We are nationally recognized for our Specialty Cleaning, Preservation and Restoration Services. in 100% acid-free unbuffered tissue paper, but also placed in our triple-layered acid free boxes of the highest quality -- which are proprietary to those of us recognized in the Association of Wedding Gown Specialists. Your gown is now guaranteed that it will not yellow for a lifetime; if any future latent stains would appear, we would rectify that at no extra charge, and if the gown will be worn again, we will press it again for free. I know that other cleaners can not and will not offer those guarantees.

n cleaned since my mother's wedding 30 years ago. The cleaning process itself was fairly good. The first time the dress was cleaned the results were fantastic! However, the second time it was cleaned after the alterations, the cleaners did not follow the explicit instructions from myself and the dressmaker and washed the whole dress even though this could have destroyed the lace sleeves. Luckily most of the dress was fine. . . weeks before the wedding. . . but that wasn't so great. HOWEVER, this business still gets four stars because Monica, the dressmaker that worked with me at the Minneapolis location is literally a miracle worker/national treasure. She worked SO HARD on this dress, redid parts that were coming apart so that it looked like it had just been purchased and even redid the sheer top portion after the incorrect cleaning shredded it the day before I was going to go and show the final product to my grandmother as she is homebound and could not be at the wedding. Monica stayed late that night and made sure I could still go because she truly understood how important this dress and the experience of wearing this dress is to me and my family. She put myself and my mother so at ease and we felt completely comfortable putting our treasure in her hands. I literally cannot imagine anyone better than her in professionalism/caring/talent/going the extra mile. The overall experience gets 4/5 stars but Monica gets 5 million stars

Overall, I am pleased with the services and the price, and would definitely recommend them. Another bonus is that you can drop your dress off at many locations, so it was easy to find a spot convenient for me, which was not the case with the cleaners recommended by my bridal shop.

She educated me on how the gown would be treated/preserved. She also offered a payment plan to help offset the cost of preserving the gown, which is always that one thing you forget to budget before the wedding. It was less expensive than I thought, which is great! When I picked up the gown it was in a compact box which fits perfectly on the closet upper shelf. The staff at the Mendota Heights location were all very polite and personable as well. I would highly recommend this service and vendor!

Well, where to start... I had a small ceremony/reception in Northern MN and a second larger reception in the Twin Cities. The events were two weeks apart. I had my dress cleaned the first time before my second reception and again after as some ...
wine was spilled on my dress during the larger reception. The first time I went to pick up my dress I noticed the change in the quality of my dress material. It is a super soft silk jersey, one of the reasons I chose the dress in the first place. After cleaning the material felt starchy and stiff. I had no choice but to wear it as I didn't have a back up option. The material loosened a bit after steaming. They also originally lost my garment bag. They were able to track it down after I made them aware that it was missing so everything worked out in the end, and made me feel confident that I could use them again as a vendor. HOWEVER, the second time I went to pick up my dress and matching lace bolero they informed me that the bolero was missing. Rather than working towards finding that very important piece of my wedding attire, they just brushed it off and told me they would call several days later. I followed up a few days later only to be told "they were looking". I called AGAIN, a day later, and finally spoke to the manager who found my bolero 5 minutes into the call. She was completely unaware a customer was experiencing such awful service and apologized profusely. Here's the thing, St. Croix cleaners are expensive. The amount I paid I expect premium service. I was very disappointed when I didn't get that, especially with something as important and special as my wedding dress. I'll use them again, but insist on working with a manager.

years and although it had been preserved after my mother wore it, it had gotten wet and had massive brown water damage spots and the lace trim was a dingy brown. The dress was generally kind of yellow and looked how you would expect a dress from 1951 to look in 2015! Treasured Garment Restoration got it completely clean through their restoration process. The water stains were totally gone, the lace and the fabric in general was brought back to its original ivory color. I worked with Darcy at the Loring Park location to have the dress altered to fit me. She was amazing. She did an excellent job with the alterations, made really helpful suggestions, and was really pleasant to to work with. She also did alterations on my MOH's bridesmaid dress and she did last minute alterations on a second bridesmaid dress just a few days before the wedding. She was so accommodating and her craftsmanship on the sewing itself was also excellent. I would highly recommend her to other brides and bridesmaids!

She was so pleasant and really made my alterations experiences great, even though I often went alone. She was extremely accommodating and didn't make one negative comment when we spent 20+ minutes trying to find a bustle that I was happy with. I have been to five weddings besides my own this year and my dress had the only bustle that didn't fall out during the reception. A+ to Darcy and St. Croix Cleaners.
