Spring Field has three banquet halls. The Rose Ballroom was the original grand meeting room and can accommodate parties of up to 320 guests. It has 24 feet high, partially domed ceilings with an impressive chandelier that offers an elegant, classic atmosphere. Its balcony and outdoor patio add to its timeless beauty. The Carnation Hall features beautiful Terrazzo flooring and can accommodate parties of up to 250 guests. The Carnation Hall offers a cozy, intimate ambience for all your events. The Azalea Room can accommodate up to 80 guests and is perfect for birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate meetings, recitals, and cocktail or dinner parties. Both the Rose Ballroom and Carnation Hall have hosted hundreds of wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as quinceaneras.

Spring Field was nothing short of courteous, professional, and perfect for our wedding reception back in May 2016.
Any time we ever had questions, Michael was right there to help ...
us every step of the way. (Believe me, there were many questions to be had.)
We booked the venue almost 2 years in advanced, but they were more than okay with our super early booking, and with our stopping by every other month in the time leading up to the big day.
Michael is an ESPECIALLY helpful rockstar!!!!!! He was more than cool with our (quite numerous) late minute changes, which, included, upping the guest count by 50 two weeks out, adding 2 open bars, adding extra tables for a last-minute candy bar, and our changing of the wedding date...twice. (Note, you get only 2 complimentary date changes. After that they will, understandably, charge you to change the date a 3rd time.)
Shout out to Michael for being a true professional for my wife and I during an especially stressful week leading up to the wedding. If Spring Field management is reading this, please note that he absolutely deserves a raise for going above and beyond for us.

accommodating throughout the entire process. We came in several times for walk-throughs and they always made themselves available to answer our questions and provide suggestions for the ideas we had. They were very responsive to getting back to us within a few days for any requests we had.
For being on a budget this place is especially awesome with all the flexible packages they offer. We brought in our own caterer, rentals, lighting, and band—transforming the look of the room. Our catering staff worked side by side with the Spring Field staff and all went off without a hitch. The only issue was had was there were long drink lines because our guests were ordering mostly specialty drinks—so just a heads up to ensure you’re properly staffed if you had a large group like we did.
This place is great at accommodating large groups and with the stage it was perfect for our live band. The dance floor was packed the entire night. What’s also nice is that they give you the flexibility to extend your reception to late in the evening—ours went till after 11pm so we didn’t have to stop the dancing early. We even had late night food served which was a hit!
Overall, we loved Spring Field as a venue as it allowed for us to invite a large guest list and have a dancing party till late in the night while not breaking the bank!!
