Soirée Wedding Planning & Coordinating

Hands down, hiring Danielle as our day-of coordinator was the single best decision my husband and I made while wedding planning! We weren't totally sure what we could expect, or which tasks Danielle would take care of, but she walked us through everything so clearly in our first meeting. Before the wedding, she was super organized in creating the timeline, organizing all the vendors, and making sure she clearly understood what we wanted. She even recommended a bakery in our area when our first cake plan fell through last minute. Since we had a first-time officiant, Danielle came to our rehearsal and walked everyone through both our primary and rain plan and totally put our minds at ease. But where she really shined was the day of the wedding. Danielle was THE point woman of our wedding. When I arrived in the morning with a trunk full of decor, I handed Danielle my keys and didn't give it a second thought. While we got ready, she set up everything - centerpieces, signs, memory table, cake, and all the other decorations. We had given a loose idea of what we wanted, and it looked better than I could have imagined! All day, Danielle kept us moving while making sure we had flexible time to enjoy as we wanted. Nobody came to me or my husband with questions because Danielle (easy to spot with her pink clipboard) had all the answers! By the time the last song ended, she had everything packed up and ready to load into cars. Seriously, the day could not have gone smoother. In the days following the wedding, both our families could not stop commenting about what a fantastic job she did. By far, she was the vendor we were most impressed with. If you are considering working with Danielle, do it!! I truly cannot recommend her highly enough.

Soiree did an incredible job with my wedding! Danielle was our day of coordinator which included her being there for our rehearsal and setting up for the wedding. She was so detailed and helpful in building our timeline, asking very detailed questions, ensuring she understood our needs, and going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. She did an excellent job checking in with us as our day approached and ensured we were well-prepared for our big day. Danielle is very organized and is prepared for anything and everything. She helped bring my vision for the wedding come to life and put all my worries to rest. I felt confident in leaving the wedding day details in her capable hands. Danielle is very professional working with her clients and their vendors. She makes sure there is very clear communication and expectations across the board. I highly recommend her for day of coordinating. I wish I had been able to hire her to be my wedding planner; because I know she would have done an excellent job and it would've taken a lot of pressure off of me. For future or current brides, definitely hire Soiree Wedding Planning & Coordinating. You will not be disappointed. I wish I could give Danielle more than five stars for all that she did for our wedding. She went above and beyond for us and made our day so perfect. Every time that I would get nervous leading up to the day about all the small details, my husband would remind me that "Danielle's got it" which was so true! Not only does she put together the wedding of your dreams, but she is the most personable and caring person. She goes out of her way to get to know her clients and truly wants to make the day exactly how you envisioned it. She was able to organize a wedding party of twelve people on each side which deserves an award itself! Her organization, creativity, and kindness is unmatched and she is exactly the type of person that you want organizing your special day. I have had so many family members since the wedding say that they wished they had someone like Danielle on their day because she is so amazing at what she does! Of all the decisions we made during our wedding planning process, hiring Danielle was definitely the best! My husband and I will never be able to thank her enough for making our day everything we hoped for and more. I cannot recommend her enough!

Danielle was phenomenal to work with! I had no intention of hiring a wedding planner but quickly realized I was in over my head. Danielle saved my sanity! She was organized, knowledgeable, creative and fun to work with. She was very respectful of budget and took care of problems and only told me about them after they were resolved. On our wedding day, she was smiling and calm and in charge. I don't see how anyone can truly enjoy their special day without having Danielle or someone just like her handling all the details. She was worth every penny!
