In addition to your review, we would like to address the concerns you raised. Your input is invaluable to our growth and improvement, and we welcome it wholeheartedly. Our golf staff undergo training by our golf professionals to ensure they are knowledgeable about the most picturesque spots on our course. Our website showcases various beautiful locations that we encourage our couples to explore. While every couple has a unique vision and preferences for backgrounds, we strive to create unforgettable moments for each pair! We’ve made it a point to include this information with our planning team to have it communicated ahead of time for both our couples and our staff. Thank you! As a private golf club, we do have a dress code that is enforced throughout the building. This dress code is shared with every couple as early as the initial tour / prospective meeting and outlined prior with meeting. We do have a standard that we kindly ask your vendors to follow as well to ensure our policies are being met. While we understand the comfort of those cute PJs while getting ready, our members must meet our policies upon their arrival and our wedding parties are no exception. We do welcome all wedding parties upstairs in proper dress or in formal attire (as I believe your first reveal with your bridesmaids was in our lobby!) to check on their decor, see the progress of your vision coming to life, and enjoy the details coming together! We acknowledge the effort you and all our brides put into these visions and want to ensure you feel fantastic on your special day! We do want to apologize for the error in the décor placement, as it seems your guest list boards were misplaced in the lobby, but we promptly rectified the issue once identified. During the on-site preparations for our brides, they are our main focus alongside the setup for the day. We have a standard procedure where we check on our brides at least four times in addition to setting up and removing the arrangement of breakfast or lunch items in the area. We recognize that your wedding day is special, and we aim for you to relish every moment of preparation with your group. Thank you again for choosing us and for sharing your feedback.
