Bartending and Wedding Management
We have TABC Certified Staff. All of our staff is up to date on all certifications and licensed with TABC. Set up and Breakdown is included and is up to 1.5 hours of complementary setting up and cleaning. We have professional bartenders and our crew of experienced bartenders and serving staff are able to serve 1000+. Our individual beverage consultations can help calculate how much alcohol, mixers, cups and ice you need. With a Signature Cocktail, we work our magic to create a specialty mixed drink specifically for your event. Finally, we have Serving Staff Add-ons. Get a special rate if you combine serving staff with another service! Drink garnishes, cocktail napkins, straws, stirrers, are included if needed. Ice and ice delivery is a great add on when needed and we rent coolers as well!

Hands down the best bartenders I’ve ever used! They ensured that we had our special bottle of wine at dinner. They were efficient at cocktail hour and passing out our champagne to all of our guest.

Jamie did wedding coordinating for our big day. She is amazing and had everything under control with the least stress as possibly on us. She is amazing, we have also tasted her alcohol she had available and i would recommend them all around!!

They did a fantastic job serving the alcohol at our wedding! We purchased our own beer and hard seltzers and they made sure they were cold and even brought along specialty toppings. We couldn't recommend them more!

the whole day, making sure that she could prevent any hiccup that might upset me. If I asked for Jamie, she was instantly there and handled any issue that I was concerned about. She even handled all the little details that hadn’t even occurred to me, like setting our centerpiece flowers out along the aisle for the ceremony. Several of our guests commented on how wonderful Jamie was, and I have to say, they didn't even know half of it. Hiring Jamie was the best decision we made and we couldn’t have done it without her.
Southern Spirits did a fantastic job setting up a Coffee Bar at our venue! They provided coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of teas! We had no alcohol at our wedding, so this was a big hit!
We hired Jamie from Southern Spirits as our wedding coordinator and she went ABOVE and beyond to make our day perfect. I had such a stress free day because I knew she had it all taken care of! I wish we would have hired them for a bar too!

Anyway, I could go on. They did a fantastic job. My husband cannot stop talking about how great they were - he even said they were his favorite vendors out of this whole process.

I could not be more pleased with this company! Jamie as a day of coordinator was truly the best decision I made. She helped me leading up to our daughter’s wedding and on the day of WOW, WOW, WOW she has everything down to a fine science from the timeline to execution this lady is amazing! she has been available and there for me 100%. I know I had some silly questions here and there but she would always respond and was there to help. She knew about me loosing my parents and knew how important it was to incorporate them into our wedding. Jamie went above and beyond even showing me a video of butterfly’s that were staying around the venue throughout the day. (We did a butterfly release in honor of my parents and the start of my husband and my life together.) So this was extra special to me to see extra butterfly’s hanging out before the wedding even started, and Jamie took time to record and show me this special moment on our day. She also was amazing when it came down to being in touch with my other vendors. The week before she was getting everything lined out for our wedding timeline and did a wonderful job reviewing it with me before sending it out to vendors. This helped soooo much and it was one less thing I didn’t have to worry about. (Which was AWESOME!) Thank you Jamie for being perfect for us! Your amazing and you have a special talent. e same page as me, the bride, and my actual wedding coordinator. The venue coordinator told the bartenders to serve the liquor to whomever asked, not just the bridal party. As soon as my wedding coordinator found out, the bartenders were quick to change plan and even sought me out in a quiet moment to apologize. No big deal, but I was very impressed with how quick they were to pivot and keep a smile on their face.
