Unfortunately I loved working with this company until the day of my wedding and I enter the ceremony to see a clear crease down the center of all my tables. I had specifically ren...
ted my linens as I didn’t want creasing and I specifically asked to confirm that the linens would come wrinkle free and I was confirmed they would be. When I reached after my wedding out I was just told it was industry standard for there to be a crease down the middle of the table that was not communicated to me prior. Otherwise I would have purchased and pressed my own linens and ensured my coordinator had a steamer to help remove any the day of. Disappointed on customer service and lack of care, when have crease free linens was the only reason I rented them.

iew their selections and prices. Setting up a time with Special Occasions East to look at their stock and see what I liked best in terms of wedding linens, napkins and chargers was super easy. They were helpful in making decisions within my cost range and happy to adjust when there were items I wanted to remove. When it came to the day of, I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a single thing when it came to Special Occasions delivery, set up, or tear down. They are so professional and made the experience amazing. I am so happy we went with rentals as it was one less thing to bring with us, and one less thing for us to sell or find storage for after the wedding. If I ever plan an event quite like this again I would 100% work with Special Occasions. Thank you for helping make my wedding day picture perfect! Love, The Smith's.

mmunication, in the limited times we did work directly with Special Occasions we were very appreciative of the support we received. Living out of state, we initially selected our rentals virtually. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we visited their showroom where they offered ideas and support. We ended up making many changes to our vision shortly before the wedding and they happily accommodated. Special Occasions seamlessly delivered all the rentals and everything was exactly as expected. Thank you for making the process so stress-free!

r napkins and specialty tablecloths. They had tons of linens to choose from and displayed each of them on a samples table for us to really get an idea of what it would look like, which was great! Once we had a contract with them our venue handled the rest – so when we turned in our final counts to our venue they relayed the information to Special Occasions.

s and napkins was a very easy process. They have a showroom so you can see all of the color options and play around on tables live with an associate. It really helped me envision what my day were to look like. In the end, I was VERY PLEASED by how everything turned out and looked and I am so happy we upgraded the linens.

a second time to completely change the table linens for our wedding. We really appreciate her flexibility in setting up a time to meet that would disrupt our work schedules as little as possible. We also are grateful for her eye and recommendations when it came to choosing what would go on the table!

ed about my payment being late, told me at 5p the day before my wedding she would not show. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! she later told me i could pay over the phone if the check didnt come, but that was much later in the night. She apologized but in a manner that basically said "its your fault" Good service but working with her was a problem for me. Not worth the savings.

with and we had no issues. They do all the setup and teardown, so you don't have to do any extra work. Her associate, Dennis with The Whole Nine Yards, does INCREDIBLE work with draping and lighting. They made our reception rooms look so special. They do cost a little more than some other linens vendors in Flint, but the service is fantastic and they do everything they can to make you happy.
