My bridesmaids and I went here to have our Nails done before my wedding. We were told they would be able to accomodate our entire group so we could have our nails done together. This was not the case when we got there. They place was so tiny... that only a few of us could go at a time. My nail artist screwed up my nails, told me she would redo them and my manicure wouldn't be charged to me. This never happened. She redid my nails which were pretty for 2 days and then started chipping. Because she took so long on my manicure she had to rush through my pedicure effectively making me late for my own rehearsal. Another one of my bridesmaids had asked for a nail design to be done. Not only did they not have black nail polish (a very popular color currently) but she was told they would couldn't do a design. She decided to leave as they wouldn't have been able to do what she wanted. I was then told that I would have to pay for her services as they have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Not only did I pay for my nails but I paid for my bridesmaids nails when they couldn't even perform the service. The price for everything was incredibly high!!!!!!! And not worth a penny. I couldn't have done my own nails for free and at a better quality. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!
