First off, I like that Spence provides customers to opportunity to get a lovely stone at a great price that wasn't acquired via the humanitarian and environmental mess that is diamond mining.
As for my direct experience, my (then) girlfriend a...nd I went in just to get an idea of what she was looking for in terms of a ring and Chelsea did an excellent job walking us through everything! Fantastic experience and she was great to work with; she listened to what we were looking for and didn't push anything. She did great explaining all the steps of the buying process while still keeping it out of earshot of my girlfriend that I felt comfortable enough to initiate the buying process while we were there. We ended up with a stunning ring thanks to Chelsea and Spence!
