Less than 3 months before our wedding they have sold the venue and have left us scrambling to find a new one. To say we are devastated is an understatement. The venue is officially no longer being used for weddings.
This venue is amazing and I am so happy we chose it for our special day! They are so accommodating and helpful! Our day turned out beautiful!
New owners, and they are amazing! They were extremely accommodating, and wonderful. Meeting with them was a breeze, and they were able to get our special wedding celebration just right. The chapel and reception hall are absolutely beautiful, wonderful place to have a wedding or other special celebration, and we couldn’t count all the compliments we heard from others about how beautiful and amazing the venue was. We had to made big adjustments to our reception 3 days before the special day, and they made everything right. You’re in good hands here. 5 stars across the board, you guys will not be disappointed!!
This venue is wonderful! The new owner, Christina, is so nice. Not only is it beautiful, it is well kept and everything went smoothly!
Would not ever recommend this place. For the amount you pay, the sound system and video aren't even on the same side of the room and don't work together. The owner acts nice and helpful till you book her and then you'll more than likely never hear from her again. The place is gorgeous, but not worth it, plenty of other places around to go. They aren't willing to work with you on anything, I was coming in from out of town and it wasn't worth the stress that she'd only help more if I paid her more.
Terrible to work with when things don’t go well. Booked a year in advance but with seven months to go the engagement was called off due to an abusive relationship. These folks could not care less. No option to get even a partial refund of the deposit even if they could re-book. I’d suggest working with people who have more compassion.
If you are looking for the perfect place to get married....THIS IS IT. Brandy and Aunt Vida are absolutely the very best. The chapel, reception, and grounds are exceptionally beautiful. This very special day for my daughter could not have gone better with all the help from Brandy and Aunt Vida. These ladies are amazing. They made us feel like family and I am so very grateful to them. Thank you so much for making this very special day so great!!!!
St. Anthony's on the creek was amazing! Our August wedding was perfection! We had Brandy, the owner, coordinate the wedding for us and she was a miracle worker. The wedding went so smoothly and was well organized. My mom and I were basically stress-free. Everyone had a wonderful time!
We were completely blown away by our experience at St. Anthony's. Our spring wedding was fairytale perfect because of the beauty of the venue, the thoughtfulness of the layout, and the tireless work of the owner and our coordinator Brandy White. My day was stress-free, thanks to Brandy and her team, and my guests raved about how nice it was to have the ceremony and reception in one location. If what you envision is a completely stress-free day spent with your closest family and friends, surrounded by the beauty of Arkansas with the security of an indoor venue, then it's an easy decision. St. Anthony's is simply the best!
We knew from the get go that St. Anthonys was where my fiancé wanted to get married. We immediately hired the owner, Brandy as our planner! I was not disappointed! She was very flexible and so easy to work with! She took care of everything and made the entire process easy and stress free. My wedding was beautiful, and we are so very thankful to have hired Brandy! AMAZING WORK! Thank you so much for sharing our special day with us! I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER!!!
St. Anthony's on the Creek was the perfect wedding venue! It was just stunning. The chapel is so warm and cozy, and the reception hall is just gorgeous. It's nice that they're located really close together so you don't have to travel anywhere after the ceremony. The landscaping around the venue also gives it the perfect "natural" look. Just gorgeous! Brandy is also super nice and easy to work with! I would definitely recommend this venue.
St Anthony's on the Creek was exactly what we were looking for in a venue! It is beautiful and has your church, reception area, and dressing rooms all together provided for you. The Church is beyond beautiful outside as well as inside! It also has a bridge that guest walk across to get to the venue that made for some beautiful pictures! We had a May wedding, and the flowers blooming around the venue were beautiful! I absolutely LOVE this venue!
I husband and I desired an intimate venue that showed the true beauty of Northwest Arkansas. St. Anthony's encompassed everything we could possibly imagine! Our wedding planner Brandy (the owner) was absolutely amazing and she truly made our dream day come true. The venue was easy to locate for out of town guests and the reception hall is also on the premises. Making it easier for guests who are not familiar with the area. If we could do it all over again we would choose St. Anthony's as our wedding venue time and time again. If you want something absolutely stunning that is nestled in beautiful scenery this is the place to go!
St. Anthony’s is peaceful & romantic-with unique aspects including a covered bridge, patio w/ fireplace, chapel & reception buildings in 1 location & onsite dressing rooms. (If you have a large wedding party, bring extra mirrors).
The location is convenient and easy to find. However, when you are on the property, it is so quiet you would never know you are close to town.
Throughout the planning process, I found the staff (Brandy) to be very helpful. They were available to show the venue, recommend vendors, & answer my many questions.
The only downside I saw came on our actual wedding day.
• When we reserved, I was told the bridge had a sound system that could be ran via CD or Ipod. I spent days (literally) choosing the music to set the perfect tone for our guests. I bought a new Ipod for the bridge music & saved the playlist. When meeting to finalize our layout 2 weeks beforehand, I was told they no longer liked to use Ipods & we needed to provide a CD. Not an issue. On the day of, I had the CD available by 8:30am. At 3:15pm (4pm ceremony), I was told rewriteable CD used would not work in their player. Brandy provided - a CD which served the purpose. However, I feel they should have specified which kind of CD formats were functional in the player or at least, tested ours early in the day. We would have had time to react if that had been done. Music is extremely important to my fiancé & I & it was disappointing not use our carefully selected songs & to replace them with cheeky tunes like Going to the Chapel.
• Also when we met to discuss set-up, I shared we had a slideshow w/ music to play during the reception. I stressed that it was saved as a video as the sound track was very important (you guessed it, we spent days choosing those songs as well). On the day of, we left the laptop with the slideshow as we were told the staff would make sure the DJ had it set-up. No one told the DJ that there was a sound track so he played his own music over the top.
• In planning, we were told the staff would light all candles that were part of the décor. During setup, Brandy had left so at noon I texted & asked when she got back to let me know & I would show her where all of the candles where. She basically said to text it to her. I did & the candles were lit. However, we used lanterns in the chapel & left the lids to the side so they would be easier to light. When they lit the lanterns, they did not replace the lids. Outside of looking bad, it was also a fire hazard. As we finished taking pictures, one of the pews bows on the next pew over caught fire. Thankfully someone noticed & nothing was damaged. However, I it could have been prevented if the staff had either closed the lanterns or told us to come back & do it.
I fully understand these are minor issues. I am detail oriented & had high expectations (which is fair given the cost) but honestly I was disappointed in the service the day of the wedding. We spent a lot of time working through every detail & some of these things weren’t executed because of the carelessness or in-availability of the staff.
Outside of those small issues, St. Anthony’s was an amazing location! Our guests loved the atmosphere & the setting allowed for beautiful pictures! I would definitely recommend it to other brides; just be clear with the staff about your expectations & make sure all electronic components are worked through early to avoid any surprises.
Thank you Brandy for helping me to have my dream wedding. My day was easy and my guest loved it. I will be telling everyone I know about how great St Anthony's is.
This venue is absolutely breathtaking! I recommend this for any bride that is looking for a classic yet trendy venue, with the ceremony and reception at one location. Loved it!
I loved having our wedding here! It was affordable and so elegant and beautiful. Everyone that came loved the place. It's in a great location near the freeway but secluded enough that you don't hear freeway traffic. There is a natural creek and all the natural tree's really make this a pretty place for pictures. This place is very modern looking and will go with anyone's wedding colors.
St. Anthony's on the Creek is beautiful, that's the best I can say about it. The day as a whole went fine, but ultimately the end of the night left a sour taste in our mouths. For the steep price of $5000/day plus cleaning fee (ha! be prepared to take your own trash to the dumpster 500 yards away), I had expected better service on our wedding day. We had been told and promised certain things prior to our wedding day, yet the tune changed once all the money had been paid and the day arrived. The staff was pushy and rude to our guests during cleanup (keep in mind these people were only trying to help), and needless to say, I would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and rent a place that will actually take care of you and your guests.
The facilities at St. Anthony's are gorgeous. They have a beautiful area and feels very secluded. Luckily, they are right off of the interstate though! The customer service is amazing too. The facilities include everything a bride would need. The Chapel is stunning and holds approximately 120. The reception hall is right there on the property too. It holds 150 inside and has a covered patio with an additional 30 seatings with tables. The "office" on site includes separate dressing rooms for bridal and groom parties. I can't imagine having my special day any where else! Would highly reccomend!
