t social media. I was there 5 days in April with my 70 yo mother and 10 yo daughter. It was supposed to be a relaxing girls trips which is why I booked a hotel over the numerous Airbnbs that are there. I didnt want to have to clean and supply our stay. We booked with 3 day cancellation policy. Restaurants were either closed or very limited. We tried to schedule housekeeping, because they dont do it without asking, and even then, 4 days, they wouldn't refresh the room, after we asked daily. We didn't even ask for full housekeeping. We were told they are short staffed and short supplied. When asked about leaving early, on day 3, due to lack of service, we were told I'd be charged as we were outside of the 3 day before arrival cancel policy. We couldn't get clean towels, soap or toilet paper for our room FOR 4 DAYS, and we paid over $300 per night We had to go to CVS and buy our own supplies. Hotel refuses to resolve because this is their standard practice. BE AWARE...you need to bring your own supplies to stay here. Multiple reviews on TripAdvisor and even their own Marriott site say the same thing from other guests. GM and Marriott customer service both apologize for the inconvenience but refuse to return any $ they took without delivering the services they promised and advertise. Anywhere else thats called stealing. I was offered 40k in points from their corporate offers that doesn't even cover half of a one night stay there. That location requires 89k points. This is not equitable compensation for the over $1600 room and tax bill I paid and lack of service received.

e to host our wedding. We live in Texas and planned essentially a destination wedding with the help of Becky and Mika. I was very impressed with the professionalism and adaptability of the staff. The hotel and event staff were nothing short of amazing. I cannot stress how accommodating the event and hotel staff were. Every staff member greets you with a smile and a willingness to help make your wedding day perfect for you. My guests were even impressed with the hotel and staff. There is not a bad view from anywhere in the hotel, whether on the bay side or the gulf side. It truly is a sight to behold. Becky and Mika are a dream to work with. They are adept at troubleshooting issues before you even know an issue has arrived. They were amazing at ensuring that each guest that wanted to stay at the hotel were able to get our room rate. I can not express how much I enjoyed working with the staff at Spring Hill Suites Navarre Beach. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the event staff under the direction of Dawn. They were absolutely amazing at the reception. 5 stars doesn't seem adequate. You will not be disappointed if you have your wedding here.

heir constant availability made the planning process smooth. I was a little nervous because we picked the venue site unseen. The main thing I would note is that we had 88 people, a dancer floor and food in the room and that was the perfect number. I probably wouldn’t go much over that if you do not plan on putting tables on the patio. Their recommendations for vendors were spot-on, and the steak dinner was outstanding. They effortlessly adjusted our room setup a few days prior to our wedding after we were able to see the room in person. The abundance of decor provided simplified long-distance planning, and the beach setup on our wedding day added a magical touch to our ceremony. Highly recommended! Photo credit to Adina Preston! ur wedding day were exactly what we wanted! Our outdoor reception got rained out, but they provided great alternatives that we were very happy with. I wanted to be outdoors as much as possible, so after dinner, we went out to the Sandbox for games and dancing. The atmosphere was a close second to my original vision of a beach reception. I’m so glad they were able to keep an outdoor element for the reception, despite the rain. The staff at the SpringHill is amazing! They work so well with other vendors and were helpful and thoughtful. We didn’t hire a wedding planner because the SpringHill took care of lots of the details. I planned everything all the way from Ohio with the exception of one visit 6 months before the wedding to do tastings and see the event spaces in person. It all worked out great! I can’t thank the SpringHill staff enough for giving us our dream wedding at the beach!

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are SO friendly, especially Sammy and her team at the front desk! It's been a month since the wedding and our guests are still raving about their experience--the lazy river has definitely at the top of everyone's lists, along with the incredible views, good food, and friendly staff! We organized our ceremony through a separate company, but SpringHill hosted our cocktail hour and reception. The wedding spaces were absolutely beautiful, the food and drinks were great, and they were extremely accommodating to our needs/wishes. The organization throughout the planning process, attention to detail throughout the weekend, and the available amenities were also really great. My husband and I could not recommend SpringHill in Navarre Beach enough!
