at my trial run appointment (which was VERY helpful) Her blue bobby-pin is such a fun touch and will be putting it in my wedding day memory box as a keepsake. sed more unnecessary stress in an already stressful time. I booked her around 1 year out and not once did she ask me what I'd like my hair to look like. I was also charged for services that were not received such as a hair trial and veil placement. It was not for lack of trying as both my wedding planner and I attempted to schedule appointments. My makeup artist stepped up and placed the veil for me even though it was not her responsibility. I was forced (per contract) to pay $324 for services that were not needed due to people backing out of the wedding. So I found three people attending the wedding and gifted them hair styles. My advice IF you chose to work with her is to read the contract well and to re-read it 61-90 days before the wedding in order to not pay for services not needed. Just to restate the facts she was awful to work with.

needed to provide hair services for me, my mom, my mother in law, 7 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls. We finished ahead of schedule (which was awesome) and everyone just loved their hair. I cannot stress enough that spending a little extra on hair services is totally worth it. Planning a wedding is stressful and Veronica made this experience less stressful and was so convenient having her come to us for services. Thank you again!

ldest dreams. No one could tell I had extensions in and I got so many compliments all night long. She also did amazing work on all of my bridal party AND mother of the groom. She is so sweet and really listens to what each person wants. She's also extremely charismatic and friendly and just really fun to have around for the getting ready process! I would absolutely hire her over and over again. I wish she could do my hair every single day.

ad absolutely no idea what to do about make up and told her I was used to wearing very minimal stuff. She was able to create something simple but super nice at my trial and then on the wedding day that looked wonderful.

ng what they did wrong to make all my girls look like they are matching. I am so thankful for them because without them, I am not sure what I would have done. It was such a little thing to "change a braid" but it honestly meant so much. If you are on the fence about working with Something Blue, Do it!!

Its also really convenient that they come onsite. They listened to what I wanted for my look and nailed it! Would highly recommend! easier. She was RESPONSIVE, which was huge (I found), incredibly organized, kind, talented, professional, and I could keep going and going. She is also an incredibly calm person, which on your wedding day feels like a confident breath of fresh air. She is not overly chatty or overwhelming, while still so sweet, personable and kind, which I found so relaxing on my wedding day as well as my hair trial. I ironically went with a completely different hair style on my wedding day than what we had done at my hair trial and Veronica did not miss a beat. I had her do an updo during my trial and later decided what I really wanted was my hair down, how I typically wear it, but with beautfiul curls. I showed her pictures and she did it on my wedding day exactly as I was picturing it. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I booked Veronica without meeting her or doing a hair trial and never looked back. She was everything I was hoping for and so appreciate her as a true expert in everything she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hair stylist for their big day or event!
