As a day of coordinator and as our planner, all the logistics in the lead up and for the marriage day including our preparation for the wedding day, transportation & lodging, photography and videography covering us throughout our offsite and on-site photo locations, coordination of all the vendors for catering and décor and taking us to the finish line insuring cocktail hour, and dinner service all operated so smoothly without a hitch. Throughout the planning process, Rebecca always listened to any of our ideas or concerns, and was able to provided us sound reasoning and recommendations, while addressing our thoughts. She was always on top of everything, exceptionally organized and always keeping track of us making sure we were completing all the various wedding planning tasks needed. It didn’t matter what it was- she was flexible, easy to get ahold of, dependable, and so much fun to work with. By the time the day rolled around, I was stress free and excited to focus and be present throughout the day. My husband and I booked Rebecca as our Officiant for our wedding, we were recommended to her by our planner. We spoke to Rebecca before locking her in, and felt like she had a great understanding of how to express a couple's love for one another and help us write personalized vows for our big day. I am so thrilled and happy we did because she made the whole process so easy for us. We spoke with her two times over video call before the wedding, but the day of it was like we had known her forever. She made the wedding ceremony so special and true to us! She also provided us with details on how to apply & pick up our marriage license, she also mailed it in for us, and provided information for how to do the name change. Rebecca is an incredible planner and coordinator, I would wholeheartedly recommend her and her team to help you make your wedding day as stress-free as possible. We brought Rebecca on as a coordinator and she was invaluable for helping us tie up loose ends (there were many!) and get the whole vendor team ready for a smooth event. We did a few non-traditional things, had various family and friends helping, and the event was in a venue Rebecca was new to -- and she pulled everything off seamlessly! Or, at least that was my experience as the bride, which says a lot! You will not regret one penny spent on Rebecca's kind, attentive, and amazingly organized planning/coordinating. I was pulling my hair out trying to plan a wedding during an intense and stressful season at work, and really not enjoying the process. After bringing Rebecca on, things got so much better, and she was there to problem-solve, manage vendor questions and coordination, and generally kept me sane (i.e. No, I didn't need to be scouring Facebook for a card box if the idea filled me with dread. She'd check to see if the caterer had a basket we could use). I am completely and blissfully unaware of any problems that might have arisen the day of the wedding, and I truly believe that is because of Rebecca's planning and help.

We were connected with Rebecca as our officiant through SimplyEloped. My first impression was that she was super down to Earth and open to anything we had in mind for our ceremony. She was awesome to work with and very responsive to any questions or suggestions we had throughout the whole process. We got married yesterday (10/8/22) and Rebecca led such a beautiful ceremony for us! I received several compliments from guests about how she did such an amazing job. We used Rebecca as a partial coordinator (90 days leading up to the wedding), and it was the best decision we made throughout the planning process. Rebecca went above and beyond from the first day we booked her. She had helpful and interactive tools that helped streamline the process and ensured we knew exactly what needed to be completed along the way and when. For vendor-related items we didn’t need to be involved in, Rebecca handled them like the pro she is; we never once needed to jump in and were told by our vendors that she was great to work with. We were very detail-oriented and had concerns about many smaller items. Rebecca ensured these were not overlooked and was very helpful in suggesting possible solutions, reaching out to our vendors as needed, and keeping us calm. Rebecca helped map out every minute of the big day and ensured everyone involved was on the same page, including all 13 separate vendors we were working with. A handful of these vendors told us that her tools and communication were unlike any other coordinators they’ve worked with before, which helped ensure that everything went off without a hitch. On the day of, she was amazing - helping us get off to pictures on time with everything we needed, ensuring everything was set-up perfectly, checking in with us throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed, and was just on top of everything for us. It allowed us, and our families, to relax. On top of everything else, at the end of the night, there were a couple minor items that were left behind at the venue that many people would’ve probably ignored/disposed of that Rebecca went out of her way to bring to our hotel, showing how much she really cares about every little thing being perfect! We highly recommend working with Rebecca!

My partner and I had a particular, personal vision for our wedding -- but were daunted by the amount of coordination and planning to make it a reality. Rebecca was able to understand that vision, coach and gently guide us through getting everything lined up and in order -- using a software task list and being gracious when I deviated. Hiring Rebecca was the best decision I made in the whole wedding process (besides, you know, deciding to marry my now husband). We hired Rebecca for several services: she was our wedding coordinator, officiant, and sourced a couple of our vendors. In everything we hired her to do, she absolutely crushed it. As an officiant, Rebecca guided us through a ceremony that celebrated our religious and cultural traditions. She was an excellent partner during the planning process, making herself available for regular check ins and providing detailed timelines and checklists to ensure we stayed on track. She was professional with our other vendors and provided clear direction and timelines so our day ran smoothly. I had the pleasure of working alongside Samantha as a vendor for a wedding recently, and let me just say, she is a ROCK STAR planner that clearly takes pride in making her clients' wedding day vision come to life. As the owner of a wedding DJ company I have worked with many planners but rarely am I impressed enough / moved to review them. I would highly recommend Rebecca to any client looking for help with planning and wedding day execution.

This review is LONG overdue. My wife and I had Rebecca plan not 1, but 2 of our weddings. We did the legal quick elopement during 2020 due to covid with a close group, as well as the big celebration the year later. Throughout the process of both of these weddings Rebecca was incredibly helpful, so much so that the only real advice I give to anyone getting married is to GET A WEDDING PLANNER! I know I certainly appreciated all the effort Rebecca put into planning our weddings and I know my wife did even more. She does awesome work coordinating with all of the vendors, important people, and making sure everything goes smoothly. Aside from doing all of the usual stuff you might expect from a wedding planner, with her expertise she does things you would not think of or otherwise be able to do on your own. One instance of this was when she helped us negotiate our food and drink minimum down due to covid and saved us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Rebecca 100% does amazing work throughout the planning process, day of coordinating, and goes way above and beyond making sure everything is perfect down to the smallest detail. I promise you will not regret hiring her to help you plan your wedding.

I’m writing a second review for Rebecca as we hired her last year for our mini elopement and hired her again for our big wedding/reception this year. Bottom line: HIRE HER! Rebecca is awesome at what she does. She is super organized, helps you stay on track for planning, is resourceful in helping you find and work with vendors, and is just a super genuine and thoughtful person to work with! She helped us plan a wedding amid the craziness of COVID, helping address any and all bumps in the road that are inevitable up until the day of! She is there for you and advocating for you throughout the process, start to finish. On the day of the wedding she freaking NAILED it. There are so many moving pieces - each of the wedding parties, the venue, the reception, all of the vendors - and she coordinated and executed everything for us beautifully. She is so thoughtful and well prepared. Need something you forgot? She has it. Know where you’re supposed to be? She does. Vendors supposed to be somewhere at a specific time? She’s on it. Your vision come to life? Yep, she did it. Seriously, our day went exactly as planned because of her. If you are debating whether or not a planner is worth it, I’ll tell you this - YES, especially Rebecca - whether you are having an intimate wedding or a big one!

Rebecca is an absolute rockstar. We ended up working with her for nearly three years thanks to postponing our wedding once due to COVID, and I can honestly say I'll miss having an excuse to chat with her. I deeply appreciated that Rebecca didn't have a singular vision of what a wedding "should" look like. Whenever we asked for what we should do for xyz tradition, she usually started her answer with "Well, you can really do whatever you want." As a type-A bride with a vision who didn't really enjoy wedding planning, Rebecca was the perfect planning partner. She never pushed for a particular result, but she researched options, provided pro/con lists, and helped us remember our priorities. I was particularly impressed with the timelines she started making in the last couple weeks before our wedding day – it was so reassuring to know that I didn't have to keep track of what everyone was supposed to be doing or even where I needed to be. I learned after our wedding day that she even let my partner drop off a surprise gift for me at her house so it was waiting for me at my getting-ready location! All that to say – if you're thinking of hiring a planner or coordinator, you can't go wrong with Rebecca.

Rebecca really made me feel comfortable in helping me put together a speech for my sister's wedding. I was really worried and almost at my wits end to the point I wanted to hire someone to write it. However; Rebecca walked me thru some questions that helped me put how I felt into words and now I have an awesome speech and no anxiety over it. 100% go with Rebecca.

Rebecca is AMAZING!! I was 24 days out from my event when Rebecca was brought to my attention. I had no intention of hiring a wedding planner, as my day had already been largely planned. But I could not be happier that we hired her! She was my go-to with all questions and was a wealth of knowledge. She saw logistical holes in my planning that I had not even thought of. But from a "behind the scenes" perspective, I can tell you she is responsive, extremely organized, truly cares for her clients, and the best part - she has passion for what she does. I worked with Rebecca on a styled shoot this summer, which was a project she designed and coordinated. I was so impressed with her cohesive vision and ability to organize our large group of vendors! The BEST decision we made when planning our wedding was hiring Rebecca of RMP. I don't want to get cheesy or dramatic here, but I tear up when I think about how amazing she made our day and the weeks leading up to it. If you read nothing else from this review, read this: HIRE REBECCA. My husband and I did a more-or-less DIY wedding and made efforts to keep costs low for our daytime, all-in-one venue brunch wedding. However, in the month before the wedding, we realized how difficult it was going to be to execute our ideas with just the catering team and ourselves. With less than a month left before our wedding, we began contacting day-of coordinators and spoke with a few in email and phone before deciding that Rebecca was 'the one.' She was by far the most professional and prepared one we spoke to, with a proposal of how she would be able to join the team so late and make it happen. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Rebecca solved so many problems we didn't even know we had. Turns out, you should really read those contracts! She went to bat for us on a few things that we had in contracts with vendors when they tried to change things. There were several problems that we didn't know we had simply because wedding planning isn't our full time job. The week before the date, she offered to relieve us of the vendor communication so we could (try to) relax and enjoy the days leading up to the event--I couldn't have thanked her more for that. It was non-stop wedding for so long that detaching right at the end was exactly what I needed. Rebecca used a wedding planning website for all communication, which made it so easy to track where we were in the planning process, coordinate with the vendors, design layouts, make lists for things like specific pictures we wanted to photographer to get, etc. She was so organized! The day of the wedding, Rebecca was our everything. She decorated our tables, arranged the ceremony materials, coordinated with all the vendors, and directed guests, and us, through the whole event. Things you don't think about, like where you go after you exit the ceremony or when to tell the DJ that we're ready to enter the reception--she thought of it and directed us and worked with the whole team. Rebecca did it all seamlessly. If there were problems, I didn't know about them. She made sure that we just enjoyed the day without a concern. I wish we had had the foresight to hire her from the start because the month leading up to the event would have been so much less stressful--she would have seen these problems and solved them many months before. But, if you are reading this last minute, get her for day-of coordination! She does so much more than just day-of work. If you are reading this months out, hire her. Seriously. Just stop reading the countless pages of reviews for all these other planners. Hire Rebecca.

Rebecca is such a pleasure to work with! She is organized, extremely detailed, and always has the client's best interest in mind.
