Margie was great with coordination between vendors. She was highly instrumental in the day of set up and kept us on the timeline. She handled many of the tasks the day of the wedding that would have been left to me (as the bride) so that I could enjoy the day. We will definitely work with her again.

Jamie did wedding coordinating for our big day. She is amazing and had everything under control with the least stress as possibly on us. She is amazing, we have also tasted her alcohol she had available and i would recommend them all around!!

They did a fantastic job serving the alcohol at our wedding! We purchased our own beer and hard seltzers and they made sure they were cold and even brought along specialty toppings. We couldn't recommend them more!

Jamie was so amazing! So kind, giving, and a true cheerleader for us. Every time we had a question leading up to the wedding, she was there for us, and during the week of the wedding, she was totally devoted to our needs. She was by my side the whole day, making sure that she could prevent any hiccup that might upset me. If I asked for Jamie, she was instantly there and handled any issue that I was concerned about. She even handled all the little details that hadn’t even occurred to me, like setting our centerpiece flowers out along the aisle for the ceremony. Several of our guests commented on how wonderful Jamie was, and I have to say, they didn't even know half of it. Hiring Jamie was the best decision we made and we couldn’t have done it without her.

Southern Spirits did a fantastic job setting up a Coffee Bar at our venue! They provided coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of teas! We had no alcohol at our wedding, so this was a big hit!

We hired Jamie from Southern Spirits as our wedding coordinator and she went ABOVE and beyond to make our day perfect. I had such a stress free day because I knew she had it all taken care of! I wish we would have hired them for a bar too!

They were incredible. From the ease of taking and planning with Jamie, to the bartenders that attended. The Berbers remembered several guests’ orders, they had stupid tiny cups to deal with (someone ordered the wrong cups🙄), and they took great care of my husband and I. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to catch their names and I feel horrible for that. But the male bartender even loaded our leftover alcohol into our vehicle for us because we kept being summoned, so he told us not to worry about - he’d handle it. Anyway, I could go on. They did a fantastic job. My husband cannot stop talking about how great they were - he even said they were his favorite vendors out of this whole process.

This company not only provided our two amazing bartenders, but we also hired Jamie as a day of coordinator! The bartenders were on top of their game and kept up with our drinking crowd! Southern Spirits helped us to determine how much alcohol to purchase and even the best places to purchase from so that we could return any on open bottles, these bartenders are not only organized and professional, but our guests enjoyed their interaction with these lovely ladies. I could not be more pleased with this company! Jamie as a day of coordinator was truly the best decision I made. She helped me leading up to our daughter’s wedding and on the day of WOW, WOW, WOW she has everything down to a fine science from the timeline to execution this lady is amazing! At the end of the evening vendors were telling me how much they enjoyed working with Jamie to ensure a beautiful day. Thank you for all you did Jamie to make this day go off without a hitch!

Southern Spirits events (Jaime) coordinated my son and daughter-in law's recent wedding and she was amazing! She kept us running on time, took care of all of the details and was so much fun! You can trust her to have her (and your) act together and I would absolutely hire her again!

Jamie is absolutely amazing! She is the without a doubt the BEST wedding coordinator and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her there with me throughout our wedding day. (and the months before) From the moment I went with her she has been available and there for me 100%. I know I had some silly questions here and there but she would always respond and was there to help. She knew about me loosing my parents and knew how important it was to incorporate them into our wedding. Jamie went above and beyond even showing me a video of butterfly’s that were staying around the venue throughout the day. (We did a butterfly release in honor of my parents and the start of my husband and my life together.) So this was extra special to me to see extra butterfly’s hanging out before the wedding even started, and Jamie took time to record and show me this special moment on our day. She also was amazing when it came down to being in touch with my other vendors. The week before she was getting everything lined out for our wedding timeline and did a wonderful job reviewing it with me before sending it out to vendors. This helped soooo much and it was one less thing I didn’t have to worry about. (Which was AWESOME!) Thank you Jamie for being perfect for us! Your amazing and you have a special talent. I appreciate you more than you know! ❤️ I also would highly recommend southern spirits for your bartending services. Jamie has the best girls and they were amazing behind the bar all night. They were so nice and quick at making the drinks, and boy were they good!

Jamie and her crew made our wedding day absolutely amazing. We hired Jamie to be our wedding coordinator, and it was the best decision we made. She helped us weeks before coordinating all of our vendors, she helped decorate all day on rehearsal day, and she handled EVERYTHING on our big day. If something went wrong, we had no idea! Hands down the best bartenders I’ve ever used! They ensured that we had our special bottle of wine at dinner. They were efficient at cocktail hour and passing out our champagne to all of our guest.

this company was so great and easy to work with. they helped me figure out how much alcohol I needed to buy and was very reasonable price. the bartender we got was super friendly and set everything beautifully. I couldn't of asked for anything better on our big day. that was one thing off my worry list because they took care of everything to due with the bar

Amazing bar tending services. Thank you to the staff who tending to our guests on our big day. We had a very heavy drinking crowd and they managed the lines between the two bars very quickly. We had a lot of people compliment on the service you provided and we really appreciate you recognizing the immediate family of the bride and groom and us ourselves, so that they did not have to wait in line for their drinks. Southern Spirits was the perfect service for our 300+ wedding. In addition to bar service we were also able to hire additional servers from them to assist with cake cutting, refilling sweets table, busing tables and over all clean up. They gave us suggestions and ideas to help make our event a success. Would definitely use them again. Great to work with!!

I loved the two ladies that bartended our wedding. We had liquor & champagne for the bridal party and beer and wine for guests. My guests commented how they enjoyed the ladies as well. I had an issue with my "venue coordinator" not being on the same page as me, the bride, and my actual wedding coordinator. The venue coordinator told the bartenders to serve the liquor to whomever asked, not just the bridal party. As soon as my wedding coordinator found out, the bartenders were quick to change plan and even sought me out in a quiet moment to apologize. No big deal, but I was very impressed with how quick they were to pivot and keep a smile on their face.

Southern Spirits Events were amazing! We booked them for our bartending service at our wedding. We chose to bring our own alcohol, but rented ice chests and got ice from them. We also used Southern Spirits for our service staff to help with bussing and clean up. I was overwhelmed with how many guests complimented on the service that Southern Spirits Events provided. The staff remembered people's drinks, and they worked in a timely manner. Southern Spirits was professional and responsive. I would use them time and time again!

Jamie was a lifesaver! Seriously, anything and everything you can think of she had covered and i couldn't be more thankful to have found her. We used her for our day of coordinator, bar tending services, and her team of servers and they all made our wedding day perfect. I would definitely recommend her and Hannah to anyone! The staff at Southern Spirits were a breeze to work with. They sent very detailed shopping list with everything you would need for the bar. This made the guess work so much more stress free. The day of the wedding I did not interact that much with the 3 bartenders, but according to my guests they were all very professional and friendly!

We had a wonderful experience with Southern Spirits Events. We had several email and phone conversations with them before the wedding explaining what we needed to buy, and what they would do the day of the wedding. Jamie was absolutely wonderful to talk with and work with. The ladies did an excellent job the evening of the wedding. Several of the guests commented on how good they were. Jamie even got down on the floor to help get my dress bustled up for the reception. We would like to personally thank the ladies for everything that they did to help make our dream wedding come true. The ladies were a delight to work with and they helped with table ideas as well as decorations.

They were not organized. They were eating a box of chicken on the bar while serving drinks. They did not tell anyone they were running low on ice until we were out, forcing someone to leave and go find ice.

Jamie was an absolute LIFE SAVER! Not only was our bartending service spectacular, but we also brought Jamie on for day-of (month leading up to!) coordination. She made sure I was relaxed, and the level of customization she provided was more than amazing. It's like she was in my head imagining the perfect day right alongside me. All throughout, our guests were very complimentary of the work done by the Southern Spirits crew. They made our day a hundred times over. Jamie and her staff come highly recommended!

We met Hannah from Southern Spirits at one of the Springs open houses and loved the signature drink they had and her personality. She was extremely helpful when it came to deciding how much beer, wine and liquor we needed for a 250 person guest list. Our drink lines moved very smoothly during the wedding and besides running out of wine (it was outrageously cold that night...) everything was perfect. We also used Southern Spirits for our bussing during and after the wedding. This was very helpful especially for my parents who only had an hour to get everything out of the venue.

Great services! They brought decor to spice up our bar and it was awesome!

We hired Jamie for Bartender service and then decided to hire her as our coordinator for the day... such a great decision from our part, probably the best in regards of the wedding decisions. She contacted all of our vendors way before the day of to make sure that my daughter's wedding would be a success and it was!!!! We also hired from her 2 ladies to make the appetizers and clean up the whole evening, they were just amazing. All of her staff was amazing and easy to work with, they listened to our requests and provided a great service. Jamie was extremely detail oriented and suggested us great things to incorporate in the wedding... like the last dance... never thought about that, it was great for the bride and the groom. We had a lot of compliments about the wedding and Jamie played an important role in it and deserves a lot of credits for that success. We love her, probably the best coordinator in the world and recommend her in a heartbeat.

Jamie was my day of coordinator and everything went smoothly! we also hired a crew, bartending, etc. and everything was awesome! I got so many compliments about the bartenders and how great they were and Jamie couldn't of done a better job! I would highly recommend Southern Spirits, so easy to work with and everyone was so nice.

I am truly lost for words, the staff is AMAZING! They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. After my original coordinator canceled, they were so quick to fill in and make things work. I want to book them over and over again for all events in the future!!

Choosing Southern Spirit Events was one of the best decisions for our wedding day, September 24th. Jaime and Hannah are truly a dynamic duo! They were both constantly there for us, responding in a quick manner and answering any questions we had - and there were a lot! They are very knowledgeable, reasonable and easy to work with. They were so much fun and helped us with creating our signature cocktails. You provide the alcohol and they gave us a great starting point. Also, they are very affordable.
