How can I put into words how wonderful it was to work with Miranda and the Spoke Events team? As most people getting married, I was stressed with a capital “S” and Miranda took care of all of our stressors and went above and beyond. We are so incredibly lucky to have worked with them as our month of coordinators. When we had our month of hand-off meeting, I still had some details that needed to be taken care off that I had NO IDEA where to start. Miranda immediately had solutions. She made us feel comfortable that everything was going to work out and, guess what?, it did. And it was all thanks to her and the Spoke team. Whether it be helping with those finalizing details, or taking care of all the moving parts during the day of, she had us covered. Just to show how much they’ll take care of you, let me tell you a little snippet of our day. I was wearing red lipstick for the day and, of course, first kiss happens and it transferred all over my new husbands lips and onto my face. As I was freaking out about photos Miranda came back with, “I saw foundation in your car! Let me go grab that for you.” I COMPLETELY forgot I brought my foundation and she ran out and grabbed it and we covered up the lipstick mishap. Throughout the day, she had everything taken care of. From minor inconveniences, to calming me down when my anxiety was boiling over, decorating our entire space to a tee, handling vendors when my bridesmaids stole my phone, and taking care of decor so it was all in one place and all we had to do at the end of the night was load up our car. She was so understanding and patient with my perfectionist tendencies (as everyone decided to roast me for during speeches hahaha) and I could not imagine working with anyone else during our big day. She was our right hand gal and made us feel so special during our day. She was even my own personal hype girl! Genuinely, the team at Spoke Events has you taken care of. We are so happy and blessed to have worked with them. Thank you so much for being there and everything you did for us. Our day would not have been as beautiful and stress free without you. <3
What would we have done without Francisca??? From the moment we booked her I knew we made the best decision in the world. Our wedding (day, week, year) would never have run as smoothly as it did without the help of Spoke Events.
From viewing venues, to planning consultations, and a lot of emails, texts, and calls I could never have asked for someone easier or better to work with. The week of our wedding was such a success because of all the thought Francisca put into every step (from the rehearsal, to contacting vendors, to setting up the venue). Our wedding day was a dream and was absolutely perfect and we cannot recommend Francisca, and Spoke Events, enough!
Highly recommend!! Miranda and the spoke team were so easy and fun to work with, and made sure all our wishes were met. She worked great alongside me and my sisters who were helping to plan, helped with some last minute issues and changes, and made the day go perfectly- including being the last to leave to make sure everything went smooth from start to end. Miranda is such a kind and fun person personally too, she is a great addition to planning and the day of. I cannot thank her or recommend her and the spoke team enough! Other vendors also complimented me on how easy and nice it was to work with her.
When I found Francisca, she was operating as an independent event coordinator. However, after we hired her she merged with Spoke Events so I will be leaving this review on both pages. My Groom and I cannot stop talking about how #BLESSED we were to have Francisca design and coordinate our Wedding Reception. Being a Covid Wedding, we were planning on getting eloped for our Ceremony; but wanted to have a reception back home once things opened up more as a gift to our guests. What started a small event (that I thought I could plan myself but only needed a day of coordinator); ended up being a full reception. Francisca had no issues at all with updating our contract and upgrading us to the Design + Coordination package. Boy, I am so glad we did. She did a PHENOMENAL job - like absolutely incredible. The event space was everything I pictured in my head, and more. Everything seemed to flow effortlessly, in my perspective, so if anything bad did happened: the Bride and Groom had absolutely no idea which is what you want with a day-of-coordinator. However, the real topping on the cake was Francisca connected us with our Florist. After realizing that just about every Florist ended up being booked for the COVID boom, I was so glad that Francisca knew of a younger florist that was available and matched our styles to the tee! If you describe yourself as "funky" or "alternative" and are looking for a wedding to match, Francisca is the perfect Event Planner for you!
Francisca from Spoke Events was a dream to work with as our designer + coordinator. She perfectly brought my vision to life and made my wedding everything I dreamed it would look and be like. She has such a sweet, calm demeanor and a true eye for design. I would hire her and the Spoke Events team ten times over. I don't know what I would have done without her!
We can't imagine planning our wedding without Miranda and the team at Spoke. From the very beginning, they were warm and welcoming and excited to help us plan our perfect day. Miranda really understood our vision and helped us bring it to life in more beautiful ways than we could have ever imagined. Of course, when we started planning, we had no idea that COVID would force us to change all of our plans. Throughout the re-planning process, Miranda was compassionate, understanding and flexible. When we settled on a small backyard wedding on our original date, she was ready and willing to help us figure out how to adjust our plans accordingly. She really helped to make it feel more like a "normal" wedding despite the circumstances. In addition to all the planning, on the day of the wedding, Miranda thought of little touches that we hadn't even planned. She brought flowers and decorations to our hotel and staged them for a beautiful shot that we'll cherish forever. Spoke was also great at interfacing with all of our vendors to make the process as smooth as possible. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to hire Spoke for our wedding and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner that is great to work with.
Miranda and the team are amazing to work with. Their kindness and pure joy for each wedding couple shows in all the ways they take care of the couple and those around them.
Miranda and her team were so great to work with. I hired Spoke Events for the month before and day of my wedding, and they absolutely nailed it. Their knowledge of local vendors and venues was extremely helpful. From the get-go she didn't hesitate to answer my questions, and made sure she fully understood our ideas and goals for the wedding. (Not to mention, she is a total sweetheart!) Natalie was extremely helpful throughout the event, and made sure all of our needs were attended to. I'd definitely recommend these amazing ladies for your event!
Hiring Miranda and her team was the best decision we made! We hired Miranda as a coordinator but she went so far above and beyond, answering my questions throughout the entire process and always making me feel at ease. I knew on the day of our wedding that I would have nothing to worry about - and everything went perfect. I truly cannot recommend her enough.
MIRANDA IS THE REAL DEAL! We hired Miranda as a month-of coordinator for our winter wedding at The Detroit Whiskey Factory and it was the best decision we made in the entire planning process. Miranda is incredible to work with. She is so responsive, so helpful and truly dedicated to making your day special! Our wedding went off without a hitch and I know Miranda played a huge role in that. A month before our wedding day she completely stepped in and took over. She works tirelessly to make sure your wedding day is seamless, beautiful and exactly what you envision. HIGHLY recommend Spoke Events, Miranda + her team!
Wow. WOW. If there was one person who completely shaped our wedding day for the better (and we worked with some seriously incredible vendors), it's Miranda Crace with Spoke Events. I'd been following Miranda on Instagram for some time, and knew from all the photos that she has an exceptional eye for design -- but I had no idea just how much JOY she would bring to our day. We hired her as our Month of Coordinator, but she still met with us multiple times before the actual month-of to look over wine glasses, tablecloths, etc. And then the month of our wedding came, and she made all those down-to-the-wire details feel like a breeze. She contacted our other vendors, came up with a detailed timeline for our day, and ensured that the whole thing went SO SMOOTHLY. If I ever had a question, she was quick to respond and quick to calm; she is so reassuring and I knew we were in good hands with her the moment we met. She also sends THE BEST texts, has an infectious sense of humor, and is an all-around wonderful human being to be around. I am not exaggerating whatsoever when I say that I continuously asked her, "How do people do this without you?" Because I can't imagine planning a wedding without her. If you want a wonderful, stress-free wedding that not only looks stunning, but also moves seamlessly, hire Miranda. She was an integral part of our day, and we are still totally in awe of everything she did for us.
The single best thing we did for our wedding day was to hire Miranda. I don't think there could be truer words. From day (date) one at a coffee shop she helped to put us at ease, find the right vendors (photographer! cake! florals!), handle the issues that arose, setup/ tear down. During the whole process she was so easy to talk to, to contact, to work with, firm when she needed to be and also relaxed when we decided to take on a lot of "projects" on our own. She has amazing vision, the most bubbly personality, and contacts to take her very very far in this industry. Everyone should hire her, I cannot recommend more, and...
