Absolute GEM of a company! We booked Spunky Spirits for our wedding (Feb 2024) and they were GREAT. Easy to work with, great communication, and willing to deal with our antics lol. They made it super easy to shop for our own liquor (they have this option or will purchase for you) and were very knowledgeable about recommending drinks and how to purchase. Provided great guidance. Everyone at the wedding loved the drinks!

Great coordinators and managers of the company, but not great bartenders on the day of the wedding. Didn’t get set up in time for cocktail hour, lost 30 mins of bar service.

Well I am not sure where to start. I guess I will begin by saying, I would not be here writing this if someone seemed like they cared enough to apologize for certain things that were not handled correctly and if someone shad not "untagged" my request to talk to Spunky on social media with no one reaching out. I emailed with photographs of barely filled champagne glasses and other issues and heard nothing back from the higher up leadership. I will say our onsite planner, Claudia is NOT to blame. She was pleasant, professional and thorough. The ball was dropped on the day of our wedding by the staff that was there. There must have been some drop in communication. These were things I said, we wanted done that were not done, but I don't think that our guests noticed (except maybe the last minute coffee machine our coordinator had to leave to go get from her office because Spunky did not bring one). I was told the replacement was "on it's last legs and not pouring through properly." The list of things i included in my email to upper management after the fact is way too long for this platform. No English speaking Emcee to help us (as promised) was a big one. Our coordinator's staff had to step up to do it and let us know about it afterwards. Lost personal items another issue. I will leave this negativity and not continue listing things. While I was happy with the initial meetings and the planning sessions, as well as our original contact with Claudia I was unhappy with the on-site implementation of the plan. I cannot in good conscience recommend this vendor if the most important details were not conveyed on the day of our wedding. We paid a lot of hard earned money and were very clear about what was needed. Right down to the type of water and sodas we wanted and it was not provided. The outdoor bins with crates were ONLY beer. That was not what was discussed. If one person had bothered to not make me feel I was an inconvenience during this post wedding follow up I probably would not be here writing this now because i do not like slamming small business, but to be honest i have heard the term "extremely busy for you right now" with this whole process more times than I care to count. My suggestion to newly engaged couples, elope.

We had Spunky Spirits for our wedding. Our bartender was professional, extremely nice and the drinks were amazing!! He manage the group without any problems. We still get compliments how good the drinks and service from Spunky Spirits!

So wonderful! Professional, easy to work with - everything you want for your wedding. Fantastic communication ahead of the wedding, their staff were so professional and wonderful, our family only had great things to say about them! Would 10/10 recommend the and personally would love to use them again for other events!

We used Spunky Spirits for our 60 person wedding 2 weeks ago. It was a wonderful experience. During the planning stages they were quick to respond and easy to work with. Answered all my questions. The bartender the day of, I wish I could remember her name because she truly went above and beyond. She brought ice even though we were supposed to provide it but due to some issues that day it hadn't been picked up yet. She saved us a trip. She also was amazing to me. I had been battling a stomach bug for 2 days and still hadn't recovered by that day. Right before dinner I got super sick and she took great care of me. I am so appreciative and can't thank her enough!

Let me tell you a thing or two about Spunky Spirits.... They killed it with my big drinker group! They were serving shots, drinks and beers left and right all night long and never once missed a beat! When my Husband and I finished our ceremony we were instantly greeted with our favorite drinks and asked if we needed anything water, shots, or even another drink on deck for us! They were so attentive and honestly the best Hospitality we have seen in bartenders in a long time!

We recently used Spunky Sprits for our wedding, everyone that we worked with was absolutely amazing. Tiffany did an excellent job coordinating everything and communicating with me. The bar tenders at our wedding were awesome and poured great drinks, everyone had a blast!

Tim and Heather were AMAZING! They were so kind and lively, and so fun to talk to. I’ve been to several weddings with Spunky Spirits that it seemed a no brainer have them at ours!

Spunky Spirits was the vendor included in our venue package at The Barn at Crescent Lake. They were AWESOME. Carolyn made everything so easy to pick and coordinate ahead of time. They offer the option of doing the shopping for you, so you don't have to worry about lugging alcohol to the venue on the day-of (very worth it). And we had the BEST bartender. Everything went perfectly and all of our guests were extremely impressed with the service. 10/10!!

We found Spunky Spirits through our wedding venue (Tampa Garden Club), and from my first conversation with Dana, I felt extremely at ease with this team for our bar services. My now-husband and I don't drink much, but we knew we wanted a high-quality service for our guests, and Spunky Spirits delivered! When I had questions for Dana, she was quick and very personable in communication, and when I wanted to modify our order, she was great with updating my invoice quickly so I knew exactly where we stood. As I said, we don't drink much, so Dana gave us great recommendations about the average event would need, and I never felt like she was trying to sell us on things we didn't need. On the night of the wedding, our bartender, Jenny, was super sweet and personable. We gave Spunky a specific mix for our signature drink, and Jenny made it masterfully. Their customizable setups fit great with our decor theme, and the price of their services fit beautifully into our budget. Thank you to Dana, Jenny, and the entire Spunky Spirits team for a great night!

Spunky spirits was great to work with from start to finish. Carolyn was very helpful and answered my many questions in a timely manner. The bartenders at our wedding were amazing! We look forward to hopefully booking them again for further events!

Very affordable prices and our communications with Dianne have always been wonderful! A huge plus that you can rent cocktail tables, linens, prop bars, etc. through them as well.

Spunky Spirits was so much fun to have as our bar service for our reception! They were really great throughout the whole process, communicating any price adjustments or changes we need, and laying out the various options of how we could purchase the drinks and related items we might need. We opted to go the route of purchasing the alcohol ourselves, and the team at Spunky were great about making sure they gave us realistic recommendations for our event size. They also gave us some tips and tricks on how to save a bit of money through that process as well, which was highly appreciated. At the event itself, the bartenders were fantastic! They were funny and silly and loved the theme, so they got really into it - and I even caught them dancing along behind the bar at some points! In all seriousness, though, they were great and did a wonderful job of making sure our guests were happy and taken care of.

Spunky Spirits was great to work with. They have a ton of options and great staff! Dianne provided us with a list of popular signature drink options and the two we chose were a hit!

Spunky Spirits did an awesome job at my wedding! They were very communitive beforehand to me and my wedding coordinator had no issues with them. I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, but they seemed to keep at least one glass of red wine aside for me since it went really fast, which I appreciate! Absolutely recommend them.

We recently used spunky spirits for our 1.21.22 wedding. Our guests had the drinks flowing all night and the service was excellent. They made the whole process so easy and were very helpful with answering all our questions. Could not recommend them enough!

We hired spunky spirits for our wedding as we had a great experience with them as guests at another event. We had beer/wine and 2 specialty cocktails. The Moscow mule and the margarita were AMAZING. They were very fast and efficient and it was the first time I didn’t see a long line at a bar in a wedding!

We hired Spunky Spirits for our wedding in December 2021. Unfortunalty despite the good reviwes they have our experiance was mixed. Initail comunication was excelent and we did not think any issues will accure but sadly that was not the case. We booked 2 bartenders and only one showed up. No one called me or my cordinator to give us heads up even though they had our contact numbers. My cordinator informed me that when the one batneder showed up he did not say anything about being only one until she actually asked him when his assistant arrives. They said it was emergency and we understand that but proper steps should be in place in situations like this and a phone call and heads up should be a must. Weddings in one time in life event so its not something we ca re-do. Knowing in advance would have allowed us to take some action to remedy the situation, insted we were left wondering when/if a second person in fact will show up. The bartneder that show up served drinks without napkins, stirs and traws which were provided by us. They had also promised signs for the bar for his and hers drinks which they did not display and our guest did not even know until our special drinks (we found out next day). The bar set up was absolutly terrible and I had guest saying the next day they had no idea what luqor was served because the bartneder had sodas out insted of displaying liquor.When I gave them my feedback and asked if they have a proper presidures in place for emergencies and questioned why we at least did not get a phone call about thte shortage of bartenders the response was pretty much none exsitnant and all they said was things happen. Unfortuanly i would not recommend based on these. There are plenty of other comapnies to chose from and we unfortnelty regret that we did not do so!

Spunky Spirits Director Dana Kovar ensured the bar at our wedding was filled perfectly even to the garnishment-- always need extra mint for mojitos :). The staff was super professional and everyone enjoyed our 3 signature drinks + open-bar. Being an out-of-town bride their personal shopper for my BYO venue was HEAVEN sent. It was also nice to have the option to take home bottles or have the option for refund/the shopper returns. I highly recommend!

Spunky Spirits could not have done a better job at our wedding. We used their bar service and the party pals, along with Shelley Sarbaugh as our day-of coordinator. Our wedding went off without a hitch. They were able to bring a rented AirBnB to life as a the wedding venue of our dreams. The service was impeccable. Dianne, the event coordinator, did a seamless job planning. The party pals helped serve food, box food, clean-up, take out trash, cut cake, literally almost anything you needed from them. It was AMAZING. I am so grateful for their services. The drinks were great, the bar looked nice, we had lots of left over booze, which we could take. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Dianne at Spunky Spirits was recommended by my wedding coordinator about a month before the big day. She was nice enough to set up a phone call to talk through details and answer all of my questions. When she sent the initial quote based on what I wanted and the size of the wedding, I honestly thought the alcohol was not included. It was really reasonable! It was nice to be able to add a cute bar and a party helper and still stay well below what I expected. My husband and I got to pick out a few signature drinks (which was fun!), and they were able to customize the package to meet all of our requests. The bartender and helper that attended the event were fantastic. I was worried about having a long line with just one bartender, but he kept everything moving beautifully! The bar setup they sent was super cute, and I was excited I got to keep the custom bar menu they made. Spunky Spirits completely met and exceeded all of our expectations, especially for the price. I highly recommend, and will definitely seek them out for all future events!

Spunky spirits was an easy vendor to work with for our mini wedding reception for our beach wedding. It took so much stress off of us trying to buy drinks, serve, and keep cold. Carolyn was amazing to work with getting everything set up, Jen was awesome the night of, and so reasonably priced and the fact you get a refund for what is not consumed is a bonus!

Great bartending service, our bartender was personable and skilled. She even made sure that my husband and I had drinks ready to go each time.

Spunky Spirits was excellent for our wedding at the St. Pete Shuffleboard Club. Several of our guests raved about our awesome bartender, Jenny. She was on the ball all day and night and did all she could to make sure everyone had a phenomenal time. She was even an unexpected hero to the bride - when I found gum on the bottom of my shoe, Jenny pulled up a chair for me to sit on while she scraped off the gum herself! Now that’s above and beyond for a bartender or frankly anyone! Leading up to the event, it was great getting to customize the alcohol we wanted yet still have Spunky do the shopping for us. Communication with Dianne was excellent. Spunky Spirits was also a very affordable choice compared to some of their competition! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again for an event!

We hired Spunky Spirits for our wedding recently. Their service fee was included in our all inclusive venue pricing, but otherwise we chose the beer, wine, & signature drink package. Shelly was great at assisting us via email/phone during our planning process! Couldn't have been better! On the other hand, we were sadly disapointed with our bartender, Chuck, on our big day. As the bride and groom, we received multiple complaints, even after the wedding. The professionalism and friendliness was not all there. One guest even told me he said "its just another wedding" to them while ordering a drink. I hope others have a better experience, as I was expecting more from Spunky.

Spunky Spirits did an absolutely AMAZING job at my wedding on 1/23/21!! I worked with Jenny during the booking process, then Shelly closer to my wedding date to get everything all organized. It was so easy to request specific alcohol and they also provided their own insight based off of their experience. Both were so attentive and responsive. They have additional services that also help bring all of the loose ends of your wedding together. I hired them for full, open bar service as well as a non-alcoholic drink station. Now on the wedding day - WOW!!! I work in the wedding industry and have seen Spunky Spirits in action, but they performed WELL OVER my expectations. We had Aly and Drew as our bartenders and they were absolutely phenomenal. Multiple guests approached us and told us how cool, helpful, and experienced our bartenders were. Many of our guests knew their names and spoke about them as if they were best friends. Drew approached me towards the end of cocktail hour and informed me that we were already running out of liquor (LOL) and asked if we wanted them to go get more. Our biggest goal on our wedding day was to have fun, so I’m like YES, PLEASE. Don’t run out!! They were absolutely so flexible and were worrying about getting their job done right rather than logistics like payment. Multiple guests told us such a memorable anecdote about how they saw Drew making a few liquor runs to the store across the street in order to replenish our supply. At the end of the night, we got to take home all of the open bottles and we were reimbursed for any unopened bottles. I can not recommend Spunky Spirits enough!!! Absolutely one of my FAVORITE VENDORS of my wedding day!! We’re even considering already hosting a 1-year anniversary party and having our friends at Spunky Spirits be a part of it, too. Spunky Spirits was really the best choice for our bar. I actually didn't even visit the bar (I kept getting handed drinks), but I heard great things. Such an easy planning process and everything went so smoothly!

To be honest, I think I only visited the bar once during our wedding because people kept handing me drinks. My wedding guests absolutely RAVED about our bartenders. They did a wonderful job keeping everyone happy & entertaining! 100% recommend this company!

Our wedding was December 28, 2019 and we worked with Jenny from Spunky Spirits. We actually worked with Jenny the night prior at our rehearsal dinner as well. While we did have a tough time communicating with Spunky Spirits, we did enjoy having Jenny as our bartender at both events. She was super friendly, very helpful and (what I love and appreciate most) is that when someone was letting their alcohol get the best of them, she had no issue intervening and being that bad guy so that neither my husband or I had to. You don't get that kind of service with just anyone! Additionally, we hired some party pals to help with various things throughout the night and while I did not catch their names I remember their faces and can say they were also extremely professional and very helpful throughout the evening. All in all, we would recommend this company for various types of events.

Dana Kovar and the Spunky Spirits team was amazing! Our family and friends like to have a good time and as we were planning for our wedding, we knew planning for beverages was going to be a very important piece of the guest experience. Dana made it incredibly easy for us. She was quick in responding to our emails, was very accommodating and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. They were also incredibly affordable and were able to return any unused alcohol for us and offer a refund. We could not have been happier with them.

We used Spunky’s as our bar for our 4/28/19 wedding. The process before the wedding went so smoothly. Dana helped us work out all the details and everything that we needed to do. Our bartender, Berni was phenomenal! She was on top of it all night. She made sure my wife and I had everything we needed as well as running the bar. Spunky Spirits is the best! I worked with Christina who helped me with all of my questions and with my purchasing and everything else to help me with the bar for our wedding. They have so many options and they work with you to fit your needs. We requested and got Arthur and he was the best part of the wedding! He was a party in and of itself! He was so professional and also so incredibly friendly, kept the party going and just an amazing bartender! All of my guests said they felt special because he remembered what every single guest’s drink was. I can’t thank Christina and Arthur enough. I was looking for a bar service company for my wedding that would allow me to buy my own alcohol, but provided half of what I needed for an open bar.  Spunky Spirits was just that company and more.  Their customer service, their attentive personable service truly made a difference in the wedding planning process.  Dana’s friendliness and above and beyond attitude was superb! Our bartender, Jazmine, was the best.  Once she knew everybody’s drink preference, she was on it.  You didn’t have to repeat your request.  Thank you, Spunky Spirits, for being part of our story and make our big day very special!

Spunky Spirits hosted at our wedding in the beginning of January, we had two bartenders who went above and beyond! They were super sweet and just so wonderful. We provided the alcohol but they provided all of our mixers, soda, coffee, ice, cups, and garnishes! Everything went great and I would highly recommended them!

I knew we would love Spunky Spirits from the moment we met Artie at a date night for our caterer! They were so quick to respond leading up to the event and worked with us to get just what we needed for our special day - we switched between having them purchase the alcohol to us buying our own many times, and they never got frustrated at all. We ended up buying our own alcohol and they took care of everything else!! Artie acted like he was an old friend to me every time I went to the bar. Truly a great service with great people!! Thanks for making our wedding day so special and fun!

There is no way just five stars is enough to review this vendor! You truly can't have a party without Artie! He had such a great personality and made some really killer drinks! The bar display was beautiful and matched our event perfectly! Artie did such a great job we're looking for events to plan to have him bartend! We had such a great time with him and our guests absolutely loved him! Spunky Spirits was incredible to work with through the entire process, they made it so stress free and enjoyable to plan! Spunky Spirits handling the bar for our wedding seamlessly. Communication was easy and prompt, and they accommodated all our requests so well. We (nor our family) had to lift a finger which was so nice! Marion and Leslie were THE BEST! They kept the party going and were so so friendly. Both had smiles on their faces the whole time. You wouldn’t think that this was a job to them, they clearly enjoy what they do <3 Most of the night people were bringing me drinks, but when I had a chance to actually make it to the bar myself, I felt like a celebrity princess! I was greeted with “Oh my gosh a bride at the bar, yaaaaaaaay!” Plus a slew of compliments that made me feel just beautiful and so very special. These girls were just great and we would hands down ask for them at our next event!

Our daughter and son-in-law got married this past weekend at the Davis Island Garden Club and we used Spunky Spirits and our bar service. We can’t say enough about their staff and service it was fabulous!!! They certainly kept up with all of us!! When we ran out of tequila they went quickly and had more on hand!!! Also, to Dana that helped us all the way up till the day of the wedding you are wonderful and never skipped a beat with anything!! Thank you so much you made it was a wonderful day had by all!!
