I cannot speak more highly of Decemember! She did an amazing job throughout our long engagement and wedding planning process. She distilled down the details for us and really helped us pull off a flawless day!
We hired Lynsey from Soiree Event Designs to be our "month-of" wedding coordinator, and we could not be more pleased. Lynsey is extremely talented - always communicative, poised, thoughtful and kind. From our initial discussion, I could tell she was detail and logistics-oriented. From that moment on, she kept me organized without stressing me out. Her style of coordinating is both intuitive and efficient, which made working with her a breeze. I like to pride myself on my pragmatism, but inevitably, I found myself getting caught up in all kinds of wedding-related hysteria (thanks Instagram)...Lynsey was always available to talk sense back into me, and I'm so thankful for it. Lynsey understands what elements of a wedding are "deal breakers" and guides you accordingly (often saving you a few $$ in the process). As for the night of our wedding, she somehow managed to be nowhere and everywhere at once. She kept the show running behind the scenes so that everyone was able to eat on time, speakers were ready to speak, and we had ample time for dancing. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Lynsey - best wedding decision that I made (besides marrying my spouse :).
Decemeber is so much more than an event coordinator she really is nothing short of a lifesaver. I always knew I wanted at least a day of coordinator on my wedding but I had no idea the amount of help she would offer. From helping me stay organized to messaging vendors and nailing down a timeline she was there every step of the way. Her hard work on the day of did not go unnoticed and my parents made sure to tell me over and over again how wonderful she was and how many fires she put out for us without me even knowing about them! She not only kept me sane but she made sure that I had an absolute blast all day/night long. I am so thankful that I found her and for everything she did for us over the last year. There are so many options when it comes to wedding coordinators but make no mistake Decemeber really is a step above the rest.
We truly couldn't have done our big day (and the weeks leading up to it) without Decemeber!! She is incredible at what she does - she's friendly, efficient, creative and goes above and beyond. She had endless ideas and back-up plans throughout our wedding day! She made us feel at ease because we knew we could trust her to handle every little and big thing. We're forever grateful and couldn't recommend her enough!
I cannot express how thrilled we are to have been able to work with Decemeber for our wedding this summer! She is the most flexible, helpful, and creative planner. We had to drastically change the nature of our wedding not once, but twice, due to COVID--first postponing our reception and adjusting to a smaller family wedding, and then having to scramble to move the wedding to our house and find a caterer 4 days before the wedding. Decemeber was a calming presence the whole time, and made us feel confident that everything was under control. We couldn't have gotten everything set up without her professional advice and knowledge, and her help on our wedding went above and beyond. If you're looking for a wedding planner in the KC area, Decemeber and the Soiree team is definitely the way to go!!
Soiree Events (December and her team) were the absolute best part of our wedding process. From the very beginning they made everything so incredibly easy. I cannot thank them enough for everything we did. On our wedding day we had snow, and did December not only make sure everything was absolutely perfect, she went above and beyond to make sure nothing went wrong. We never would of been able to pull of our dream wedding, Snow and all without December and her team.
Decemeber was our go-to-gal for the month leading up to our wedding. She helped us with establishing a clear timeline to share with our families when there were many many moving parts. I am a bit of a control freak and was worrying because I wouldn't be there to make sure the decor was just right at venue prior to cocktail hour.... This was a completely pointless concern. She put together our reception venue better than I imagined or could have done myself. On top of that, she made sure the entire evening ran smoothly. Personally, she is a doll to work with and I would want her to coordinate any event in the future. Soirée will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your wedding day to the fullest!!
Lynsey was amazing to work with! She provided me with all the tools I needed to keep me on track during the wedding planning process and was a constant resource for vendor suggestions and overall wedding information. She was SO easy to communicate with, it made the last month before the wedding so much smoother. She had all of my vendors lined up and took care of everything on the wedding day, I didn't have to worry about a thing and was able to just enjoy the day. I highly recommend working with Soiree Event Designs!

Decemeber was amazing and I cannot recommend her and her company enough. She helped create the wedding of my dreams. Making the decison to have a wedding planner or not was a non negotiable from the start and was the first thing we wrote down for a MUST. After spending no more that five minutes with Decemeber I knew she was the one for us. She is so thorough, hardworking and amazing.
I can’t recommend Decemeber from Soirée Event Designs high enough! We were planning our wedding ceremony and events on our own up until a month and a half prior to the date. As the date became closer, we started to feel a bit overwhelmed with all the details. I received Decemeber’s information from a friend, and from our first interaction, she was a true professional!
Because we were less than two months from our wedding, Decemeber moved to schedule our face-to-face meeting quickly. The introduction discussion was well organized and she walked me through all of our vendor details, wedding party, must-haves, etc. My fiancé and I thought we had covered all our bases, but it was obvious after our discussion that there were many other details we needed to address. Decemeber made this feel like a breeze, and immediately helped wrap up finishing touches and assembled a “day-off” timeline. She began coordinating directly with our vendors, to eliminate the stress from the groom and me.
Because of all the work Soirée did up front, the day of our wedding was well executed, relaxed and most importantly fun! As the bride, I didn’t have to worry about who needed to be where and when. Decemeber had all of this outlined for us. She even found a new hairstylist two weeks before the wedding, after I decided to make a last minute change!
From the first phone call with Decemeber to giving her a hug at the end of our wedding reception, she made wedding planning a stress-free process and our day was executed to perfection! (And if there was a hiccup, she handled it and we never knew) On top of her professionalism, Decemeber is a joy to work with to plan a major event.
Hiring Lynsey as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made during wedding planning, hands down. When we did our initial consult, I left the appointment feeling LESS stressed - which was definitely not the case with some of the other coordinators we met. Lynsey was so essential to our wedding. We were having our wedding in KC, but living out of state, and I am sure I would have completely lost my mind without her. Lynsey gave us excellent vendor recommendations, helped us figure out what were missing, created extremely detailed timelines, and coordinated all of the vendors. All of this hard work really paid off - our wedding day ran SEAMLESSLY. I've seen so many weddings where the bride looked stressed out or the family members were frantically trying to shepherd guests around, or the entire thing was running an hour behind. Not at our wedding! Our wedding day was perfect, and most of the credit goes to Lynsey.
On top of that - Lynsey was just a joy to talk to and get to know. I am so happy she was a part of our wedding!
Pick Soirée, I promise you won’t be disappointed! I knew from the moment that I met Decemeber, that she was going to be the right fit for my wedding planning. She has an amazing personality, cool/calm, personable, organized (she made a bomb timeline down to the minute everything was supposed to take place), sweet, and a whole bunch of other good words! I chose the month of package since I had a longer engagement and had plenty of time to plan things myself. The Soirée team was on point from our initial meeting until it was time to pack up after the big day. Decemeber was great when it came to communicating with all of my vendors and especially the venue, since we were one of their first few weddings. She made sure all of my decor was exactly as I wanted and I was completely worry free the day of. I knew Decemeber had everything under control. If I could do it all again I’d still go with Soirée!
We were luck enough to have Lynsey help us plan my daughter's wedding on a "month of" basis. She was terrific a lot earlier than that, giving us suggestions on vendors such as bridal make-up and hair, shuttle services, even how to book hotel room blocks and know what to do with leftover flowers. When you are planning a wedding, it seems like every time you turn around there is another expense. The VERY best money we spent was hiring Lynsey and Soiree Event Designs. Our wedding was at the Midland, which is a little more complicated than just doing it at a hotel. She knew how to handle every logistics question, was calm and confident, and absolutely allowed every one of us to enjoy this very special day.
Lynsey and December are dreams come true! Lynsey was our lead planner, and was the absolute best and easiest vendor we worked during our wedding planning process. She was so attentive to detail, worked closely with all our vendors, and was so quick to respond to our questions. Lynsey had several ideas, solutions, and suggestions for us to make the entire planning process easier, and was always one step ahead of us on things that needed to be taken care of. December was wonderful as well, and took the lead for the majority of the reception. She was knowledgeable about all of our details and did not miss a beat. Soirée provided several assistants for the day-of which helped the setup process go smoothly, especially since we had to move the current and cocktail hour inside because of rain. I can’t imagine my planning and wedding day without these two!
How do I begin? Having Decemeber as our wedding planner was the BEST decision we ever made! Decemeber is a friend of one of my bridesmaids and when I met her for the first time I was thrilled! We honestly don't know how we would have done it without her. She made the month before and day of so calm and took care of all the little details we never would have even thought of. She kept everyone on the same page, coordinated all the vendors and so was sweet through it all. We are so lucky that she became a friend throughout the whole process and won't ever be able to share how appreciative and thankful we are of her and all her work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I would recommend Soirée Event Designs to anyone and everyone! Our planner was Decemeber, and she is absolutely amazing to work with! From my first meeting with Decemeber , I knew that she was the person that I wanted to help with our special day! Looking back on the wedding, that was one of the best decisions that I could have ever made! If your are considering hiring a planner, do it!! We couldn’t have done it without her! December helped to create a perfect wedding timeline and made sure that every single vendor had the timeline and knew exactly when and where they were supposed to be! She was the first person there and the last to leave, just to make sure that everything was flawless for us! She directed everyone at the rehearsal and on the wedding day, and her kind and genuine demeanor made it easy for everyone to follow her lead! She did everything from hand delivering our bouquets to the party bus before the ceremony, to handing out tips to our vendors at the end of the night! She thought of everything (things I wouldn’t have thought of in a million years) and she made sure that nobody bothered my family or I with questions on the wedding day! I cannot recommend Lynsey Waldman enough! I was originally not going to use a wedding planner because I thought I didn't need one.. but I am SO happy I did. I would not have made it without her! I thought I was super organized but Lynsey was even more organized, which I loved. She is very knowledgeable about weddings in KC and gives great recommendations. She was immensely helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly-she was great at answering my millions of questions, she kept me organized with her awesome wedding organizational systems, reminded me about due dates or things to do, helped me with anything that came up and our meetings made me feel so prepared. She thinks of EVERYTHING so on the wedding day it ran so perfectly! I can only imagine the hundreds of things I wouldn't have thought of that would have gone wrong on the day of if I hadn't had Lynsey. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, you do, book Lynsey and you will not regret it. This is the vendor I thought I didn't need in the beginning and now looking back is the vendor I am most thankful for.

Thank you December! We absolutely loved Decembmer! When we started planning our wedding, we knew we would need assistance planning an out of town wedding. Our planning process was sensational with December! Throughout the whole process without you! Our sanity was ensured by December's hard work and diligence. She is the best! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and passion showed through. Planning an out of town wedding was stressful, but December was fantastic! She made sure that all I had to do was show up and enjoy my day. She managed all of the vendors,assisted guests, and helped with our five month old daughter when needed.

I don't know how we got so lucky to have Lynsey as apart of our wedding day. She was literally a dream for our wedding and was incredibly helpful - I don't know how we could have done this day without her! She was not only incredibly organized, on top of things, had great communication, was efficient with requests, but she also worked so well with the vendors and guests prior to and during the wedding. Lynsey made wedding planning easy and fun! More than anything, she knew the heart of our wedding. She knew exactly what we needed and wanted and how to make it happen so we could have the day we dreamed of. I can honestly say I wasn't stressed or worried once about our wedding day because of her help, expertise, and kind heart. When I did have a little concern about something, she was flexible with her time to talk and help me work through it. There were a few vendors I was struggling to find. She gave recommendations for them and they couldn't have been more perfect to work with either! The day of our wedding was absolutely seamless (and we had huge storms the day of our wedding and were the only building with power but everything was perfect). Having her there throughout the process and the last month before the wedding was like having an extra friend to work with through that knew all of the ins, outs, and secrets to wedding planning - it was great! Hiring Soiree for our wedding was a MUST HAVE. Coming from a "type A" bride that had everything planned out in her head, Soiree did a great job assisting and executing my dream plan. It was incredibly helpful to have Soiree handle all communications with the vendors on the day of. (Not something you want to worry about as the Bride! or mother of the bride!) Their staff is professional, polite, and always responded to any of our questions promptly. If you're on the fence about needing a planner.. you won't regret this decision!

I'm not sure how I got so lucky to find the most incredibly talented wedding planner! Decemeber was able to take all I want is bright colors in my wedding, into the most beautiful day that I will never forget! She is so creative, detailed and organized. We purchased the full package and it was the best decision I made! I didn't have a ton of free time on my hands when I got engaged and Decemeber was able to keep everything on track with our monthly meetings, sending me a few vendor options to look at for everything we needed and ran the show the day of our wedding. I seriously just had to show up and didn't worry about 1 thing! It was completely stress-free and I got to focus on being with family & friends. Hiring a month of wedding coordinator for our rehearsal and ceremony/reception was the best decision we made! My husband was hesitant about the cost, but it was worth every penny! We worked with Decemeber and not only was she very personable, but also very talented. She made sure that every little detail was taken care of to ensure that our day was perfect! There were so many things that we never would have thought of and behind the scenes work that she took care of. She did a great job of communicating with the vendors and making sure they were all on the same page as well as being the go to person for many of their questions. As a Professional DJ I have performed at countless Weddings and Celebrations around the globe. Decemeber and her team saw to every detail of this exceptional event which included a beautiful Ceremony and Reception held at the Guild on Saturday Night. We loved working with December. To illustrate the way she anticipated our needs: I had a gift that I wanted to give to the groom. Decemeber had taken it unwrapped to dinner. Separately, I brought wrapping paper, scissors and tape to the hotel. When it came time to give gifts, Decemeber handed me the groom's gift... wrapped! She works miracles.

I had the luck of working with Lynsey Page as my wedding planner for my October wedding this year. Out of all of the services we choose for our wedding, hiring a wedding planner was THE BEST choice we made. Lynsey was absolutely amazing. She helped make the whole wedding planning experience far less stressful than it would have been without her. Within a few minutes of meeting Lynsey, I knew she was the perfect match to help me with wedding planning. I genuinely enjoyed and looked forward to our weekly wine/dinner/planning meetings. Lynsey easily understanded and accepted my vision for our day. It was like she was involved in the whole year of planning, not just 6 weeks. Many of our vendors commented to me multiple times how amazing Lynsey was to work with and they have never worked with a coordinator so organized and efficient. My parents and family were able to enjoy the day, knowing Lynsey was in control. I used Soiree Event Designs to help plan my wedding as well as come up with a design concept for the reception. The lead wedding coordinator, Madi, was a joy to work with! She is so positive, upbeat, and creative! She came up with an entire design concept for my reception that included every little detail. Both myself and my parents were so impressed with everything. Hiring a wedding planner is a must because you don't have to worry about all the little decor details and coordination on your day. Hiring Soiree Event Designs for my wedding was seriously the best thing I've ever done!
got engaged in October 2013 and only 4 days after, we explored Wedding Planners. After our first meeting with Madi at a near by Starbucks, I KNEW we had to have her as a part of our day. We hired her a full service Wedding Planner who would eventually make all of our a dream a reality in September 2014.
I'm certain that Madi is the reason that planning my wedding was the most amazing experience of all. My mom and I loved meeting with her throughout the process and listening to her ideas, suggestions, all while putting our own personalization on things. No dream is too small, and no idea is undoable. Madi literally brought my pinterest board to life all while staying within budget friendly numbers and being a sound board for what is more important along the way.
Having Madi as a part of the process made it enjoyable for myself, my mom, and even my husband. She did everything, from scheduling appointments, gathering quotes from vendors, all with our vision in mind. If I felt stuck, she had an idea. If I had an idea, she knew just the perfect spin to include it in our day. She let me dream big, without going overboard with numbers. She was an amazing resource for questions for first time brides and her charming, knowledgeable personality made it so easy for me to trust her 100% for our day. We just clicked and made me feel so at ease with the whole process so that I was able to focus and enjoy the important things, like spending get last few months as a Miss, not spending nights DIYing, and putting my energy into Bridal Showers and Bachelorette Weekends. I never once felt the stress of being a "bride" and I seriously owe it all to Madi and her amazing team at Soriee.
To top it off, I enjoyed meeting new vendors through Madi that had an amazing vision so I may not have found without using Madi or Soriee.
If you're a bride and on the fence, HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER. It'll be the best spent money of the wedding. After all, the only happens once and a lifetime. I'm so thankful and blessed that we had Madi be apart of our picture perfect day.

Madi was the Wedding Planner for an out of town client and she was on top of every detail. Through email, phone and meetings Madi communicated everything professionally and directly. She had all the vendor contacts & time line beautifully laid out and every detail was clear & concise. She really knew the vision of the client and did everything she had to in order to make it come true.
The day of Madi & her team did an amazing job in executing the event. They were professionally dressed and always polite and courteous. Each one of them was willing to do whatever was needed to create a flawless experience.

I really don't know where to start with this because I cannot Thank Soiree Events enough for giving me the wedding of my Dreams. We worked with Lynsey Page and she was hands down the reason everything went seamlessly the day of our wedding. She was organized, creative, and patient through the entire process. When I was stressed she was there to calm my nerves. She always reminded me that this day was about our marriage first and foremost. And she also was my crisis averted!!My husband and I had planned a mid September outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour...well the weather did not cooperate at all...it was cold, drizzly, and not the vision I had in my mind. But Lynsey swooped in and made it work more beautiful than I had envisioned. She oversaw the changes that needed to be made and worked with our vendors accordingly. I never stressed one moment because I knew she had it taken care of. For a large wedding like ours all those changes could have been a disaster, but because of Lynsey and Soiree we continue to recieve compliments from our guests about how awesome our wedding was. We truly could not have asked for or dreamt of a better wedding coordinator than Lynsey Page with Soiree Event Designs! Although we selected the “month of” coordination package, Lynsey was more than willing to answer any of our questions throughout the entire wedding process. Lynsey is incredibly easy to work with, and she made wedding planning so much fun! Not only is she a phenomenal communicator, she is attentive to every detail. For example, we did not realize that our reception venue would not allow our caterer to prepare the appetizers and dinner at their space. Lynsey noticed this and found a solution to the problem- so quickly that we didn’t even have time to feel stressed! Our caterer was able to get a permit from the city to prepare the meal in a food truck outside the venue. Lynsey tweaked our seating and buffet table(s) layout numerous times leading up to our wedding to ensure that the setup would be conducive for the amount of guests we were expecting and for the flow of the evening. She created timelines for us that were extremely helpful – a hair and makeup schedule for my bridesmaids and I, a reception schedule, and a day-of timeline as a whole (which included arrival times of every vendor at numerous locations). The day of our wedding, Lynsey came back and forth to our house several times. She never mentioned to me that it was to pick up the votive candleholders that we had forgotten to send to the venue (I assumed she was just stopping by again to check on my bridesmaids and I)! She went the extra mile to make sure I had the most stress free and enjoyable day. Following our wedding, my mom was the one who told me what she had really been doing! Because of Lynsey, our reception was seamless and the sequence of events unfolded perfectly. She orchestrated the night beautifully, and Andrew and I were able to enjoy every moment together. I will truly miss our weekly dinner dates at the Mixx that we had leading up to the wedding! I highly recommend Lynsey Page to anyone seeking a fabulous wedding coordinator and friend! Hiring Lynsey was, by far, the best decision we made throughout our wedding process!

As I was planning my wedding and getting immersed in the fun of every detail, (brides, you absolutely should be having FUN with this whole process or else you need to take a long, hard look at what is not making you happy and REMOVE that stress!!) I was adamant with everyone around me that I wanted a strong team of people who were going to be positive and contribute to the joy of my day. Adamant! I got all of that with Madi and Soiree Event Designs!!
From their very professional website, to the prompt return phone call, to the clear explanation of services and fees, I was led to the fabulous decision to do the month-of planning package and won the lottery when I was paired with Madi. I say "paired" specifically, because Madi doesn't make you feel like you are just a client, she makes you feel as if you are part of a team, a very functional pair. This team approach is so important to make sure that your day is magical, smooth, seamless and full of joy and love, because you have a very close working relationship in a short period of time with a group of people who are essentially in a transactional relationship with you. (Most of us aren't planning on having several weddings, am I right?!?).
Madi is professional, has an exuberance and freshness in her approach, and is comfortable from the first minute that you meet her. I vacillated for a day on whether or not I needed the month-of or the day-of package and it is SO WORTH IT to do the month-of!! Knock those unwanted favors off of your budget and get the month-of package! Madi coordinated all of those final details (there are more than you think there are going to be), coordinated final timelines with the vendors, helped me herd cats at our rehearsal (seriously, you put a light saber in an adult's hand and suddenly they are a 12 year old again!), got tough and enforced my vision when others weren't quite "getting it", was a wedding coordinator ninja and appeared magically every time I didn't even know I needed her but it turns out I did, sewed on a piece of my dress which was ripped off by a wayward wedge immediately prior to my first look (oops, thank god it was my maid of honor and best friend who did it!), placed all of the light sabers on the guests' chairs and got me a tree branch for my Ewok cage (yes, we really like Star Wars!), ensured that my magical mason jar lights and crystals were everywhere they needed to be, wrangled a table for my freaking out Mom (and I never even knew it happened!) and was game on enough to think of having me stand on the edge of the fountain to throw my bouquet (plus she stayed to make sure I didn't fall off!!)!! Oh yeah, she ROCKS!!!
I hope your take away from this review is that getting a month-of coordinator, if you are a do-it-yourself bride, is money incredibly well spent to ensure your sanity and the smooth sailing of your wedding, as well as learning firsthand how truly awesome Madi and Soiree Events are at making your day magical!! Our wedding day was a dream -- in large part due to Lynsey and the lovely ladies of Soirée Event Designs. I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner due to the additional cost that would hit our budget, but it was no doubt the best decision we could've made for our wedding. We went with the day-of planner and knowing how helpful it became, I would've sprung for the month of if I could do it over again. Lynsey met with us weeks in advance to get the download on everything we'd planned for the big day and offered incredible help from that point on. On the big day, she handled everything -- setup of our reception, coordination with vendors, run of events, even drinks in my hand. It was seamless and she was like a magician appearing everywhere and handling everything. Lynsey made sure everything we'd planned was in place and happened. She even had us prepared for rain at the last minute. But the best part was, my husband and I got to enjoy our party with absolutely no worries or responsibilities. I can honestly say we wouldn't have enjoyed our wedding day as much as we did without her. She went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. Absolutely totally worth it!
We planned our wedding from half way across the country, and debated for a long time whether it would be worth hiring a planner. Without hesitation, hiring Madi was the best decision we made. We were so relieved and grateful to have Madi on our team - she jumped in 6 weeks out from our wedding day and asked great questions, fully grasped our vision, and seamlessly ironed out all of our details.
She was invaluable in the weeks right before our wedding. She communicated consistently with our vendors to get everyone on the same page. We talked with her several times before we traveled home and typically entered into the phone calls with a laundry list of anxieties and to-do’s for our day. By the time she finished updating us on her progress with our vendors, we ended up having very little to ask or add. She took care of the details that felt overwhelming to us, and allowed us to focus on the most important part of our wedding day – the fact that we were marrying each other!
I knew she would do all of that based on our contract with her. However, I completely underestimated how valuable she would be the day-of our wedding! She and her assistant set up our entire reception venue, anticipated our needs and made sure they were fulfilled, and problem-solved any challenges that arose. She was 10 steps ahead of anything that came up. I heard from several of our guests that she had provided solutions for small problems (not enough chairs at a table, for example), and we never even knew those things happened. Another example: she noticed that my bustle had come undone, and snuck up behind me to fix it as I was drinking wine and socializing with my guests. Knowing that she was there meant we didn’t have anything to worry about and we could fully be receptive to the outpouring of love and joy we experienced.
I would absolutely encourage anyone to use Madi and Soiree Event Designs for their wedding…and I would even go one step farther than that - I would suggest prioritizing them in your budget. We had a relatively small budget and I believe they were the line-item that had the greatest impact on our day.
Another thing to note about Madi is just how charming she is – we were on our honeymoon talking about how we want her to be a friend of ours.
Madi Sanders was the most fantastic wedding planner. I am a "type A", detail crazy person. As a bride, I had a specific vision of my day and Madi was able to deliver it to me. She handled all of the vendors, came up with schedules for each involved party and setup the reception. She was firm and assertive to others to ensure my vision was executed. I would recommend Madi and Soiree Event Designs to anyone who wants to be a calm and relaxed bride the day of their wedding. Thank you Madi!!
I'll be the first to admit, wedding planning did not turn out to be anywhere near the girly fun I had imagined. I had the venue double-book on me, vendors that charged nearly 200% over the quoted estimate, and family drama out the wazoo. However, Madi at Soiree Event Designs was literally my savior!!! I met her initially at Bella Bridesmaid while selecting bridesmaid dresses & knew her sparkling personality and go get 'em attitude was exactly what our wedding needed. Once she stepped in everything seemed manageable, as she was incredibly organized, knowledgeable, professional, and a consistent breath of fresh air. She has this ability to put people at ease right away and knows how to get friends & family on the same page in a controlled and organized manner without ever coming off as anything but pleasant. A perfect example of how legit Madi truly is, was how she handled the glaring snafu that was our wedding rehearsal. I kid you not, our church wrote our rehearsal time down wrong and we didn't find out until the day before! Madi actually caught the mistake while conducting a routine check with all of our vendors, because she's that on top of things. Then, knowing that I was already a mess, she identified a solution, notified our rehearsal dinner vendors and our priest, put the new plan into motion, and called to let me know about the problem after she had ALREADY SOLVED IT!!! [cue angels singing]. To top it off, she even called my mother-in-law to get her up-to-speed on the whole situation and shielded me from having to inform anyone of the aggravating mistake. The immense amount of trials and tribulations I had experienced throughout the planning process had turned me into a total Debbie Downer but Madi's magical powers and true passion for this business got me excited for the big event and able to focus on what truly mattered. Regardless of all the issues I experienced with my wedding, my biggest mistake was not hiring Madi sooner. She is a Godsend. :)
Using Soiree made the wedding planning process so much easier! We chose the month of coordination package, and requested Lynsey Page to be our planner. She was phenomenal! Even though she didn't take over planning until the month of, she was available to me throughout the whole wedding process for vendor recommendations and general advice. The month of the wedding, she took over communication with all my vendors and scheduled out the entire wedding day for us - she made a hair schedule for all my bridesmaids, a food schedule so we knew when meals were being delivered, and a reception schedule. She also made sure my entire family knew what was going on and where they needed to be and when. I didn't have to worry about a single thing logistics-wise because Lynsey was on top of it. She orchestrated the whole reception and made sure everything ran smoothly, and then stayed after to clean everything up. I really cannot say enough good things about Soiree and Lynsey!
My fiance and I hired Soiree, specifically Madi Sanders, for "Month-Of Planning" as well as "Vendor Recommendations". We are currently residing in Boston and planning a wedding from a far was proving to be very difficult. There are so many details that need to be taken care of in person and Madi was so helpful in this regard. She ironed out every detail with our vendors and made sure to consider our "vision" and personalities as decisions were made. She consulted us when she needed to about major decisions or changes, but took her own initiative a lot of the time, which is exactly what we needed. We trusted her style and knew she had our best interest at heart. Soiree and Madi made our day spectacular in every way - we didn't worry ONCE the day of and knew everything was under control. We are so thankful to Madi and her team for making our wedding truly the best day ever.
Lynsey was our wedding day of coordinator. She met with us months before to start brainstorming the details of how the wedding rehearsal and wedding day (ceremony and reception) would run. Lynsey helped set our reception up so we didn't have to rush around and worry about those details on our wedding day. Her services were unbelievably helpful because we had a 1:00pm ceremony and simply didn't have time to spend on last minute day of details. I know that my mom was extremely grateful, too. Lynsey was so easy to work with. She's sweet, flexible, creative, and organized. She helped us pin down every detail of the schedule for our pastor and DJ so the day ran as smoothly as we could have hoped for. Truthfully hiring Soiree was the BEST decision i made during the planning process. I don't even want to think about how the wedding would have gone without our amazing planner. I chose the month-of package and it was so so so helpful. Our planner Lynsey was on top of every detail. She kept everything on track and took care of all the small details and logistics for me. The wedding day was perfect and I know it was because Lynsey made sure everyone and everything was running on schedule. On top of making sure the photographer was capturing every important shot, coordinating all vendors, and running the reception she was there to make sure my husband and i had everything we needed ( she even hunted me down mints..twice!). I already miss working with her and hiring this company is the best choice any bride could make.

Lynsey and I clicked immediately and had so much fun planning and organizing my wedding. The wedding day went smoothly, which wouldn’t have happened without Soiree’s staff. I was able to trust Lynsey’s ability to handle last minute decisions and changes. She knew the right solutions to maintain the overall integrity of our event. We were never bothered or sought out for directions and were able to enjoy the day. All of the other vendors had wonderful things to say about Lynsey and enjoyed working with her. I happy to say I’ve gained a new friend from this experience.

Lynsey of Soiree Event Designs was chosen as our wedding co-ordinator for our daughter's wedding in late December. She was perfect, can't imagine anyone else doing as thorough and lovely job as Lynsey. She was an absolute doll to work with. She was very professional and personal, understanding, helpful, positive, and detailed. Loved that about her. Our wedding I thought was a little complicated since we had 2 different venues and it was middle of winter, and language barriers. But she took the bull by the horns and lifted a tremendous burden off of my shoulders. I could go on and on about this lovely young woman. She is organized and poised beyond her years. I would highly recommend her to future brides and applaud Soiree for having Lynsey as part of their staff.
I am a very detail oriented person and Soiree event designs was a perfect fit for me. I had hired a wedding planner and 2 months before my wedding she quit fully paid. Needless to say I was devastated and had received Danielle Suarez's name from a good friend of mine. I met with her with a huge file and handed everything over to her. She picked up all the pieces, took over and my wedding was a complete success. She was calm, took charge and even found mistakes my previous wedding planner had made that would have ruined my wedding and fixed them. She was incredible. She took a complete mess of planning and turned it into an amazing wedding. the day of the wedding I was able to relax and enjoy the day rather than being concerned about what was going on. Having help from Soiree Event Designs was the best thing we did for the wedding. Lynsey, our coordinater not only went beyond the call of duty to make our schedule work for meetings with her, she brought professional advice and amazing follow through. We hired Soiree for their "month of" services and met with Danielle to get started about 5 months ahead of the wedding date. Six weeks before the wedding ... we were introduced to Jane Guest, our wedding coordinator. At that time we turned over all vendor contracts and the information packet they provided us ahead of time. Those last 6 weeks we did virtually nothing. Jane executed the plans flawlessly down to the last detail and filled in a great number of blanks to which we had not given any consideration. We all enjoyed a great two days starting with the rehearsal dinner. As for the big day itself: Jane delivered lunch to the bridesmaids ... fixed a button on my tux before the big walk down the aisle ... and orchestrated a great reception dinner and dance. Jane and Danielle are take-charge professionals who we would recommend to anyone looking for wedding planning services. Worth every penny spent.

I would recommend Soiree's services to every family member or friend getting married in the area. Lynsey put me at such ease throughout the entire planning process and I was able to enjoy the whole wedding weekend without out one worry about details or timeline. She was so timely and responsive to emails and phone calls, I usually got a response within the hour.
