Jenna did such a great job! She was (and IS) extremely professional, helpful, quick on her feet, and so kind!! She was ready and willing to help at any moment! I would recommend her over and over again.

JENNA IS AMAZING!!! For our big day, my husband and I decided to throw a 240 person tented wedding in our backyard. We decided to hire Jenna for some help during the last few weeks tying up loose ends and coordinating the day of. She sent out a wedding prep packet that was INCREDIBLY helpful for us and allowed her to get a detailed view of what we envisioned on our wedding day. When we met on rehearsal day we didn't know what to expect since we never met in person, but Jenna was so personable, it was like we had known her forever. I have never seen someone so prepared in my life! She had EVERYTHING. Even thread that matched my bridesmaid dresses in case of an emergency! She also had safety pins to save the day when my dress strap broke and quickly sewed it for me after dinner because my dress was too heavy for the safety pin. My bustle also ripped from it getting stepped on and while mingling with guests, Jenna hurried up and sewed it! She worked incredibly well with my vendors (even a difficult one!). Our wedding day was perfect and we owe a majority of it to Jenna! She had solutions for every problem before they even happened. She helped set up and take down decorations, helped with trash during the reception, checked on the bathrooms, made sure our busboys were doing their jobs along with somehow making sure my husband and I had zero problems! We not only recommend Jenna, we think shes a necessity!

Wow! Our day would not be complete without Jenna. Our day went absolutely PERFECT and I give credit to Jenna for so much of that! She made sure we were all taken care of and was always checking on us. She has a “Mary Poppins Bag” that is anything and everything! We adore Jenna so much and are so so glad we decided to have her their to help out with our special day.

I can’t begin to say how wonderful it was to have Jenna as our coordinator!! Best choice we could have made. Jenna was always there to listen and provide advice from previous wedding experiences. She loaded our car with wedding gifts and cards which was so helpful at the end of the night! She works great with all the vendors and communicates up until the wedding and into the wedding night. One thing that I never expected to happen is my dress had to be sewn together.. thank the lord for Jenna because she rocked that too, and I was able to dance into the night without worrying about my dress. 🙏🙏 Her organizing is on point.. as an ocd bride (just own it) she fulfilled my every question before, during, and after the big day! Jenna was right there when I would text her early in the morning with questions or just a concern. She was there to calm my week of nerves and my day of nerves too. Thankfully, Jenna keeps your wedding party in line when they may be getting a little rowdy before speeches or on your party bus.. she’s a godsend really! If you are thinking about not having a wedding coordinator spend the extra money and be thankful you get to enjoy your day. I am so glad looking back I wasn’t being a bridezilla, or having to get in between situations I did not want to be a part of. We had the best day of our lives, and we could not even begin to thank Jenna enough!! She blew me away with her ideas, outline of the day, and just her personable personality.

Jenna just completed her management of our daughters wedding on August 10th. She was fantastic! When we interview Jenna prior to hiring her, we felt that she honestly would make sure that our daughters wedding would go off without problems and if there were a problem, she would handle it. However you never know.... Once hired, Jenna exceeded our expectations. She was assertive and positively controlled the entire event. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and ensured all of the timelines were kept on track. Her interaction with my daughter leading up to the event put my daughter at ease, which reduced her stress. Jenna' attention to details also impressed me thoroughly. Her ability to communicate what she wanted done in such a professional way made it non confrontational when she needed someone to do something. I could go on and on about her skills. Without question both my wife and I would recommend Jenna to anyone that wants to ensure their wedding is a success.

Erik and I, although we're Chicagoans for several years now, always wanted our wedding to be inspired by the lakeside town I grew up in just outside of Michigan. We had been hunting for a day-of coordinator for months - but the Chicago prices were astronomical and none of them seemed familiar with the SW Michigan area. Jenna's profile magically appeared before my eyes - I emailed her immediately and she phoned me within minutes. At her pricing I was also able to afford her as a 6-week coordinator too. I had done about 90% of the planning on my own - but also decided to complete my NP degree, get a puppy, and renovate our home the same summer as the wedding. Jenna knew this and continued to check in with me throughout the wedding planning. She was detailed, kind, and had a sense of humor. One of my favorite memories of Jenna was that the humidity had taken it's toll on my bridal gown - I was losing my bridal grace from sweating & dancing and she helped me quickly get out of my gown (I think using a butter knife for all the buttons!) and we giggled the whole time. I can't express my gratitude enough, too, for all of the "little details" they swear you'll forget (she made sure I ate, she carried extra pins, she made sure my darling little nephews were happy). We are thrilled to have hired Jenna for our wedding day - we'd certainly hire her if she was interested in planning puppy parties or baby parties :)

Jenna is very professional, polite, and courteous! We enjoyed Jenna taking control of setting up and tearing down the reception venue. We were also thankful that she could act as a middle man between us and the reception venue, caterer, and photographer. It took the stress away from us having to worry about little things so we could focus on each other. Jenna went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met! She even followed us when we were taking pictures and kept us refreshed. She made sure we had water and even dabbed sweaty foreheads. Jenna was a hawk looking for unruly guests or some that had a little too much to drink, and even took the initiative to notify the bartender. We honestly could not imagine handling the wedding without Jenna. So much more work goes into the ceremony and reception than people think. Since she could float between us and the event staff and caterers, we were really able to enjoy ourselves and our day.

Words cannot describe how amazing Jenna is at what she does. I didn't think I needed a coordinator because everything was organized other than the rehearsing how the ceremony would go. I am so glad I decided to go with Jenna. My family and I did not have to worry about a thing she was on top of everything , so organized, prepared for anything, and a huge part of why everything went so smoothly. One hour before the ceremony a groomsmen's pants split completely and she whipped out a sewing kit and fixed them right up! She is calming, professional, and thinks of tiny details that could have easily been missed, and just really performs to ensure your days is everything you want it to be. I am someone is very organized, and a bit of a control freak so for me to hand everything over to Jenna was a huge deal but she did not disappoint at all. I highly recommend her for your big day!

Recently, we celebrated one of the happiest days of our lives when we joined hands in marriage. Eventually, the time came to make one of the most important decisions in the wedding planning process: choosing a wedding planner. Jenna was referred to us by a close friend and came highly recommended. Throughout the entire planning process, Jenna was reliable, responsive, and an overall joy to work with. Jenna’s input and experience were an invaluable resource during wedding day preparations and execution. She happily met with us multiple times to discuss important details of our wedding day experience, and was considerate and flexible with respect to meeting times. In addition to her professional expertise, she provided us with helpful planning resources to give us a better understanding of the timeline and overall flow of our day. With all that said, Jenna’s services are very reasonably priced and present an incredible value for anyone looking to create their perfect wedding day celebration. On the day of the wedding, both my wife and I were provided personalized itineraries that clearly set forth the plan for the day. While we were encouraged to provide active feedback regarding our comfort level and expectations for the day, Jenna’s professional instincts took over and provided us with the most enjoyable experience possible. She was the primary coordinator with respect to all phases of our celebration including group pictures, introductions, first dance, amongst many other things. Probably most importantly, she ensured that our wedding day experience was stress-free by personally attending to any unexpected obstacles that arose throughout the day. Because of Jenna, our day went off without a hitch. Overall, Jenna was considerate, flexible, and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. We could not be happier with her services and have already recommended her to others beginning the wedding planning journey.

Jenna was an amazing day of coordinator! She was a huge blessing to my husband and I. I have nothing but positive words for her! We were her first Chicago wedding and she did an outstanding job. She made sure that our wedding day flowed cohesively. We had a Plan A and B for weather--when the weather chose not to cooperate with us, we notified Jenna and she helped successfully execute our Plan B (indoor wedding plan) without a hitch. She worked extremely well with all of our vendors. Jenna was very professional and timely with her responses to emails and text messages. On our wedding day, Jenna went to great lengths to make sure my husband and I were comfortable. For example--I was exhausted prior to the ceremony and needed caffeine. Jenna made sure that I had my sugar free red bull within 15 minutes! With all the craziness of wedding planning, I forgot to make special charms honoring my late grandfather for our floral bouquets. Jenna went out of her way to make a special Target trip on our wedding day to make our charms. This gesture meant a lot to me. Jenna is an incredible asset to the bride who hires her! In addition to her high level of professionalism, she is also very organized and detail-oriented. She made very thorough timelines, photography schedules, and checklists that were very helpful on our wedding day. Her attention to detail and thoroughness, definitely allayed a lot of my late wedding-planning related stress. Jenna is also very creative and did an excellent job decorating our aisles and tables. I highly recommend her as a day of coordinator and can assure anyone looking for full wedding planning services that she would do an exceptional job planning as well!

Jenna's services were invaluable! What we found most valuable was she knew what she was doing. We did not have to worry about a thing... she already had it covered. Also, Jenna thought of things that we never would have thought about. That was very helpful. We had one of our wedding guests get just a little "over-intoxicated." Jenna handled the situation with respect, promptness, and a sense of humor. We appreciate that more than she knows. Jenna is on it! Our families and wedding party were very impressed with her timeline. She took my personal timeline for the day and made it work for EVERYone. That helped so much. Also, she carries a bag with about everything you could ever possibly need the day of a wedding. That was a tremendous help! She made sure that everything important from the day got back to me without me even knowing until afterwards. I appreciated Jenna checking in when necessary, but not overwhelming me. It was the perfect balance. She is extremely professional but also personable...that is so very important. I have already recommended her services!

Jenna is fabulous- hire her! Jenna is very friendly, upbeat, organized and talented. She was our day-of-coordinator. After she patiently took the time to listen to all of my expectations, I felt absolutely at ease knowing she had it covered. The day was everything we dreamed of and more! It was wonderful having Jenna there to make sure everything got done on the day of so we could relax and enjoy our busy morning.

Jenna was worth her weight in gold! We can't recommend her enough (there should be more than 5 stars). Though we only needed a day-of coordinator, I am confident that she'd do an amazing job planning a wedding from start-to-finish if that's your style! We hired Jenna as a day-of coordinator for our outdoor May wedding that we planned from out of state. Of course, the "day-of" title is a little deceiving, as we actually started corresponding over e-mail a couple weeks before the wedding. We first met her in person at our rehearsal the day before, and were able to give her all of our décor and last minute instructions then, so I literally had NOTHING to worry about on our wedding day! Jenna rolled with our less-traditional schedule (pre-ceremony cocktail hour!) and eliminated my need to worry about the time or what we should be doing at any point. She also made all my wedding visions a reality by setting up all the décor for our ceremony and reception - not only did this save me from stressing about this, but it somehow looked exactly how I imagined, except even better than it would have if I'd done it myself! She also had tips and tricks (and thumbtacks!) to compete with the wind, which I completely forgot to take into consideration. I also felt like we had a personal assistant all night -- Jenna was always right there to get us anything or handle anything we needed and made sure that none of our important mementos were misplaced. Jenna was so professional, friendly, and organized -- and while my husband and I are also pretty Type A, we didn't butt heads at all - even when my husband decided to run the rehearsal himself ;) We got a ton of compliments from our venue staff, vendors, and even guests on how fantastic she was and how lucky we were to have found her -- and we completely agree.

It was truly a huge help the day of the wedding and a major stress reliever knowing that Jenna had it under control! I didn't expect a wedding planner to be so helpful when taking photos with our professional photographer. It was super nice to have Jenna there as an extra set of hands (and eyes) to help fix anything that needed touched up or held, etc. I thought Jenna was extremely organized and had things well thought out. Even when things got a little crazy or tense (like right before the ceremony), she kept her cool, which totally helped keep everyone else relaxed and organized too! I thought Jenna did a great job communicating with everyone. She was professional, courteous and specific on what you needed to get the job done. There were many different personalities within our families that she had to deal with and I thought she did a great job with every single person! Jenna did a great job helping to decorate the hall the day before our wedding. The backdrop for the cake was gorgeous and just how Tony and I had wanted it! I would most definitely recommend Jenna to any bride! We hadn't planned on using a wedding planner, but we are so thankful that we had her to help us with the big day. It truly made the day enjoyable instead of stressful!
