Splendid Seating

Splendid seating you out did yourselves! Not only were they so nice everything came out better than what I imagined. I got chair covers with silver ban with bling, and then two glitter table clothes but on the day of the wedding they changed things a little but when I saw it it was gorgeous. Instead of silver ban with bling it was just a sliver ban and then glitter silver runners! Let me tell you that small change they did was amazing! However, if you are a crazy bride and not lay back like me that last minute change wouldn't have been good but to me it was PERFECT! Their price was amazing compared to any virginia beach companies in this area and they set up and picked up. Thanks a million.

I thought Splendid Seating was going to be amazing but I was wrong. When we initially met with them, I had a very specific color request of mint and the only linens they had were shiny and I did not like them at all. I really appreciated that they took the time to find linens very close to our requested color and mailed it to us for confirmation. The price was extremely reasonable and the services seemed great. Until my wedding day. Seriously... The morning of the wedding. I show up to my wedding venue to the completely wrong runners being on the tables. Apparently the correct linens had been ordered but they had been scorched at the company who steams the linens prior to events. Sharon had called my mom a few days before the wedding and explained what happened and promised to find a solution. Sounds good? The solution was horrible. The company they ordered the linens from did not have enough of the same fabric to make new runners. They called other event rental companies to find replacements for us but could not. So rather than calling us and giving some sort of heads up, I show up to the wrong colored linens, that are shiny and have pin tucks! Basically everything I hate. But the vendor "thought they looked good"... Wrong. They didn't match the napkins at all, and were downright ugly. Thankfully there were extra napkins we could use under our center pieces and we didn't have to use the tacky runners they sent as "acceptable replacements". Oh. And did they stick around to see if the bride thought the replacements were acceptable? Nope. Had a flight to catch. Thanks...
