SoireEstate Weddings & Events Venue

I recently attended a wedding at Soire Estate, and I can't speak enough on how great of an experience the whole night was for not only our bride and groom, but the whole party!  From the tablescape of charcuterie, hospitable catering staff + venue team, to the gorgeous greenery and surrounding nursery, Soire is such a unique hidden gem up in North Tampa/Lutz. This is one of those venues that you need to see to believe - I'm so excited to see how our bride's pictures turn out!! The food was delicious and is seriously some of the best wedding food I've tried - a special shout out to the deviled crab balls and mojo pork!  The bartenders were incredibly friendly, and it seemed that almost everyone at the wedding was enjoying the special drink at the bar, the "garden gimlet". It's clear the venue, planning, and catering teams thought of every detail to make this day special, and accommodated any questions we had during the wedding day. I hope I can attend another wedding at this venue sometime soon, and I definitely plan on recommending this spot to anyone who's on the search for the perfect wedding venue + team + overall experience.

Very professional experience from start to finish!

I had the most incredible bridal shower at SoireEstate! This is such a unique and elevated space. Our theme was Garden Chic and it hit the mark! They developed a menu specific to match the theme of my event. The staff was incredible and I can’t wait to work with them again! Highly recommend using them. Their professionalism is unmatched!

I recently attended a wedding there and this venue was a showcase! They recently had quite a few upgrades and we had an amazing time. Saltblock provided the catering and I can’t stop thinking about the pork dish.

I hosted my daughter’s birthday party here! A beautiful venue, food was amazing and Monica was great to work with !

We recently celebrated our wedding at SoireEstate and we could not have been happier with our choice! From the moment our guests set foot on the grounds, they were captivated by the beauty of the surroundings and the picturesque backdrop for our wedding. Each time we visited the venue, there were upgrades and changes…it truly looked like a new venue by the time we got married (in the best way!) From the new cocktail garden to the numerous Edison Lights all throughout the property, it feels like you have stepped into a space you dreamed of or have saved on your Pinterest board. Our experience with Event Sales Manager, Monica, was seamless since she took over the position. She was attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our every request (and trust me there were a few.) Of course no event is without its challenges and we unfortunately encountered a few unforeseen issues on the day of our wedding. However, the true mark of exceptional service is how these challenges were addressed afterwards and we could not be more thankful. Monica’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction is something that we admired. Being an Event Manager at a resort in Florida, I have seen both good and not-so-good managers, and I can fully heartily say that Monica is one of the best. Overall we can’t recommend this venue highly enough. If I could get married again here I would in a heartbeat. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this venue and what it will look like years down the road.

We had the best night of our lives. Our guests also had rave reviews about the grounds, the food, just everything- the whole experience was wonderful. Monica the coordinator made everything run smoothly and was very helpful along the way- she always had a warm/ positive attitude and professional demeanor - much appreciated throughout the planning process! She was always open to answering all our questions and was always quick to respond. She got us in touch with the necessary vendors and was very accommodating. On the night itself (our wedding night) the grounds were beautiful and it felt like an enchanted oasis. All the vendors had the access they needed and plenty of time to set up and prepare for the night. Our rehearsal ran smoothly. The on site day of coordinator Simone was accommodating and professional. The whole staff was friendly and on top of everything - it seemed like everyone went the extra mile for us as a team. The head chef personally made sure we were fed and hydrated and taken care of. We got endless compliments from our guests about the food (which we also found delicious) We loved that we got to attend their food and drink tastings on location prior to the wedding, where we also met DJs and vendors that we ended up wanting to hire as well . 10/10 would get married there again :)

This venue was exactly what my daughter and her wife wanted - old Florida with all the greenery. The food and the staff at the event were wonderful and helpful in many ways. The food was wonderful. This event was more than I could have asked for, for my daughter and daughter-in-law.

we asked to view the venue and we knew our date was 2 yrs away and know that price may change we just wanted to view the place and what they have to pffer so when its time to decide amd book we know but the person that kept going back and forth with my fiance she didn't read all what was said in the email we know we cant book or we know about the pricing we just wanted to view amd narrow down to make that choice . wasnt happy how this person treated my fiance so i guess they turn business just because our date was way ahead

Has failed to contact me or answer any of my questions in a timely manner. Barely any response. I wouldn’t recommend this venue if you need anything answered.

2.5- I'm going to try to be as detailed and honest as possible without making it incredibly long (we'll see because there's a lot). My husband and I chose this place for two main reasons: the venue itself is the most beautiful, serene garden setting & the all inclusive was convenient and made the wedding a bit more affordable. Things we loved: - The venue was beautiful on the day of - The staff were all amazing, kind, and hardworking - The DJ (who they no longer work with I believe) - The food turned out amazing (we specifically requested Chef Scott and he was great) but it depends on the assigned chef Things we hated and made us wish we had partially gone with a different venue: - Immediately after giving the initial deposit, communication changed drastically. I had to email 2 or 3 times AND call before being able to get ahold of anyone or receive an answer - Our day of manager or Soire representative or whatever the role is (essentially our point of contact) changed 3 different times throughout the course of the year we had the venue. - The first person we spoke to left about 3 to 4 months before our wedding and we were never told by the venue. In fact, this person held a bulk of the "all inclusive" decor and we were never told directly. We were eventually informed by our planners (who do not work directly for the vendors). - We then had a different point of contact who was okay but then we are told at the rehearsal, the DAY before the wedding, that she would also be unavailable and a third person would be taking over our wedding coordination. This woman was there for 5 minutes of the rehearsal (she confused us with another coupe and didn't know our names?), and I don't remember seeing her on the day of the wedding at all. All in all, I'm sorry for the essay but do want future brides and grooms to have all information to make an informed decision. I wouldn't change a single thing about our special day, but I think that's mainly due to our outside planners (Dare to dream) and the amazing staff at this establishment. Management communication and the incredibly high turnover rate for management needs a lot of work. Book at your own risk, but I won't take away that the workers here are GREAT and made the hell planning process we had partially worth it.
