I am a retired New York City school teacher and principal. I made a name for myself in New York hosting parties and events my entire adult life. I am known as "Grammy" to everyone here in the south, my door is always open and there is always plenty to share . Member of Les Passes, Josephine's Circle and Carnival Memphis. I am passionate about family and love! Our first wedding : A couple who had dated for years and were in a tough spot financially. We worked with their budget ,created a wedding to remember! Another was a 4 day event in Meeman -Shelby Forest State Park. We create magic!

There are no words that can truly explain how wonderful Southern Shamrock Events made our special day (June 2021)! Everyone involved was such a blessing from the start to finish. They took my wedding vision and literally made it into a reality that was better than I could have ever imagined! They made wedding planning fun and stress free! My guests from all over couldn't believe how they transformed a shed into a beautiful venue! They made the most beautiful arrangements, I had to keep all the flowers!! They made the most delicious food from appetizers to late night snacks, we had multiple compliments from both sides of the family!! They attended to the bride and groom throughout the night meeting their every need! It was the BEST night of my life!

This group is spectacular. The decorations, the food and personnel is unmatched. They were so professional and personable. We had a great time at our son and daughter in law's reception. Their reception was at their house. Their wasn't anything left undone. Everyone who attended was really impressed.

I attended my daughter’s wedding reception that was put on by Southern Shamrock Events, LLC and it was exceptional! They transformed a metal building into a beautiful reception hall with attention to details! The food was delicious and the service was superb. The staff was professional and dressed accordingly. The set up and take down was done in a timely fashion. They were very helpful prior to the event, as well, by recommending vendors to work with and helping with the planning. I was very pleased with their services and would recommend using Southern Shamrock.

Southern Shamrock transformed a barn into a wedding wonderland. They did not miss a detail. We had no idea we were in a barn. Besides that, the food they served was delicious. I am from New Orleans where we are known for our food. Southern Shamrock’s food was better than most New Orleans venues. Congratulations on a job well done!

Norann and Nancy where wonderful to work with! They planned my sisters wedding in June 2021 and made her vision come to life! They transformed a blank barn into a dream! Norann and her team made the evening one to remember! Norann and her staff (esp Amy) treated everyone at the wedding like family. I would highly recommend southern shamrock events for any event!

Where do I begin when it comes to the team behind Southern Shamrock? I've known of Nancy and Norann for awhile, so once I got engaged I knew who to contact when it came to the wedding planners. They had everything we needed, from linens and silverware to utensils and decorations. They put everything up and took everything down, and all I needed to do was give my thumbs up. Nancy even put together and ordered our wedding invitations, which was one less thing for me to worry about. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Southern Shamrock planned our wedding in November of 2018. They took our ideas and ran with them to create a unique over-the-top event over four days. They handled every detail of not only the wedding, but feeding and housing 100 people during the course of the weekend. They took a blank room and made it a magical wonderland! The staff worked together like a well-oiled machine. Every one of them was a joy to work with.

used this company for my wedding jan-2020 THE GREATEST DESCION I EVER MADE i had no clue what i wanted when i first went in but honey let me tell u they made it so easy i literally just answered a few questions and all i had to worry about was where to get my nails done they planned everything from food to decor even made my bouquet food was to die for my day was perfect thanks to southern shamrock.......... P.s they can also officiate talk about a one stop shop guess whos doing my daughters birthday in April ..:)

We attended a 4-day wedding extravaganza at Meehan Shelby State Park. It was an unbelievable experience. The food the accommodations, the entertainment. Most of us didn't know each other but by day 2 we all felt like family. We hired Southern Shamrock for our wedding, COVID-19 hit and everything changed, my future husband is a health care provider so it really impacted us. We were so disappointed, but the gals at Southern Shamrock have kept the excitement going and our spirits high. They have taken our vision and created something so special for us right within our budget!!

Impeccable response, a breath of fresh air! My ideas were transformed into reality without hesitation. There was wonderful communication from the start . The things I was nervous about were handled effortlessly . Everything from Parking through the ceremony and the after party was seamless. It was a small event and Southern Shamrock provided all the food and even my bouquet.
