As the mother of the bride, I can sum up my experience with Emily and Gracie from Soirée as absolutely FIRST CLASS. From the moment we met with Emily to talk about their services, I felt her warmth and professionalism. We heavily relied on her preferred vendor list and were never disappointed. Emily and Gracie guided us through our many questions and ideas and were so organized and unbelievably gracious. I can’t imagine planning a wedding without their extensive knowledge and working relationships. Heading into the wedding day, I was calm and composed - what a gift! Gracie was with us for the rehearsal and for the wedding day. She was so on top of all of the details and took care of everything! She even checked in with us frequently to see if there was anything we needed! Wow!! If you are looking for a wedding planner that is going to walk every step of the way with you, make you feel valued, and knows this world of weddings from start to finish then look no more. I highly recommend Soirée.

Soirée was wonderful!! They truly helped us to perfectly craft our wedding vision. It was so incredible to see everything that they helped us plan come to life the day of the wedding. Having them there with us the day of the wedding made the day flow so easily and I never felt like I didn’t know what to do since I knew they were there helping us. They were so beyond helpful throughout the whole planning process time, always answering questions, having suggestions on what we should do and more. We’ve gotten so many wonderful comments about the wedding and it couldn’t have come together without them!

Gracie is the BEST! She handled everything on our wedding day and at our rehearsal. She ensured everything ran smoothly and that we didn't worry about anything but enjoying the day. My dad said after, "That Gracie is a hard worker!" Coming from a him that is the highest praise! We would recommend Soiree to anyone getting married in Iowa, or really anywhere. I especially appreciated the Slack channel to send over quick questions and get peace of mind immediately. Emily has put together an A+ operation!

Can-doer. Dream maker. Client obsessed. Emily and the Soirée team are that and more. When we started planning our Iowa wedding from DC, we thought we could do it all and lean on a coordinator for the big day. "We have Pinterest, how hard it could be?" One session with Soirée and everything changed: we wanted the full experience, and we're so, so happy we did. When couples talk about their wedding planning and describe dropped balls, last minute hiccups, and pre-event dread, it's hard to relate. "That's why you hire Soiree," I think to myself. Every step of the production was meticulous, and personalized for us. Some highlights: steering us away from unnecessary investments. Negotiating better deals from vendors. Last minute printing. Mood boards that captured all of our wishes. Effortless texting through Slack (where we already work all day). Plus, I can't explain it, but I'm positive they made the rain go away JUST in time for the ceremony. Most important of all? It was actually the BEST wedding. Truly, no notes. And we couldn't have done it without Soirée.

Emily and her team were a game-changer throughout the wedding planning process. We felt so prepared and relaxed going into our wedding day. She provided great advice, expert planning and countless resources!!

Emily and her team were excellent! We went with her "Everything" package, and she made our wedding effortless. She guided us through each step of the process, her communication made sure that we were always up-to-date with the planning. She also has access to an amazing network of vendors. On the day of the wedding, Emily and her team made sure every detail was perfect. If we could rate her 6 starts, we would!

The Soiree team was a nice asset to have for our wedding! On the day, they were helpful with coordinating different groups and staying on time. However, there was a bit of a disconnect during the months of planning the event. Based on the Experience package that we purchased, I expected the planning of the event to be hands-off and stress-free. Unfortunately, I was constantly double-checking that things were booked and that details were in order. In a number of cases, important details slipped through the cracks causing more stress and anxiety on us. I was in contact with each vendor throughout the process and wish that Soiree would've stepped in to take the stress off of us with that coordination of vendors. I've talked to other people who had wedding planners and learned that it is uncommon for the bride to be contacting vendors themselves. There were multiple times when I didn't feel validated and that my vision of the event was being shut down. The day's design looked good, but the way it was communicated felt a lot like a "one size fits all" company. I loved that they handled the rsvps, and stationary coordination.

I dont usually work with many wedding planners but I worked with Emily at Soiree for a wedding at the Har Mac In Cedar Rapids and she was excellent. Any questions I had for her she answered and also made sure I was good with everything as well. If you are looking for a great planner, go with Emily.

Emily and her team are absolute experts at what they do! I was blown away at just how much I didn’t need to worry about after hiring Soirée. They make the wedding planning process so much easier and can’t recommend their services enough! Emily was around the entire wedding day to ensure everyone got where they needed to go at the right time -family, guests, wedding party, vendors, etc. Soiree helped make our wedding day that much more amazing!

Emily + Lexi were great to work with! I am a very type a bride ( wanting to research & plan everything then hand everything off the day of) and my package was perfect for me! I could ask any question, no matter how big or small throughout the process. I could have multiple professional opinions to help me make my wedding day the best it could be. Then, the month and week of the team was so helpful in taking things off my mi nd + shoulders like confirming last minute details or picking items up from vendors. The day of I coudn't imagine not having Lexi by my side to be the point person and coordinator of everything. She was so on top of all the things the whole day (from hair+makeup to the late night snack). She was so amazing and didn't let any last minute fires stress me or my husband out. I highly recommend soiree, and I'm so grateful they were my planners for our wedding!

They are very professional! They exceeded my expectation. Hire them especially you are from different culture. They know all different styles of wedding!

Emily and Shelbi are absolutely the best in the business. I can’t put into words what they mean to us as a couple. From our first meeting with Emily to the wedding day, Emily was right by our side guiding us through the planning process. She has a million contacts to make your wedding dreams come true. during our first meeting, she fired off texts and found us a videographer and photographer in 30 minutes. Way better than searching on your own. On wedding day, I caNOT stress how stressless our day was. Both her and Shelbi were steps and bounds ahead of us. Had items on the bus before I even thought, “oh we need that.” Emily turned to me said, “they are on the bus, just have fun!” It allowed for us to just have fun with our friends and family. We put our focus on what was important to us, spending the day of our lives with those we loved. I will be forever grateful to Emily and Shelbi. They allowed us to be carefree and stressless on our wedding day and spend precious time with our family and friends. There was no task or idea that was too big. The best decision you can make it to hire Soirée wedding for planning needs. Best money we spent on our wedding.

This team was the greatest, most professional team I could have hoped for. They came in when I started to feel as though I didn't know where to even start with the timeline of the day and all of the "small" details started to pile up. They came in, took it off my plate, and still made whatever vision I had come to life. My only regret is not hiring them sooner!

Emily and her team were attentive, professional and so easy to work with. They made the entire wedding planning process stress free. I couldn’t imagine doing any of the planning without their help. Any questions I had were responded to quickly and often with answers to follow up questions I hadn’t even asked. They thought about and took care of every detail so we wouldn’t have to. Emily and the team at Soiree are hands down THE BEST at what they do.

The words "thank you" will never truly capture our gratitude for Emily and her team. Our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and more, much of which was thanks to Emily's and incredible attention to detail, organization skills, and knowledge about all things wedding. I am not sure that the joy I felt all day during our wedding will ever be topped, and it was so great to have her by our side through it all. Emily is really, really, really good at her job and she is allowing SO many couples to start out their marriage in the best way possible. Emily deserves all the success that is coming her way!

Hiring Emily and the rest of the Soiree team was the best decision we could have made while wedding planning!! I would recommend them to everyone planning a wedding!! They made our wedding planning so fun and stress-free! Not only that, but our wedding was absolutely beautiful! I could not have imagined a better day! We got so many compliments! Living in California, we knew it would be tough to plan a wedding where we met -- Iowa City, IA. That's why we sought out a wedding planning team who knows Iowa City and all the vendors in the area. Emily, Maggy, and Alexis were incredibly supportive. During our wedding weekend, Maggy and Alexis completely took over, which was a huge relief. From setting up, coordinating with vendors, making sure we were well taken care of, and ensuring all of our belongings made it back to the hotel -- they were superb. They made our day so much more special, because we were able to simply enjoy it.

Our wedding day couldn't have gone more smoothly and I truly believe that this is because we hired Soiree Wedding Planning!! Planning a wedding with Emily was fantastic. Emily and her team were incredible from day 1. From the first consultation I felt at ease about the entire planning process. My fiancé and I planned our wedding from out of state, and we couldn’t have done it without Emily and her team. The day of went seamless. Big thank you to Caitlyn! My fiancé and I decided to bring the Soirée team on mid-way through our destination wedding planning, and my only regret is that we did not reach out to them sooner in the planning process. Our entire experience with Emily (from the moment we had our consultation call to the end of our wedding day) was above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. Emily is extremely detail oriented and ensured my vision came to life. Emily and her team did an amazing job of communicating with myself, my travel agency, and the resort where we were getting married. There were several instances where Emily took initiative on things that I would’ve assumed the resort would have initiated, but did not. I felt so at peace and zero anxiety leading up to our special day, and the credit goes to Emily and the Soirée team. I decided to have Emily accompany us to Cancún for our wedding and am so happy she was able to be in person. Emily ensured that everything was executed perfectly and was a huge support to me on the wedding day. I was so grateful to have Emily’s expertise as we navigated throughout the wedding planning process! I know that, without her, I would not have been able to enjoy the big day as much as I did. Emily and her assistants are absolutely over the top amazing. Every detail was handled and every question answered and asked. I have planned 3 weddings before this and would never do it again without this woman by my side. You can’t go wrong here.

I could not have done it without Soiree. I worked primarily with Emily throughout the planning process, and then Maggy for the day of. Leading up to the wedding, I received monthly reminders/checklists to let me know what needed done each month to help stay on track. Emily not only made a mood board for me but an entire “mood” powerpoint. The powerpoint was categorized extremely well and was a very helpful resource to keep everything organized and to really help visualize the day. She helped us to stick close to our budget and still have our dream wedding. It was very easy to get in contact with them at all times. I always received a very timely response to my questions and making appointments was a breeze. They’ve got this down to a T. Let’s talk about the day of…I will never understand how people get through their wedding day without at least having a day of coordinator. Maggy was absolutely amazing and on top of EVERYTHING. No one bothered me with any logistical questions or drama on the day of. She coordinated all day with my photographers, DJ, officiant, wedding party, venue, rental company, florists…everyone…to make sure the whole day went smooth. Everything was perfectly on time (even slightly ahead of schedule, which allowed for a bit of much needed down time for my husband and I.) It was absolutely perfect. Maggy even made sure all of our personal items (memory table photos, decor brought from home, cards, etc.) were locked away in my bridal suite before leaving for the night. I didn’t have to lift a finger. Hire a wedding planner. It may seem expensive but it is truly worth every penny. Ultimately, they will help you actually stick to your budget and have so many connections you wouldn’t have on your own. Hire Soiree.

Are you on the fence about getting a wedding planner? We just got married and had Emily and Kady from soirée and I’m here to say GET THEM. The wedding is supposed to be enjoyed as much as possible for the bride and groom, and they helped so much. Ranging from helping set stuff up to knowing how to put a corsage on a lapel, they did it all. And largely because of them, our day was PERFECT. Highly recommend using soirée for your upcoming weddings 👍

Emily and the Soiree team (shout out to Maggy, our day-of coordinator too!) are absolutely phenomenal. They always have an answer, a solution. I knew I could call/text/Slack/email and they would make it happen. Their wide network of connections and vast experience in the industry is so valuable! The organization and structure they provide is incredible. From the planning tools to the wedding timelines, we knew we were in good hands. We had SEVERAL wedding party members comment that this was the most well-organized wedding they'd been in. And most importantly to us, we both felt relaxed throughout the day. We enjoyed every second of our wedding thanks to Soiree's incredible logistics and behind-the-scenes magic.

Soiree was exactly what we needed during our long haul of a wedding story. Like many, due to the pandemic we had multiple wedding dates which meant multiple scheduling, rescheduling, and re-rescheduling with vendors. Emily, even being a vendor herself, was there with us every step of the way. Her expertise, understanding, organization, and kindness brought a sense of calm to us during everything. I can't explain how awesome Emily and her team is. We hired Emily over 2 years ago right after we got engaged because we knew we'd have a big wedding and we didn't have to have to stress about anything. We did the full package with Soiree where they helped plan EVERYTHING up to the day of, we had rehearsal dinner help, day of help, and help on that Sunday as we did a brunch. Emily and her team were there every step of the way and always answered any questions we had, gave us timelines for the weekend, and what to expect. We can't thank the Soiree team enough. Our weekend went perfectly and the design was absolutely breathtaking!!! I cried during our walkthrough, it was everything we could have ever dreamed of. Day of help was top notch! Caitlin and Bella were always asking if I needed anything, carrying my bouquet for me and even getting us our food so we didn't have to get up! They were always asking if we needed a drink and were seriously just the best. The day went so great and I just really couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner.

I cannot even begin to convey how grateful I was to have Dacey from Soirée at my wedding. She was the best person and me being the bride made me feel heard, special and overall cared for throughout my entire wedding. She was there for me in the biggest moments - sewing my dress when it ripped, fluffing my dress before I walked down the aisle and in the smallest -getting me a drink, offering a kind smile and a small question of “how are you, have you ate something?” She was the MVP of the whole wedding. She was beloved by the wedding party who always knew who to get for questions, comments and concerns. She had a plan for everything and seemed to be two steps ahead of everything. I come for a large family and she was able to navigate all personalities and strengths/weakness on the big day in order to create the smoothest and most stress free wedding I have ever been apart of. I don’t know what I would have done without her. As I sat down at the head table one of the first things my new husband said to me was “you look beautiful and Dacey is awesome!” We loved her! The next morning I found myself missing Dacey because all of the sudden I didn’t have someone having my back all day.! Soiree is a great company who only seem to employe professional, kind and strong people who only want to help uplift your wedding and leave you missing them the next day. ;) thank you Dacey for everything !

The day of, she had built in extra time, so when we were running behind, we still had time to do all the things I wanted to do and get every photo op. They thought of everything. Bella, her assistant, made sure to check in on us, helped carry my dress on a photo shoot in the orchard, and when there wasn't enough room on our shuttle, she gave us a ride back to the hotel (which was SO generous). Emily (Soiree wedding planning) was absolutely the best. Everyone in our bridal party and some of our guests came up to us to tell us that as well. She got everyone moving (with a smile on her face!) and made the ceremony and reception happen. She was assertive, organized and just the best. I do not think our day would have gone as well without her. Throughout the wedding planning process she was always available and was super helpful at keeping us on track and made sure we were well organized as well. Could NOT recommend her enough. Simply fab! We booked the deluxe package with Emily, which included a design plan, unlimited planning help, an extensive vendor list, easy to use spreadsheets - everything you need to plan and pull off a large event. As an Iowa girl who moved out of state but wanted to get hitched at home, it was the best decision I could have made and I didn't even know it yet. I knew what was outlined in our contract, but what I didn't know we would be getting along with her expertise and vendor list was a friend, confidant, supporter of fun ideas and the wise voice that tells you when your quirky plan might be a little ill-advised. When the pandemic picked up speed again or we had to make last minute changes, she had a plan of action or back-ups (which ended up being even better than I could have dreamt) lined up for us within mere hours. When my cousin's pants split mid-excellent dance move, she was johnny on the spot with the duct tape (who knew!). Over the last few days looking at photos my friends have been sending me of the day, I catch glimpses of Emily and her crew here and there, quietly and efficiently making sure everything is running perfectly. I could not have planned a wedding - at any time - much less during these strange and stressful times, without her. So many people have told me that our wedding was one of the most beautiful they've attended, to which I've been saying - we hired excellent people, gave them a sense of what we were going for and then trusted them and let them take it from there. Emily and the vendors that she essentially hand picked for us helped us execute the wedding that we ourselves wanted to attend (i.e. a giant party), and it ended up being the best day of my whole life. From one bride to another - hire this woman, you won't regret it for a second.

Haley is an absolute delight & we couldn’t be happier with her services. She went above and beyond and genuinely was not happy until everything was perfect!

I signed a ~$2000 contract for "The Essentials" (weekend-of coordination) and honestly am not sure what exactly I paid for. Prior to booking, I asked if Emily/Soiree had experience coordinating a traditional Greek Orthodox wedding and was led to believe that they had. After booking, however, Emily and her associate Hailey (who was assigned to my wedding two months before the day) had to be told multiple times about basic components of the ceremony. In April, Emily shared at a meeting that she had actually only ever coordinated a wedding for Greek people, not a wedding held in the Greek Orthodox church. The first time my husband and I were scheduled to meet Hailey, Emily informed us at the last minute that Hailey would not be attending the meeting, but would "facetime in" on her drive home from work (we were in a noisy restaurant; this didn't work). Emily drank a glass of wine while we met in the restaurant. When I finally did meet Hailey via Zoom, she sat on her couch in her pajamas and also drank a glass of wine. All meetings with Soiree are held at a restaurant (where we felt obligated to order food), at Emily's friend's flower shop (which was uncomfortable, as we did not book her friend for our florals), or via Zoom (which would have been fine, but the few times we did meet via Zoom Emily was at noisy swim lessons with her children and Hailey was in a bar). The night of my rehearsal, Hailey told me she had to attend a funeral the following morning, but would get to my wedding "as soon as she could". When she finally showed up the following day, she seemed very frazzled. She came after noon, but had not eaten, so she asked to eat some of the catered food we had ordered for the bridesmaids (this would have been fine, but we weren't planning on feeding her and didn't know we would need to). Hailey left her notes for the day in my suite and did not transport my reception dress to the venue, as she was supposed to. She did not assist me or my bridesmaids with getting our flowers to the venue (she had already left the hotel by then). She didn't have any of the things we were expecting her to, including the "emergency kit" listed in my contract. She had nothing my MOH had asked her for throughout the day, she did not have a safety pin when one of the flower girls' sashes came off of her dress, she did not even have a tampon for herself and had to ask my guests if they had one she could use. Hailey instructed my bridesmaids to hold their bouquets the wrong way before walking down the aisle. She showed up to my FORMAL wedding wearing black joggers, a black tank top, Birkenstocks, and a messy bun; multiple guests made negative comments about her appearance to my parents and wedding party. Hailey did not assist the photographer with getting people together for photos (as was part of my package); as a result we do not have a single photograph with any of our grandparents. She could not bustle my dress even with a detailed video (also part of the contract), my mom and MOH had to crawl on the ground to do it. She complained to multiple people in my bridal party that she was overwhelmed/worried I was going to leave a negative review. Since my wedding, Emily has not contacted me besides sending a form email saying "Hailey said everything went great!". She has not reached out to me to apologize or ask questions, nor has she responded to any of the reviews I have left. I am hurt, disappointed, and angry that I wasted my money.

Soirée was the absolute best in helping me ease my worries, both in the planning stages and during our wedding day. I had to do all the planning from out of state and sight unseen, but Emily's relationships with vendors and knowledge about all things wedding planning helped the lead-up go smoothly. Haley was INCREDIBLE. From the moment I met her at the rehearsal dinner, I was completely confident the wedding day would go smoothly with her behind the scenes. And it did! I can't thank Soirée enough for all their help, energy, and genuine care. This was really the best investment—I couldn't have been happier.

Emily is a life saver! We had no idea where to start and how to plan our wedding in just 4 months. Emily didn't miss a beat. She made the process stress free and super simple. She kept us on track and did so many of the planning details for us. On the day of our wedding Emily took care of any and ALL things that popped up throughout the day. We didn't have to worry about anything! If you are back and forth on what to spend money on for your wedding, don't skip the wedding planner! She was the number one resource that we couldn't live without for the big day. We love you Emily!

We had the pleasure of working with Emily and Haley for our weekend-of coordination. Both of them were so wonderful to work with in the weeks leading up to our wedding, and it took so much stress off of our shoulders knowing that they were handling all of the vendor communications and timelines. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, and checked-in with us often to see if we needed anything. We especially want to thank Haley for doing such an absolutely AMAZING job as the coordinator on our wedding day. She was a rockstar- the whole day she was constantly on the move. She was constantly checking in with us to see if we needed anything and was always available to help if we had any last minute changes or requests. We received so many compliments from our families on how amazing and friendly she was. We cannot imagine what our day would have been like without her, and we could not have asked for a better experience than what we got with Haley. We can't stop talking about how perfect our wedding was, and a big part of that is because of Haley's work behind the scenes.

We booked Soiree for a day of coordination, and I am SO grateful that we did!! Through the planning process, Emily and Caitlyn were both very helpful with any questions I had, and helped me with anything I was missing in my planning and organizing! The day of, Caitlyn was a rockstar. I cannot see how the wedding would have gone so smoothly without her presence. She was very calm and flexible, but organized and helped us stick with the schedule, which I really appreciated. She checked in with us (bride and groom) and the wedding party constantly to see that we had everything we needed. I cannot overstate how grateful we were that she was there. I highly highly recommend using Soiree as your wedding planner!!! I worked with Emily and she was absolutely amazing. I cannot rave about her enough. I seriously don’t know what I would’ve done without her. It was so helpful to have a professional to bounce ideas off of and ask questions to. It really helped my stress levels! 😂 During the planning process we had a few emergencies and things go wrong, and she ALWAYS had a solution and handled it for me, or helped me handle it. She made the timeline, made sure all the vendors were coordinated, coordinated all the timing for the bridesmaids and groomsmen, was the go-to person for vendors setting up, etc, and did literally so many other things that I didn't list! She is the reason I was able to enjoy my entire wedding day and not worry about all the little details. I’m a super type A person, so I had lots of little details and high expectations. She made sure everything got done, and I didn’t have to worry about anything. If something went wrong--she handled it. I mean everything from the littlest things like needing to cut off part of my dress because it kept catching on my shoes (she has a fanny pack full of everything you could possibly need) to the big stuff of telling everyone where to be and when/helping set up all decor etc. She just really was amazing and was THE reason I was able to enjoy the whole wedding without worrying about anything. If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner--just do it! That is my number one advice! If you're trying to fit it into your budget, then take something else out because a stress-free day is priceless!

To the Soirée team, I cannot express how much having Soiree as our wedding planner helped us have the most amazing wedding. If I were to picture what I wanted my wedding day to look like, it was exactly what our day was. Emily was fantastic and supportive throughout the entire planning process. Oh my goodness. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Emily McMahon and the Soiree Team. I was so nervous about planning a wedding because I didn’t even know the first place to start. I needed advice and someone who would listen to me, be honest, and help create the ideas I had in my mind. I worked with Emily to create my vision. There aren’t enough words to express how fortunate I am to have had Emily throughout this process. She was amazing. I got engaged and started working with Emily before COVID started. Due to COVID, the world shut down in March and my wedding was in October. Throughout this time Emily helped both my mom and I with all of our uncertainties and questions, even if it was just listening to an emotional phone call from one of us. Everything she did was above and beyond. She helped contact vendors, answered all my questions day or night, was extremely prompt and literally helped organize every single part of my wedding day so it flowed perfectly. On the day of my wedding both Emily and Alexis were there and they did an outstanding job. Any request I had they had it taken care of right away. I felt so relaxed throughout my entire wedding day because I knew Alexis and Emily were handling all the set up, communication with vendors, and small details I wasn’t even thinking of! I highly recommend Emily and her team at Soiree.When I was a little girl, I never pictured my wedding, I always pictured the perfect person to marry.So needless to say when I did find my other half, my person, (which up until that point I thought I was going to be a crazy dog lady since I am horribly allergic to cats), I needed some serious help.Due to certain circumstances my parents could not help me plan my wedding.I knew I wanted a wedding both of our families would love, that was well done, and also mixed two different cultures (I am from a very small town in Iowa and my husband is a first generation Mexican born and raised in Southern California/ LA.) I needed help.I couldn’t even pick out colors for my wedding without feeling incredibly overwhelmed.There are wedding traditions in Mexico my husband’s family wanted to incorporate. Thank God I found Emily. Not only is she one of the most talented, organized, and professional people I have ever met, she is also one of the most patient and kind. She broke things down to do for the wedding so simply and easily over the year of planning I had no worries. There are things with planning a wedding that I honestly never thought of let alone how to handle them all! Emily allowed me to enjoy my entire wedding week! She had a timeline for everything, and it made everything SO MUCH LESS STRESSFUL. Throughout the wedding process there were major, life changing events that happened. My father had a stroke, COVID turned our world upside down decreasing the size of my wedding by roughly 73%. (Just because I am crazy enough to continue with wedding planning and getting married during COVID doesn’t mean I except others to be as crazy as me). Most of my husbands extended family live in Mexico and due to the travel band could not come. I had people that played major roles in our wedding that due to COVID, could not attend.I also am in the high-risk group of dying from COVID due to some other health issues so additional safety precautions had to be taken.(Social distancing tables at the reception, wearing masks during the wedding ceremony, social distancing and wearing masks during the wedding mass, cleaning a crazy amount all the time, ect).I also have other serious health issues that threaten my life on a daily bias that require the help of my service dog (and fill in bridesmaid) Logan.Emily started dealing with a bilingual, bicultural wedding with a bride that can literally die from food allergies at any wrongly prepared meal, to that same wedding challenges on top of COVID.Emily was a God sent! She made the impossible possible. I thought with COVID there was no way I could have a beautiful, classy, wedding. However, she made it happen.I had no stress the day of my wedding due to Emily.My husband and I were able to be in a happy wedding bliss fog the entire day.Emily handled everything with the venders, setting up the venue, taking down the venue, finding INCREDIBLE VENDORS to do my wedding all within my wedding budget.I could not be happier or recommend a better person to plan anyone’s big life events.Her connections to businesses that really know what they are doing in invaluable. As a vendor, I have had a chance to work with Emily and her staff on a few occasions and wow! I know heading into an event that is using Soirée that things will be smooth sailing. Emily is simply the best!! If you are planning a wedding in the Iowa area you absolutely need to book with Emily! There are too many reasons to list why she is so great, but I'll leave a few: 1.) She is a wedding planning expert. Regardless of how much or how little help you need, Emily will know exactly what she can do for you! She has countless relationships with wedding vendors across Iowa and she knows which vendors will match which couple perfectly. 2.) She is flexible! Almost 6 months after booking with her I decided I needed a little more help making our wedding come to life and she was on board as soon as I asked for extra help! I know our wedding day will be a dream because she will be there executing my vision. 3.) She is responsive and available. While I have absolutely zero idea how she does it, she responds so quickly with all of my questions. As a type A bride, I find this both impressive and essential! 4.)
