Jenny as our bartender at both events. She was super friendly, very helpful and (what I love and appreciate most) is that when someone was letting their alcohol get the best of them, she had no issue intervening and being that bad guy so that neither my husband or I had to. You don't get that kind of service with just anyone! Additionally, we hired some party pals to help with various things throughout the night and while I did not catch their names I remember their faces and can say they were also extremely professional and very helpful throughout the evening. All in all, we would recommend this company for various types of events.

the areas premier venues and all of our clients are special whether the party/event is for 20 or 2,000 guests. Our specialty is wedding parties and we service several hundred weddings each year. As you can see on the several sites where you rated us poorly, the overwhelming majority of our reviews are 5 stars. Our records indicate that we did miss a follow up call to you and we are truly sorry. There is no excuse for that which is why we offered to take $100 of your bill. The next issue of perceived miscommunication was in regards to our insurance certificate being e-mailed to the venue. We immediately emailed it to the address you provided to us but as you are now aware, that person uses several different email addresses and there was a brief delay in them understanding that it was in their possession at that time. Neither of those issues delayed any of the planning process in regards to us providing service to you on the day of your wedding. Nonetheless, we apologize for failing to meet your expectations. We do take the slightest bit of customer dissatisfaction seriously and have discussed amongst the management team what we should have done better in our communication with you. In the end, you chose to break your contract with us and choose an different service. Against company policy we have decided to refund your non-refundable deposit. We hope that your wedding day turns out to be as beautiful as you have hoped for, provides the memories that you have dreamt of and that happiness and success finds you always. ways available when I had questions and knew exactly how to answer them and she was easy to talk to. Having them do the shopping for you is great especially if you don't want to worry about anything the day of your event. They handled everything very professionally and did a great job overall. The only thing I would recommend is that they have a sign with what they have available for drink options to make it easier for guests to understand what is available and also so that the bride and groom don't need to worry about this. They have a unique approach to providing this service - you can buy the beverages yourself, or they will do the shopping for you for a modest fee - and then their "spunky" bartenders will serve your guests for you! Any unopened leftovers will be returned for a credit (if they bought them for you) and any opened leftovers are yours to keep. They can provide whatever beverage support you need - beer and wine only, or a variety of mixers for a full cocktail selection - literally catering to what you want, with an affordable price schedule. And when we started to run out of stock on a certain brand of beer during the reception, they went to the store and picked it up so that there was no disruption of service or beverage selection. Very happy with the service and pricing, it worked perfectly for the type of beverage catering that we wanted.

ur "nautical/tropical" theme looked great! We did run out of 2 of 3 types of beer towards the end of the night after getting even more than was suggested, but we knew there were going to be a lot of beer drinkers, so just make sure you stock up on beer if your family is all from the mid-west ;)

he night. She was very sweet, and when we sat down to eat dinner, she came over with the drinks that we had requested through our coordinator ahead of time. As we were getting ready to do our sparkler exit, she discreetly and kindly asked who was responsible for payment - we had simply forgotten and grabbed our checkbook, and were happy that she was both assertive and discreet in that moment, waiting until our guests were out of earshot. Owner Lori is an excellent judge of character and we had a great experience with this company.
