Sparkling Soirees

It’s been 3 months since our wedding and I am still dreaming of the perfect weekend we had, thanks to Nicolette and Carly. I truly don’t think I’ll ever have enough words to express my gratitude for Nicolette for being my right hand, girlfriend, therapist, negotiator, and so much more throughout the whole wedding planning process. I’ll be honest, I’m a pretty picky person and knew the planner I chose for our wedding would not only have to be amazing at her job, but also just be someone who I could be friends with and who I felt understood me and I could be the most comfortable with. I’m not kidding, I had about 9 calls lined up and sent out about 20 emails in my wedding planner search and was determined to find the right match. Instantly from my first call with Nicolette, I knew she was perfect! She not only added to the creativity, but had the best ideas and found the best ways to stay within budget and add so much more I didn’t realize was possible. Coming from someone who is extremely indecisive but also had a vision in my head I wanted to execute.. Nicolette understood the vision from the beginning to the end and even more. Nicolette is your girl. She fought for us through miscommunication issues up until the last minute with the venue and handled unexpected wedding day mishaps like a pro, I completely trusted her with the process and everything ended up being perfect! We had a 3-day weekend event with a Japanese and Korean Ceremony followed by a traditional wedding ceremony/reception and brunch the following day that Nicolette and Carly absolutely crushed every detail going above and beyond!! They truly let us enjoy every moment and be so present with our loved ones, which was so special. I would be lying if I said I didn’t shed a few tears once the wedding weekend was wrapping up because It was so bittersweet knowing all the hard work and endless texts, email threads and zoom calls would be coming to an end. I truly felt like I gained a girlfriend, not just a planner through the process and it meant the world to me! Truly the best of the best and the best decision we made working with Sparkling Soirées. As a wedding photographer, I've worked with many planners over the years, and I know firsthand how crucial a great planner is to the success of a wedding. When I first worked with Nicolette, I was immediately impressed by how organized, supportive, and professional she was. In fact, I was so blown away by her attention to detail and her ability to manage the entire vendor team that I knew I had to hire her for my own wedding someday. And I’m so glad I did! Before we even officially booked our venue (Morgan Estate), Nicolette was already by my side. She reviewed the venue’s contract before we signed and caught several errors that could have caused big issues down the line. She helped us negotiate terms and made sure we were set up for success from the very beginning. From the moment she came on board, I knew we were in good hands. On top of that, Nicolette provided invaluable support throughout the entire planning process. She worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was covered—from managing communication with vendors to making sure we got exactly what we wanted. She helped with the design and layout of both our ceremony and reception spaces, from the silverware to the linens, and every little detail in between. I was constantly amazed by how thorough and thoughtful she was in every decision. When our wedding day finally arrived, Nicolette and her team were absolutely flawless. There were a few "fires" she had to put out behind the scenes, but I had no idea until weeks later—she kept everything running smoothly and never let anything disrupt our day. Her team was incredibly professional, but also so much fun! Our guests kept commenting on how on top of things they were and how seamless everything felt. Nicolette and her team also made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire event. We never had an empty drink in hand, and when it was time to hit the dance floor, they made sure we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves, without a single worry. It felt like we had a personal concierge for the whole day! Nicolette is truly a planner who goes above and beyond for her clients. She's not just there to execute a plan, she’s there to make sure you have the best experience possible. She is bubbly, organized, and has an incredible ability to support both the couple and the entire vendor team. I honestly can’t imagine having a more perfect day without her. If you’re looking for a planner who will treat you like family, bring your wedding vision to life, and handle everything with grace and professionalism, I can’t recommend Nicolette and her team highly enough. My husband and I got married on 5/6/23 and had the pleasure of having Carly as our Wedding Coordinator. As a bride who did most of the planning early on and by myself, I initially thought I just needed someone to execute the day of, as it was a requirement by our venue. Having gone through the experience now, Carly was invaluable to us! Her expertise was beyond helpful in creating our timeline and layout and it made the weeks leading up to our wedding so stress-free knowing she was coordinating with all of our vendors for us! She was such a calming presence on our wedding day and helped everything stay on track. She took care of setting up all of the decor, as well as cleaning and packing everything up the night of the wedding and it allowed us to be fully present on our wedding day and not worry about anything! Carly is incredible and we couldn't recommend her and Sparkling Soirees enough!
