As a new bride to be the biggest thing I was anxious about was Dress Shopping. I didn’t know where to go, what to get, what exactly I wanted and let me tell you Solutions Bridal was so RELAXING. I came here just to get ideas of what I wanted. I was nervous I was going to be pushed to buy something I wasn’t ready for but my goodness they threw it out the ballpark! I worked with the Owner she was not pushy at all, she let me find ones I liked while she pulled some things that she think would help me feel confident in. She listened and is just so beyond amazing at her job. This place was clean, friendly and so BEYOND helpful. They took everything you said about what you liked about a dress and would immediately pull it off the rack so you could try something new. I can’t recommend this place enough. I am so happy I came here because I can now check off something on my list because I said yes to the dress on my own terms and I was completely confident in my decision AND what I was wearing. Absolutely amazing!!

I had the best experience at Solutions Bridal. I had come from out of country to buy my dress and this was my first bridal salon. The environment was welcoming and professional, the staff were incredibly helpful and insightful. I found my gown here on my first visit and it is everything I hoped for.

This was the first place I went to try on dresses and I’m so glad I did. My stylist, Bailey, was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I had a lot of anxiety trying on dresses since I fall into the plus size range, but Bailey made me feel totally at ease. Highly recommend. I ended up purchasing my dress the same day.

They are seriously the best! So knowledgeable about customizing certain aspects of each dress and they immediately zoned in on what I was looking for. So happy to work with them!!

I LOVED SOLUTIONS BRIDAL! My whole life I hated trying on clothes especially dresses. Being someone who is plus size it’s harder and frustrating when you can find something that fits you but also looks amazing. They had so many options which I loved! I had Bailey as my bridal stylist and I felt like she was the PERFECT fit for me. Everyone there treats you like a best friend and there’s so much positivity, there’s no room for getting overwhelmed or disappointed! Bailey was so much fun and understood my concerns from the start. She helped me find the PERFECT dress that gives me everything that I love and was able to add on whatever ideas I had for the dress. This was the one thing I was so worried about while wedding planning and Solutions Bridal took that right off my shoulders for me!

Walking into Solutions for the first time, I had never tried on wedding dresses and literally had the best experience. I tried on so many dresses, each one Erica listened to my feedback bringing me closer to the perfect dress, until we found the one. I didn’t purchase that day because I had a second appointment at another salon, and the second experience didn’t even compare. I returned the next day because I knew it was the one. I absolutely loved each time I got to come in and having alterations in house made everything so easy and Lorena did an amazing job! Skip everywhere else and come here for a weekday appointment so you can take your time. Erica is the most beautiful person and truly loves and cares about her brides. I had the absolute best experience with the owner, Mrs. Erica!! I had gone dress shopping previously at a store in St. Pete and the staff had ruined the experience for me in quite a few ways. But Erica absolutely changed all of that and made my experience incredible. She took her time with me and didn’t rush me through the process at all! She asked me my opinion on dresses before giving her own and was an absolute gem to work with. I’m pretty sure she came in on her day off just to help me have a wonderful experience. Her space was also gorgeous. The store was absolutely stunning and the lighting was amazing. They gave us champagne and I found my dream dress!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!

I went to Solutions as my first bridal salon and it was my last! From the moment I walked in, the staff treats you like one of their best friends. I had a group of 5 girls with me and they all got the opportunity to walk around and select some gowns for me to try on. I think I tried on a total of 6 or 7 dresses, but fell in love with the 3rd one I tried on. My stylist knew that I loved that dress, but still continued the appointment and allowed me to try on more. I never felt rushed or pushed to buy a dress. Once I purchased my dress, I used their in-house alterations (lewis home and bridal) and they were also phenomenal! I also ended up purchasing my veil, as well as my bridal earrings from this store. When the day came to pick up my dress at my last appointment, I was genuinely sad I was never going to be a bride with them again! The best salon out there!

I was extremely nervous that I was going to be so overwhelmed with choices when I went wedding dress shopping. Then I walked into Solutions and met Erica and it completely changed my entire experience. It was so fun trying on different gowns and learning more about the designers. Erica was so easy to work with and shared ideas on ways we could "design" the dress to have everything I wanted. Brittany Spade is by far the best bridal stylist ever!!! 10 stars- She went over and beyond to make my experience fantastic with a group of my best ladies. Her level of service and expertise was over the top, she had champagne flowing, and adorable sign with my name welcoming me! Solutions is a huge store with beautiful gowns. Brittany had such an attention to detail, personalization, and was extremely knowledgeable. Going to Solutions Bridal and getting to see Erica and the whole staff had to be my favorite part about planning my wedding. From the moment I walked into Solutions Bridal I felt at home! I couldn’t imagine a more perfect experience. From the moment I met Erica I was in love! My husband even knew how much I enjoyed going to see her and the team. She listened to me and could tell what dress I wanted and was looking for. I went home without saying yes to the dress that day. The next day Erica texted me and had a whole line of dress for me to look through. She had a couple shipped to the store and I finally said yes to my dress! I had a FANTASTIC experience at Solutions. I went two different times once in July and again in October when I said yes to the dress! Jason had his work cut out for him, I’ve recently lost a bunch of weight, and my big brother recently passed so i haven’t been at all excited about the wedding. I'm a Wedding Professional in Orlando, and I can tell you solutions is known for A-Their insane selection of unique dresses B-Their costumer Service. I saw that there was a Sample sale, and even though I literally just started my planning, I decided to bring my Boyfriend and see what was out there. The selection of dresses on the Sample sale was amazing! I got paired with Ana for my consultant. And she was SO patient, and when I was feeling disheartened by the dresses I chose myself (They were STUNNING-but Not for me) She asked what I wanted and appeared again with the most amazing Rock-and-Roll dress!! It literally was perfect. Go to people who know their inventory, listen to what you are saying, and aren't afraid to pull unexpected things!!

Solutions Bridal made the process for finding my dream wedding dress so fun and easy! This was the second place I went to and the experience here was great. We got offered drinks and got to look around. Jessica was awesome and listened to what I was looking for before showing me several dresses to try. I loved all of the dresses - they have such a variety and offer dresses for any price range. However, I instantly knew when I found “the dress” as it didn’t compare to the others and I knew it was the one. After finding my dress, I went back a few times for fittings and worked with their seamstress. The entire process was easy and I couldn’t be happier with my dress. I wish I could wear it over and over again!

My mom and I had the best time at solutions bridal. We were with Jessica - what a professional! She was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. Service, service, service from my first conversation with Erica on the phone to set up my appointment to my interaction with Jessica helping me find the perfect dress for me. Never rushed. Champagne and/or mimosas for myself and my guests as I try on dresses. Full service bridal experience from bustiers and spanx to try, to earrings & mock hair style to get the whole feel of the dress and look. The Solutions Bridal team are so amazing! Finding the dress was one of the wedding items I put off because I was trying to get my body in better shape and was feeling self conscious... When I walked in the door of Solutions they made me feel comfortable and truly took the time to help me find the perfect dress and the perfect one for my body! Solutions Bridal is just a little slice of wedding dress heaven! There’s no place that will make you feel SO special, it’s amazing how they deal with so many brides and yet truly make you feel like you’re a princess so genuinely. I chose a dress I loved but had one part of that the cut just wasn’t right. I was just about ready to switch to the next when Tali (who is just a wedding dress guru) had the idea that I could get exactly the perfect dress with some alterations moving fabric from one area to the other. I had no idea it was even possible, but after a few months and fittings, Holly, the in house seamstress, who is equally incredible, created my perfect dress. When I had some health issues the week of the wedding and could no longer wear heels, she even hemmed it just days out. Also, let me tell you, you may think that because the shop, dresses, and service are so elite you can’t afford a dress there, but that’s just not the case, they really do have a nice range. I think the best part was after everything I needed, they never made me feel bad about all of the requests, and so genuinely wanted to help. You don’t want to feel like a burden when you obviously can be a little picky about things and Tali, Marissa, and Holly just truly make the whole process an amazing pleasure (the free champagne doesn’t hurt either!).

I cannot say enough great thinks about this salon. The staff are great and I found my dress on the third try!!! The listen to your pricing budget and suggest ideas to make it work (for example, I bought mine off the rack intend of brand new and it looked brand new when I left with it, nobody would have known otherwise!) I was super pleased with them!

I cannot recommend Solutions Bridal enough! My sister got married two years ago and got her dress at Solutions. Going through the wedding dress selection and fitting process with her, I knew that I wanted to get my wedding dress at Solutions once we got engaged. I worked with Tali and Roberta and they made the entire experience so special and fun! And not just for me but for my mom, sister, and close family. From the moment we walked into Solutions, the ladies would always greet us with a pleasant hello and were so happy to see us. They would offer us something to drink which makes the experience even more fun! They sat down and really wanted to get to know me and my now husband as well as the engagement story. They were always so sincere in their excitement for me. Tali and Roberta were so patient with me in choosing my gown. I ended up going with my absolute dream dress by Ines Di Santo. They made each visit to Solutions special and just an incredible experience. All the ladies went above and beyond for us. My mom and I are so thankful.

My experience with Solutions Bridal was absolutely amazing! I worked with both Tali and Roberta and they were both fabulous! From the moment I walked in the salon, me and my girlfriends were greeted with mimosas and a section reserved just for me and my guests! Then we sat and talked for a bit as they wanted to get to know me and my fiancé to get to know me and my style in order to make recommendations on gowns. I tried on several dresses and even the same dresses a couple of times. Roberta was so patient and once I had the two dresses narrowed down, she did my hair and accessorized me to give me the full effect of how it will pull together on my wedding day. That touch really helped me to make my decision! Once I chose my dress, we all celebrated with champagne! And both Tali and Roberta even reached out to me the next day to thank me and ensure that I didn't have any further questions. This salon was not only beautiful and clean, the bridal staff were all dressed beautifully and the service that these ladies provided to me and my girlfriends was amazing! They really care about the brides experience and make you feel so special!! If i could rate them higher than 5 star I would!!! I would absolutely recommend them!!

I couldn't have asked for a better dress shopping experience than the one I had at Solutions Bridal! After visiting a few other stores with my family, I was worried that I wouldn't have "the moment" most brides seem to have when they find their dream dress. My cousin had recommended them, gushing about their amazing customer service. She was right! Roberta and Tali asked all the right questions to make sure they found the perfect dress for me, tying in all of the elements I liked from other dresses I tried on at other stores. Not only did I find my dream dress, they went above and beyond to treat me and my family like princesses during the process.

My experience working with the Solutions Bridal team was beyond what I ever expected, and I will be forever grateful. Before coming to Solutions Bridal, I had went to two other shops. These shops only had one size of every dress, and out of the 20+ dresses I tried, only 2 of them even remotely fit me. The dresses were beautiful, but I didn't fee beautiful in anything I tried on. My friends thought I should get one of the two that sort of fit because they did look best, but they were not me at all or what I had envisioned for my venue. I felt like I had to settle for what looked the best and not necessarily what I wanted, and so I had put one of the dresses on hold to think about it more. I knew in my gut that it wasn't THE dress. I found many helpful reviews for Solutions Bridal. One thing that stuck out to me, was that they had more sizes of their dresses, so I scheduled an appointment. When making the appointment, I was asked a series of detailed questions regarding my wedding venue, decor, personal style, and my overall vision for my wedding. When I arrived at Solutions Bridal, it was a very cute space, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. My stylist was Jessica Vargas. Jessica has an amazing energy about her and her warm personality makes you feel like you're talking to your best friend. She was given the notes about my wedding that I gave when making my appointment, and she had done her hw and had printed out photos of my venue and researched the space to speak more with me about my vision. I thought this was really thoughtful and was one of the many things that set Solutions Bridal apart from other shops I'd visited. I showed her photos of the dresses I liked, told her what I didn't like, and told her the designers I tend to lean towards. She really listened to everything I said and it was clear that she understood me perfectly. We picked out a few dresses on the floor for me to try on, and because I showed her pictures of my ideal dress she recalled having a similar one in the back that was new that would be perfect for me to try. I have no idea how many boxes were back there, but she managed to get this one perfect dress out for me to try. She also got me a slip and a corset top to put on under the dresses and some shoes which was another really nice touch that the other shops didn't have. These simple touches really change the way you feel and how the dresses fit. Oh, and another thing worth mentioning was that this was the first place I was given any sort of privacy. The other shop consultants were nice, but it was uncomfortable being bare-breasted in front of them and having them touch your butt and so on. Jessica gave me the slip and corset and gave me privacy to cover myself and then she came in to help me clasp the back of the corset. Then since I had those on I didn't have to worry about being exposed in-between trying dresses on with her. Jessica knew exactly which dresses to put me in. She understood what I wanted and with her 10 years of experience, she also knew what would compliment my body-type. Almost everything I tried on, I could actually get on!! It was a great feeling after the other shops where nothing fit. This was the first place where I could try dresses on and I actually felt pretty. I finally had "the moment" when I tried on the dress Jessica hunted down for me among the boxes of new inventory. It was exactly what I wanted from a dress and when I put it on, I just knew this was my dress. I never felt so pretty in my life. Thank You Solutions Bridal! And Thank You Thank You Jessica! Amazing amazing amazing. On my wedding day, I felt so beautiful in my gorgeous gown and accessories I purchased at Solutions Bridal. In the months leading up to my wedding, I felt so taken care of, heard, and special being a Solutions Bridal bride. They took the time to help me make the right decisions for me and help me feel so comfortable throughout the dress/accessories/fitting process. My experience at Solutions Bridal was a lovely one! I brought a small group to shop with me the first time, and the women working in the store were warm, welcoming, and even provided champagne! I was under a tight deadline and had to buy my dress off-the-rack, and Adrianna was able to find many different options that worked in the style I wanted. Because this is a small boutique, the dresses and accessories are a bit pricier than some other larger stores, but I was happy to pay for the beautiful dress that I chose. And the follow-up service was fantastic. I received a call and message any time there was an update on the cleaning, alteration, or any time a piece of jewelry came in to the store for pickup. Highly recommend!

They had such a great selection of dresses, and I immediately found the dress I was looking for :) The experience itself just being in their beautiful salon, and they customer service was amazing. My bridesmaids and I had a fabulous time trying on a bunch of different styles, and my stylist was so knowledgable!! The staff at Solutions communicates with their brides through the whole purchasing process, and even follows up after the wedding. I cannot say enough good things about this store and its staff. I got married February 28th 2014 and bought my dress at Solutions Bridal (Millenia Mall location in Orlando, FL). They helped me find the perfect dress and made the entire experience very special. The store is meant to give each bride a very personalized shopping experience. There are only a certain amount of bridal appointments given so that each bride is given the full attention of the staff. You never feel rushed, and the staff makes the experience fun. When I chose my dress they popped champagne, and I got to celebrate with my family. I was given the cork with the date written on it as a keepsake. Later, when I returned for my fittings, they helped me select all my accessories and always kept me informed about delivery dates and the status of the dress. When I picked up the dress and veil, it was in pristine condition and ready to wear. The store offered restoration and preservation of the dress after the wedding. I chose to do so and will pick it up in 8 weeks. I highly recommend this store.

(This review is for the Orlando location) I went to another dress shop before going to Solutions, but had such a better experience when I arrived at Solutions. I felt welcomed and really appreciated my consultant showing me different styles while making sure to stay within my budget. Roberta was so helpful when I was second guessing my dress (making decisions does not come easy to me). She really listened to my concerns and made me feel so much better about my decision. My mother and I continued to visit the shop to purchase all of my accessories and have my dress altered. I felt great on my wedding day thanks to the ladies at Solutions.

I moved to Florida a few months before I got engaged, so I had to fly solo to pick out my wedding dress. I wasn't thrilled about that. But, Cat and the staff at Solutions Bridal made the process so easy and enjoyable. She listened to the style I was hoping for, was patient with me as we went through lots of dresses, and didn't leave my side the whole time. After I picked one, we even popped some bubbly! They have lots of beautiful dresses; very worth checking out.

This is the one and only place I went for my wedding gown, I had went to a wedding expo and meet a lot of the great girls from this Bridal Store!! Cat from Solutions Bridal is the best consultant!! She will help you find your dream gown and makes you feel comfortable. I am a plus size bride so it can be a little discouraging! Love SOLUTIONS BRIDAL!

Im not even sure where to begin... Solutions is the ONLY place to go, to buy the most important dress you will ever wear... PERIOD! From the moment we walked in the girls were amazing and so sweet ! We spent the day there and had the best time! All the girls made me feel like they were genuinely interested in finding my dress. All the girls Roberta(especially ), Tali, Marissa,and Holly the seamstress made this the best experience ever ! Working in fashion, I knew what I wanted , but needed a starting point which the girls helped give me... I ended up with a Lazaro, which we customized quite a bit.. It was exactly what I wanted! Then out came the champagne :) We purchased the jewelry, veil, garters, and rehearsal dinner dress there as well! This store and most importantly the girls are truly something special! I only hope that everyone is lucky enough to get this type of experience ! The alterations were flawless and I felt like a princess the entire day ! I know I will be finding reasons to stop by just to say hello to the girls and check out the stunning new merchandise ! Michelle and Jason Taylor

I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about Solutions. My consultant, Cat, was possibly the sweetest person EVER. As a plus-sized girl, I'd had a lot of problems trying on/picking out a wedding dress. I would either be directed to the 'matronly' section of whatever store I was in, or simply told that I didn't need to try on or look at certain types of gowns, as they wouldn't look good on me. I got NONE of those remarks at Solutions from Cat! She helped me pull dresses that would flatter me, and even rigged a way for me to see how they would look on me, even if I couldn't fit in the sample. My dress is FABULOUS! I couldn't have asked for a more stunning dress! Cat made the dress-buying experience so seamless and painless, that we vowed to get all dresses from that Solutions, even though they are two hours from my house, simply based upon how wonderful she was to my mother and me. Fantastic experience!

I had the most wonderful experience here with their consultant Cherish. I had just come from David's bridal after a terrible experience, and Cherish really listened to what I wanted. Everything she put me in looked beautiful, but the first dress she picked for me -- one she thought I'd love -- ended up being my choice. I wanted something very simple and classic, and she showed me several options, making my decision tough but enjoyable. My dress was less than $1,000, but I also bought my veil, earrings and bridesmaid dresses there. I was really concerned about the cost of accessories because I loved the look of a cathedral veil but couldn't bring myself to pay more than $200 for one. Cherish let me by one off the rack, and while it had a few snags in it, you could hardly tell (especially because I only wore it for the ceremony and pictures), and I saved a lot of money. I bought my earrings off the rack, too. The fabrics used by the designers is high-quality, and the cuts are lovely. It's worth the extra money for a beautiful, well-made dress. And when you buy your dress, they pop a bottle of Champagne and let you celebrate! I have wonderful memories of shopping there with my mom and sister. Also, all of my bridesmaids were out-of-state, and they worked with me and the girls to coordinate measurements and dress orders. It was so easy.

I could not be happier with the experience I had at Solutions! My wedding was 9 weeks away, and they had a large selection of gorgeous gowns and were able to rush order my perfect wedding dress, and it even came in earlier than they anticipated! Cat was incredibly helpful, and they were all so kind and enthusiastic. The appointment was very personal, and the champagne when I decided on my gown was delicious! If I had to do it over again, I would definitely go to Solutions!

A limited selection in house but very willing to work with you and your budget. The service was friendly and helpful.

The sales people worked with me to combine elements of two dresses into my wedding gown.
