Like many others, I found the process of wedding planning to be incredibly daunting. I thought I knew what I wanted for our big day but the more photos I looked at, the more overwhelmed I found our initially planning process. One of my coworkers referred me to Cynthia as she had used her for her wedding and absolutely loved her ability to make her vision come true and take away part of that immense stress. From my first call with Cynthia, she calmed my nerves and was able to make my initially scattered vision for our wedding come to fruition. I would refer her to any of my friends or family and will definitely be using her for any other big life events in need of floral arrangements. In addition to being professional and flexible, I feel Cynthia would be someone I could also be friends with on a personal basis as she was and continues to be easy to work with, kind, and personable. Her pride and love for her work shows in what she does. All of our friends and family commented on the subtle, and elegant arrangements she was able to put together. Her team set our venue up and tore it down in a flash. Our wedding was almost two weeks ago, and my mom saved numerous arrangements to have around her house over the holidays. We also gifted some of the arrangements to our vendors as they were just as in love with the arrangements as we were. Cynthia’s hard work, and design elevated our entire wedding and truly made our day unforgettable. I could not recommend her more, nor thank her enough for everything she did to help make our day so incredibly special!!

My wedding was on December 3rd, 2022 and there were quite a few things that could have made my day more stressful but Cynthia with Solstice & Sage was NOT one of those things. From day one of talking with her she made me feel comfortable in the fact that I chose her for my big day. She was very easy to communicate with and her prices were absolutely reasonable for the incredible job she did. The venue was turned into the magical winter garden I was dreaming of and I could not have asked for a better vendor to work with. For me, flowers were how the whole day came together and it was truly the most perfect day.

Not only was she an absolute joy to work with from start to finish, but her creations for our ceremony and reception truly brought me to tears- they were everything I have ever dreamed of/envisioned! She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make decisions that made my visions come to life. She was also hands down one of the hardest working people at our venue on the day of our wedding, making sure everything came together seamlessly. It was so settling knowing this aspect of our wedding was in such good hands- I never had to stress once about flowers. I could truly go on for days about her professionalism, the artist she is, and how big of a part she was in making our wedding day the dream it was. Booking this company was one of the best decisions we made!

Solstice & Sage provided the most beautiful flowers for our wedding. I knew from our initial conversation Cynthia was who we wanted to work with. We changed venues halfway through, changed multiple wedding details many times and Cynthia was only ever supportive, helpful, and beyond patient thought the whole thing. Wow! Cynthia is amazing! The flowers and decor made our wedding day like a fairytale and romance novel come to life! So many people raved about the floral arrangements! Cynthia and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with! Cynthia was able to come up with a beautiful design and find the exact rose variety I was searching for by listening to my description of what I wanted as I had no idea what the name of the rose variety was! Everything was customized to exactly what I wanted! This is no cookie cutter company and will be using the Solstice & Sage Flower Company again for other events.

Cynthia is so wonderful to work with!! I had told her that I wanted to do some of the flowers by myself because I liked the idea of creating pieces for the wedding myself, but I knew I needed a florist for the major pieces. Not only did Cynthia nail my vision of a boho, elegant 70's style wedding, but she was so helpful when suggesting different flowers to match my mood board. I didn't know how difficult pampas grass was to work with until I used it for my pieces I created, and the fact that she didn't just say no to what I suggested (without knowing the trouble it is to work with) and created exactly what I was looking for speaks volume to her dedication! She is so sweet to work with and truly listens to understand your vision. I can't recommend Solstice &Sage Flowers enough!!

Cynthia, the owner of Solstice Flowers, was so wonderful to work with! After my initial meeting with Cynthia where we discussed my vision, and floral likes and dislikes, I made some changes to the color palette for our wedding. I emailed her letting her know about the changes, and she was so helpful and revamped the vision for the flowers to match. She followed up with several emails containing photos of different types and colors of flowers to ensure we were on the same page. The day of the wedding the flowers were beyond gorgeous! She put together the most beautiful bouquets and hanging barrel hoops complete with flowers for our wedding backdrop. It was all better than I ever imagined, and we received tons of compliments from our guests. Her prices were also much more reasonable than all the other florists in the KC area. Cynthia with Solstice Flowers made our wedding day a dream! She blew me away with her beautiful floral arrangements, bouquets, and how she did our alter--WOW! From start to finish Cynthia was so easy to work with, flexible, and responds to questions so quickly and made the whole process SO easy. Cynthia is absolutely the best! Our wedding was Memorial Weekend last year and we wanted an outside ceremony. She knew exactly what flowers would look gorgeous with a garden wedding. We went with soft white flowers and lush greens. The arbor at the alter was stunning! She also had so many touches throughout the reception rooms. The biggest show stopper was the floral garland going down the staircase!!! If you want the perfect flowers for your wedding, Cynthia is your person!!!

Cynthia did our wedding and was sooo amazing! Her designs were beautiful, and were everything I wanted and more. We had a large wedding party and all the bouquets were stunning. The flowers looked so great in our pictures, and my bouquet was the perfect style for my boho dress! She did an awesome job on all of the tables and putting the final touches on the dessert table as well. Cynthia most certainly is one of the best in KC.
