Trent and Ashley were amazing from the start. They took so much pressure and stress off our plates so we could truly enjoy the day. On the day of, we had Ashley and Ariel, and they were on top of everything, helpful with ripped pants and dresses, and supportive when needed. Bridesmaids and guests said that this was the most well run, timed wedding they had been apart of and less stressful wedding they have ever seen. Guests also noted (and we felt it) how truly happy and relaxed the bride and groom were all day and we give most of that credit to Something Fabulous. We trusted them and executed our vision perfectly. We would 10/10 recommend them again and again!

I cannot recommend Trent, Ashley, and the entire Something Fabulous team enough! They made the planning process so smooth, easy, and fun. They are knowledgeable, great problem solvers, your biggest cheerleaders, and they know how to throw an amazing party! We ended up using them for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding, and it was truly the absolute best weekend of our lives. Our friends and family could stop talking about how lucky we were to have Trent running the show on wedding day, and we agree! We could not have had such an incredible wedding weekend without Something Fabulous!

This team is the best! We loved the Something Fabulous team from our introductory call because of their fun energy, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex wedding dynamics. We got so much more than we could have ever hoped for with this incredible team. Our wedding day was stress-free because of all the little details SF handled. Our space looked beautiful—we brought in some décor and the team set up the room better than we could have ourselves. Trent confirmed all the vendors before I could even think to do it—even ones I forgot should be confirmed. When we had a button mishap 30 minutes before the ceremony, the SF team appeared with a sewing kit to save the day. Trent was our lead planner with Brittni as the supporting planner. They made sure we (and our guests) were well taken care of all day. We also were able to add on to our contract so that SF helped our “Silent Disco” afterparty. Tommy was the planner for that and made sure the pizza was delivered, everybody had their headsets, and that people knew when the buses were coming. I can’t speak highly enough of the SF team. They guided us on the little details that we didn’t even think about and answered bigger questions like how much we should tip our vendors. We are still getting compliments on how seamlessly our wedding ran, thanks largely to Something Fabulous. Their energy on wedding day made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. I can’t recommend them enough!

Words cannot express how grateful we are for Ashley and Trent of Something Fabulous! We live in TX, so we were concerned about the planning process for a wedding in Raleigh. But Something Fabulous made the process easy for us. They made our dream wedding a reality, exceeding all expectations and making the entire journey stress-free and enjoyable. Their organizational skills are unparalleled. From creating a meticulous timeline to managing multiple vendors, everything ran seamlessly. Their creativity was incredible—they took our design ideas and turned them into a stunning, cohesive vision that had the guests in awe. They don't do empty lip service; they will stop and tell you if you're going down the wrong path or suggest better alternatives to achieve the same result. They had a great preferred vendors list, and we recommend using those vendors. We loved and had no communication issues with anyone from their list. Trust their expertise and experience! Ashley and Trent went above and beyond for us. Due to the hectic day, I (the bride) ended up not getting any wedding cake. I was bummed out, but a couple months later, I received a wonderful surprise. Trent reached out to our cake vendor to have our another, smaller cake shipped all the way to Texas! That level of thoughtfulness isn't required nor guaranteed with other planners. If you’re looking for wedding planners who are passionate, dedicated, and treat your day as if it were their own, look no further than Something Fabulous. They are worth every penny, and we cannot recommend them highly enough!

Trent was absolutely fabulous! I can’t recommend him and Abby enough—they were incredibly detail-oriented, proactive, and made sure everything at our wedding went smoothly. Plus, their personalities brought the ideal energy to make the day and planning truly special.

Tommy, Ashley, Michelle, and Trent were all so great to work with! We had them as "day-of coordinators" for our wedding this year. My husband and I were a little unfamiliar with planners/coordinators, but looking back we are so happy we had them! Your wedding day goes by so fast and having their team there to handle all the little details/things that come up so you and your family can focus on the day is amazing. They also are all just friendly people, so meeting with them virtually ahead of the wedding was easy and fun! All of my family and friends were so impressed with their care and help too; everyone wanted a Tommy of their own to help them in their day to day :) I would highly recommend their group to anyone getting married

Working with Something Fabulous was the best decision we made for our wedding! Trent and Rachel were very supportive, helpful and organized leading up to our wedding. They kept us on track for key milestones, gave great suggestions as we were looking for specific ideas and vendors, and were so supportive with vendor communication and logistics leading up to and at the wedding. Rachel and Tommy were our day of support and they helped us feel at ease and covered every detail so that we didn't have to really keep track of anything. Having worked in events, it was amazing to be on the side of experiencing a very well run event. Not having to make any decisions and having everything pre arranged for the weekend of the wedding was amazing. They even made sure we had a few minutes to ourselves where we got to eat and enjoy the food! Huge kudos to Trent, Rachel and Tommy for making our big day simple and flawless so that we could enjoy all of the fun with our family and friends! Highly recommend!

Ashley, Trent, and Team were AMAZING! We loved working with them, and they were very responsive. Everything on the day of the wedding went super smoothly and we didn't have to worry about any details! They had drinks and apps ready for me and my husband right after the ceremony, our food served immediately, and even checked in on our pup throughout the night! They set up and tore down all our decorations, including intricate details like centerpieces and attaching our garland onto the rented cross on the day of. Also one of the groomsmen ripped his pants and Ashley even stepped in to sew it so you couldn't notice! We couldn't be more pleased!

I truly cannot put into words how amazing Something Fabulous is! We used them for day-of coordination, but they were so kind to answer questions for us throughout the year between hiring them and our wedding day. We connected with Trent SO quickly in our consultation call and literally could not hire them fast enough! You can tell Trent and Ashley truly care about their company, their reputation, the services they provide, and most importantly their clients. Trent and Ashley answered emails and questions so quickly and so thoroughly - AND I don't think there was any question where they didn't immediately have an answer. They worked seamlessly with our vendors and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was prepared perfectly for our special day. Trent was our lead coordinator, with Brittni assisting him on wedding day, and I can confidently say that everything was flawless! I was not the least bit stressed or anxious because I knew that we were in fantastic hands. Everything was perfectly executed and I know that was in HUGE part to Trent and Brittni's hard work! I will shout to the rooftops to anyone who will listen how incredible this team is - hire them, you will be BEYOND thankful that you did!

Madison and the Something Fabulous Team were an absolute dream to work with, and they truly exceeded every expectation that we had. Madison was so organized, a great communicator, and brought so much positive energy to every step on the journey! They ensured that our wedding day was completely stress-free and truly magical. They were so intentional with checking in our needs, made sure we always had a drink in our hand, and ensured that all went exactly according to plan, and we had the time of our lives! We would NOT have made it through the wedding planning process had it not been for Madison, Trent and the entire Something Fabulous team. Their positivity, help and support came in at the perfect time. When our venue told us that hiring a day of planner was required, we were initially hesitant because it was not a part of our vision or budget. However, from our very first meeting, I knew that Something Fabulous was exactly who needed to work with - it was clear that helping us plan the day of our dreams was their priority. Each member of the team was kind, personable, supportive and oh so knowledgable in their craft. They were thorough, great listeners, well organized and had great insight when it came to making tough decisions. We are SO appreciative of all Something Fabulous did to help make our wedding day so special and memorable!

ASHLEY AND TRENT!!!!!! I could not brag about Something Fabulous enough. They are seriously the best! Ashley was amazing at helping planning and making sure everything was perfect! She really paid attention to every detail! Trent personally helped me calm a bunch of nerves and was there with me until I walked down the aisle! I was so nervous and Trent was a great support system! They made sure we were fed and also made sure we had a drink in our hand! They made everything so seamless and my husband and I are so grateful! Rachel was also a big help with me and small details which I am grateful!! HIGHLY recommend, as they remained calm with such a crazy family!

There are no words to describe how grateful we were for Something Fabulous. Ashley and Abby created our day to be everything we wanted and more! They were great communicators, were very organized, and so much fun! My husband and I did not have to worry about anything other than enjoying the wedding because we knew we were in the best hands with Ashley and Abby in charge.

They‘re so knowledgable and have perfected balancing executing their clients’ vision and providing their expert opinion when asked. We’re so thankful we chose them to help us plan our wedding! Abby was also very helpful at our rehearsal with a rowdy group!

We hired ‘Something Fabulous’ for our wedding in Currie (just outside Wilmington). Despite the distance from the triangle area, Ashley and Trent were with us every step of the way. My (now) husband and I were totally lost and overwhelmed with everything that goes into planning a wedding so we decided on their full planning service. I’m so glad we did! I had a million ideas and I felt like I was all over the place. Ashley and Trent helped me organize all of those ideas in a tasteful, but cost-efficient manner. As someone that can get carried away way too easily, the budget planner was a savior throughout the entire planning process. With Trent and Ashley’s help, we stayed on budget without compromising any of the visions we had for our big day. On to the wedding day…it was so perfect and exceeded everything I had ever dreamed of. Kari and Brittni were our coordinators for the day and they absolutely killed it. They were consistently attentive and knowledgeable. They made sure I had a drink in my hand all night! I also had a lot of random items I had brought for the welcome table, memorial table, favor table, etc. I didn’t really even know how I wanted it all set up so I gave them creative freedom and the final products were gorgeous, cohesive, and functional. Three things I’ve always heard about weddings: 1. Planning is stressful. 2. There’s a lot of moving pieces that go into a wedding and it’s almost inevitable that something will go wrong on wedding day. 3. They’re expensive. Our experience with ‘Something Fabulous’ taught us that these things can be avoided with the right planning team. Looking back on the planning, I do not remember feeling overwhelmed or worried because I knew Trent and Ashley had it handled. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I certainly didn’t notice. The day went by so smoothly! Everything and everyone was on time. Setup and breakdown was efficient and simple despite all the little (and some big) details I wanted to be included. Our wedding was only as expensive as we wanted it to be. We told Ashley and Trent our budget and they made sure we stuck with it. That was a great feeling to have at the end of our wedding day knowing it was perfect without breaking the bank. So many of my guests have expressed how flawless and fun our wedding was and that is in large part due to the amazing team that ‘Something Fabulous’ is!

Trent provided day of planning services for my wedding and I truly cannot say enough about how vital Trent was to executing a seamless and stress-free wedding day, both before the wedding and day of. He was extremely responsive, pro-active, and always had a problem-solving attitude. Trent was by far our favorite vendor we hired and I cannot recommend Something Fabulous enough!

Do it! Just say “yes” to Something Fabulous. We worked mostly with Ashley through our planning process, but also got the chance to work with Trent early on. They are both phenomenal human beings who really care about helping you create an incredible experience. We did the partial planning option which was perfect for us. We knew we could do a lot of the initial coordination with our vendors but needed some structure and guidance to help us get started in terms of vendor selection and understanding how to break down our budget. The tools and resources they provided made it easy for us to select an INCREDIBLE vendor team, and Ashley was available for questions throughout. The final few months leading up to the wedding Ashley took over the coordination with our vendors which allowed us to focus on getting ready for the big day. Ashley and her team who were with us on our wedding day did a fantastic job making sure everything was exactly as we’d hoped. We cannot say enough good things about Ashley, Trent, and the entire Something Fabulous team!

Trent is such a fabulous wedding planner. He is organized, professional, and made the entire process easier. If we had a question and he didn’t have the answer, which was rare, he got the answer and responded back immediately. Everyone we dealt with at Something Fabulous were outstanding. Our entire family and wedding party fell in love with Trent and his enthusiasm. He is a gem and one of the best decisions we made was to hire Something Fabulous!

I cannot express how FANTASTIC everyone at Something Fabulous Weddings and Events was to work with. My husband and I went into wedding planning with NO IDEA what we were doing, and Trent and Ashley were so patient and so helpful and did everything they could to ensure that our wedding went perfectly. And I mean perfectly! The entire day of the wedding we (the couple) were stress free and happy, and if anything did go wrong, we had no idea. Trent and Ashley were also AMAZING at really taking our vague ideas of what we wanted and turning them into a full blown vision of the perfect Tangled themed wedding. From décor to seating charts, they were always providing the best suggestions. They also went above and beyond to suggest ways that we could be more budget friendly and still keep our vision the way we wanted it! When we first started our planning process we were stressing about where to even begin when looking for vendors, and all that stress vanished when we were provided with a curated list of vendors based on our budget and vision for the wedding. This saved us SO much time and stress, and really let us focus on the details instead of spending hours reading every review for every local vendor. We cannot express how grateful and thankful we are to the team at Something Fabulous Wedding and Events for helping to ensure that our wedding day was absolutely magical. Hiring them was the absolute best decision that we made for our wedding and given the chance to do it all over (not that we ever would), they would be the first people we would go to. Upon first meeting Trent and Ashley, My now HUSBAND and I fell in love with their glowing personalities in which brought a very fun, exciting, & special touch to the planning process of our wedding, overall we felt a sense of security knowing that our every need was well taken care of from that point forward. We received a tremendous amount of information from the Something Fabulous team for every little detail that we wanted as well as some very unique and creative ideas that Trent and Ashley recommended to make our day even more special. The ease of communication was truly a huge help and we found that they both were always one step ahead of us with any need that we had, even if we didn't realize it was needed at the time. Looking back on our Wedding, I can say it was absolutely the most beautiful day of our lives and we are thankful to have the guidance and never-ending support of the Something Fabulous team.

Ashley and Trent are AMAZING! From the first time we met with them, we new we wanted to work with them! We hired Ashley & Trent for their Day of Coordination package, and they truly went above and beyond to make our day special! We worked mainly with Ashley leading up to and on the day of our wedding. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our wedding went as we had envisioned. She was quick to respond to my many emails, helped us stay on track in the last few months, and made sure we had everything we needed for our day to be stress free. We were married on the Friday that Hurricane Ian came through Raleigh, and her and Trent truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was so special, despite the weather and all the last minute changes that had to be made. They executed our day perfectly and made sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it despite having to change our ceremony location/decor the night before due to weather! Ashley worked tirelessly to make sure we still had all the aspects of our day that were important to us, despite the weather. They went above and beyond in every way, even taking time to transport our wedding party and older family members in their car from one location to another so they wouldn't have to walk in the rain. We are so grateful that we booked Ashley & Trent. We cannot speak highly enough of them and promise you won't regret working with them!

Ashley and her team were FANTASTIC to work with!! We used them as day-of planners, but she started helping us finalize our timeline, vendors, and logistical details over a month before the wedding date. As the bride, I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my wedding day, which is worth all the money. Thanks you Something Fabulous for making our day perfect!

Ashley and Trent were my day-of-coordinators and they were an amazing duo to work with! We were originally supposed to have our wedding on November 2020 but had to reschedule it twice and they were so understanding and accommodating about it. They were really responsive throughout the whole process and made sure everything was set before the day of the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, they were super organized and made everything run smoothly. If there were any issues or problems, I didn't know about it because they were so good about resolving and dealing with it. I was a DIY bride so I had a lot of decorations that I made and they did an amazing job setting everything up like I wanted.

Ashley and Trent went above and beyond to make sure every detail was accounted for! They were so organized and helped me stick to a planning schedule so I was never stressed about when things needed to get done. They knew which vendors to connect us with (florist, hair & makeup, etc.), made sure we stayed in our budget, came up with a beautiful design board, and always made sure we had options. Communication was great and always timely. I truly don’t know how I would’ve planned my wedding without them!

If you are reading this, then you're probably looking for a wedding planner. Look no more. Hire Trent and Ashley! Both of them are absolutely phenomenal in their work. However, I worked with Trent during most of the duration and months leading up to my magical wedding day. I have a million amazing things to say about Trent but I will try to narrow them down the best that I can. Trent is so amazingly meticulous with every aspect of the planning process. From flowers, table setting, decorations, to helping me with my wedding shoes he gets an A++. Trent is also so wonderful with making sure you stay in budget. We went over in a few categories, but Trent made sure we budgeted accordingly in other places to stay within our price range. Trent is a friend. I had quite a few meltdowns, and needed someone to vent to often during stressful months. Trent was my confidant and ALWAYS helped me. Trent was my saving grace, angel, rock, (one of the many) biggest supporters (if not my #1) on my big day. My wedding day was literally the most spectacular day of my life, and that's all thanks to him. I could literally go on forever talking about how amazing of a person, professional, and wedding planner he is, but I may cry because that's how special he is to me. You will not be let down in the slightest by hiring Ashley and Trent, I promise.

Trent and Ashley were the secret to our successful wedding! We hired them for day-of coordination/event management. We were immediately impressed by how easy they were to talk to and how detail-oriented they were. Even when we were many months out from our wedding, they were incredibly communicative, and they were understanding and flexible when we had to move our wedding date due to COVID. Once we were a few months out from the wedding, we had a thorough final details meeting where we talked through all the little things—everything from ceremony plans to what kind of napkin fold we wanted at the reception! We used a venue with a very short window for set-up, and they coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure everything was set up in record time and even picked up our cake for us! The whole day, they were working behind the scenes to make sure everything went according to plan, and I didn’t feel like I had to worry at all—they knew what needed to be done much better than I did! Ultimately, everything went fabulously due to their incredible work. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Stop reading this review and book these planners! Best decision of our wedding by far! The day of, we didn't have to lift a single finger because of them! Our whole bridal party got to relax and drink mimosas while they worked their butts off and made our wedding dreams come true! 🥰 In the weeks leading up to our wedding they were very responsive to every email, and took care of contacting all our vendors. Trent and Ashley were patient and understanding when we decided to change our layout 3 times. Trent went to our venue with us to help pick out furniture for our rental space, go over our layout and had great input to help with all of our decisions. I have horrible indecisiveness and Trent was so incredibly helpful with this! We met with Trent multiple times virtually and in person and we felt so at ease and knew Something Fabulous was the perfect fit and they are incredibly well priced. They also have great vendor recommendations and connections (shout-out to our DJ, Willis, at Willis J Entertainment!) ALSO. The bustle on my dress busted and the second it happened both Trent and Ashley were right there with a repair kit helping me fix it and kept me from panicking! I can't say it enough. BOOK.THEM.NOW!

My wife and I had initially tried to plan our wedding on our own. We had developed the macro picture in our mind perfectly, but there were still many many small details and logistics that were causing us enormous amounts of stress. If you are currently planning a wedding and are feeling overwhelmed, Trent and Ashley are the perfect fit for wedding planners! They put us at ease within the first five minutes of our initial meeting and finally took the stress from months of planning and organizing on our own off of our shoulders. We wished we had contacted them much sooner! With our Day Of Coordination Package, they provided the needed guidance and structure in order to execute a truly unforgettable, organized and seamless wedding day. In the weeks leading up to the big day they gave us a detailed final “to do” list to help us ensure that no stone was left unturned and they took over the duties of calling all of our vendors to establish themselves as the main point of contact. The package also included a final meeting with Something Fabulous and the manager of our venue; This meeting provided us with the opportunity to come together as a team in order to review our wedding day itinerary to make sure all logistics were in place. Our favorite aspects of working with Trent and Ashley were their fabulous personalities and their abilities to maintain structure with the wedding party and guests; while also making everyone laugh and enjoy the process! We were also incredibly impressed with their decorating and how they were able to bring our vision of the wedding to reality and make it better than we could have imagined! Hire them! If we could give Something Fabulous Weddings a higher rating than a five, we would do so in a heartbeat! We had the great fortune of working with Trent for our wedding on May 21, 2022 in Raleigh and we just have to say that he is an absolute gem! We immediately clicked with him when we first met via zoom and knew the days leading up to the wedding and the day itself were going to be as stress free as possible. Trent answered all of our questions, hopped on several phone/zoom calls whenever we needed it (including a call with the mother of one of the brides), and met up with us when we came to town. When it came to the wedding weekend, Trent made sure to check in with us and always asked if we needed anything. Trent brought along his fantastic assistant Kari who was just as much of a gem as Trent! Kari also made sure to check in with both of us and even calmed me down when I was getting really nervous as the ceremony was starting. She made sure I was hydrated and staying cool as it was 95 degrees the day of our wedding. Trent and Kari made sure we were sticking to the timeline throughout the night and we never had to worry about anything (we could just enjoy our day). At the end of the night Trent graciously packed up our car with all of our decorations and even drove us back to the hotel so we didn't have to walk. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator to work with. Trent and Kari are the dream team!

Working with Trent and Michelle at Something Fabulous Weddings & Event was the best decision I made during wedding planning! I would 10/10 recommend them to all family and friends for their big days! Both Trent and Michelle were so hands on throughout the planning process, the rehearsal process as well as the entire wedding day. There were a few details that I overlooked in the schedule for the wedding day and Trent was so helpful to make sure it wasn't a big deal at all. He was right there with a solution, a quick fix -- which made the overlooked details not a problem at all. Trent was very detail oriented, he followed my vision for the décor/tables but also provided his recommendations when possible. Both Trent and Michelle had such positive attitudes which is so needed on a busy wedding day. Thank you both for all you did and I wish we could get married AGAIN so we could partner together on another fun event :)

Two words: Fairy Godparents. These two made my wedding day an absolute success and I cannot recommend them enough. The number of things they take off your plate and handle with such ease was truly remarkable. Even things I thought I could handle - nope, they just swoop in. Their advice/suggestions made the final details (aka the ones you didn't even know you had to decide on or even think about) a breeze to resolve. Bonus: A year later on your anniversary, your friends will still talk about how Trent and Ashley did such an amazing job and how your wedding was one of the best they've ever attended.

Stop looking, you found your coordinators 😊 They are the best!!! We could not recommend this team enough; Ashley and Trent were everything we needed and more! Not only were we an out-of-state couple, in a different time-zone (with inflexible healthcare professional hours) but we also had to postpone due to COVID; all the while Trent and Ashley were so accommodating and never skipped a beat. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, with absolutely no stress on our end whatsoever. They are extremely professional and SO much fun to work with. I cannot stress the fun aspect enough; our meetings were filled with lots of laughs, and we always looked forward to chatting with them. We also had a lot of compliments from our family and friends after the wedding as well, raving on how great they did. One hundred percent unmatched service and we are so very glad we got to work with such great people!

As a result of Covid, our wedding was postponed twice and ultimately our plans changed from having a wedding and reception to having an event to celebrate our elopement. Trent, from Something Fabulous, was there for support and advice throughout all of the changes. He promptly responded to any questions that we had and met with us several times virtually and in-person to make sure that we were all on the same page. In addition, Trent was highly organized and professional. He worked with us to create a timeline before our event and did a fantastic job of ensuring that the timeline was followed on the night of the event. Many of our guests commented on how organized he was and how smoothly everything went. Trent has a great personality and is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Trent from Something Fabulous!

I can't recommend these two amazing people enough! They work so well together and their styles compliment each other so well. I really feel like they went above and beyond my expectations. As a bride, I wanted to do as little work as possible. I wanted to pick out what I liked and show up (which seemed like an impossible expectation). They certainly delivered! I had so much fun meeting with them and I felt like our time was very efficiently used. We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and they not only seamlessly transitioned our vendors and plans, but they also handled the decision making process with patience and compassion. On the day of my wedding I was so at peace with how everything was planned and really able to enjoy it despite the crazy circumstances. They ended up feeling like family by the end of our time together. My sweet niece/flower girl had a terrible day because her dress was itchy and her only comfort was her stuffed bunny. Right before we were about to go into the church for the ceremony she lost her bunny and my sister was frantically looking for it. I didn't even get a chance to worry about it because without a word, Trent swooped right in and saved the day with her bunny! They hustled and paid attention to every detail no matter how small! He also joined in on the line dances when we needed instruction and was just overall a joy to work with!

I had a wonderful experience and fantastic wedding because of Trent and Ashley at Something Fabulous Weddings. They were extremely responsive and professional and made the experience fun and easy for me. They guided me through the obvious aspects - and also recommended amazing details that I could easily and inexpensively add to make it special. They were amazing on my wedding day, managing all of the vendors and my guests throughout the long day. When someone accidentally spilled wine on my dress, they were both by my side within 10 seconds, calmly applying the Tide detergent pen to my skirt - and the stain quickly disappeared! I highly, highly recommend them!!!

Trent and Ashley are the best wedding planners/coordinators you could ask for! They really took the stress out of planning a wedding. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything. Trent and Ashley made sure everything ran smoothly and it was just how we pictured it would be. Worth every penny, and more! Not only are they great at what they do, they are great people too.

Oh my gosh... where do I begin?! Ashley and Trent were by far the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. To be honest I wasn't planning on hiring a planner but once we decided to and as we started working with them I instantly became so thankful. We used them as a "day of coordinator." We started most of our communication the month before. They created a timeline and sent it to all my vendors to make sure everyone knew where to be and when. They helped me with last minute vendors such as providing a fantastic florist, adding the missing pieces my center pieces needed and so much more. They were ON IT come the day of as well. The amount of compliments I received about them from our guests were astonishing. So many people could see how hard they were working and you could tell they were just SO GOOD at their jobs. So good I forgot that we weren't their only clients. They probably had a wedding the very next day but I never even thought about that. They made us feel as if we were the only ones they were working with - that's how much time and effort they put into you. One thing I did was let them set up the church and venue how they wanted . I gave them boxes of decorations but for the most part I said "place things where you think it looks best" and let me tell you... our venue looked amazing. I can't thank them enough for how amazing our day turned out. I had ZERO STRESS. I was able to actually take in my wedding day because I knew they had it handled. They set up, cleaned up, and ran the day. Gosh I could write a book about how fantastic they were too work with but I won't. Long story short. BOOK THEM! BOOK THEM! BOOK THEM!

Trent and Ashley were amazing to work with for our November 2020 wedding! They were so helpful and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had, especially regarding Covid guidelines, etc. Our wedding went off without a hitch and we could not have asked for better coordinators. Trent and Ashley are the DREAM TEAM! I honestly don't know what I would have done without Ashley and Trent! My May 2nd wedding was cancelled and we last minute ended up having two weddings in one weekend (one on Friday and one on Saturday) at a different venue. Although there were fewer guest at each event, both events were full out weddings with multiple vendors, music, seated dinners, etc. I had planned on them being "day of coordinators" for my original wedding, but without even asking, they jumped in and took on both of my events. I didn't have to think about a thing leading up to the weekend or during the events. They were with me the ENTIRE weekend, working all day and night Friday and Saturday to make sure everything was perfect. Any hiccup we had, they figured it out quickly and had a solution before I even knew there was an issue. Not to mention they navigated through the whole COVID situation with such ease. They were anything but "day of coordinators" to me. They were absolute life savors! I can't express enough how much you need this team to be part of your special day!

Trent & Ashley literally saved our wedding day! with less than a month before our wedding, our wedding planner decided to be a no-show for our walk-through and we were left without anyone. We found Trent & Ashley and they swooped in to save the day. They met with us the next day and somehow not only organized everything we wanted but helped us make the event even more than we could have dreamed of. They were optimistic and upbeat but helped us stay level-headed and within budget. Seriously the BEST team we could have gotten and we are SO thankful for them!!!

We opted for the partial planning package, and Something Fabulous went above and beyond! I came into the planning process with crippling indecisiveness and a very short timeline (4-5 months) to plan our big day. Ashley and Trent made the planning process SO easy and actually turned wedding planning (something I initially loathed) into something fun! They took a lot of time and care ensuring they understood our vision and priorities, and they helped us navigate some tricky pre-wedding situations that came up with our other vendors. Wedding Day was so smooth, and even though there were probably tons of things that didn't go as planned (as they always do), we had NO idea because Ashley and Trent took care of it all. ALL. I've been a bridesmaid in a few weddings where the planners involved the bride in day-of problems, and it's stressful for anyone to witness/experience. For us to be so blissfully unaware of wedding day emergencies is a true testament to Trent and Ashley's care, professionalism, and ability to see out our vision. We couldn't have pulled off such a perfect day without Something Fabulous!
