Soirees by Sonya

Sonya and her team were one of our most valuable additions to our big day! She helped with everything from vendor recommendations ahead of time, to making sure our special day went off without a hitch. Her services made it so we didn't have to lift a finger from start to finish so we could maximize our fun with our guests!

Sonya was an absolute delight to work with for our May 7, 2022 wedding At Five Bridge Inn. Sonya made planning for our day EASY and Meghan made the day go so smoothly. After we found our vendors, we gave all of their information to Sonya and she handles all the nitty gritty details. She checked in with us throughout the planning process to make sure we were getting tasks done on time. Sonya thought through details that I didn’t know I needed to think about like 3 inch doiles for the dessert table. The team made our wedding day go smoothly. While I was getting ready for the day, Meghan made sure all the vendors were getting everything set up and had everything they needed. Throughout the day the team did an OUTSTANDING job keeping us on time and making sure we had everything we needed. They were calm, fun, fantastic people to work with and we are INCREDIBLY glad they were part of our wedding. Sonya and her team made us feel like friends instead of clients which was such an amazing addition to the day.

If I could give this woman 10 stars I absolutely would! I knew I wanted a day of coordinator for our wedding, but as I began to try to put together a game plan for the big day I felt like I was way in over my head. Enter Sonya! She helped us find phenomenal vendors that fit our budget and was able to help us come up with a vision and a plan. She was able to communicate with our other vendors and any would-be issues were handled before either of us had heard of them. The day of was so stress free just knowing she was there taking care of everything. Everyone and everything got to where they needed to be and all of our decorations were arranged beautifully! At one point during the reception my bustle came undone and she was there with her assistant before I even had to ask to get me back out there dancing ASAP. She was my own personal superwoman on my big day and I will never be able to say enough good things about my experience working with Sonya.

Hiring Sonya (and her assistant Meghan) was one of the best decisions we made. The price Sonya quoted us was less than we had budgeted, and we ended up getting more than we expected (we hadn't expected her to have an assistant included, and part of their service was staying late in the evening to pack everything up for us). They were incredibly organized and very accommodating- meeting with us an extra time a week before the wedding just to make sure that everything was buttoned down. Working with Sonya meant that we knew there weren't loose ends headed into the wedding, and that we were able to relax and enjoy the day-of.

Sonya was an absolute delight to work with. From my husband and I asking all the different questions from day 1 to up to our wedding day, Sonya was always there to help! She made our day extremely easy and not worrisome whatsoever. With her experience, she pitched all sorts of ideas to make things flow easier and look better. Right from the get go, she was personable and easy to work with, especially if you talk about dogs! I would always recommend Sonya to friends and family booking around in the New England area!

Sonya an her team were beyond amazing, helpful an professional. They made you feel so comfortable. My son had his wedding at Five Bridge Inn in Rehobeth Mass this past weekend. Only way to describe it was amazing. Sonya took so much stress off with her contacting the vendors to setting it all up for us. We were also amazed at how everything was so organized an on schedule. We can't thank her enough for all that she did for us. She also helped us get everything for the rehearsal dinner in line as well. From all of us thank you Sonya for making our special day so much better. Many thanks!!!!

Sonya and Meghan coordinated my June 18 wedding at Five Bridge Inn and they were beyond amazing!!!! From being there at our church rehearsal, to reviewing the details the day before, and to the day of the wedding- every single aspect was to a T! They do not miss a beat and our day would not have been so perfect without their expertise. 10000/10 recommend using them on your big day if you have the opportunity to!

From the moment we met Sonya in 2018 on our wedding venue tour at Five Bridge Inn in Rehoboth, MA, we knew there was no one better to coordinate our day. We had originally scheduled our big day for May 2020, then Covid hit and we had to push it out a year. The communication with Sonya was unlike any other. I could call, email, or text and she was always there to take the weight of planning off my shoulders. I am a planner at heart, so already knew how I wanted my venue set up. I gave Sonya my details and she made magic. My whole vision was brought to life, but even better than I could've ever imagined. She worked feverishly with all my vendors to make sure the day went out without a hitch. If you are looking for an extremely organized individual she is who you need. I am so, so thankful for Sonya! She was by far the MVP and unsung hero of our wedding. From the get go she helped us plan out our dream wedding day from start to finish and was ready and available to assist us at any time on the months and days leading up to our day. Even my random 10pm text messages....and that happened quite a few times! Sonya took all the worry and stress off of me (the bride) as she communicated with vendors on everything and made sure our wedding day went perfectly! I was extremely pleased with Sonya and it was such a pleasure working with her. Thank you, thank you, thank you Sonya for being part of our day and making sure it was just as we envisioned. Her hard work was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend Sonya as a wedding coordinator! We wish we could relive our wedding day over again and our guests, family, and friends cannot stop talking about all the fun they had!

Sonya was amazing. My daughter is a Full Time PA student and her husband is a Full time medical student. Sonya helped me plan the most special day in my daughters life every step of the way. She was always available when I needed to talk to her or meet with her about anything. She made it so stress free for me as the mother of the bride. On the day of the wedding she took every vision my daughter had and made it come to life in a way that was indescribable. I was not one bit stressed out the day of the wedding nor was my daughter and we both were able to relax and enjoy that very special day thanks to Sonya. Every guest at the wedding was in aw of everything about that day. I have 2 other daughters who will be getting married someday years from now and you better believe that Sonya will be one of the first people I call when that happens. Thank you Sonya for making that day so incredible for my daughter, her husband , family and friends that were there.

Sonya was AMAZING! Can't thank her and her awesome assistant, Meghan, for all that they did to make our wedding day so seamless. Sonya makes herself available to you well in advance of the big day and works quietly behind the scenes with your vendors so that you don't have to worry about a thing. Our wedding at the Five Bridge Inn would not have been possible without her and her incredible talent. She decorated our space exactly as we envisioned--no detail too small. The best part is that Sonya is laid back and hilarious--but when things need to get done, she executes flawlessly without issue! She made packing up our cars the next day a piece of cake--she takes the worry and heavy lifting out of your big day and that is why our wedding could not have been more perfect! She's the best!

I had my wedding June 9th 2018 at The Five Bridge Inn where Sonya was hired for a day of coordinator. She made sure I had nothing to worry about from the first time I met her I knew she would make the day go smoothly no matter what was thrown at her. I gave her a few bins of decorations I had made and she took care of placing those, setting the tables, perfectly. Sonya was there to guide guests to their seats, cue the wedding party to walk out at the perfect times, and lead the guests to the cocktail hour after the ceremony. She was right there when you needed anything, even helping me into my dancing shoes! She made sure everyone signed our polaroid guestbook and that the card box was safely put in our room (because we've all heard those horror stories). In the morning it was like a fairy godmother had packed up all our belongings in boxes and all we had to do was put them in the car! Sonya was worth every single penny!!
