Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom

I cannot begin to explain how much I would recommend Springvale Golf Course! Everything, everyone was so wonderful to work with. Erin, the event coordinator, made sure everything was perfect on the day of the wedding but even before! She answered countless emails, helped with food allergies, helped organize our decor, and offered advice for counts! She is so organized, making sure everything was placed perfectly. I knew I never had to worry about the placement of everything & I was right because when I walked in, everything was how I envisioned it. She is so kind going out of her way to make everyone’s wedding day so special! Springvale offers so much for your money! We never felt we were overpaying for anything & received so much within our package. Especially for the amount of guests we had, we felt comfortable with the amount we paid even with additions! They set everything up, take everything down with no extra charge. It is also a large room and we had plenty of space to dance, walk around, talk where no one was ever squished. I don’t think the bar line was ever long; guests could always easily get a drink. The appetizers never went empty even with the bigger crowd right when it opened. Dinner was served in a timely fashion. No one commented that there was a long wait for their table to be called. The staff made sure everything was cleaned up continuously throughout the night and after! Springvale makes it so easy for the bride & groom to simply enjoy their day. All guests commented on the atmosphere, the space, the bartender service, and food! They were amazed! If I were to do it all again, I would pick Springvale every time!

Erin was so wonderful to work with. While wedding planning I had a lot of questions and she was always quick to respond to my emails. I love that Springvale sets up and tears down the whole wedding for you so it is one less thing we had to worry about. I could not imagen a better space to hold our wedding.

I would highly recommend Springvale. Erin is the wedding coordinator and she was amazing. Super helpful. She answered all of my questions and made sure everything was prefect. She is actively trying to renew the look of the venue too. It’s amazing. It’s so pretty. The food was delicious!! I didn’t have a single complaint from quests!! They decorate for you and you can either use their decor or bring your own. They cleanup as well and give you more than 24hrs to come pick up all your stuff.

We had our wedding reception at Springvale Ballroom in October and it was a truly amazing experience from start to finish. Erin was so easy to work with, and she made sure every detail was perfect! Book here for your wedding I promise you you won’t regret it!!! Springvale and their team made our day so perfect! When I was searching for wedding venues, I was actually having a very hard time finding the perfect space. Springvale was my last tour on my list, and I’m so glad we toured it, first of all, it’s gorgeous. It is the perfect amount of rustic and elegant. My biggest no no for a wedding venue was ballroom carpet. They have their original beautiful hard wood floors, high cowlings with lights and drapery already! Not to mention it is indoors and temperature controlled, no air condition-less barn!! It was nice and spacious inside as well perfect for weddings of any size! As for the actual price and inclusions of the venue, Springvale also knocked it out of the park! Their pricing is incredibly reasonable for a wedding, and white literally everything you need minus vendors is included in this venue! You have to use their catering, however I preferred that it was one less vendor to search for and the food was great, we have gotten so many compliments on it! You do a tasting with other couples and it was a lovely event to meet other couples getting married there, and they had a lot of options that were great it was hard to choose! Not only that, but cake was included too from Wild Flour Bakery, which was also wonderful! We also got soooo many compliments on the cake, you do a fun at home tasting and pic your inclusions that you want and they deliver to the venue! Security cost, chair rentals, linens, tables, everything was included in the cost!! It takes so much stress off of you and all for a great price compared to most other venues. They even include centerpieces to use if you want! They already had icicle lighting and drapery for the head table, they had easels, a lot of the extra things you need for your day and don’t think about it until it gets closer! The staff was excellent as well! Erin is the coordinator and she handles everything for you and is so responsive and kind. She loves to make sure everything is perfect! She answered my billions of questions and was so accommodating to me wanting to move the ceremony up earlier for more time for photos! She even took my vision and turned it to life when decorating the venue, the Friday before the wedding I was coming in and thought we had to set everything up and I walked in and she already had everything done just based off of the little sticky notes I put into boxes to help myself!! She was great with the rehearsal as well and gave us so much creative freedom! Everything was already cleaned up for us and set aside the next morning for quick and easy pick up of our items! When I first toured the venue there wasn’t really a getting ready space. By the time of our wedding they turned a coat closet space into a small gathering space for the wedding party with a couch and two chairs. I still don’t think it’s enough space for getting ready, however we got ready at an air B and B that was perfect and it was just nice to have that cute space to store our stuff, decompress, and touch up throughout the night, so it truly wasn’t a deal breaker at all! This place really is a hidden gem and you should book here! I had multiple guests that knew someone else in the wedding planning process who recommended it to their friends after our wedding. So many people love the bartender staff as well! And you can take photos on the golf course, outdoor ceremony is an option as well!

We are so happy we chose this venue! Erin was great to work with and was organized throughout the entire process. The venue itself really does not need much decoration because of the tulle and lighting. Great size dance floor with stage for DJ to set up, access to outdoor patio, food and bar service was great! They include certain items for your table centerpieces which made it so easy on us to just add a few finishing touches. They have a little room off the main floor for the bridal party to leave their stuff or to go in for a refresh. My only complaint was that they took a really long time to serve our cake after dinner.

Erin and the staff at Springvale Ballroom made our wedding absolutely perfect! They went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests had everything we needed. The food and service were fantastic! Erin was the best to work with! She made sure everything was exactly as it was supposed to be throughout the entire process of planning and, most importantly, on the day of our wedding! I cannot recommend Springvale enough to use for your special day!

I could go on and on about this venue but I’ll keep it short. They made our day more than we could have ever imagined. From planning, to set up, and tear down it all went so smoothly. This was the perfect venue for us! It is beautiful on its own, so we went very simple and didn't add a whole lot of decoration. There was a huge dance floor for all of our guests to enjoy, and the food was excellent! Erin was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly, making it easy to plan and helping us feel confident that everything would be perfect on our wedding day.

Springvale was our dream venue! Erin is incredible. She answered all of our questions and helped us with every step of the way. She even hand wrote a card for our wedding day. We had such a magical day. We cannot thank them enough!

Springvale Ballroom was fantastic from start to finish. When we first saw the venue we were immediately in awe of how beautiful the inside was - it's truly a hidden gem! Brittani was very professional and provided us with everything we needed as we live out of town, and stepped up to the plate again when we we had to reschedule due to COVID. My husband and I got married at Springvale Ballroom on Friday August 21, 2020. It was by far the most beautiful day of my life, thanks to Springvale. The Event Coordinator Brittani was outstanding. She was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our calls and emails. She helped us every step of the way and kept us up to date with the new restrictions. Our ceremony was outside under these beautiful pine trees on the golf course. The set up was just perfect. The ballroom was stunning. Springvale and their staff set everything up as we visioned it to be. The staff was professional, accommodating and easy to talk to. All of our guest said they felt safe and had a great time. I wish we could do it all over again just the same:) Thank you Springvale, Brittani and your staff for making our day perfect. We will be forever thankful. Love, Michelle and Kyle:)

Springvale is beautiful! We loved the venue and got so many compliments on it. It is affordable and the staff is great to work with. It is so elegant that you only need a few decorations. Brittani was wonderful! I added a table after I sent her my seating chart and at the reception she quickly resolved my problem! She is easy to work with and very professional. Brittani and her staff truly want to make your wedding day perfect!

Springvale and Brittani are the best! The entire planning process was stress-less and all event the day of our wedding went off without a hitch! Brittani is wonderful to work with, always has suggestions to make your special day better, will go out of her way to make it better than you could imagine (I had her bring in a special bottle of Scotch for the reception) and everything was so seamless and smooth that the night flashed by. I can’t say enough about the beauty of the entire venue but the ballroom is the shining gem. Every one of our guests commented on how beautifully decorated it is. It has the feel of the dancehall venues that our parents and grandparents went to when they were young. I looked at so many venues prior to finding Springvale, and from the very moment I walked in I could picture my wedding reception there. From the beautiful hard floors and lighting to the delicious food they certainly exceeded all of my expectations. Brittani met with us many times and was always very helpful and responsive to all the emails that were sent. I would with out a doubt recommend Springvale to any once looking for a beautiful rustic indoor venue.

It’s honestly such a hidden gem! It’s perfect!! Everything is included even the cake and price is very reasonable. It was such a great feeling knowing all we had to do, is drop everything off then Brittani and her team handled the rest. I was given the best recommendation for our photographer. I would highly recommend Springvale! It’s was the best decision we made. They are continuing to make improvements and I am sure your big day will be the best! Any questions or concerns Brittani will be quick the help.

Springvale was amazing! We had our wedding on a Friday evening there. brittani was so sweet and so helpful. I planned my entire wedding by my self with little help from family and she was always there to answer any questions I had. the ballroom isn't very pretty from the outside in the front, but the inside makes up for it 100%. the golf course I'd slap beautiful. it is also very affordable as far as price goes. I looked at 8 venue's before choosing Springvale just to see what my options were. they beat everyone's price, and had the most abominations for that price. it's also really nice that they set up all decorations and take everything down and you come get it a few days later. no need to try to pack it up the night of the wedding. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to book.

We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding - Brittani and her team made our day the best ever!! The venue is the perfect mixture of beauty and class, the original hardwood floors and stained glass, tulle ceilings with beautiful beams. Of the many things that intrigued me, one of my favorites was the buffet room- it’s a room to the side of the main ballroom where the food is, which was a huge concern for me. I did not want to have the food on the dance floor. The all inclusive, one cost for all is amazing. Brittani was so easy to work with and so understanding- things would not have been so smooth without!! Highly recommend, amazing prices that makes planning so easy because everything (venue service cake tables chairs linens etc.) all is included!

Springvale was an absolute dream venue! I was able to get everything I wanted at an affordable price; cocktail hour, appetizers, buffet, top self liquor, champagne toasts, AND late night snacks! The Event Coordinator was on top of EVERYTHING! I highly recommend Springvale venue and staff! The photography and first look locations were AMAZING, one stop shop for everything!

We absolutely loved Sringvale! My daughter liked the rustic wedding style and we looked at many barn venues to hold the reception, but quickly found out they do not hold enough people and are not all airconditioned. Springvale gave us the rustic look AND feel with their hardwood floor and stone fireplace......and included A/C! I like that everything was included such as, cake, table decorations, chairs, linens, and set up. Brittani is wonderful to work with as she was very polite, patient, and informative. She would answer our questions promptly. The food and cake were fantastic, the bathrooms are large, the dancing area is also large, and the outside viewing area is nice to see the sunset. This was the perfect place to hold our daughters wedding!!

Thank you to Brittani and to Springvale for allowing us to have the most amazing and beautiful wedding day. I walked around the ballroom for the first time that night with everything set up, my guests arriving and realized it was exactly what I had dreamed of and more! My friends and family had nothing but compliments for the service, food, dancing and atmosphere. Brittani was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was accommodating to our needs and requests and had amazing follow up with us living out of state during this planning. Her attitude, attention to detail, and expertise made the day go smoothly. This is the second family wedding we have had at Springvale and we would recommend it to anyone in the area getting married.

Choosing Springvale as our venue was the best decision we made planning our wedding! The event coordinator, Brittani, went above and beyond to make our wedding seamless and stress free! She is so organized and so helpful during the planning process! This was so comforting, especially since we were planning our Cleveland wedding from Indianapolis. We dropped off our decor the Tuesday before our wedding and Brittani and the Springvale staff set everything up for us, and let me tell you it was GORGEOUS!! Above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Brittani took any and all stress away and for that I am forever grateful. This is the perfect venue to have your wedding! My guests have not stop talking about it!!!

Springvale was the perfect place for our wedding. Right when you walk into the venue and after you meet Brittani you know your wedding is going to be special. We had our wedding on June 7 and everything went perfectly. It was so nice to walk in and see that Brittani had everything set up perfectly and not having to worry about anything. They recently added a patio to the side of the ballroom that overlooks the golf course which was gorgeous for pictures. Most places have subpar wedding food, but Springvale's was amazing. You would be missing out if you didn't have your wedding or reception at Springvale!

The most fun and fantastic evening I could've imagined! Brittani was incredible throughout the entire planning process and she and the Springvale staff delivered a perfectly executed reception. It was always easy to communicate with her - she was prompt with responding to emails and calls, helped provide us with ideas and a realistic timeline, and ensured that all decorations (both ours and theirs) were ready on our big day. Food was delicious, ballroom was beautiful, and the bartenders and servers were so friendly and happy! From our point of view, everything was so smooth that all we had to do was get on the dance floor and have fun! WOW is all I can say about Springvale! From the first moment we walked into Springvale and met Brittani- we knew this was our venue! The hard wood floors and beautiful tulle on the ceilings makes Springvale so elegant! Brittani has a warm and welcoming personality and she is great at explaining and going over all the options they offer! She made us feel so easy going and like she was an old friend! Our guests all night raved about the food! And the cake they offer in their packages from Wildflour is AMAZING! My husband doesn’t normally like cake but he is obsessed with how good our cake was! Brittani and her staff set up the room so beautifully and really brought my dream to life! I couldn’t be more thankful and blessed for all the hard work that went into our day by Springvale and especially Brittani! I can’t say enough how amazing everything was and Brittani was a huge part in the reason we chose Springvale! We knew she’d make everything perfect! THANK YOU!!!

I had major anxiety after proposing about getting everything done and having everything go right for my future wife. Brittani is super organized and thorough, making the majority of our planning effortless. No price per item (i.e. napkins as some other establishments annoyingly do) simple tiered package approach and everything was spectacular. Our guests were raving that we had the best wedding they have ever been to and I owe much of that to Springvale and Brittani. P.S. I recommend getting the cake through the venue as the bakery they work with was incredible and it was much cheaper than if we had gone ourselves to any bakery.

Our reception was absolutely perfect all thanks to Springvale and Brittani. All of our guests raved about the food, customer service and beautiful room! Brittani was there every step of the way with quick responses to questions, helpful planning tips, she set up the room beautifully and made our entire evening run so smoothly. We are so happy with our day and Springvale was perfect.

The night was perfect and wonderful. We were a little disappointed with the process along the way. We were disappointed in our food and cake tastings-both we felt like we were slighted with and we did not get a clear upfront picture of what we were and were not able to do. The day of was special and perfect but the leading up to it did not feel like our day was a special day, just another wedding to plan. Brittany did set up the venue beautifully on the day off which we appreciated greatly.

Awesome - everything was beautiful and the food was great! Brittani was easy to work with and put my mind at ease. Our cake was gorgeous and tasted amazing, Ann did a wonderful job and is an incredible artist. Highly recommend!

Springvale was the perfect venue for our NYE wedding reception. The entire staff was wonderful from the moment we booked up until we came back to gather all of our decorations. Springvale is one of the most gorgeous venues I've seen. If you like original wood flooring and a ballroom feel they have you covered. The fireplace was perfect for our indoor ceremony and since it's located on a golf course, we were able to stay on site for pictures and save money on transportation costs. Brittany was very helpful and enthusiastic. When the big day came she had everything ready and under control. I could not have asked for a better site location.

Springvale is beautiful and the food was amazing! Minor details were missed, but overall everything was great! Just make sure you take your cupcakes/ cake home that night... ours were thrown away. I would also suggest making sure you are specific with every detail.

We got married last weekend at Springvale and everything was absolutely wonderful! We got so many compliments on the venue and food! We originally started working with Kelsey as the coordinator who was awesome, but when Brittani took over she was even more awesome! Always quick to respond to my millions of questions and so kind and helpful! Even on the day of when I needed a few extra minutes before the ceremony she was so calm and was there for whatever I needed! Springvale is a great venue and the packages include so much and are flexible which we loved. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Springvale was my dream location. For 18 years, I’ve dreamt of having my wedding at Springvale. When we got engaged, I let my fiancée explore some other venues. He wanted to compare some prices and be sure he liked the place as well. It wasn’t long before he agreed Springvale was the perfect fit for us. We got married on 4/28/18, which is the last weekend of ‘Wedding Season’, so we were able to take advantage of discounts with a few vendors. Right from the start, Kelsey was amazing to work with. She was helpful, patient, and bubbly. A few months later, she left the company and we were so nervous to have a replacement! Then came Brittani. She was also amazing- experienced, dedicated, and detailed. She is so friendly and eventhough she sees hundreds of couples- she really made us feel like we were special and our wedding was exciting. It is clear her main objective is creating the perfect event for her client. Springvale is a classy, traditional, vintage-style ballroom. The gorgeous wood floors, giant bar, high ceilings with draped tulle and chandeliers were exactly what we wanted for our wedding. The room set up for our wedding allowed for a huge dance floor. This venue is great for large weddings because it’s not crowded at all. Very accommodating. We went to a tasting and got to choose some menu items which were all delicious. We chose the chicken piccata and roast beef. On wedding day, the chicken didn’t have much sauce with it, so it was pretty bland. I was disappointed, but everything else was wonderful. They forgot to pour the champagne for the head table, so we had nothing to toast with. We were nervous about having enough bartenders for our crowd (a friend had said his daughters wedding had a line at the bar all night), so we sprung for a 3rd bartender. Not sure if we needed it for 220 people, but for sure there was no line at the bar. All of the staff was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Brittani made everything EASY. I love Springvale so much and I couldn’t be happier we chose it for our reception. Hands down, my favorite vendor for our wedding. It truly was a dream.

Our wedding took place this past April. I could not have had a more perfect experience with Springvale! Kelsey was awesome and was a huge help in the wedding planning process! She was so organized and on top of all that needed to be done! Our wedding was on a Friday and unfortunately due to pre-planned classes that take place every week on Thursdays, we weren't able to set up much in advance. However, Kelsey let us come in early on Thursday morning and set up what we could that would be out of the way and drop off all of our supplies and decorations. She then took it upon herself to set up the ballroom for us on Friday morning and she nailed it! She brought to life the perfect Pintrest wedding board that I had in my head! The food was delicious and I had many guests and family members rave about how good it was and that it wasn't like the typical "wedding food." We were able to do a tasting before our day and that helped a lot! Overall, we loved Springvale and will recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding space and venue!

My husband and I absolutely loved and enjoyed every minute of our wedding reception at Springvale! Everything was perfect! The reception hall was gorgeous and just a dream come true! The food was delicious! Anne, of Cakes of Elegance, did an amazing job with the cake! I couldn't get over how gorgeous it was! And from what was smashed into my face, it was absolutely delicious as well! Every detail and decoration was just perfect! We couldn't of been more happy with Springvale! Kelsey did a great job in organizing everything and keeping us on track with what needed to be done and just made us very cool and comfortable with everything! We couldn't of been happier with our experience at Springvale! I wish we could go back and do it all over again!

After 4 emails and a phone call, I was able to book a tour for a 6pm showing. Somebody emailed me back and said 7pm, in which I stated I had already got a confirmation email saying 6. Whoever this person was agreed on 630, but we were still not seen until 7. I admit, I already had a bad taste in my mouth about this place because of all this, but I wanted to give it a try anyway. The place seemed very outdated to me and had a musty smell. I was told by people who have attended weddings there before that you share the bathrooms with the general public, so people are in and out of hallway at all times. I guess I was just pretty disappointed about the whole place in general, especially after reading the reviews!

I could rave all day about Springvale! We were lucky enough to have the most stunning outdoor wedding on the golf course. The reception room is also stunning - the lighting and ceiling make it magical before you even add your own decor. I can't say enough good things about the service as well. Kelsey was so kind, polite and helped me through the entire process with all my silly questions. We got many compliments about the food and the venue experience. I highly recommend Springvale!!

Stop looking! The amount of nice words to say about the venue staff and especially Kelsey don't exist. I switched from over specific bride to don't care what happens on a dime and Kelsey was able to manage it all. My wedding planner told me after the reception that she had literally never worked with a more amazing staff. They were helpful, kind, attentive and above all fun! Thank you Kelsey!

We had our wedding reception at Springvale and it was absolutely stunning! Kelsey was such a pleasure to work with and she made sure every detail went as planned. From the very first meeting we had with her she was fun , friendly and professional. We had a lot of questions along the way and Kelsey answered all of them. She made the planning process as stess-free as possible. The Ballroom is so beautiful. We loved having a big open wooden dance floor and the big wooden bar was a nice touch too ( the bar tenders were also amazing ). We had selected the sit-down style dinner and the food was amazing. We selected the Chicken Picatta and Pork Loin. The green beans and mashed potatoes were a huge hit as the sides. Kelsey made sure to keep all of our vendors informed as well , and everyone worked very good together. I would recommend Springvale to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Another thing we really liked was that it is just one Ballroom there so you basically have the place to yourself. It was truly the best day of our lives and it was all made possible thanks to Kelsey and Springvale.

Our wedding reception at Springvale was nothing short of amazing!!! We had our reception on April 23 and the day was flawless. Kelsey was there to meet us when we arrived and guided the whole night along perfectly. The food was amazing--we had steak, chicken parmesan & baked cod and I heard great things about all of them. We had many guests tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had! While we were searching for a reception hall, I fell in love with Springvale because of the rustic feel of the ballroom, the tooling, the lighting, everything. Throughout the planning process, Kelsey was so helpful and made sure to answer any questions I had along the way timely. Her and the staff also went above and beyond on the day of our wedding, setting up all of the little details I had come up with along the way. We also had Ann from Cakes of Elegance make our cake through Springvale as part of our package and that turned out beautiful & yummy as well! Our cake was White Amaretto with Raspberry filling and Chocolate Fudge with Chocolate Mousse filling. I would highly recommend Springvale to any brides-to-be in the Cleveland area! If you want a wedding reception that is completely flawless with nothing for you to worry about on your big day, Springvale is your venue! Our guests are still talking about how our wedding was "the best wedding ever!" :)

I can't even begin to put into words how perfect our wedding day was! I'm an OH native, born & raised in the CLE area & now reside in TX. With planning a wedding comes stress, so planning a wedding from 1200 miles away was sure to be a challenge. Kelsey made my wedding planning experience smoother than smooth, responding to emails/phone calls w/in 24 hrs. We had our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony & reception at Springvale & there wasn't a single glitch. Kelsey was present through all 4 to ensure everything moved smoothly & accordingly. The ceremony & reception set up is perfect. The transition from ceremony to reception is very fast & seamless (<10 mins) w/out interruption of cocktail hour. The food is delicious (I'm the pickiest eater), the cake is excellent, & the service is professional. We had 200+ guests at our wedding & there was more than plenty of room to move around & dance (& the dance floor was packed through the last song). My guests were beyond satisfied & complimented on how great everything was. You absolutely CAN NOT go wrong w/this venue...Kelsey is amazing & it is very affordable!!! What I expected to be stressful was the easiest experience I've ever had b/c Kelsey & Springvale are that great at what they do. I assure you, you will not be disappointed! If I could have given a higher rating, I would do so w/out a doubt!

I worked with both Kelsey and Sarah at Springvale Ballroom for my wedding in November 2014 and they both went above and beyond each step of the way. Working with Sarah on package choices and decor was a breeze. She explained everything in a really easy to understand way and was very accommodating with special requests. She was also always available and comforting when I had concerns. Working with Kelsey on the final details was amazing – she also was very comforting and accommodating of last minute concerns and set my mind at easy before the big day. On the day of our wedding, she was on top of everything, making sure the details were perfect and the reception went smoothly. Springvale Ballroom was the perfect choice for our wedding - from the beautiful wood floors, vaulted ceilings, spacious bar and retro band stand. The food was great, drinks were flowing and the prices were right. They were accommodating of special requests in decor, timing and package choices. Check out Springvale, it just might be the venue for you! I couldn’t have asked a better vendor in Springvale Ballroom and I could not recommend both Kelsey and Sarah enough!

While we appreciate the effort that Kelsey and her staff put forth, we feel that some things fell far short of the expectations of ourselves and our guests. I realize that this isn’t a common occurrence, as the facility has very good reputation and that was the primary reason we chose it. First issue... I am the Key Account Manager for a liquor distributor. Because of this we had agreed to and were assured that the bar would be stocked with liquor that was part of my companies portfolio and not that of my competitors. The liquor's that we explicitly requested not be served was there. Needless to say this was a conflict of interest for me and the many employees in my organization that were in attendance not to mention tremendously embarrassing. When this was mentioned to Kelsey she dismissed it as a simple mistake. That’s not a simple mistake, it’s a HUGE problem. Secondly, we had multiple guests tell us that they believed that the alcohol that was being served was “watered down”. If that in fact is the case it is not only unethical, but illegal. These same people among many others also complained to us about very poor bar service. While I can’t prove the claim that the alcohol was in fact “watered down" I can tell you that having that many people mention it certainly warrants suspicion. The food service was, as l learned from multiple tables an unmitigated disaster. Many tables did not receive their food until 9:30 which was after we had already cut the cake. It was well over 1.5 hours after the first tables were served. When they did receive it, they immediately claimed it was COLD, and in many cases not even what they had ordered. Almost every single person I have talked to claimed the food was cold. How could this have happened? Furthermore, I was told by one of our guests that she had the audacity to tell a guest that the delayed service was my fault because I “didn’t turn in the form with the number of meals at each table early enough”. In my estimation that’s terribly insulting at a minimum. It is my understanding that some of our guests have already contacted Springvale to file a complaint on their own. How embarrassing for my husband and I, as well as Springvale Ballroom. When we reached out to the facility manager, Sarah at Springvale, she took NO responsibility for these issues. She had an excuse for every matter that we brought to her attention. She was beyond unprofessional. It seems rather odd that a service oriented business such as Springvale would be allowed to function without a recourse for failing to provide a minimum standard of service. In essence, their policy is then by default, "you get what you get, and if you don't like it, it's your fault." They did nothing to make amends. The least they could have done was given us back our mandatory 16% service charge, which was over $2000. Therefore, we paid $2000 for terrible service and horrible food. I would highly recommend staying away from Springvale, because if something does go wrong... they will blame it on you. In my experience, businesses do not function well without any accountability or customer satisfaction driven behavior. Rather than being able to look back on my wedding night as a fond memory I will now have to forever remember that evening as being tarnished by unfulfilled promises which led to our humiliation in front of our guests, as well as the bitter taste of terrible service.

Springvale Ballroom was the most beautiful place before our own touches were added, but once that happened the hall transformed into the most magical location I had ever seen. Kelsey, and her team, took care of literally everything. I dropped off about 16 boxes a couple days prior and on our wedding day, it was displayed beautifully and better than I could have imagined! Our guests cannot stop raving about the food and how the kitchen allowed us to personalize our options (the perogies melted in your mouth!)All dinners were hot when they were delivered and cooked to absolute perfection. That has to be tough to do with 250+ guests. We also had our ceremony there, so not only was it set up beautifully for the short ceremony, the transition from ceremony to cocktail hour was absolutely seamless and happened in less than seven minutes (swear). After the wedding, my parents went to collect the décor and Kelsey had everything packed up so they didn't have to lift a finger. It's not something you really think about but it goes a long way! I will highly recommend this location to anyone until I am blue in the face. It is beautiful, the team is the most efficient and our wedding day was the best day ever.

Springvale Ballroom is just gorgeous, and the service we received was great. Everyone was so accommodating and made our evening run extremely smoothly. The food was very good (got lots of compliments on the pierogi's!). My only con would be that the cost of the venue includes a minimum of 200 people - so if fewer than 200 people RSVP, you still have to pay for 200 (but don't get to keep extra food). We invited over 200, but had a lot of people from out of town who couldn't make it, which made our cost per person a lot higher. So I'd be cautious about this venue unless you're SURE you're going to have a large wedding. Otherwise, it's a beautiful ballroom on a beautiful golf course that's very all-inclusive and I would definitely recommend.

I'm so glad I decided to have my wedding ceremony and reception at Springvale. Kelsey was awesome to work with. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was more than willing to work with me and my ideas. She made sure my wedding day was stress-free. I didn't have to do anything except enjoy the day because I knew everything was in great hands. No one complained about the service and the food was good. I highly recommend Springvale Ballroom.

We had our wedding reception at Springvale Ballroom this past October 2015, and from the very 1st day we went to see the venue and meet Kelsey (wedding coordinator on site) everything went FLAWLESS! The venue is beautiful, I truly think it is a hidden gem. The cost was very reasonable for food/drink and a beautiful, handmade cake is also included. The venue is breath taking with the tulle and chandeliers and the big stone fireplace behind the head table. Food was also great. We had a sit down meal, the food came out prompt and hot. The food is nothing extravagant but simple and tasty. Portion sizes were also sizable. We did a fry station later in the evening which was fun as well. We had a total of 255 guests and there was plenty of room between tables and the dance floor was still very large! The wedding coordinator Kelsey was professional and SO helpful every step of the way. She helped make the process stress free and was very well organized. There is no added cost for Kelsey, her help and expertise is including in the overall cost for the wedding, which is nice. I would HIGHLY recommend Springvale Ballroom to any Bride. It was all around a great experience and our wedding reception was beautiful, elegant and fun and flawless. -Happy Bride :)

Kelsey and the team went above and beyond to help make planning this portion of the wedding as easy and stressless as possible! We loved having the catering, bar, linens, and cake all in one place. It helped make the planning process that much better! Kelsey was extremely helpful and accommodating and the food was absolutely delicious! Also, we were able to take our photos on the golf course and they look fantastic! We both agreed that everything just turned out so much better than we imagined! I wouldn't have changed a thing!

I cannot recommend Springvale Ballroom enough. I cannot say enough nice words about Kelsey. Kelsey was always quick with an answer and beyond helpful. She was present for the rehearsal, arrived prior to the ceremony, and stayed late to make sure it all went according to plan. Seriously, my eyes and ears while my bridesmaids and myself were hiding out in the back room. She and her team did an amazing job of setting everything up and changing over from ceremony to reception within 10 minutes. She ensured everything was perfect and it was! Prior to the ceremony, she got my husband and his groomsmen some beers and coffee while they were waiting. Ensured I had everything I needed and got the ceremony started within 5 minutes of our planned start time. If anything went wrong, I have no idea. And I still have no idea. I couldn't have envisioned a better wedding and I can't imagine having to get it all done without Kelsey. Seriously, stop looking. Springvale is your venue.
