro, thinking quickly on her feet. For instance, on the first day, the venue threw us some challenges, including providing the wrong sized tables. Shayne stepped in immediately, navigated the situation with calm authority, and got everything sorted without letting it disrupt the celebration. Her ability to discreetly manage these real-time crises meant that neither we nor our guests felt the stress – we often didn't even know the full extent of an issue until much later! It's this kind of grace under pressure that truly sets her apart. Shayne's skill in handling tricky situations wasn't just reserved for the wedding days; it was clear months beforehand during the planning process. A key example was with our catering. During a tasting, it became apparent the venue didn’t have experience preparing Indian food. Shayne skillfully navigated this delicate conversation and successfully convinced the venue to allow an outside Indian restaurant to handle that part of the menu for the actual wedding. Her negotiation skills ensured we got to serve our guests exactly the food we wanted. Throughout the entire planning process, Shayne was exceptionally organized and an excellent communicator. She expertly guided us through the complexities of planning four major events across two days, keeping us perfectly on track with clear timelines and gentle reminders. Whether it was six months out or down to the final week, her structured yet calm approach took so much stress off our shoulders. Working with Shayne honestly felt like a true partnership. She really listened to our vision for all parts of the wedding weekend and collaborated closely with us, making us feel like a team every step of the way. She was also brilliant at helping us stay within our budget, always finding creative solutions and smart suggestions to achieve the wedding of our dreams without compromise.
