and professional. We (bride and groom) don’t have more to say as we weren’t able to take the shuttle; it was full at the end of the night. The driver didn’t seem to want to add extra time to come back and get us and our immediate families to the hotel. After the shuttle left, our wedding coordinator tried to reach them to ask again for them to return, and we were unable to reach them. It was kind of a bummer to have to arrange other transportation for ourselves on our wedding night, but I am glad it was a positive experience for all our guests!

Even with having two hotel stops and working with our driveway, the team was on time and even went into the hotels to make sure guests were aware that the bus was leaving. They even stayed a little later to make sure that the last of the guests made it home. Mark, our driver, was a saint for putting up with our rowdier guests at the end of the night and we so appreciate it!! Thanks again and hope to work together again.

Everything ran smoothly the day of the party, and our shuttle driver Mark C. was accommodating as the final shuttle departed a little later due to clean up after the event. Spare Wheels did a great job of communicating with the staff at our Wedding hotel and venue to make sure they were all aligned on the pickup and drop off. n our plans had to change significantly because of the pandemic, Spare Wheels made it easy for us to change the hotel locations and quickly turned around new quotes, and expected pick up and drop off times. The shuttle was clean and the driver was very professional. They even added special touches like a congratulations sign!

forgot to send my updated hotel information over. It was changed from Hampton Inn Yorkville to Holiday Inn Oswego (the next town over). When changing the address we discovered they originally had the address wrong for Hampton Inn North Aurora. Which I suppose I missed in small print on pre-invoice. However, I told them Yorkville & I am getting married in Yorkville. So I don't know how North Aurora got into the equation. (It's really far away for a wedding night hotel - wouldn't even make sense) So I believe someone accidentally put wrong Hampton Inn... & I didn't notice, and neither did I. So I am at fault. So when it went terribly wrong is that, they charged us an additional additional $75 because we updated our hotel & it was out of their zone. Keep in mind this only added a few more minutes & miles onto their trip. They explained to me those extra minutes were to cover the drivers extra time to get to the location. But it was really only approx. 15 minutes? I mean $75 that's a stretch if you ask me! So would people 1.5 hour away still get charged the same $75? We truly were on the out skirts of their zone, however we were misinformed from the beginning. It only got worse, when I confronted them about the charge & not being happy that they initially messed up the address & I had to essentially pay for it. NOT TO MENTION: I met them at a wedding show in Yorkville, IL & when I specific asked if there would be any additional travel charges they said NO. And when I brought that up to the woman in their office, she got defensive & pretty much told me I was lying. The main reason I was so terribly dissatisfied was that the phone call I had with them trying to resolve the issue was TERRIBLY handled. At the end of the day, I wasn't asking them to remove the $75 charge. I was pretty much saying could we split the difference & I can pay half. Maybe I made the mistake of not catching their mistake of putting the wrong address? However, I was explicitly told there was no additional charges to Yorkville (my venue & hotel) because they go there all the time... Looking back if they would have just charged me the $37.50 instead $75 I honestly would have been THRILLED & they would have gotten 5-stars all around. Companies & myself make mistakes... However, they way they handled it was awful. The customer is not always right, however a little goes a long way when you try compromise with customer. And there was NONE of that. At the end of the day, the week of my wedding telling me I owe an extra $75 onto an already terribly expensive bill of $800 a couple hours of transportation... It is a lot to a bride who is already financially stretched so thin. Was $37.50 really worth such an unhappy outcome? Ashley Anderson 10.19.2018

d our guests sit on the bus for 15-30 minutes waiting for another bus. The other bus never showed up and my parents had to leave their out of town guests to be the transportation service for people so that our out of town guests didn’t have to pay for an Uber. Spare wheels was highly recommended to us but after this situation I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

very friendly. The company itself did all they could to accommodate us and to us felt like they went above and beyond for all of guests, the bridal party, and us. They even remembered something very small we left behind and were able to return it to us the next day. The shuttles were clean and spacious.

Spare Wheels was great that we could stop the clock once, and we had no issues with addresses, directions, on-time, missing details, bus changes, bad driver, etc. Everything was perfect! I was able to come see the selections for buses, I could drop of the drinks the week of so I didn't have to worry about dragging it on day of, and I received everything as promised for much cheaper than other companies. Overall, we would choose Spare Wheels again and were very pleased with the service!!

They made it simple and hassle-free, which I appreciated as a busy bride with a full time job and lots of other commitments. The bus was on time picking up for the ceremony (as far as I know) and the driver graciously waited at the end of the night as bride and groom got held up saying goodbyes and thank yous before making his last departure. Would definitely recommend!

I was initially a little worried that the bus would arrive on time, however they were early to pick us up from from the ceremony and proceeded to hit every time check the rest of the night. The driver was especially friendly too and went above what I would have expected for service. Booking Spare Wheels was definitely a great decision and one I would not hesitate to make again.

My dress had a full skirt so it made it convenient for getting around everywhere without having to squeeze into a row of chairs since the inside was like a limo. They arrived on time at my parents home to transport the myself(bride) and the bridesmaids and they had room to hang all of our dresses and veil in the bus so we didn't get them wrinkled before changing at the church. We ran 30 minutes over our scheduled time which they just added on to my bill and did not make any hassles the day of which was great as I already knew we were a bit behind.

ng the transportation. They had a minimum of 3 hours. We ended up doing 1.5 hours before and 1.5 hours after the wedding. When making the decision for the hours we told them the number of people that we had and the hours of the wedding and they made great suggestions. We also made sure that if we had more guests at the end of the night needing a ride that they would come back and pick them up, they indicated that they always make sure to do this and if we went over at the end of the night they would let us know the charges.

Right on time and our driver was great! We had so much fun on it I can't wait for an excuse to come along for me to rent it again. I thought the prices were a little high so I opted to not have it for more than 4 hours. You should def. check it out and the staff is very friendly. They called me a few days before the wedding to confirm everything and if I wanted to add or subtract places it was no problem. Loved my limo bus!
