ically for this tour. We checked in at 6:12, 18 minutes early. The only remaining seat on board were not seated together. We were told there was nothing that could be done and shooed off the bus. So, we each drove 90 minutes to turn around and go home. Siggi, the "supervisor", treated us with blatant disrespect and did absolutely nothing to try to help us or make it right. He was incredibly rude, argumentative and borderline threatening. I reached out to the owner of the company who did grant me a refund, however she defended her employee who treated us so poorly and blamed us for being late, despite us being nearly 20 minutes early. Truly the worst customer service I have ever encounter. Stay away at all costs. There are many competitors in the area, I would choose one of those instead if you want to actually be permitted to go on the tour your purchased. We were considering using this company for our wedding and will definitely be booking elsewhere.

needs were for transportation and she was extremely kind, professional, and prompt with creating our custom transportation plan! I never had to worry about a thing! The day before our wedding I was given our driver's information and when we met him the day of, we could not have been happier! Siggi was our driver for the day and he was amazing in every way!! Not only was he on time and professional, but he ended up being the life of the party!! He greeted us with a smile and was so flexible and easy to work with even when our bridal party was running a little late lol... ALL of our guests that were transported to and from the venue and the hotel told us that he was a blast! On the last ride home at the end of our long wedding night, Siggi played music, laughed with us, celebrated with us, and made the last part of our evening truly special! We can't thank him and Priscilla with SRQ Trolley enough for helping make our dream wedding complete!! The trolley was the perfect size and even decorated with flowers and lights! It had AC on this particularly warm Florida February day. EVERYTHING was just perfect! If you are looking for wedding day transportation in the Sarasota area you HAVE to book SRQ Trolley, they are the absolute best!

g to want to keep the party going well after 11p. Our driver was prompt and very patient as we waited for folks to trickle onto the air conditioned bus. We had originally rented the trolley for 2hrs but because it took so long to get everyone situated he allowed us to extend the rental an extra hour, with cash payment of course. They had decorated the trolley for us and had good party music playing the whole time. They even allowed us to bring our own cooler on board. We were chauffeured around town and pit stopped at the beach until it was time to head back. My guests were thrilled with the experience and we had a fantastic time. I would definitely recommend SRQ!

We booked a trolley through SRQ Trolley for 2 hours to take our bridal party and my husband and I (the bride and groom) from our beach ceremony to our reception 3 miles away. I was...

very clear beforehand who the trolley was for - they were supposed to first take the bridal party and then come back for us after we finished taking our pictures on the beach. The driver never came back for my husband and I. There was supposedly a miscommunication from someone else with the driver but the driver should not have listened to anyone other than myself (the person who signed the contract). The driver also left the reception site immediately after dropping our bridal party off (which was an hour after the service began - we had booked for 2). We would have been happy if he had at least stayed so we could have gotten some pictures on it. When I contacted Priscilla, the owner, she was very uncooperative and rude. She should have at least refunded the hour of service that we paid for but didn't receive. We considered taking them to small claims court for the hour of service we didn't receive. I'm sure we would have won since they did not fulfill their end of the contract but I just didn't feel like dealing with the hassle. Please do not book with them. This company doesn't deserve your business.

I hired SRQ Trolley for my daughter's wedding. Our contract stated they would shuttle our guests back and forth to their cars until 11:30 p.m. At 11:00 p.m., SRQ's Trolley's lead...

driver arrives for what he says is the last pick-up. I tried to tell him that our contract states the final shuttle will be at 11:30 p.m. He informs me they have booked another wedding at 12:00 a.m. so our last shuttle service will be at 11:15 p.m. in order for them to stay on schedule with the other wedding. To make matters worse, the driver was extremely rude, unprofessional and an embarassment to our guests. As a result of having to deal with this situation, I missed my daughter throwing her bouquet and then I had to run back into the reception and hurry the departure of the bride and groom so our guests wouldn't miss the final trolley shuttle. Our service had been cut short because they had booked another wedding too close to my daughter's wedding. They gave us a very unhappy ending to a beautiful day.

ke with Priscilla who was pleasant, but difficult to reach at first. When we decided we wanted to leave a deposit we were told we could only do so on the website. We were hesitant to leave an $800 deposit online, but did so. I tried to call Priscila a few days later to confirm everything, but since I got an e-mail confirming payment was recieved I assumed we were fine. The day before the wedding I got a bad feeling since I never heard back from them. I called all day to try to get a confirmation and could reach no one. Needless to say, they did not show up on our wedding day and left us scrambling to find transportation for everyone! Luckily, the hotel was able to find us a shuttle they were not using because the AC was broke. We got an e-mail on Monday with an apology and a refund to our card. It seems they have had success with other weddings, but they are definitely unorganized and unreliable. If you use them, be sure to follow-up, ALOT.
