o is as good as it gets folks! From day one.. they were both so cool calm and collected. They did a fantastic job of easing our minds. They flew all the way from Dallas to the west coast of Florida to capture our day! They were just as cool, calm and collected as we had imagined. They made us feel so comfortable. Truly professionals at what they do. Yvette even managed to stay up late the night of our wedding and edit a few photos that we were so surprised to receive the next morning. o the budget. SR was willing to work with us in terms of the price and even helped us set up a payment plan that worked for us. The videographer who shot our wedding was so, so great. He worked so well with our photographer during the ceremony and portraits and then absolutely blended into the reception to the point where we were surprised by some of the footage he was able to capture. The finished product was honestly priceless. Our package included a short highlight video, social media reel, and then all the raw footage from the day. Even the raw footage looks amazing and we are so happy to have it. However, here is what keeps this from being a perfect review. The communication with SR Photofilm was difficult. We understand it's been an insanely busy time for vendors, but I had sent an email with questions prior to the wedding that went weeks without a response. Then, after the wedding, we hadn't received the video within the window we had been told, and our follow-up emails weren't answered for a few weeks either. When we finally heard back, we were told that they had been very backed up and they were very apologetic, but it was disappointing that we hadn't gotten that update or response sooner. All in all, the quality of the work and what you can get in a package is excellent for the price, and the actual wedding day experience could not have been better, so in that regard I do recommend SR Photofilm. But if long response times and a long wait time for your video is something that will bother you, I suggest looking elsewhere.

was very concerned with getting one particular shot, so much so that a good chunk of my guests saw me before I walked down the isle. Whatever. Not a huge deal. Our real issue is that we have yet to get all our photos as well as our wedding video. We got married in October and it is now almost August. We sent follow up emails and (in all fairness) Yvette responded to the first few, pushing back the date they planned to give us what we paid for. The last time she answered was June 15th saying they were "on the tail end of being completed." As I mentioned, they were perfectly kind and professional the day of I am just not sure why we don't have our wedding pictures and video yet.

d for a better videographer. Anthony and Chris were incredibly talented, so thoughtful, kind, and made us feel so comfortable. Sam and the rest of the team were just as great and the video quality was so spot on. We would definitely recommend this company (as we have to all our friends). They also are so talented keeping up with trends and have such a wonderful style. Thank you to all of you for giving us such wonderful and lasting memories!
