Something Styled

Perfectly executed my vision- which I had trouble articulating and finishing inspiration photos for. They were great at communicating and delivery was smooth. We had beautiful lush tables and a stunning backdrop for our ceremony for a very reasonable fee.

We chose Something Styled for our wedding florals, and were absolutely blown away by the incredible talent, professionalism, communication, and support from the Something Styled team and especially from their principal florist Kira. 
From our first meeting, Kira prepared a detailed and comprehensive vision board that really helped us make sure we were on the same page about our aesthetic goals for our big day. It’s sometimes hard for me to imagine how things will go together without a visual example - so Kira really went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident on how the final arrangements would come to life. She invited us up to their studio and even braved it out in the middle of a heavy snow day to help us pick out vases and tablescapes. Closer to the time, she also invited us out to the flower farm to help see how the flowers would look together in various arrangements, and was super flexible to our preferences. I so appreciate the above and beyond approach Kira took to make sure we were confident going into the big day - and in the end I really could have trusted her with anything because of her sheer talent and artistry. When we arrived to the venue my (now) husband and I were absolutely blown away. It was everything we could have asked for and more - she took our vision and direction and added so much personality, artistic choices, and creativity into our arrangements. I adored my bouquet so much and was completely floored by our beautiful ceremony pillars. Even my husband, who isn’t typically as passionate about these kind of details as myself, couldn’t stop talking about the flowers and said they were his favorite part of the overall decor for the day. 

Kira is a true talent and whether you are more hands on or want to just let her do her thing, I guarantee you will be thrilled with her work! On top of that, she was incredibly kind, enthusiastic, communicative, organized, and professional (as was Sarah, who we worked with a bit as well!)

Planning a wedding is hard. You have a vision in your head that you can't quite articulate and Pinterest can only get so close to matching. Sarah from Something Styled is a mind reader and magician. She knew exactly what I was envisioning and how to bring it to life. My florals were better than I could have even imagined in my head. She went above and beyond at every step of the planning process. Sarah and her team were a dream to work with. From the moment I received the floral proposal PDF I knew I had nothing to worry about. Something Styled absolutely blew our minds on our wedding day with the most stunning florals I’ve ever seen. From the beginning, we knew Sarah and her team would take excellent care of us. She took the time to ask questions about our love story, get to know our vision, and really made our vision come to life in our proposal/storyboard. The pictures speak for themselves! We requested florals to represent the colors of the Colorado flag and resemble what you might see when out hiking in the mountains, wildflowers. The arrangements, arch pieces, bouquets, and cake wreath were the mos beautiful flowers we had ever seen. Cannot recommend working with this team enough!

From the very start Sarah made everything super easy, she knew exactly the look I was going for, was super understanding and helpful when I changed my wedding vision halfway through and made it absolutely stunning!! We hired Ashley as the Day of Coordinator and she took over and took all the worry away!! Ashley was EXCEPTIONAL. She came in mid-way through our wedding planning experience with so much logic, and organization, and was able to really make our vision come to light. Sarah and her team did an amazing job at our wedding! We used Sarah for both floral and month of coordination. Our florals were absolutely stunning and the table arrangements/setup were more beautiful than I ever imagined they would be! Sarah had worked at our venue multiple times and coordinated with all our vendors and the venue to make sure our day went smoothly. Our ceremony was outside and weather dependent, with Sarah being familiar with our venue and location she called exactly what we needed to do in order to beat the rain. She was spot on and it worked out perfectly as it torrential down-poured right after the ceremony once all our guests returned inside. Something Styled is run by my friend Sarah and she did an amazing job with our wedding flowers! Sarah and her team created beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and a floral center piece for our ceremony arch. When we met with Sarah and her team, they took meticulous notes about our wants for the flowers to be simple and elegant for our late summer wedding. They also made sure to not include flowers/greenery that we were allergic too. On the day of, Sarah came to the venue and personally set everything up and she even had extra flower petals to put on the aisle. Honestly, I would not have gone with any other florist for our special day and cannot wait to use Something Styled for future events! Their work and customer service is unlike any other florist. I used Something Styled for both my florals and for day-of coordinator for my August 2019 wedding. The flowers were stunning; so full, fresh and fragrant. The colors complimented my wedding color palette of dusty blue and lavender (dusk). My guests were wowed, as were we, and we gave many referrals throughout the evening. Ashley was the best day of coordinator. For several days prior, she was on top of things, made appropriate suggestions to my timeline and set up. On the big day, she and Erin stayed very busy managing the most beautiful reception. Everything stayed on time and most importantly, all my guests had a great time. I would definitely recommend Something Styled for florals as well as day-of coordinator.

Sarah and Jessie from Something Styled handled my florals, styling, and day-of coordination, and I could not have been happier with the end result! During the planning process, it was really important to me that I picked vendors that I just "clicked" with, and I definitely felt that after meeting with Sarah – I actually didn't even meet with any other floral vendors after meeting with her. Sarah took all of my ramblings and inspiration photos, and dreamed up some magical bouquets, arrangements, and centerpieces. She listened to all of my little, detailed requests, and pulled everything together in a way that gave our wedding a bohemian, laid-back feel while still feeling polished and cohesive. Jessie was our day-of coordinator, and it was a dream having her there. Neither myself, my husband, or any of my family members had to think about a thing on the day-of - she just took care of everything. If there were any issues, I didn't know about them because Jessie has it all covered! My venue actually required us to have a day-of coordinator, but even if your venue doesn't require it, I highly recommended fitting a day-of coordinator into your budget – it will save you so much time and worry in the days leading up to your wedding and on the day of...your future self will thank you! Sarah and her team at Something Styled provided Day of Planning and Coordinating services and floral for our wedding. As a professional operations and logistics specialist, I was a bit weary of needing a coordinator at all. However, I was blown away by not only the expertise Sarah always shared among all areas of the wedding industry, but also the visible joy that she and her team shared throughout the planning process. Sarah helped coordinated an Idaho Springs wedding while I was living in Phoenix. I was so impressed with her management of all the vendors, set up, family dynamics, guests, etc. on the day of the celebration. She even ensured various items were returned to my family that were left on site even though I was on my honeymoon. She truly added to the joy of the wedding and I can't thank her enough!

Sarah and Nicole were the florists for my wedding last month and really made the day so simply beautiful. When I went to see them, I had almost no vision for what I wanted my wedding decor to look like other than basic colors and that I wanted it all to reflect the simple city/warehouse vibe that we had gone with. Sarah was SUCH a joy to work with. I was planning my Colorado wedding remotely so all of our communication was over the phone/via email. As I was shopping around for florists I knew within the first few minutes of our initial call that Sarah was who I wanted to hire. Her floral knowledge was obviously impressive and I was blown away at her ability to take my vision (that I'm sure came across as jumbled words over the phone) and seamlessly put together a very detailed proposal outlining everything I asked for and staying within my budget. She is beyond friendly, easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease. Because my mom lives in Colorado she actually had more face time with Sarah then I did prior to the wedding. She continues to rave about Sarah to this day as well. I would recommend Sarah and her team over and over again!

Sarah was the perfect combination of down to earth/easy to talk to and professional and efficient. She brought a small order to my aunt's home for my wedding shower which was a beautiful preview of what was to come for the wedding. On the wedding day, her team set up quickly, but with attention to detail. The flowers were gorgeous, especially the arrangements she made for the pergola. It made our pictures beautiful. Sarah is a busy gal, but she makes you feel like you are her only client. She also has a great variety of different decorative pieces you can use for your tables, aisle, etc. Sarah was extremely easy to reach via phone and email. I was in constant communication with her. Also, her layout of prices and where items go during your day is very reader-friendly and easy to understand. She goes through it with you so you are familiar with each part of her plan. Sarah was awesome!!!

We hired Sarah with Something Styled as our day of coordinator, florist, and also rented our linens and candles/lanterns etc. with her for our 9/4/2016 mountain wedding. Sarah is hands down, the BEST in the business! She brought my vision to life and absolutely exceeded our expectations. She is incredibly professional, responsive, truly has passion for what she does, and delivers exceptional results. Something Styled was our one stop shop for flowers, planning, beautiful linens from La Tavola, and the decorative details which made things SO easy for us. Sarah handled coordinating all of our vendors and delivering the timeline/seating chart, floor plan, etc. to everyone beforehand which took so much pressure off of us in those very busy weeks before the big day. Hiring Something Styled made everything run seamlessly and we couldn't be more pleased with how our wedding turned out. I cannot recommend Something Styled as a whole, and Sarah in particular, highly enough. I was so impressed that referred 2 other brides to them during my planning process! Sarah is a true talent at all she does for the people she works with and has such a warmth to her! I promise you want her to be part of your wedding (and to be your best friend, really). She has a can-do attitude in every situation I've seen her in and smiles through even the tougher moments of business. If there were 10+ stars to give, that's what I would be giving!

While I wish I could give 5 stars to Sarah I personally didn't have as a great of an experience as it seems everyone else on here did with Pink Paisley Events. The biggest reason I went with Pink Paisley Events as my month of coordinator was because of the fact that she said she would be the one at my wedding assisting everything. I had met with quite a few other companies, but they all subcontracted coordinators so I didn't know who was going to be coordinating our wedding for the day of. So when she told me a few days before our wedding that she would not be at my wedding the day of and that her sister and her sisters husband (both not being experienced) would be my day of coordinator because she had another wedding, I was surprised to say the least. The day of my wedding didn't go as planned. The lighting guy, whom Sarah had told me she was in contact with the night before and coordinated him being there at 2, didn't show up until 5:30 because he thought my wedding was the weekend after. The only reason he made it in time to set up for the 7pm reception was because my mom noticed he wasn't setting up and was the one who called him asking where he was. Also, my biggest concern about my wedding was making sure we stayed on track with the timeline since our time at the venue was so short and I wanted a lot of time for dancing. This was made known to Sarah at our venue walkthrough a month prior. So when it was 9:30 pm and we had to be out of the venue by 11pm and the toasts hadn't even been started, everyone was looking to the coordinator (Sarah's sister and her husband) to get things rolling. They were no where to be found. Thankfully we had our amazing photographers there put a move on things. Sarah is a great person and is very passionate about what she does. I just wish she would've stuck to what she said with her being the one at my wedding rather than trying to double book to make more money.

I wholeheartedly recommend Pink Paisley. You know an event is planned well when the planning becomes invisible. Everyone is having so much fun that the events flow seamlessly into each other. I'm a wedding videographer and when I learn that Sarah is planning my couple's wedding -I cheer inside. For all of Sarah's weddings the couples have always been unrushed and unstressed and thus able to truly savor their day -which means incredible moments for me to capture. Pink Paisley Events worked hard in October, 2014, the wedding of Sarah and Brandon Johns was fanominal! Perfect venue, fantastic view, on time and organized. Sarah (wedding planner) was calm and arranged, every guest was happy and comfortable. Pink Paisley Events is amazing!

If there were 10 starts I would give Pink Paisley Events that review. Some might say it is cliche for Sarah's husband to write a review but it isn't. Some of the main characteristics that attracted me to Sarah was her passion for people, her creativity, entrepreneur spirit, and her ability to serve others. She remained the exact same when planning and designing our wedding. I was that guy who always wen tot family and friends weddings and they were very boring and all looked at their watch to know when the next event was taking place throughout the course of the evening. However, Sarah and Pink Paisley Events proved me wrong with our wedding. It was PERFECT! I couldn't have asked for a better day: the food, the drinks, the weather, the guests, and the design made the entire day perfect. I always tell Sarah I want to go back and relive the moments and press pause because they were that perfect. I can't tell you enough how amazing it was to see Sarah bring our love story to life. Not only that, but all guests still talk about our wedding as being the best wedding they have ever been to. And I give that credit to Sarah. I've attended a couple of events that Sarah planned--a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower--and they were all so beautifully put together. She truly puts her heart and soul into making these events perfect for her clients. Everything is so cute, and she listens very carefully to her clients to bring their vision to life.
