I reached out to Stephanie and within about three weeks, had a custom design board that included vendor sources or Amazon links for each and every item. We had a call to review everything, which was so valuable for getting her take on how to make my wedding day the most beautiful it could be. She took into account our budget when creating the plan as well. She even built out our rental order AND created a virtual floor plan that I could edit myself as things changed once our final guest count came in. Cannot recommend this service enough!

Our day was perfect, and felt completely seamless, so if anything went wrong behind the scenes, we had no idea! She helped alleviate so much stress at that time, and was an absolute life-saver in handling all the added work that came with that. Stephanie was so amazing in helping us make decisions, giving us helpful suggestions on things we didn't even know we needed, and was incredibly responsive throughout. She was also great at sending us reminders about when we should be taking care of different aspects, so we never felt rushed as the final date neared. To top that all off, she had a baby during this process, and communicated with us early so even when she was taking time to be with her family, we never felt alone. I would highly recommend Stephanie to absolutely everyone!

In the months leading up to our wedding, we sent her so many emails with question after question and we very much relied on her for choosing all of our vendors. y regret is not hiring SRS events sooner! She helped us every step of the way as we navigated the challenges of planning a wedding during a pandemic. Two weeks before our wedding date, we had to scramble to find a new reception venue because of the new COVID gathering restrictions in DC. Stephanie found us the perfect replacement venue that fulfilled all of our requirements. She coordinated with all of our vendors and helped us find last minute catering. She even helped arrange transportation for all of our guests. We literally could not have pulled off the wedding without them. Stephanie and her team are professional, capable, friendly, easy to communicate with, and detail-oriented. They are so on top of everything, and no detail was overlooked. The week leading up to the wedding, she made us a 10 page detailed wedding day schedule. On the wedding day, Stephanie and her team took care of EVERYTHING. The wedding day flowed seamlessly. I was able to fully enjoy the wedding day all thanks to SRS events. My husband and I, and our family and friends are so impressed with SRS events. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

Also, when things went unexpectedly, she knew who to talk to, how to adjust, and gave me a few backup plans, which made me stress-free. I got so many compliments about how beautiful my wedding was and well-planned. She created a 5-page day-of timeline for me and this tells how much she pays attention to details. We talked on the phone about general timeline details, and she made a timeline detailing every 10 minutes of the wedding day. Because of this, not only was I more comfortable, but our wedding party and parents all knew what was going on and where they needed to be without me having to lift a finger. She even made a full timeline, and a wedding party specific timeline to help highlight the most important pieces of information. I would not have survived without her. We had the most amazing wedding day, and I can say wholeheartedly that it is because of Stephanie. Full disclosure – writing this brought on tears just thinking about how thankful I am for her! She handled so much, it was a huge weight of my shoulders the final weeks before the big day. She picked the perfect furniture rentals for my boho style, laidback wedding and worked with all of the vendors I had already hired to complete my vision. She had some amazing ideas along the way that I never would have thought of myself and I'm so grateful for her creativity! She's also more than willing to take on the challenges that come with planning, like frustrating last minute changes from the venue staff. Best attitude ever, always positive and optimistic, gets you even more excited for the wedding, which I didn't think was possible. The day of, she was again so wonderful, going above and beyond her duties, running gifts back and forth between the bridesmaids and groomsmen in pouring rain. The day after the wedding, she hand delivered my bouquet to the flower preservation company, saving my mom a long trip. She is so wonderful and I HIGHLY recommend hiring Stephanie. She is truly a lifesaver and your wedding will be 100 times more magical for it.

I had a number of hiccups I was dealing with, and knowing I had her in my corner made my stress level so much lower. My husband initially scoffed at spending money on a wedding coordinator when I'm a pretty organized person (and do a fair amount of logistical planning for work), but was extremely thankful for everything she and her team did.

We were anticipating rain at our September wedding due to a hurricane, Sara kept on top of weather reports and checked it hourly throughout the day. 2 hours before the ceremony she told us we would be able to have our outdoor wedding and we were so excited. She organized having all the chairs and decorations set up in the outdoor space and everything went off without a hitch! At the end of the night she also loaded our cars with all the decor, leftovers, gifts, and flowers so we didn't have to worry about a thing. She even gave us a card afterwards which was very thoughtful. We would definitely recommend SRS Events for your day of needs. We did our planning ourselves so we did not use SRS Event for full wedding planner services but I have no doubt that they would be equally as good for that as they were with us for just the month leading up to our wedding and the day of.
