If you’re even considering Spectacular Saturdays for your wedding coordinator - BOOK THEM. Vanessa, Shannon, and Kim were life savers when it came to my wedding. We used them for the month of and it was one of the most seamless and easiest parts of my wedding. Vanessa was extremely easy to communicate with before the wedding and the weekend of the wedding (and even after) Shannon and Kim were exceptional. I really don’t have the words to describe how much I appreciated working with them. They were professional, friendly, and just all around helped me have a spectacular wedding day. I would book with them again in a heart beat

Vanessa was so great to work with! She really helped bring my vision to life! Her and her team were a great help the day of the wedding and fixed any crisis without my knowledge, which is exactly what I would have wanted on my wedding day! She was perfectly direct and sweet at the same time! My day wouldn't have been the same without her!

Vanessa and her team were so amazing to work with! Go ahead an book now. The online portal is great to stay organized and work within leading up to the big day. Vanessa would contact vendors and nail down little details that I hadn't even thought of yet, and I was so thankful for that. I felt very taken care of on my wedding day. Shannon would come by and let me know what was happening next or if we were behind schedule, etc. They made sure I had a drink or food and even held a cell phone light by the seating chart for guests to find their names. I'm so thankful they were there on my wedding day. Booking Spectacular Saturdays is one of the best decisions you can make!

Vanessa was SO helpful and responsive throughout the whole wedding planning process. I don't know how I would've done a destination wedding without her- from helpful tips about what other vendors to select, to explaining aspects of the ceremony that worried me and what my options were, to keeping me on track with selection due dates and payments, she was SO easy and kind to work with. We had a great day and I was so much less stressed knowing she was in charge and really understood what we wanted from the day.

Spectacular Saturdays is a must if you really want to enjoy your wedding day without any stress. Vanessa and her team know what they're doing, and they seamlessly executed my wedding so that all I had to do was be told where to stand and what was next. I could relaaaxxxxxx and truly enjoy my friends, family, and new husband :) All my guests were talking about how perfect my wedding was DAYS after the fact. I credit a lion's share of that to Vanessa.

Can’t thank Vanessa, Shannon, and Kim enough for helping to make our wedding an incredible success. We worked with Vanessa closely over the phone (we are in NYC) leading up to the wedding and we went over all of the details: who the vendors were, what materials were involved (party favors, table chart/seating assignments, place cards, etc - and they were on top of everything! We ended up ordering 120 3-pack mini cupcakes as party favors which were delivered a day before the wedding, and Vanessa helped to coordinate putting the custom stickers we ordered on all of the packages which the team ultimately placed at everyone’s seat. Vanessa also helped us to outline a detailed timeline for the day of and circulated this to all of the vendors (photographer, hair and makeup, etc) so everyone was organized and knew when and where they needed to be. Special shout out to Shannon as we ended up having an emergency issue with the wedding dress. Long story short, we realized the original tailoring was done incorrectly and pins were left in the dress, keeping it held up. The pins were pulled out by the bridesmaids not realizing that doing so made the dress impossible to move around in. We found this out only 30 minutes before cocktail hour began, and we were nervous that we would not be able to do the special dance we had planned and practiced for an entire month leading up to the wedding. Shannon was able to find a bridal shop that closed within 20 minutes, got them on the phone and explained the situation. She worked with our reception venue to get us a car ride over there. The bridal shop finished putting pins back in the dress so that my wife could move around in it sufficiently in order to perform the first dance. We got back to the venue in the car with Shannon with about 10 minutes before the reception started. The dance ended up going smoothly and everyone loved it! Now we will have this as a lifelong memory. It was all due to Shannon’s quick thinking and action that made that moment possible for us. She was cool, calm, and collected under pressure, and executed under time constraints so that everything ended up working out. So again to summarize, we’d like to highly recommend the entire team at Spectacular Saturday’s for all of your wedding needs. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Vanessa is amazing! One of the best decisions I made for our wedding was hire her for my day-of-coordinator. We are from IN and wanted someone local to help manage everything day of. I wanted to be able to plan my own day and knew I could take care of getting vendors hired but she was there for everything. If I had questions, she would answer them and offer advice. She also directed our rehearsal which we really needed. My wedding day went so smoothly start to finish. I just had to wake up, stay calm, and enjoy my day. She coordinated with all my vendors and made sure they were all on the same page. She set up my decorations exactly how I imagined and made my day everything it could have been. It rained for 20 mins about an hour before my ceremony and she made sure to wipe off all the guest chairs. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

Vanessa and team were amazing! From the moment I met with Vanessa I felt at ease. A lot of stress is relieved with a good planner and she made the weekend absolutely perfect. Somehow they even got candles lit on a very windy day! My bridal party and family loved the planners as well and couldn't have been more complimentary!

Vanessa did a phenomenal job with my event! She was organized, responsive, and handled all the details, including a last minute curve ball I gave her. She helped me stay on budget as well. Since my event was a little smaller (rehearsal dinner for 68), I originally planned to handle it myself. I am so glad I did not do that! She saved me countless hours planning, and the day of the event was stress free for me. I could not have created an event as beautiful as she did. I highly recommend her!

Spectacular Saturdays could not have been a better hire! Vanessa was made everything so easy and was a joy to work with! She was present on the day of the rehearsal and when I came in carrying 4 bags of decor she didn't even blink! She was happy to make sure everything I brought was set up beautifully. She reached out to all my vendors in a timely manner and reached out when she had not heard from one. On the day of I continually thought I was running behind (because that is just who I am as a person) and was always so happily surprised to see we were right on schedule thanks to Vanessa. I knew she always had my back throughout the day and could not have asked for a better person to keep everything flowing perfectly. I could not recommend her more!

My wedding would not have happened without Vanessa and her team. I was on the verge of a breakdown when I reached out to Vanessa and she took the weight off my shoulders! Day of she made sure the timeline was stuck to and everything was where it needed to be! I will be forever grateful that she made our wedding what it was.

Vanessa is THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I worked with her for nearly 2 years as our originally planned wedding was postponed due to covid. Vanessa's organization and attention to detail is amazing. She made the wedding planning experience seamless and with her on our sides, I knew we were in good hands. WHERE do I even begin? We decided on the Week of Wedding Coordination package— and in hindsight— had we known how valuable and fantastic they would have turned out to be, we would have booked the Month-Of package or more. However, let me praise them all regardless: Vanessa was awesome. She answered every email I’d send to her from the very beginning, including vendor recommendations, answered any questions, helped me begin a timeline, and then two weeks out, started reaching out to my vendors, establishing contact, touching base and making all arrangements and double checking times/delivery arrangements. We had Shannon help us coordinate our rehearsal, and I cannot say enough good things about this woman! She is so attentive, such a pleasurable person to talk to, and absolutely puts the bride and groom at ease. She led the rehearsal with skill, promptness and expertise— told everyone where and what to do, and had it flowing smoothly! On the day of, Shannon stepped up, with her assistant Kim, and let me tell you, they are ROCKSTARS. She put out fires, ran around and made sure everything happened the way it should— they set out my desserts and cake when I realized the company didn’t, they brought us food and water from cocktail hour during our photos after the ceremony, they brought us drinks and our dinner so we didn’t have to worry about serving ourselves— coached us through the whole day and SAVED THE DAY by climbing under my wedding dress and figuring out that french bustle when MOH and MOB couldn’t. In a heartbeat I would absolutely scream to the heavens, if you don’t do Month-Of coordination, HIRE THEM for Week-Of. The stress that I would have had dealing with last minute vendor problems were ZERO because of Vanessa, Shannon and Kim.

There are not enough words to describe how great Vanessa is. I ended up doing the month-of coordination with her and it was the best decision I made for my wedding day. She was patient with me and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She checked in on me during the wedding day and kept everything on track. If you're hesitating on getting a wedding coordinator/planner, I highly recommend you get one and that you pick Vanessa.

Vanessa Saturday is a master wedding planner! She is honestly exceptional! Her expertise is unsurpassed and her professionalism top notched. The process of planning my daughters destination wedding was actually an enjoyable process. Vanessa genuinely cared about my daughter and went above and beyond to help us create her dream wedding. Not once were we overwhelmed with the planning process. From our very first phone call, all the way to packing up our car after the bride and groom exit, we never felt any stress, all thanks too Vanessa. She was extremly responsive and super helpful every step of the way. Vanessa shared her incredible team of vendors with us that are truly exceptional in their fields. I believe her knowledge in the wedding industry and her relationships with the vendors, truly made my daughters wedding day a dream come true. We were so impressed with the professionalism and sense of security Vanessa provided to us throughout this entire process. She was able to take my daughter's vision and fine tune every detail and bring it to life. Vanessa is kind, patient, and a calming force throughout the entire process. Her organizational skills and desire for perfection can't be matched. Cannot say enough positive things about Vanessa! We were involuntary members of the COVID Wedding Club and unfortunately could not have our event. That being said Vanessa was extremely accommodating, flexible and above all understanding of our situation. Thankfully we were able to work out a fair resolution for all parties in the end. We are extremely sad we could not work with Vanessa in the capacity we would have liked as just from our limited experience with her it was bound to be a great event. Highly recommend!

Our day wouldn’t have been the same without Vanessa. She was efficient and she kept all stress away from us. Vanessa was an amazing planner. I used her week of services and she went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and pass on some of those wedding week nerves. Vanessa did a wonderful job helping us plan and coordinate our wedding, especially considering all the last-minute changes that were being made due to COVID. We were planning our wedding in Savannah from North Carolina and had limited opportunities to actually drive to Savannah to plan in person. Vanessa knew a lot about the Savannah vendors and her recommendations were spot on. She stayed true to what my vision was for the wedding and did everything she could to help us carry it out. The day of the wedding, everything was perfect and my husband and I did not have to worry about a single thing. Even when there was a slight mishap with my bustle, Vanessa was on it right away safety pinning my bustle back into place. I could not have imagined a more perfect day. Vanessa is an amazing wedding coordinator to work with. I had no idea what level of service I wanted, and she had different options based on what I needed that really helped. We picked the "week of" package. She took so much pressure off me the final week, rallying vendors, setting timelines, etc. and the day before, setting up the venue, making sure I knew it was all handled. The day of she was such a blessing - as I didn't know where to go/what to do 1/2 the time, she helped move things along, made sure we ate, and worked in the background on things I probably don't even know about. Highly, highly recommend her :)

Vanessa is such an incredible asset to the wedding planning process. It was hard for me to try and pull in all of the elements I was hoping to for the day while also ensuring family had their important elements as well. She swooped in and was able to mediate and seamlessly coordinate all of the moving pieces for us. She was responsive, connected, and truly a joy to work with. She was able to be firm, organized, and still be such a pleasure to us and our guests throughout the stress of the day. We are so so happy we decided to hire her for our day.

We had the pleasure of working with Vanessa Saturday a couple of weeks ago on one of our weddings in Tybee Island. Although we are photographers and not a bride and groom, we felt inspired to write a review after our wedding together. We have been shooting weddings since 2005 and we love wedding coordinators who not only go above and beyond for their clients which she does, but also love what they do. This is so evident in her attitude and how she communicated with everyone involved. We loved her positive vibe, she is easygoing, and genuinely cared for our couple. Everything ran on time and smoothly and we endorse and recommend her 100%. We really hope to be back in Savannah soon, and we look forward to working with her again.

I honestly can't say enough about how great Vanessa is! Living in FL and planning our wedding in Savannah, she made the wedding of my dreams a reality and kept things fun, organized, and stress-free throughout the entire process. The BEST! Vanessa went above and beyond to create the most amazing reception for our November wedding. She assisted with every detail and seemed to know every vendor in town! She had the best suggestions to make our evening perfect! It was easy working with her and we loved the final product! We could not have been happier!

I truly consider myself a detail-oriented person and I have high expectations of the professionals I work with. It is for this reason I was so exceptionally amazed with the work of Vanessa Saturday. She is truly one of the best, world-class professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Vanessa helped me and my husband plan a wedding in Savannah in about 3 months from New York City. It was particularly challenging because we did the wedding at two venues - both of which were completely empty and required us to coordinate and rent everything down to the forks, plates, napkins etc. Given our short time frame, and the fact that we had non-traditional venues AND that there was more than one venue, the wedding was logistically challenging to plan. There were many many moving parts and vendors we had to work with. And, to top it all off, we were not even in Savannah nor did we have any family or friends that could help out locally. Working with Vanessa actually made the process enjoyable. Not only does she have an incredibly strong foothold in Savannah (she knows basically every vendor and so you can ask her for anything, and she has a list of people she immediately contacts), she also always makes you know she is on your side as her client. We had some specific requests - i.e. putting flowers all over our car, creating a marching band parade between venues etc - and each time she would go and figure out how to go forward with logistically challenging plans. I also appreciated her responsiveness. She was truly readily available whenever I reached out to her, which especially towards the month of the wedding was multiple times a day. And what was great about it, was I would call, email or text her and she would pick up already knowing exactly what I was calling about and already handy with a solution or an update to my question. The day of the wedding was honestly 100x better because she was there with her staff member (who though I didn't really correspond with, was there the day of the wedding and was incredibly helpful and kind). We didn't worry about anything other than getting ourselves to the wedding hall. At the end of the wedding, Vanessa brought back all of our items from the venues to our hotel. Truly, I cannot say enough good things about her as a person and wedding planner. If you are even on the fence about hiring a planner or hiring Vanessa versus anyone else, take it from me that you should just do it. It will be the best money you ever spent and it will make your big day much more enjoyable and frankly, just better overall :). I vetted multiple other wedding planners in the area, and trust me, there is no one better.

There is not one negative thing I could say about Vanessa and Shannon. You might think you don't need them but TRUST me...you do!!! They are super responsive, honest and always put you (the client) first. There were several things that did not go as planned on my wedding day, like the florist not delivering what was on our contract. Vanessa did not hesitate for even a second before she was in contact with a different florist to correct it. Her and Shannon took over every aspect of our ceremony setup and it was PERFECT. Also, working within the wedding industry Vanessa is every other vendors' dream to work with. Her communication skills and constant peace that she always radiates is one of a kind! The first decision I made after getting engaged (before even deciding on a date) was hiring Vanessa and Shannon. Simply THE BEST!!!

I cannot say enough about this sweet Lady Vanessa! From the moment I contacted her she was very sweet, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable in many areas of the wedding that helped me tremendously with other vendors, and always a smiling face! Vanessa met with me on several occasions that catered to me and my time but probably not so much hers and I didn't say it at the time but it was greatly appreciated! The day of the wedding she provided just the ease and comfort that i needed. The weather was a little chaotic, however seeing her confidence and calmness reflected on me! She made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted and was so sweet and gentle the whole way through!!!! Definitely a SPECTACULAR SATURDAY WEDDING!!!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars...I would!Vanessa Saturday is AMAZING! She was our week of coordinator and honestly I couldn’t have done it without her. We had many issues about a week and a half before our ceremony/reception and she handled everything! Vanessa truly has it all: she is extremely professional, organized, kind, thoughtful, efficient, and made every detail of her services so personal. She genuinely took the time to get to know me and my husband. Easily the best decision of my wedding. She always made me feel like I was the only bride on her schedule and showed as much excitement about the event as I did! Vanessa was one of the best decisions I made in my wedding planning process. We had a destination wedding in Savannah and live in Texas. Vanessa supported my husband and I through the entire year of planning and would listen to any concern or question we had and would always makes us feel so much better. We only truly met her in person 3 times but it didn't matter, by the time of the wedding we had a close relationship and I knew that she had everything under control. Our wedding was THE BEST DAY EVER. I truly mean it. Not one thing went wrong. It was just SO fun and so lovely and even better than I could have imagined. If you're having trouble deciding whether or not it's worth to hire Vanessa, I'm telling you, it's worth it!

We hired Vanessa and her team for the week of planning and we could not have had a day that went more smooth and without stress. Vanessa and Shannon were there for everything from the start. We spoke throughout the planning process and she worked with us whenever we needed help or guidance. From the rehearsal and making sure everything was in line the day before, working with the vendors, making the schedule for the day of the wedding, and keeping our minds at ease was amazing. I cannot thank Vanessa or Shannon enough for how amazing they made our special day!

Oh my goodness, how to even put it into words! I don't know how many time I told her, but Vanessa seriously saved my sanity over this process. She was there for me for every single question and freak out. She let me be my control freak self while still managing me and the entire process. When things came up last minute, she didn't even blink an eye. She was funny and sweet and just extremely comforting to have by my side. I had a million ideas in my head, but wanted to give her creative license because she knew my venue so well. The decorations (and entire day) that I put in her hands turned out better than my dreams. I have told everyone I know that hiring planner is the best wedding gift I gave myself, but I'm bummed for them because they aren't in Savannah to hire THIS planner. She's priced reasonably, extremely attentive, quick with responses, and has an eye for the smallest of details. If you want as much of a stress-free day as possible, I promise you will find it with Vanessa!

Vanessa was not only amazing, she was a lifesaver from start to finish. She ironed out all the wrinkles and details in our contracts, oversaw that the decor was perfect, and even herded the wild grooms party. I requested to walk down the aisle at an exact MINUTE and without Vanessa and her team, that would not have happened. You NEED her as part of your day, I promise!

Vanessa and her team are outstanding!! They are kind, professional and quick to help in any way possible. I hired Vanessa for a Day-of coordinator and it made my wedding day 10000x less stressful knowing I had her to take care of everything. She answered all my silly questions leading up to the wedding and gave great advice whenever needed. It’s really helpful having someone who has seen soooo many weddings and getting her advice on what she’s seen other Bride’s do (especially in your exact venue). On the actual day of my wedding Vanessa had 2 of her assistants working with me in lieu of her and they were just as awesome! And Vanessa was there at the end of the evening to see me off and make sure everything went as planned (and it did). Spectacular Saturday’s is worth every penny and then some. If you want to be able to breathe easy on your wedding day then don’t wait and go ahead hire Vanessa!

Vanessa is AMAZING!!!!! I literally do not know what I would have done without her on my wedding day, or in the planning process. Vanessa has a calm and incredibly competent demeanor that is exactly what is needed. I could not find my veil and panicked right before pictures, turns out it was in my husbands car on the floor under a seat, and I told Vanessa and 5 minutes later it was in my hands! She is utterly essential to have for your wedding; I enjoyed the most special day of my life thus far worry-free in large part because of Vanessa. Absolutely AMAZING service. I am writing as the groom and to be honest was a little skeptical when my soon to be wife wanted to pay someone to assist with the planning for the final 6 weeks. From my perspective, she had pretty much done it all and couldn't understand spending money for the final touches. WOW was I wrong. Vanessa and Shannon were nothing short of SPECTACULAR. The experience they bring to the table made everything absolutely perfect. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. Their efforts allowed us to focus on our day, our guests and enjoying the experience, we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. But the real "payoff" came when my wife told me, "The day was absolutely perfect and exactly how I envisioned it." Quite frankly guys, that is what the wedding day is all about, giving the most important person in our lives a day they will never forget. So, guys, put the doubts/reservations aside and just go with it. From my experience, you will absolutely not regret it.

Vanessa is THE BEST! We hired her for the week of for our destination wedding. Needless to say we were all a bit anxious of not being in the city to do the planning. Vanessa took the anxiety off. She emailed me, called and texted several times before her job even started on the week of. She was there to organize and came up with rain plans when the weather started to look like it might start storming. When I saw the set up of the venue it was exactly what I pictured and I know Vanessa is directly responsible for that. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Worth every penny!!

Vanessa did an awesome job for us! She was very helpful in coordinating the vendors, our wedding rehearsal, the ceremony & reception. Vanessa made a detailed timeline and made sure that everything was run on a timely basis. My husband and I planned our Savannah wedding from Colorado and Rhode Island, but Vanessa was very flexible and met with us months in advance of our wedding while we were on a planning trip. I could not have asked for a better team to work with for our wedding! I was planning our Savannah, GA wedding from out of state, and I became very overwhelmed with the amount of vendors and coordination required. I reached out to Vanessa after reading her reviews, and I couldn't have been happier with our choice. She was respectful of our budget, and provided great options to choose from for catering, flowers, lighting, reception decor, hair & makeup, guest transportation, and the getaway car. She answered all e-mails and texts in a timely fashion, and she always ensured me that I wasn't in fact going crazy with wedding planning! Because of her work, the day-of our wedding was stress free and so fun. Her team took care of all vendor coordination, made sure we were where we needed to be at all times throughout the day, and made our wedding a day we'll never forget!

We hired her as our day-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond that to help make sure we had a memorable wedding day. Our wedding was in Savannah, Georgia, which was actually a destination for my husband and me as we lived in Atlanta. We had to make monthly trips to Savannah, and Vanessa was always available to meet with us. She helped us walk through our day-of timeline and gave great suggestions. She also helped coordinate with some of the vendors leading up to the wedding. The day before the wedding, I asked her last-minute to run by the venue to check on a few things, and she did it without hesitation. On the day of the wedding she was a rock star. She had our run-of-show in hand and completely took everything from there. I never once had to worry that something was happening on time. She was super detail-oriented and worked seamlessly with all the vendors coming in and out that day. Having Vanessa there allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my wedding day. She definitely excels at what she does, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great wedding coordinator.
