I had used them as a bridesmaid twice before, and both times I loved my look so much that it was a no-brainer when it came time to book hair and makeup for my own wedding.
Alicia was my lead stylists and she was AMAZING! She made me feel so beautiful on my special day and listened to all my concerns. I was so incredibly happy with my hair and makeup look that day!
She brought one other stylist day-of to help accommodate my bridal party of 5 and 2 moms, and the morning was so easy and seamless. Everyone looked amazing and beautiful!
I highly recommend Something Blue Stylists to anyone for their wedding or special event!!

We hired Something Blue for our April 2026 wedding and they were AMAZING! I worked with Brittney and she was so sweet and genuine. She really worked with me to make sure that everything was perfect and just how I wanted it. I have curly hair, and get nervous sometimes when working with people that I'm not familiar with as not everyone knows how to properly manage curly hair, but I had no reason to fear with Brittney! She was an absolute pro and worked with me to find a style that I loved that highlighted my natural curls. She also brought two additional stylists with her day of as we had 9 total people that required hair and makeup and they were all phenomenal. Everyone was very happy with both their hair and makeup (which was talked about extensively because that has usually not been the case in weddings we've all been in the past). Overall, the experience was great and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional hair and makeup!

She was always quick to respond if I had a question leading up to the wedding day. It really helped put me at ease knowing that I was in such good hands. On the day of, she brought three other stylists to do the hair and makeup for my bridal party of 8 bridesmaids and 3 other family members. hat I like, etc). I feel like I can be a tough critic about professional makeup and really wanted to feel confident on the big day. From our trial to the wedding, Alicia did an amazing job of making me feel beautiful and as natural as possible. I was impressed with all the small things she took notes on after our trial and applied for the wedding day months later. It felt like she was anticipating my every need and the final product turned out amazing.
Same with hair! I brought inspiration of a hair style I’ve never done before to our trial and she knocked it out of the park. I made her job more difficult by adding extensions that made my hair thicker and longer post trial and Alicia didn’t bat an eye. I texted her about a month before the wedding with concerns about the extensions holding a curl, and Alicia made me feel so reassured and offered some advice to prep for the wedding day. I trust her so much and was so grateful not only for her snd her team’s talent but also the support and hype throughout the whole process. Her and her team executed several different hairstyles on my 9 bridesmaids and I, and all of them looked gorgeous (and lasted all night). Highly recommend!!

On the day of, her entire team worked wonders on my bridal party. We had a bit of a snafoo on my hair but she had it fixed so quickly (always be honest with your artists!) and I can truly say I've never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day. Andi herself was so kind and enigmatic and she kept me laughing the entire morning.

verything from start to finish was very professional and as soon as I booked with Something Blue, Andi provided me with helpful tips leading up to my wedding day. Everything was very well organized and pricing was laid out so it was easy to read and understand. Alicia, my lead stylist, was very professional with communication and also very quick to respond, which was great! She was able to answer all of my questions and my trial was everything I could have asked for. Conversations flowed naturally and she was so much fun to work with! On my wedding day, my hair and make was exactly the way I pictured it. My bridesmaids were also very happy with the services that were provided by Alicia's team. because I live out of town, and staying organized with everything. During the trial she really listened to every single thing I did and didn't want and happily accepted all critiques on how we can perfect the makeup and hair for the day of. She was also SO patient working with our moms, who also did a trial.
On the day of, I had Alyson stay with me up until the start of the reception so she could fix my hair and makeup throughout the long day of pictures and moving around. She was literally glued to my hip making sure I looked perfect in every picture and I could not swear by this service more. Alyson and Brittney worked their magic on me and their team made my bridesmaids SO happy!

We booked a certain number of stylists time based on the services contracted and timeline, and while it is unfortunate that your bridesmaid was unable to attend, as you let us know 15 days prior to your wedding, a stylist was booked for the services, and you signed an agreement on two different occasions that stated that all final payments are non-refundable, without exception. This is an industry standard, and while you may think it is absurd, we stand by our policies and procedures that are outlined explicitly in your booking agreement and wedding day services contract, both of which you signed. Looking back at our notes from the day, it looks like you were able to sub in two different people to use these extra services, meaning your contracted services were executed in full on the wedding day. We hope this helps clarify things for you, and we wish you and your husband a lifetime of happiness!

g day and Brittney was such a shining light during our planning and the day of our wedding. I spoke with Brittney about some skin care concerns during my bridal trial and she helped recommend a good skin care routine leading up to my wedding. Our wedding day was super easy because of Brittney and the Something Blue team. All of my bridesmaids looked wonderful and had nothing but high compliments for Brittney and the team. My hair and makeup looked amazing and held up fantastically through the day (rain, sunshine, and dancing on the dance floor). I've been in several weddings before my own, and I always think it's a good sign when your hair and makeup team can laugh throughout the day with your bridal party - and there was nothing but laughs and happiness throughout the day. all day with no issues, and my hair slightly started to fall by the end of the day, but I have really fine hair and wasn't surprised (it never stays in updos the way it's supposed to). The hair was super easy to pin back into place, so no problems there! All of my bridesmaids were incredibly happy with their hair and makeup, as was I. The only issue I had was that I had paid a little extra for my tattoo to be covered on my arm, and I asked multiple times if I needed to do anything to make sure it stayed covered. I was told that it should hold all day without a problem. However, about an hour later, it was already showing. Maybe I rubbed it against something and didn't notice? Anyway, it would have been wonderful to have a little cover-up for it in case something like that were to happen. Overall though, I highly recommend them!
