floor to ceiling windows overlooking the LI Sound, a little private beach, and a gorgeous patio space for the ceremony. It was an absolutely gorgeous venue and everytime we had a meeting it was better than I remembered. Brittney and Diego made everything so easy for us and they were so sweet! I definitely needed a lot of help from them since I didn’t have a florist, and they did a fantastic job setting out the decor I brought. My Bridal Attendant was Ada and my Maitr D was Megan. They were so fantastic. We had custom signature drinks and they were delicious! I’m used to a lot of wedding venues watering down drinks, but Soundview definitely did not! Also the food was some of the best I’ve ever had in my life! Cocktail hour and reception food were so yummy! And we have Taco Bell as our exit station. You absolutely cannot go wrong choosing this venue, and they were easily one of the least expensive venues we toured, and you get so much for the value!

undview team made everything so easy for us. They were all so friendly and made us feel really special by going above and beyond for us. The food was incredible! Our guests are still talking about the food beginning from the cocktail hour all the way through to our desserts, including our Chipwich add-on. Props to not only the Chef, but also the workers that made sure everyone received their food timely and to their liking. The place itself was so pretty and made our day feel really romantic. It had rained the day before, as well as in the morning, and we had thought we wouldn’t be able to do our ceremony outside but the Soundview team assured us it would be no problem once the rain stopped and that is exactly what happened! Additionally. the Soundview Team carted us on golf carts down to the beach as well to capture an amazing sunset photo that magically appeared. Seriously, the wedding was nothing short of sensational. Our wedding was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations thanks to Soundview. We are so thankful to have picked Soundview for our wedding venue, we will never forget our time there! ’d have to settle but the second we stepped foot into Soundview we knew we had found the one. The waterfront views are absolutely stunning and the ceremony is clean, elegant and spacious. During the planning process they were organized and so responsive to any questions no matter how big or small. They have one wedding at a time which means you can drop decor off early which made everything easier and less stressful. The space can hold more people but with only 100 it didn’t feel small or empty it was absolutely perfect. They have quality and consistent staff so I was working with the same individuals the entire process and knew who I’d be spending my wedding day with as well which was a huge relief and is hard to find in this industry. I think it’s a testament to how wonderful this place is. On the day of the wedding every single person was so amazing all day! Our guests are saying the views were to die for, the food was the best they’ve had at a wedding and that all the staff was just so kind and accommodating to them! “Tastefully elegant” was used to describe the venue by multiple people and we couldn’t agree more. I sent them a quick description of how I wanted the space decorated but gave them creative freedom because they’re so talented and trustworthy. I walked into the space the day of my wedding completely blown away by how beautiful it looked; it was better than I ever would have imagined myself. The banquet manager, Maitre’d, bridal attendant, wait staff and bar tenders were all so attentive not only to us but also to our guests. If I asked for anything it had already been thought of and taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better or more perfect experience and truly hope to be invited here as guests of a wedding one day so we can experience it all again! I could go on and on about how amazing our day was but just know booking Soundview means you are in the best of hands!!

hing is truly special. Brittany was there to answer every question we had leading up to the big day. We live out of state and Brittany accommodated us when we were visiting to try the food and visit the venue. She helped out so much the day off, and even helped us get our table seating chart written, because we had an oops lol. That’s unheard of. Opened the venue early to get hair and makeup done. She crushed it! Then, there’s Diego…there are no words to describe the amount of heart he poured into our wedding. He was EVERYWHERE! Attentive to every need, even the guests complimented how outstanding he was. The consummate professional. You can catch him doing landscaping, touch ups, getting the bird droppings off the window, and then get dolled up and be the best maitre de you could ever ask for. We love you man! Donna, who bartended might as well be part of our family at this point. She was the best, not to mention her landscaping abilities to boot, the venue is pristine and beautiful. Taylor, our attendant was phenomenal. So kind, and even made sure to pull our photographer out for our “second sunset”. She was there every step of the way. Sandy feet and all. It’s hard to find people that care so much about what they do. The food was abundant, and so amazing. One of our friends ate so much with the insane cocktail hour spread, because he wasn’t aware that a three course dinner was upstairs. Highest compliments to Nick the head chef and his team. He was so helpful to us make the choices to have a well rounded, most amazing food experience for us and all our friends and family. We also decided to book the rehearsal dinner at Soundview and we were not disappointed! Also the Vendors that Soundview provided were fantastic! My husband works in the wedding industry and has seen and played about 100 venues, and this one just far exceeds the special factor. you in like you are family, which is exactly the feel we wanted and not to mention the most beautiful ballroom and huge windows looking out to the sound. We soon met Diego and Brittany, who were so accommodating and answered any questions we had for the day. My bridal attendant, Taryn. Just wow. She carried my extremely heavy train for me and never left my side the entire night. She recommended bustling my dress since I couldn’t really dance while holding it. Diego grabbed pins and was able to give my dress a bustle. What man can bustle a wedding dress in less than 5 minutes? I was in awe and forever thankful for this! Diego even stood next to our photographer and took pictures of us throughout the night and recorded our first dance without us even noticing or asking and shared them with us the following day❤️Taryn came up to me at the end of the night and teared up reading one of the poems my husband had wrote for me that was framed at the venue and said how much she loved us as a couple. It was such a sweet moment and just shows how much they truly care about your special night and genuinely are good, down to earth people. The whole night was so smooth and Brittany was amazing in making sure we stayed on time and everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious and I am still getting compliments! Two months later, and we still have guests tell us how that was the best wedding they've ever been to. The food and service we received were exceptional. They were professional, personable, caring and attentive. They were such a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. place for you ! From the time we booked to the day of Brittney ,the banquet manager, was in constant contact with me answering emails and any questions I had within hours of sending. We also met with Diego who is the Maitre D a few times before the wedding and he is AMAZING does it all !! He was so on the ball all night long and made sure everything ran smoothly. I even had trouble with my bustle and he pulled out a needle and thread and sewed it in place on my dress ! Wedding day we were allowed to arrive to the venue whenever we wanted which was great because we were not rushed for pictures ! The Ceremony space is beautiful overlooking the sound and hearing the waves crash as we got married is something ill never forget. Ballroom is gorgeous ( simple elegant is what I like to use to describe it) and the food was delicious, we got many compliments about cocktail hour and the taco bell exit station they set up was a huge hit !!

From the beginning, Brittany was so helpful, accommodating , and always available for questions. The showcases they had at the venue were helpful and comforting with planning the wedding. The recommended vendors were great! Brittany and Diego really made us feel confident that the wedding would go smoothly and be everything we wanted it to be in the weeks leading up. The day of our wedding was truly remarkable. The weather was perfect which truly brought out the beauty of Soundview. The views of the LI Sound were incredible and the venue it self was set-up so beautifully. The cocktail hour was a big hit and many people complimented how good the food was and how much there was. The staff went above and beyond and truly made it a great experience for all of our guests. Each of the workers for each table were all incredible. The main courses were also delicious and again received so many compliments. The dance floor is a perfect size and was the place to be! ur day as fun and stress free as possible. we got to spend the day at the venue getting our hair and makeup done and i was the only bride there. The location is absolutely breathtaking and the ballroom is gorgeous! the staff? omg the staff was truly! incredible. Michael, Diego, Tauryn and Chris are amazing at what they do and truly were by our side every step of the way! they are a well oiled machine! i have a pretty crazy family dont we all and they were very helpful and understanding! also i left my louis vutton bag at the wedding hall after the wedding and diego went back to the venue to ensure i get it back! thanks so much diego! if you want to have truly the best day of your life have your wedding at soundview caterers!

I have so many wonderful things to say, I'm not even sure where to begin, but it would have to be with the Soundview team, who are absolutely incredible. Brittany is on it! She makes sure you have every little detail covered (and even reminds you to place your order for your wedding cake when you've completely forgotten to do so yourself.) Diego is beyond helpful, so organized, and the most kind person I've ever worked with. He doesn't miss a beat either! He makes you feel like family. Chris was an added bonus, he pays attention to detail, keeps everyone moving in the right direction and makes sure everyone is looking sharp! And lastly, Taylor, my bridal attendant, was so patient and calm, exactly what a bride needs on her wedding day. Having this crew allowed my husband and I to have an absolute blast at our wedding. We had ourselves the wedding of our dreams. We didn't have to worry about a thing and the whole day went off without a hitch. Our guests RAVED about the food at cocktail hour. And all of the Soundviews suggested vendors were fantastic, especially our photographer Matthew Adams and our DJ Rafael from Ultimate Sounds. dview team. Soundview itself is stunning. The ceremony area is outside and adjacent to the ocean, but not on the water, so you don’t have to deal with the sand. Our wedding photos were so beautiful with the water in the background. The banquet hall is also stunning. Wood floors with light colored walls and very light, classy gold accents. There are floor to ceiling windows so guests can see the sunset during the party. We got married on the 4th, so everyone could watch fireworks from the different towns across the bay. It made the night even more awesome and magical. The food is also really good and they give you SO many options. People told me they were so full by the end of the night, they couldn’t eat any of the late night snack/favors we provided. The crab cakes were a huge hit with our guests and so were the cookie dipped in chocolate/ice cream combos (and wedding cake) for dessert. Their package includes an open bar (and your choice of signature drinks) which was a huge plus. The staff is AMAZING. I was a bit of a neurotic planner and Brittany was extremely responsive to my questions and requests. The day of the wedding, we felt like royalty. They made everything go smoothly and took care of our (and our guests’) every need. They are GREAT with allergies (the groom is severely allergic to peanuts). They provide you a bridal attendant and she was so sweet and helpful, always holding dress and getting me water (and champagne!). Overall you can’t go wrong with this venue. People told me it was one of the best weddings that they have ever been to!

The place is drop dead gorgeous, the outside ceremony space is right on the water and you can hear the waves which is so relaxing. The inside/outdoor cocktail hour space has more delicious food than you can ever imagine! The reception room is rustic/glam with gorgeous wood floors and beautiful glass chandeliers. Brittany, Diego, Chris, Taryn run the show and do a phenomenal job making sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule. You will have Not a single thing to worry about at this venue. They take care of everything for you. They set everything up and ensure you are happy with it. Throughout the entire process they are accommodating and very responsive. They only do one wedding a day which is something we wanted. Everyone has been raving about how delicious all the food was and how there were so many different options to pick from! RUN DONT WALK to book your wedding at Soundview!!! It was the best decision we made!

was also an angel who got shiz done! Chris was a wonderful surprise because we didn't know that he was going to be part of the wedding-gang, and boy was he on it. He was on us making sure we were comfortable and happy throughout - he even held onto our pup Captain before the ceremony!! Our bridal attendant killed it throughout the whole night!! Chef Nick and his crew are INCREDIBLE - all anyone could talk about was the food - our guests thought the cocktail hour was the main course because of how much there was AND how good it was; they were surprised when they saw the menus at their tables! There were a few things here and there that I would change or have planned better (my fault, not theirs), I wish that treats from our exit station were saved for myself and my husband. We should have been a bit more vocal about not putting containers with water in our boxes at pack-up (one box had a container with flowers spill and ruin some papers, but nothing important thankfully). I did also get some FOMO from seeing the venue post photos from other weddings and not mine, but maybe I should have said I'd love for them to also take pictures? Despite that, this place is fabulous & will do all that they can to make you feel good during your event which is what matters. The Soundview fam made us feel wonderful and don't let one spoiled apple in the bunch ruin this day or decision.

The day flowed seamlessly, so we didn't have to think about anything. Every guest raved about what a fabulous wedding this was. The food at the cocktail hour was so plentiful, people from out of state thought this was the main meal. Brittany and Diego were always available for questions and were prompt in responding. There are golf carts provided to transport any guest that has difficulty walking, down to the ceremony at the water. There is one bathroom on the lower floor, but the few guests that had some difficulty maneuvering, were encouraged to use the bridal suite. It was the most incredible, memorable day for our families! thank you!

The week leading up to the wedding they were phenomenal and so was Michael, very willing to help and accommodate us with anything! Our wedding day was magical and I was honestly in awe of everything Soundview and their team did for us. I have to say the best moment for us was when my husband and I went into the bridal suite and they had food set up in there for us from the cocktail hour, we took a few minutes to just enjoy one another and I didn't realize how nice it was to have that moment alone until we had that to sit and take it all in! The day was stress free and absolutely beautiful thanks to Diego, Brittany and the Soundview family! Highly recommend Soundview for a wedding, party or any other event, they were incredible!

view from the reception hall to the water is breathtaking! The room is, too.. Large, elegant, well-appointed. We booked this back in May 2019, originally for a wedding in October 2020. Then COVID struck and we had to postpone the reception until October 2021. In the interim, the owner was very unpleasant and intransigent to deal with, but I am glad we persisted. The vow renewal by the water and reception last month was spectacular! Diego, the maitre d', and Brittany, the venue point person, were the best -- accessible, professional, creative, and endlessly patient and attentive. You couldn't have a more beautiful setting for the ceremony, with sunset in the background! The food in both the cocktail hour (amazing variety!!) and the dinner was delicious and provoked many compliments from the guests, the liquor was top-shelf and they worked with our special requests for sangria, etc. Every single thing went off flawlessly; the bride and groom (AND her parents) were relaxed and able to enjoy every moment knowing the evening was in very capable and caring hands. The owner aside, Soundview Caterers, and its staff, really know their stuff! I never thought I would say this, but it was worth every penny!

. These are extremely rare qualities, but were all high priorities for my husband and I while planning. Soundview Caterers literally blew all of the other venues we visited out of the water. Soundview caterers to whatever you want for the day of your wedding. We booked with them over two years in advance and they were one of the BEST decisions we made! They made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress free. I had no concerns leading up to and on the day of our wedding because I knew they would take care of everything, and they absolutely did exactly that. They say something always goes wrong at your wedding, but literally nothing did. Soundview took care of every single detail and made sure we were happy the whole day. Diane, Diego, Lia, and Micheal were all amazing to work with and made sure our day was everything we ever wanted. They truly treated us like family and their attention to detail made everything even more beautiful than I had imagined. They surpassed my expectations and created the intimate atmosphere that I was invisoning for our special day. We got married on Superbowl Sunday and my father is a huge Chiefs fan and they created a beautiful watermelon sculpture for the Chiefs especially for him, which was an incredibly sweet, touching, and such a cool surprise for all of us! Who does that?!...family...and that’s exactly how you will feel and will be treated the entire time. The food is incredible and all of our guests were raving about it both during cocktail hour and at the reception. We had several guests with very strict dietary needs and they were able to accomodate all of them without any issues or complaints. While we were a little bummed to not get beautiful Soundview sunset pictures due to it being cloudy they told us we are more than welcome to come back to get them at another time. Everyone went above and beyond to create the wedding day of our dreams which we will cherish forever! We cannot recommend the entire team at Soundview enough! Book your wedding there you will not regret it!

The reception area is absolutely beautiful—it can accommodate up to 200 guests, and they can also put up an unobtrusive screen to cut off part of the room if your wedding party is on the smaller side (they did this for me--I had 100 guests and it didn’t feel cramped or too big, it was just right). There is a really beautiful 1920’s-esque bar, and an amazing view of the ocean. The lower floor contains the bathrooms and another dining area, which is where cocktail hour is hosted. This too contains a large, beautiful bar, an outside patio where guests can go, and a baby grand piano! We hired a pianist for an hour, and guests loved it. Lastly, there’s a walkway down to the ocean. One of the best features of the Soundview is that this whole area is yours for the day. They only book one wedding per day, so your guests can have the run of the place and go wherever they want. It’s also incredibly practical: you have a drop-off appointment where you give them everything you want put out for your wedding and they put it all together for you, but you or a family member can also go there the day-of, if you forget anything at your formal drop-off appointment. I found this to be a huge stress-reliever. Just knowing that I could go there if I needed to and make changes was a big weight off my shoulders. The food is superb. And the food you get for cocktail hour is ridiculously good—there’s SO much and each dish is better than the last. When we arrived they took us into the bridal suite, so that we could relax for a half hour and have time to regroup, and they brought us a sampler of everything people were eating at cocktail hour. I could’ve cried in joy. We didn’t know they would do that and it was AMAZING! And that brings me to one of the best features of the Soundview, and that is the people who work there. Michael, the owner, works hard to accommodate you as a client. The amazing food, I hear, can be attributed to him being a chef. Diane is the main contact after you sign your contract and she was amazing to work with. Best of all, she gives great advice if, like me, you were unsure of basically everything. Diego, the maître’d, was so attentive, polite, and genuinely invested in making sure the night went well. You also get a bridal attendant, and mine was absolutely lovely. She was always on hand to help with anything, be it your veil coming undone, bustling your dress, or finding your shoes. At the end of the night one of the valet drivers came up to me to thank me for tipping them, which I thought was so sweet. Truly everyone there is just so genuinely kind and good people. The best part was, after we got to our hotel room and were looking through our things, we saw that they had written a sweet message for us on our cake box, AND took a picture of all of the staff with our polaroid, put it into our guestbook, and wrote a beautiful message on behalf of all of the staff at Soundview. I was so surprised and touched! Honestly, I know I’m repeating myself here, but I can’t recommend this venue enough. I would give them 100 out of 5 stars if I could! They made this whole experience as stress-free as possible, and it was a beautiful and memorable night. Thank you so much, everyone at Soundview!

Our Maître d’, Diego, and his assistant, Diane, were on top of everything throughout the night. Andrea, the bridal attendant, was omnipresent, but unobtrusive. That is, she was always there, but you didn’t realize she was there until she was filling a need you didn’t even know you had. Donna was amazing behind the bar, anticipating drinks from guests as they approached. Everyone at Soundview was the same way – you didn’t realize they were there until they were doing something to enhance your experience! The cocktail hour had an incredible amount of delicious food choices, followed later by perfectly cooked entrees. It was a wonderful evening, in part because of Soundview’s preferred vendors, of which we used and highly recommend – Pedestal Florist, Matthew Adam Photography, and the band, Crossing Midnight Entertainment. All were instrumental in our daughter’s phenomenal wedding day! Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended, so if you are planning an event on Long Island in the future, there is no need to look elsewhere, choose Soundview!

She was by my side all day and night helping me with my dress and my flowers and making sure I had everything that I needed. And of course, our banquet manager Diane! She is a truly an amazing woman and now our friend. My dad has not been well this past year and every time we communicated, Diane would always ask about him. She knew I was worried about his health on the day of the wedding, and she made sure that he was looked after and taken care of on that day, which truly put my mind at ease. What separates Soundview the most from every other wedding venue, is that they treat you like family. I truly believe that Michael cares about the couples that come into his beautiful place and wants them to have a picture perfect, memorable day like ours. My husband and I can’t thank you all enough. was able to sneak away for 10 minutes to do sunset photos with my husband. They really are there to accommodate any request! My husband is Israeli so we asked for a custom cocktail hour station, and I have heard only amazing things not only about that station, but the food in general. Also I kept mentioning my love of pretzels and almost went with that as an exit station but instead chose gelato since it's more summery. So imagine my surprise on the day of the wedding, one of the plates for just my husband and I was a plate of pretzels. They are thoughtful, they are kind, and they never made me feel like I was inundating them with questions! I would recommend this venue again and again. Thank you Diego, Diane, Andrea, and the rest of the amazing staff. PS- the ceremony space is just second to none.

I want to genuinely thank the entire Soundview team for making our wedding so unforgettable. You guys truly blew us away with your hospitality. The food was amazing, and our guest are still talking about how delicious everything was! . From our first meeting with Michael (the owner), he made us feel like part of the family. He was extremely gracious, honest and never pushed anything on us. He was also beyond accommodating with his schedule as my then fiancé lived a plane ride away and only came to New York every 3-4 weeks. Our wedding day was what dreams are made of. Soundview is stunning; the views are breathtaking. It is pure elegance without being over the top. The service from the staff, especially Diego (the Maitre’ D) exceeded all our expectations. We had a few extra requests which the staff pulled off perfectly. The food....to say our guests were impressed by even just the cocktail hour would be an understatement. We were married 1.5 years ago and many of our friends and family are still saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to (including their own)!
