Our florals were exactly what I wanted and I loved that I just gave a vibe and vision and they made it come to life. I appreciated the websites transparent pricing and building out a plan item by item. Robyn was east to work with and gave great ideas when I got stuck. She also was able to reuse pieces throughout the day. It worked out perfectly!

Songbird Floristry's team were wonderful to work with. We initially picked them because of how easy their website made it to pick a style and navigate which different types of arrangements we were looking for- they took a process that had been overwhelming with other vendors and turned it into a fun pick and choose process that ultimately helped create our vision for our special day. We were so excited with how everything turned out- the colors were exactly what we were looking for, and the arrangements were stunning!

We had Robyn provide the florals and decor for our wedding this past weekend, and I can't say enough just how perfectly she captured our vision. We were getting married outdoors at a very beautiful venue, so we really only needed some accent pieces. My husband is a botanist, and during our meeting with Robyn, the two of them really hit it off talking about potential ideas. By the time I saw the venue and my bouquet, I could not have been more impressed. Her pieces were incredible, and more importantly, I appreciated that she worked within our needs rather than trying to dictate any particular direction. She has been responsive, communicative, and in general, so friendly. 10/10 recommend!

I am SO happy we went with Songbird for our wedding florals. Robyn was very communicative, professional, and extremely helpful despite our back and forth decisions on some of the designs. Her pieces turned out beautiful, and I literally couldn't have picked one thing to change. She knew our venue well and worked with our coordinator well. We also loved the pricing transparency while trying to keep within a budget. I chose to do a flower preservation, and am very happy that I'll get to appreciate Songbird's work forever!

Robyn and Songbird were a dream to work with! Great communication whether it was through email, their online wedding planner or phone when needed. I was nervous that the flowers would turn out as I hoped (just using photos and conversations) but she really listened and captured the vibe. My bouquet was even bigger and more beautiful than imagined. The large arrangement for the foyer was a statement piece! She even worked with our venue and the tall ceilings to find a taller arrangements without going too over budget. The pricing seemed fair as well. I'd highly recommend them!

My wedding was December 10, 2022 - Robyn and her team are excellent with communication during the planning process. We are so happy with our decision to go with Songbird Floristry for our wedding. Absolutely best florist ever. My wedding was last Sunday and I purchased a bouquet, a toss bouquet and a mini bouquet for my grandma and all three where drop dead gorgeous. The colors perfectly fit my wedding colors and the quality for the price was amazing. 100/10. Also their website was easy to navigate which I super appreciated. Robyn did a phenomenal job on my wedding flowers!!! Of course when you book any vendor online, without seeing their work in-person, it’s nerve wracking. One of the biggest items I kept hearing from my parent’s generation is how important the flowers of a wedding are. And how you want to walk into the reception space and SMELL them everywhere. That was exactly the reviews I got from all of my guests who noted that overwhelming fragrance when seated for dinner. Robyn delivered all of the flowers to my bridesmaids that were decorating the reception hall, installed my arbor piece by hand, and added flowers to my cake as well. I am so very pleased by Robyn’s communication throughout the process, making some last minute changes for me, and delivering a statement piece of the wedding. The flowers were fresh, and homegrown, and absolutely beautiful. I can’t put it into exact words, but they reminded me of my grandmother, and it felt like it was her way to be incorporated into the wedding day, as she passed nearly 25 years ago. Robyn, your work meant so much to me, and although we unfortunately didn’t even get to meet (as I was getting ready, when flowers were delivered), I want you to know how much it meant to me. Robyn with Songbird Floristry was an absolute delight to work with. She was quick to respond and easy to communicate with from when I inquired to even after our wedding day. I really appreciated the time she took to share about her flower farm, and to get to know me and my husband and our vision for our wedding day. She worked well with us with our style, budget, and seasonal flowers to create beautiful displays. She was amazing to work with, and was able to be so creative to find flowers and greenery that fit our vision even after an unseasonably cold and wet Spring!! We had so many compliments on the flowers, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more beautiful for our wedding day. My bouquet was everything I dreamed of, and the other florals were designed perfectly to match our decor and color palette! I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for floral arrangements for any occasion!!

Robyn responded very quickly to my request, and we were quickly able to set up a phone call consultation to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She was very knowledgable and helped me pick the perfect flowers for my bouquet. She also accommodated my special requests! We were easily able to pick up the flowers the morning of the wedding. They looked amazing and fit the theme perfectly. I highly recommend her!

Some parts of the service deserved 5 stars such as the on time delivery, the easy to use design tool and easy booking! It was very convenient and was more affordable since I wasn't getting any big ticket flower items. I did love the bootineers the groom and his groomsmen got too. The parts I didn't like was the single variety clutch for my maid of honor was just wilted lilys, nothing else. it was 6 or 7 not in bloom lily's and they had brown spots. I also felt like my bouquet was subpar because it had the same wilted lily's and the colors were more bright and didn't match the vibe. I also emailed them more than a couple days before my wedding to reach out and ask what types of flowers they were using and I didn't ever get a response, I figured they were busy but it would've given me some time to make sure the flowers would match my wedding colors. overall I give 3 stars. I didn't hate my flowers or anything (besides the clutch which was very disappointing for the price. I could've went to a garden and got the same thing for free) and the service besides the unanswered email was good.

Robyn and Songbird were my clear choice when I was getting information, and I'm so glad I had them! I consulted with 2 other local vendors. First, Robyn's price tool helped me make sure I stayed within my budget. The other vendors both asked me my budget, but then my quote was more. I was told that, for what I wanted, that was when that would cost. Second, Robyn was the only florist who I felt was invested in giving my the best product AND what I wanted. I told all three the types of flowers I wanted. Poppies were one of them, but I was married in February. Robyn gently said, "I know you want that - And I can probably get it - but they won't look good for long. What about..." And I got MULTIPLE compliments on the arrangements and the bouquet. Lastly, Songbird was timely and hand-placed the flowers on my cake. I was very happy.

Our wedding flowers were absolutely perfect! Robyn was extremely communicative and was very patient and accommodating as our vision changed - she truly captured what we wanted. We were also able to rent our arbor and candles from her (such a bonus) and the arrangements were beautiful.

Robyn was wonderful, and absolutely the perfect choice for my wedding florals! From the very first inquiry, Robyn was so easy to work with. Her website and floral planning tool is SO transparent! This was so refreshing to not have to wait on a quote, and to see exactly what each individual item would cost and to be able to adjust my plan accordingly. Her pricing is also straight forward- all of the containers are included in the price so there was nothing to return after my wedding, and the installation was included with the delivery! So convenient! Robyn was always available, and quick to respond when I had any questions, or just wanted to brainstorm ideas with her. Most importantly, she NAILED the final vision- everything was so perfect, and even more beautiful than I could have imagined (especially my bouquet!!!). Robyn, we cannot thank you enough!!!

Robyn completely astounded us with the floral arrangements she put together for our wedding in Hood River, Oregon. During our phone call she got a sense for the style and colors we wanted, but outside of that we let her be creative. Everything was absolutely beautiful, from arbor decorations, to our bouquets, to the floral arrangements. The planning tool that songbird floristry uses also made it so easy to plan the pieces that were needed and the follow-up call with Robyn was really helpful.

I have to admit judging by their photos on their website and Instagram I was a bit nervous as to whether or not Songbird Floristy would really be able to deliver regarding the kind of floral displays I had envisioned for our wedding. I was really looking for fall colors and rustic farm themed displays consisting of a lot of browns, yellows, and deep reds (think lots of pampas grass etc). When I arrived at the venue I was completely BLOWN AWAY by what an absolutely fantastic job they did, they completely NAILED IT! We are still receiving compliments from guests on how beautiful and perfect our floral displays were. Highly recommend for anyone getting married in the fall and wanting fall colored and rustic themed floral displays!

I’m only giving 3 stars because I worked with her twice (this year and last) and last year was great, this year however was just okay. She met us in person and we went over all the details (I wanted a wildflower feel, talked about my colors, what I was looking for, etc.) My covid ceremony flowers were amazing and exactly the style I wanted. She even added in some duck feathers to my grooms boutonnière (he’s a dunk hunter) and he loved it!! However, I had given her all of my colors (pinky mauve, purple wine, and navy) and the flowers were mainly bright red. Which was ok simply because none of my bridesmaids would be there so we wouldn’t have clashing colors. Fast forward to this year- we finally got to have our big reception and wanted to do another ceremony so our bridal party could be involved. I got my flowers paid for (and they cost quite a bit) and sent her an email asking to take out the bright red from the flowers. She replied saying it would not be a problem. The flowers I received were honestly just kinda boring. She included the blue thistle that I really loved, but that was basically the only color in the bouquet. The rest was muted very light pink and white. The roses and white flowers were also beginning to wilt already! The bridesmaids bouquets were the “single variety clutch” and I feel like I only paid for the convenience of not doing them myself. They were crazy expensive for a tiny bunch of plain flowers that wilted that night (even though we kept them in water for all but the ceremony). I was also disappointed at the size of my “sign flowers”. The website showed a pic of a much larger arrangement than I got.

Robyn was great to work with leading up to the wedding - she offered advice and insights quickly so I felt confident with the decisions made. On the day, she had a helper delivering the flowers and this individual was a bit late and not particularly friendly / communicative. It wasn't a deal breaker but noticed by many of my family members helping with setup. Also, some of the flowers were pretty wilty / not fresh. Again, not a huge deal for me but could be for others. We got the eucalyptus table runners and those were beautiful. The price was great and the communication regarding ordering needs was perfect for us.

Robyn with Songbird Floristry is absolutely a necessity for your next big event! We worked with her to do all of our flowers for our wedding last month and we could not have been more pleased with the results. We had one consultation with her months ago and with that she created everything we dreamed of and more! In the midst of a completely chaotic season for all wedding vendors, I can say Robyn was one of the only vendors we had that provided spectacular communication. She responded to all our last minute changes and created a masterpiece. We could tell Robyn is passionate about what she does. She is flexible, kind and timely. On the wedding day, her and her assistant knew exactly what they needed to do and got it done without having to contact myself or my husband, which was very much appreciated. She will also work with you to make sure you get all that you need within your budget. She provided us with great ideas to repurpose flowers and save some money which we would never have thought of ourselves. Big or small, Robyn can make your flower dreams come true!

I found Songbird Floristry on Wedding Wire when I started searching for a florist. When I started looking through Robyn's work I was stunned at how beautiful her floral pieces were. I had an idea of what I wanted for my wedding, but wasn't exactly sure what to ask for. Robyn made the process extremely easy. In her initial consultation she helped with deciding on which florals were best to use to fit my vision and what arrangements would be needed for our venue. She was also very flexible when I decided to change my centerpieces a few months out from the wedding as well as the time we needed them delivered. When it came to the day of my wedding I was absolutely blown away at the amazing job she did. The gazebo draping, centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, all the way down to the flower girl crowns were perfect and better than I could've ever envisioned. The floral was one of the most important parts to me when planning our wedding, and Robyn's work was one of my absolute favorite parts of my big day. Robyn with Songbird Floristry is absolutely amazing to work with! She has such amazing creativity, artisticness and designs beautiful floral pieces that are so entirely unique. She raises a majority of her florals at her farm, making it sustainable and seasonal. From large, lavish celebrations to small, lovely micro weddings, Songbird Floristry can provide and create everything!

Our experience with Songbird Floristry was a poor one due to a combination of COVID-19 and the resulting customer service that we received. My husband and I had booked Songbird's services for our wedding, which was originally scheduled for May, postponed to September, then ultimately cancelled due to the virus. While we appreciated Songbird's willingness to allow us to initially postpone, they were less understanding when it came to us requesting a refund. We were told that we would not be refunded our deposit, despite there being no language in our contract stating that deposits were non-refundable or that refunds were not allowed. Songbird cited a clause in the contract that stated that there are no reductions allowed and said that this would be considered a "100% reduction." Generous parsing of the language aside, we simply wanted our money back on account of not receiving any rendered services, and because there was nothing legally or contractually preventing us from doing so. Considering the circumstances (and that we made it clear that we had every intention of still giving Songbird our business if and when we could definitively reschedule), we did not believe this to be an unreasonable request. In response, Songbird offered us credit or the opportunity to keep our deposit with them for a rescheduled wedding in the future, but given how uncertain everything is right now, we have no idea if or when we'll be able to reschedule; that's to say nothing of the fact that $600+ in our pockets now is more useful to us than sitting on hold for a wedding that may or may not happen. When appealing to decency did not prevail, we filed a complaint with the Oregon DoJ's Consumer Protection Agency in an attempt to seek outside mediation. Songbird still refused to reconsider (even a compromise in which a partial refund was granted would have been sufficient), stating that COVID-19 did not void our contract and that "couples continue to marry every day." In a time where hosting a wedding could literally be a matter of life and death -- especially for older members of our families -- it seemed flippant to us that part of Songbird's counterargument was that plenty of people are still having weddings, suggesting that our cancellation was a matter of choice rather than our hands being forced by a global pandemic. We had no desire to cancel our own wedding and deal with the logistical fallout that resulted, including trying to recoup losses that occurred by no fault of our own. While we have no doubt that Songbird will have a statement of their own to make about this debacle (which they are well within their rights to do), we nonetheless felt compelled to share the facts about our experience so as to warn potential customers about who they are going into business with.

I cannot express how happy I am with our wedding flowers from Songbird Floristry! My bridal bouquet was spectacular and my bridesmaid's bouquets were exactly what I wanted as well! The details she brought in were perfect and the colors were exactly to my specifications. She really listened to my vision and delivered flowers that fit that exactly. She also had a wonderful website that was easy to navigate that helped us select what we wanted.

Robyn was wonderful to work with for our wedding in October. We originally planned to go with another florist but were then told they weren’t available for our date, so we began looking again. I was drawn to Robyn’s amazing reviews and all the great examples of her work displayed in her photo gallery. She was warm and friendly when we met, and I felt like she understood what I was going for. She had helpful suggestions and was always very professional and prompt in replying to any communication. She made sure to reach out to me a few weeks before the wedding to check in. On our wedding day everything was delivered and set up on time and looked beautiful. Choosing Robyn to be our wedding florist was one of the easiest decisions we could have made. Our first meeting showed me that she was organized, passionate about her work and florals in general, and that we could entrust her with helping us build a reasonable, yet gorgeous floral package. She was wonderful to work with, understood exactly what we wanted, when I wasn't always able to articulate what that was in floral-speak. She sent us a detailed breakdown, and a reasonable amount of time to make changes (which came in handy when our bridal party numbers fluctuated, and our wedding vision changed slightly). Robyn was extremely respectful and inclusive for our wedding as well, never assuming that either of us were wearing a suit/dress or wanted only a boutonniere or bouquet. This is truly something that we had some vendor-anxiety about, but even in the first meeting by treating our union just as any other, she helped me feel comfortable. She helped us find creative ideas to make the most of our florals, and followed through with some unique requests (gorgeous bridesmaid cuffs, and she remembered that I wanted herbs in my bouquet to honor my late father and our love of cooking together!) At some points, I was afraid of being talked out of reducing the size or amounts of some items, but I never felt pressured into or out of any of our decisions. Robyn made the florals of our wedding absolutely perfect, and added a fresh, fragrant and beautiful touch to every aspect of our day. I could not have asked for a better florist to work with than Robyn! She was SUPER quick to respond to all my e-mails (believe me, I had a lot of questions!) from the very beginning, which was so important to me as a bride planning the biggest and best day of my life! Also, she was more than willing to work with my now-husband and me to make sure we stuck with our budget. Robyn really listened to what I pictured for our wedding, and she delivered that - and so much more. I thought that I would attempt to DIY our centerpieces, and by the week before our wedding I realized I was way out of my element. I called Robyn in a panic, and she told me not to worry and she would add them to what she was already working on. She lifted a weight off my shoulders, and I could not be more appreciative. Robyn was great, she brought all my vision to life for classic elegant flowers. She was easy to work with and I appreciated that she had vases she was able to rent so that I wasn't stuck with them after the wedding. Returning the vases to her was simple as well. She was prompt on all communication and everything was perfect.
